This was the first time I've ever tried Russian food, I got some recommendations from a Russian friend I met. I'd always been afraid to try it to be honest because as a kid I heard a very strange description of Borscht.
I'm 30, I've been missing out on this cuisine since childhood. It was fantastic. The borscht had this delicious red cabbage taste like the kind Americans eat with a roast beef traditionally. I was shocked.
The perogies were wonderful, soft and fluffy. My friend recommended I get sour cream, and vinegar dipping sauces. She was absolutely right.
I ordered the Olive Salad thinking I'd need something light. When I opened it, it looked rather heavy, but it was surprisingly light and refreshing.
Aside from the taste of the food, the portion sizes were massive. I ordered 3 things because the prices were low, and I assumed the portions would be small. I was wrong. The delivery was enough food for me for 2 days! Additionally, when I called the restaurant to ask some questions, the person who answered was very polite, and very accomodating. Delivery was fast even at a peak hour.
I will definitely be trying more food from here!

I ordered beetroot soup and potato dumplings z food was really amazing and fresh. The only issue was the delivery- they were late like 20 min. But it’s Dubai 🤣

This is why we need websites like Zomato. This is a hard to find, not so posh-looking hidden gem at the very South End of Marina. The food and the service are the real stars of this restaurant. If you want to try a unique cuisine and love the meat you won’t be disappointed here.
Having recently visited Tashkent and Samarqand, I feel that they are as close to authentic Uzbek food as you can get in Dubai.
For starters, we ordered the Shorba which was a rich soup full of delicious chunks of meat and veggies like potato, carrot and onion. Even though we asked for one portion to be split into 2 bowls to share between a couple, the quantity was still too much for one person and yet so tasty that every drop was finished off.
We also ordered Somsa which are stuff pastries with mince meat and delicious pepper flavouring. Again very generous sizes and absolutely delicious.
For the mains, we tried the Plov and the Jiz Biz. Their Plov was a rich pilaf with thinly cut slices of meat on top and mild seasoning - a speciality of the region. I enjoyed it but my better half would have preferred a bit less sweetness. Jiz Biz had flavoursome chunks of meat thinly sliced and fried along with potato veggies.
The service was attentive and quick. Overall a great experience and if you can put up with the drive up to the less flashy part of Dubai Marina and try to sort out street side parking then definitely worth the hassle. We will be back again and soon.
I have been meaning to visit for a while, I generally order from here 2-3 times a month, I try and order a different dish every time. However, this visit was only about their fried Lagman, honestly these guys can never go wrong with their fried Lagman.

1. Fried Lagman (4/5) - The portion is very filling, it’s packed with flavour and they are very generous with the meat strips.
2. Service (3/5) - Average.
Mmm fantastic food. I strongly recommend you to test it, I believe you’ll love it. Size is more than I expected. Plow and beef stroganoff I divided for two times.

Food is always amazing in this place, always fresh and service is good, staff is helpful and friendly, we ordered delivery and food was very good, delivery package was tidy and food was well packed, no disappointment so far with this place,keep it up.
Finally got my order. In a begging I received soup instead of Napoleon cake, but as soon I called to the restaurant they sent my cake back plus complimentary I had nice chicken noodle soup, Taste really good, like homemade. Napoleon a bit dry, but compare to all other ones here in Dubai is the best, also I asked to change my salad , as I wasn't expecting eggs on it. Everything was done. I am satisfied. Thank you. will order again.
Mampar was really good, I would prefer more broth and much less dough, however overall it's quite good. Plov Tashkent is fine and together with salad it was a business lunch which is a really great offer with many choices available.

I love their business lunch idea. Me and my colleagues always order a dish called Plov’, Traditional main course with rice and beef, that comes with spring salad a side.Overall we love most of the items in menu.( I really like the idea that everyone is liking it) I haven’t seen a person I share my lunch with not liking it.
I've ordered a couple of times from this place and the food is really nice.. Always fresh and tasty. I didn't like the manti that much though but overall the food is good.
Excellent food, quick service and healthy too... little or no spice makes food healthy too. Tried dumpling with Cheese and Potatoes to start with and enjoyed.
Traditional Uzbek Kulcha is a traditional bread , freshly baked. Loved them.

The very definition of home cooking. I loved the food and the ambiance. Only one down side in this place and that is communication. I had a hard time trying to communicate with the staff. They were very friendly though. I enjoyed my experience here

Excellent food joint and it is highly advisable to read about Uzbek cuisine before going or ordering food over the phone. People forget and think of it as Russian food which is 100% wrong. Uzbek is a civilization of its own and has a great culture and heritage. Their food is celebrated around the Asia-European continent.
I ordered kebabs and Pulav Tashkent and it was mouth watering. I am now a regular there and love their service. Parking is mostly easy to get, if not call the restaurant and ask if they can provide one.
Location is excellent. Sitting out and eating is very pleasent in winters and pre-summer.
Great service. And the bill was quite gentle on the pocket.
Overall I come out very satisfactory after every visit.

جربت عندهم عصير البطيخ 🍉 فقط و كان لا بأس به لكن سعره كان مرتفع نوعًا ما (15 درهم) مقابل شكله و تقديمه في كأس بلاستيك.

مطعم اوزبجيم، متخصص في تقديم الأكل الاوزبكي، وبعض الأكلات الروسية.
اختصارا، أنصح به بشدة لأي عاشق حقيقي للطعام، ما إن تدخل مثل هذا المكان ، لا تحسب السعرات الحرارية، استمتع فقط بالمذاق.
فطائر البانكيك المحلاة، هنا يقدمونها مشوة باللحم المفروم والبصل.
كما يقدمون سمبوسة مشوية داخل فرن تنور.
المانتي والبلاڤ هما درة المطبخ الأوزبكي، وإن لم تتناول أحدهما في زيارتك، لا يمكنك القول إنك أكلت وجبة طعام أوزبكية، المانتي هو عجينة رقيقة يتم حشوها باللحم والبصل والبهارات ويتم طبخها على البخار.
أما البلاف، فهو أصل فكرة طهي علرز باللحم في الخليج ، بخاري، كبسة، الخ الخ.
جربت طبق غريب أثار انتباهي، شوربة كوارع تقدم باردة، هو الطبق الذي يبدو اسطوانيا وشكله غريب في الصور، ببساطة، شوربة كوارع تنضج حتى التمام، وتخلط بها الموارع والقليل من اللحم، ثم تعبأ في أطباق خاصة (فكرة الجيلي أو الكريم كراميل) وتدخل الثلاجة، وعندما يطلبها الزبون يقومون بقلب طبق القالب في طبق التقديم.
كانت جيدة،وأنصح بتجربتها.
قائمة الطعام باللغة العربية بها أخطاء كادت تصيبني بجلطة في المخ ثم انقلب الموضوع لهستريا ضحك، كالعادة استخدموا جوجل للترجمة.
المفاجئة، الأسعار في هذا المطعم فعلا رخيصة مقارنة بالمطاعم في دبي عامة، وفي منطقة مارينا خاصة.
المطبخ الأوزبكي عموما مناسب للذائقة العربية (غير اللبنانية وأدعياء صرعات الأكل الخفيف).
المطعم بسيط لكن الاكل رائع والرز لذيذ جداً جداً والمانتي بالقرع 👌🏻💯💯💯
