مطعم اوزبجيم، متخصص في تقديم الأكل الاوزبكي، وبعض الأكلات الروسية.
اختصارا، أنصح به بشدة لأي عاشق حقيقي للطعام، ما إن تدخل مثل هذا المكان ، لا تحسب السعرات الحرارية، استمتع فقط بالمذاق.
فطائر البانكيك المحلاة، هنا يقدمونها مشوة باللحم المفروم والبصل.
كما يقدمون سمبوسة مشوية داخل فرن تنور.
المانتي والبلاڤ هما درة المطبخ الأوزبكي، وإن لم تتناول أحدهما في زيارتك، لا يمكنك القول إنك أكلت وجبة طعام أوزبكية، المانتي هو عجينة رقيقة يتم حشوها باللحم والبصل والبهارات ويتم طبخها على البخار.
أما البلاف، فهو أصل فكرة طهي علرز باللحم في الخليج ، بخاري، كبسة، الخ الخ.
جربت طبق غريب أثار انتباهي، شوربة كوارع تقدم باردة، هو الطبق الذي يبدو اسطوانيا وشكله غريب في الصور، ببساطة، شوربة كوارع تنضج حتى التمام، وتخلط بها الموارع والقليل من اللحم، ثم تعبأ في أطباق خاصة (فكرة الجيلي أو الكريم كراميل) وتدخل الثلاجة، وعندما يطلبها الزبون يقومون بقلب طبق القالب في طبق التقديم.
كانت جيدة،وأنصح بتجربتها.
قائمة الطعام باللغة العربية بها أخطاء كادت تصيبني بجلطة في المخ ثم انقلب الموضوع لهستريا ضحك، كالعادة استخدموا جوجل للترجمة.
المفاجئة، الأسعار في هذا المطعم فعلا رخيصة مقارنة بالمطاعم في دبي عامة، وفي منطقة مارينا خاصة.
المطبخ الأوزبكي عموما مناسب للذائقة العربية (غير اللبنانية وأدعياء صرعات الأكل الخفيف).

The delivery was in time.<br/>However the food is a huge disappointment. Olivie salad is served with low quality meat, full of streaks, drop of mayo, not cooked carrots. Beef tongue was in same container with red onions, for what to spoil the taste like that. Beef stroganoff is the worst I have ever tried, full of oil. Kebab had so much spices, I think it was cumin, that it is even impossible to eat. At least every item in menu has to have a description, so people can see that it is different from expected dishes and also the quality of ingredients. Don’t recommend it as russian food.

Food has become times worse than it used to be. Pelmeni (dumplings) were torn and the dough itself was not done properly, chebureks were defrosted - minced meat inside became 1 piece and dough was not cooked well, all soups extremely oily and not fresh... horrible. Not safe to eat. Had to throw away half of what I ordered

This was the first time I've ever tried Russian food, I got some recommendations from a Russian friend I met. I'd always been afraid to try it to be honest because as a kid I heard a very strange description of Borscht. <br/><br/>I'm 30, I've been missing out on this cuisine since childhood. It was fantastic. The borscht had this delicious red cabbage taste like the kind Americans eat with a roast beef traditionally. I was shocked. <br/><br/>The perogies were wonderful, soft and fluffy. My friend recommended I get sour cream, and vinegar dipping sauces. She was absolutely right. <br/><br/>I ordered the Olive Salad thinking I'd need something light. When I opened it, it looked rather heavy, but it was surprisingly light and refreshing. <br/><br/>Aside from the taste of the food, the portion sizes were massive. I ordered 3 things because the prices were low, and I assumed the portions would be small. I was wrong. The delivery was enough food for me for 2 days! Additionally, when I called the restaurant to ask some questions, the person who answered was very polite, and very accomodating. Delivery was fast even at a peak hour. <br/><br/>I will definitely be trying more food from here!

My experience for 03.04.20. The worst French fries ever!!! You can see it from the photo. It’s fried in very old oil, the smell and taste are disgusting. The French salad-spoiled. The Tashkent plov-it’s not the plov which I used to order. Different taste and too salty. Salad Shyba tasty. When we call to the manager with complain about fries and salad, he didn’t apologized, he just said “I was on lunch, so it’s on the kitchen some mistake happened with fries, we will bring you new fries and salad”, on my question “do you know which salad I mean?” (As we order two salads and didn’t mention the name of salad in complain), he said: “yes, French salad. But give this old one to the driver.” So it’s mean he new that salads are spoiled, but they was sending to the ppl. The new fries was just little bit better but for us not eatable, we threw it. New salad was fresh.

Never put apple in crab salad you completely through the taste off the only thing you taste are apple, try replacing them with bell peppers if you want crunchy elements. Mixed grill is not bad but portion is tiny and who serves sour cream with that??? Plov is tasteless though(((

I placed my order and the payment went through, but it was getting about 2 hours with no delivery so I checked the app and found that my order wasn't confirmed with the restaurant yet. After inquiring, we found out one of our orders wasn't available so instead of the restaurant calling us or cancelling and refunding it, they ignored us until someone inquired and THEN they told us they can't deliver one item as per their policy. Zomato had to refund and cancel my order after all that. If I didn't inquire, I wouldn't have known and my money wouldn't have been refunded due to no communication from the restaurant.

Used to order their chicken kiev quite often until the last time I recieved an extremely oily, with more bread crumb that actually chicken in it and with spicy herbal filling in it! Disgusting taste.

Very small portions for a very high price which is not justified. I ordered for 136 aed, they didn’t even put bread. When I called them to complain the man on the phone said but this is uzbek, not Indian. And I replied that I am not happy and this is my feedback as a customer, he said ok and hung up in my face. Very disappointing and very poor customer service.

This is why we need websites like Zomato. This is a hard to find, not so posh-looking hidden gem at the very South End of Marina. The food and the service are the real stars of this restaurant. If you want to try a unique cuisine and love the meat you won’t be disappointed here.<br/><br/>Having recently visited Tashkent and Samarqand, I feel that they are as close to authentic Uzbek food as you can get in Dubai.<br/><br/>For starters, we ordered the Shorba which was a rich soup full of delicious chunks of meat and veggies like potato, carrot and onion. Even though we asked for one portion to be split into 2 bowls to share between a couple, the quantity was still too much for one person and yet so tasty that every drop was finished off.<br/><br/>We also ordered Somsa which are stuff pastries with mince meat and delicious pepper flavouring. Again very generous sizes and absolutely delicious.<br/><br/>For the mains, we tried the Plov and the Jiz Biz. Their Plov was a rich pilaf with thinly cut slices of meat on top and mild seasoning - a speciality of the region. I enjoyed it but my better half would have preferred a bit less sweetness. Jiz Biz had flavoursome chunks of meat thinly sliced and fried along with potato veggies.<br/><br/>The service was attentive and quick. Overall a great experience and if you can put up with the drive up to the less flashy part of Dubai Marina and try to sort out street side parking then definitely worth the hassle. We will be back again and soon.<br/><br/>

I have been meaning to visit for a while, I generally order from here 2-3 times a month, I try and order a different dish every time. However, this visit was only about their fried Lagman, honestly these guys can never go wrong with their fried Lagman.<br/><br/>Ratings and comments for this visit:- <br/><br/>1. As well as , in my order beef strogans i found below item . Advice to be careful and see what u having before eat. I do not recommend!

Finally got my order. In a begging I received soup instead of Napoleon cake, but as soon I called to the restaurant they sent my cake back plus complimentary I had nice chicken noodle soup, Taste really good, like homemade. Napoleon a bit dry, but compare to all other ones here in Dubai is the best, also I asked to change my salad , as I wasn't expecting eggs on it. Everything was done. I am satisfied. Thank you. will order again.

Delivery took half an hour. Nevertheless, the food was tasty, fresh, but cold. I would like to dispute the comment about the portions size. We ordered Plov and Lagman, the portions were large and we were unable to finish them. Suggestion to set up delivery or at least hire subcontractors for that.

I love their business lunch idea. I had initially ordered from talabat, but since you can’t leave reviews there I thought I’d leave it here. My order was the following; beef stroganoff, coated herring salad, home styled potatoes and oliviye salad, I had made sure to leave a note to remove the meat from olivye salad due to having allergies, which was completely ignored and I almost ate the salad that had meat in it (which I left a note of to remove), the home styled potatoes didn’t have any herbs or onions in it (which is how it’s supposed to be), the mashed potatoes had too much butter in it, and based on my partner’ the stroganoff was completely off. I’m so disappointed, I would definitely not order from here again.

Заказала пюре с куриной котлетой. Пюре просто отвратительное! Такое ощущение , что картошку натерли на терке и смешали с чем-то похожим на молоко! Это просто позор. Никогда не буду ничего больше заказывать. Если Ваш повара не умеют готовить картофельное пюре, надо решить эту проблему, а не опускаться до такого дна, и отправлять клиентам такое жуткое месиво.

Beef was not tender and hard to chew I left half of it on the table.Pickled cucumbers have been spicy!!!!You should mention it on the menu!!! I ordered couple of cakes online just to get a phone call from the restaurant that they don’t have it and they can offer me replacement which I accepted.Honey cake was good the 2nd one went straight to the rubbish bin.

After ordering my favourite cakes I was called by the restaurant to tell me that both are unavailable and I can get replacement cakes instead,since I already paid for the order there was not much choice left for me.Beef stew was ok...the meat could have been a bit more tender.Mash potato good,but it’s really hard to mess it up.<br/>I was really looking forward to their pickles and I was very disappointed to discover it was spicy...something that definitely SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON THE MENU!!!!

Excellent food joint and it is highly advisable to read about Uzbek cuisine before going or ordering food over the phone. People forget and think of it as Russian food which is 100% wrong. Uzbek is a civilization of its own and has a great culture and heritage. Their food is celebrated around the Asia-European continent. <br/>I ordered kebabs and Pulav Tashkent and it was mouth watering. I am now a regular there and love their service. Parking is mostly easy to get, if not call the restaurant and ask if they can provide one. <br/>Location is excellent. Sitting out and eating is very pleasent in winters and pre-summer. <br/>Great service. And the bill was quite gentle on the pocket. <br/>Overall I come out very satisfactory after every visit.

DO NOT ORDER !!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD. An order was delayed for 2 hours!!! Instead of delivery guy, someone called me saying: I'm not a delivery guy, I'm just a friend of manager and I'm doing a favor, everyone is busy.Come down a collect your order, there is no parking ( when there is free empty parking ) if you are not coming I'm leaving and HE LEFT with the food. UZBEGIM NOTE THAT People are busy at work and can not run for your friends and food downstairs in the parking. This is ridiculous how unprofessional they are! LOST TIME, MONEY, AND FOOD WERE NOT EVEN DELIVERED!!!
