I would go to this restaurant for impeccable service and quality of food . It’s not indo Chinese .. so if you are looking for authentic Chinese then this is the place to be. Udon noodles and dimsums were my favorite. So look out for Sunil he is awesome.

Chuan is a high end Chinese restaurant in The Pointe.
We had a very good experience, food was greatly prepared, they have a long list of authentic high quality Cantonese food. Prices are quite on the high-end.
This could have been a 5 stars review, but we were somehow disappointing because the main item on the menu (Pecking Duck) is not available, only if you call one day before in advance to book it (unbelievable!!!). Second, the prices of the wines are quite absurd, this is not a restaurant in DIFC...it is still in The Pointe...
If you want to go, make sure you call in advance to book the Duck!
This is the place to be if you want high quality authentic Chinese food. Amazing food, amazing view, amazing decor. The Peking Duck is definitely the best I have had in Dubai and surpasses what the other Asian-oriented restaurants offer by miles. Highly recommend!
Environment is nice.
Food portion and food quality are good, but not much on Dim Sim choice. Peking duck is quite standard to the original one. Price is overrated then others, even more more expensive than dining in hotel.
I ordered sensational lobster balls which was very tasty balls are combination Mango chutney with some almonds. The rooftop Ambience was very beautiful.
I tasted grilled codfish and baked crab meat. Meat was tasty and could be tried. Fish was also well prepared and tasted well. Overall the experience was good.

The view is spectacular. The reception, hosting and service is excellent. The menu was a bit confusing at the beginning but with help of staff we quickly got it.
The food variety material and taste is excellent. The Dover sole fish is very nice as well as all the food.
I will visit again differently.

2022年3月6日に来店しました。ドバイモールからはタクシーで約３０分程度の場所に位置しています。目の前には有名なアトランティスザパームが。時間にて噴水ショーが見られますが、屋外席の逆特権にて虫がある程度は訪問して来ますので、今回は屋内席での食事です。
３年前にドバイへ来た時にはアトランティスザパームの目の前は何もなく、奥に都市がぼんやりと見えるくらいだったので（アトランティスザパームの敷地内ビーチからの風景）ものすごい勢いで開発が進められているのは間違っていません。
来店は１８時頃。今回は蟹を目当てで来店しているので予約必須。

この時間は店内には、まだ来店客は見当たらず。
店内の雰囲気やサービスは申し分なく、個人的にはフィンガーボールに
暖かい紅茶（レモン入り）が衝撃的かつキングクラブのこってりとした
油っぽさや匂いがスッキリと落ちて感動しました。
気になる料理の味は、オリジナル性が高く味付けは濃いめ。
周囲に聞いても男性の方が好む味付けに感じます。
フォアグラはパイナップル風味。エビチリはコッテリとした甘さのバルサミコ酢のタレを纏っています。
蟹は事前予約がないと注文できませんので注意が必要です。

Wow! This sister restaurant of Long Ten really impressed me. Authentic Chinese dishes and alcohol in a gorgeous two level restaurant with an impressive wine rack and view of the worlds largest fountain. Don’t forget to ask the restaurant to validate your parking ticket.

Food was fantastic. Service by Minn was superb. He offered great recommendations for all three courses. If 6 stars were available, this restaurant deserves it. We had the chef's recommendations: Peking duck and codfish. The chef with over 10 years of experience gives you a live experience when serving the duck. Don't skip the dessert menu- some delicious treats there as well. We will certainly come back.
