Always liked their coffee. However this review is for something else. On Saturday I forgot my earbuds in the Dubai Mall ground floor branch. I called them that night but they hadnt found it. So I gave up hope. A couple of days later I visited Dubai mall and checked with their lost and found, nothing. Just for the heck of it I decided to visit the cafe again to see if they haf found anything, with little hope. Imagine my surprise when the lady at the counter went into the back and brought out my black jabra ear buds. Thank you so much guys! Even before she found it the staff were really understanding and helpful while I was talking to them. Made my day. Thanks again team Cafe Nero!

Its been a while since I went to Caffe Nero and it never failed to impress me .. the hostess were kind and with full energy! Just loved it .. the hot chocolate Milano and the tomato and Cheese Toast was out of the world ! Missed their pain au raisin , as it was not available! 😞😞😞

I had the latte at 16 dhs and a spanish sweet pastry-Almond Rosewater at 17 dhs. Both were excellent.
The coffee probably was the largest in the same price point among all peers. Good taste.

Good to spend time with loved one with taste of best coffee. Coffee is something special I tried from many brands like Costa , Starbucks, Timhortons, Barista but this is something special. Ambience is good where in such crowded place best privacy is achieved.
On a hot sunny day I was planning on having something cold and I tried this cafe out. I tried the caffe mocha and I have to say it tasted amazing and I absolutely loved it. It was my first time trying it
Their coffee is perfect. Pair it with a decadent caramel, blueberry muffin, an apple walnut bread slice, a carrot cake, caramel shortcake, croissant or their multigrain wraps, you will be spoilt for choice. In fact their choice of Italian Style dishes can cater to any palette be it vegetarian,vegan,gluten free,nut free or dairy free.
I love the fact that they open 0645 for a great flat white so this is my go to place for my caffeine needs at dubai mall in the morning.....

Visited this joint a week back, but their frappès were too good to not wrie about. We had ordered the espresso and caramel frappè which tasted just as heavenly as it looks.
Where I get my green tea, cappuccino, cafe latte or simply put my caffeine. Really the best around the town. Especially this location is ideal after a long day of shopping.
Very nice Italian coffeeshop, located just beside the ice rink in The Dubai Mall. The staffs/barista are welcome and their good barista. I took cappuccino with double shots and additional coconut milk, good taste first time to have coffee with coconut milk.

Whenever i visit the dubaimall, definitely go to Caffe Nero. I love their Flat white coffee. The location is great near Ice rink. Good place to sit and staff is very friendly and service is quick.
Caffe Nero has good coffee and deserts. The staff is friendly and they have comfortable seats. Loyal customers get a loyalty card, they get their 10th coffee for free.
Came here for lunch and tried their mushroom melt with the hot chocolate Milano. The crispy buttered bread with oozing cheese and well done mushrooms was brilliant!
As for the coffee, the hot chocolate Milano and the cappuccino was very satisfying. I felt the chocolate fudge cake was more of a brownie texture and hence didn't enjoy too well.
I had first experienced Caffè Nero in London Heathrow airport. It was packed and I managed to get a quick muffin and an Americano. Here, I was not in a rush and had to kill time till my wife shopped. I repeated the same order a muffin and an Americano. When my wife finally arrived with huge shopping bags hanging from her petite fingers, she was found a happy husband waiting.
I absolutely love their croissant sandwiches. Every time i come here, I try a different one. I love the turkey ham and cheese croissant, the cheese and tomato croissant and their turkey bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Super delicious for breakfasts.
Stopped by before starting off for the day. The cheese croissant was fresh and so was the crumbly blueberry muffin. The coffee was well brewed and am glad I chose this place for the start of the day. Service was good and staff was friendly
From under its royal blue plumage, Nero flaps its hazel-flavored wings to draw the passer-by. And in line with the generic theme of Dubai Mall (be the largest you can be, example Apple Store, example Samsung Screens, example the aquarium glass panel) this outlet is the opposite of small. If it were a polar species, it would’ve strutted its ware with the moniker of Emperor Nero.
Small talk in plenty is what you should indulge in this expansive coffee shop- the inside out design means you can sit anywhere, and still be getting a big slice of capitalism in motion a.k.a Dubai Mall shoppers. The coffee is good, but I get stuck on the hot chocolate magnum opus they call grande.
Find this place as a relaxing good chit chat area while waiting for some movie times or some other activities. Coffee is good aerving is good. Expresso as i was expecting was less in quantity and cold but cappucino was good. Good time and fun on this place.

Good for a quick bite and decent coffee. Their iced latte lacked any sort of sweetness (which then leads to adding a flavored pump, which means more money). The chicken avocado sandwich with basil was delicious as well as filling; usually cafe food is the opposite along with a ridiculous price tag. The Entertainer is accepted here, but even without it, I would still visit if a coffee and lunch craving hit mid-shopping.
Beverages served were good especially the Latte's. Staff was friendly and intended. Overall experience was good. Would love to visit again :)
Beautiful rustic decor with a typical English vibe in the heart of Dubai Mall which serves great coffees and snacks, Cafe Nero is one of those coffee shops that are best for having a quick break from the tiring walks inside the huge and beautiful Dubai Mall.
We tried the classic Cappuccino and it was just right - the perfect amount of coffee and good aroma with smooth crema. The staff is very well behaved and always sports a pleasant smile on their faces. The pricing is good too - 16 AED for a regular coffee is not bad at all!
A must visit place in Dubai Mall if you want to take a break and grab a good Cappuccino and maybe some snacks!

I love coffee and can’t think about my life without it. Coffee is the first thing I have as soon as I wake up in the morning. And what can be better than coffee in the morning? Learning and making your own coffee at a coffee masterclass. Last Wednesday I was invited to a coffee masterclass at Caffé Nero at their outlet in The Dubai Mall. In the masterclass their barista taught us how to make their newly introduced coffee- Cortado. I also made my own Cortado with the help of their expert barista.

While waiting for the fountain show had a craving for coffee ☕️ and caffe Nero was the nearest coffee stop . It's an open cafe with a lovely bookish cafe ambiance . Ordered cappuccino for takeaway. Their display is so tempting that had to order chocolate chip cookie and ginger bread man . Although ordered for takeaway but the sitting area persuaded us to sit and sip our coffee there . Very comfy sitting area . Staff was polite and quick . 👍
Well if you need a prepared club sandwich then look no more. They have the best one. It was fresh and tasted beautiful. The espresso was not bad either. The service was great.
I really liked Nero's coffee. The food selection is really good too. They have some healthy options as well as porridge, some nuts, some good salads too.

Serving the best hot chocolate in town! Being a Starbucks girl, it's safe to say that Cafe Nero's hot chocolate outperforms even Starbucks! Just the perfect combination of chocolate and milk with the right sweetness blended into your cup. Boosting your mornings the perfect way.
Definitely one of the better franchise cafes in comparison to Starbucks and costa (no offence to them🤐). Their coffee tastes sooo much better! I remembered my first time trying it in London and it was still as popular as it is now. They use italian blend of coffee beans and their coffee beans taste strong and fragrant. Their coffee is handcrafted the italian way as so they say.. Costa is also italian but the contrast between them is quite obvious. I had their flat white and it was made perfectly. Temperature is also not too hot or cold. Strong taste and amount of milk was perfect, especially in a flat white. For a franchise coffee shop its quite good.
Even better is their variety of food items. Wraps, muffins, cakes, sandwiches, salads..etc. Their display will tempt you to order something! I like that they have healthy items. Service is fast. Friendly baristas. Nice decor. Noisy ambience as its an opened cafe. They should have more branches spread out in dubai.
One of the best cafe in town and my favour joint. May it be hot or cold ......... coffee or shakes Nero will never disappoint you. Just perfect for breakfast or to catch up with friends. It's a great place in Dubai Mall but there is a draw back to this cafe. Gets too crowded at times and too noisy. If it had a glass wall or the door to separate it from the mall traffic it would be excellent!!!!

Have tried all their wraps and sandwiches in veg salad. They have very limited veg options but they all taste good. Hope they do introduce more veg options as this in very limited at present!!!!!

Tried the Strawberry & Vanilla Frappe Creme from the Dubai Mall outlet recently. The drink as such was a fine blend with bits of strawberry [and pulp!] added in to give that fruity flavor. The drawback was that there is no real privacy unlike a lot of other coffee places. Gets real noisy sometimes as its location is one of the busiest points in the Mall. Also, there are chances that you'll run out of seating while waiting out your order because a non-customer wanted to rest their tired feet after doing all that shopping [or window-shopping!].

Dropped in for a cappuccino while window shopping at the dubai mall. Was not too hungry but yet, looking at the cappuccino cake & the carrot cake I couldn't resist my temptation. Ordered for a carrot cake & a cappuccino. It was one of the best cakes I've ever had & so was the cappuccino. Quick service, nice ambience & great experience overall...
One of my favorite coffee not too roasted as most of them are. Selection of gluten free snacks. Ask for the regular offers. Only need some more breakfast options!
I love their coffee and iced teas. I recommend their peach iced tea although its a little too sweet for me, this time i tried the caramel shortbreak, I wouldnt really recommend this, its too hard to eat and something diff so i would rather go with a cheescake instead. Staff is friendly as usual as all other locations. They recommended me to try the tiramisu, maybe next time I visit.

Oh, aside from the bookish cafe ambiance, what I loved most was the Caramel Frapp and Smoked Turkey & Cheese Croissant.
You better sit here if you want to avoid the busy floors of Dubai Mall. They also have a lot of pastries to choose from and coffee = perfect combo.
This place is my solution to hot chocolate cravings. Being an ardent hot chocolate lover under at any given season, Caffe Nero is one of the few cafes in Dubai that does it right when it comes to their hot chocolate, with the right balance of chocolate and milk.
Located within Dubai Mall, this cafe offers a stark contrast to the glitz all around you and has a really homely feel to it. Their staff are always cheery and they have a book corner that I like to sit by with a good book and my hot chocolate.

Great place for espresso or a cappuccino, they also have a nice selection of pastries and sandwiches. There is a seating area outside if you would like to sit out. Smooth espresso and fresh bakery. Prices are at par with Starbucks . The atmosphere is inviting....
Best Hot Chocolate ever !!! I have tried the hot chocolate drink of many brands, but this one stands out!! The cream and taste is unique and for any hot chocolate drinkers out there, please do try this one out!!!

Whenever I crave hot chocolate I straight head to Nero! The 1st time I tried it was in Italy and ever since I am hooked to it. I love the place in Dubai Mall, beside the ice rink. It's a cozy cafe and I frequent the place for my fav hot chocolate. There is nothin much I have tried so can't comment.
The place was better than now .. Now there are random tables the uncomfortable chairs .. Nero has the best Amrecano coffee .. But the place at the Dubai mall is so small and uncomfortable .. It located at the most noisy area in the Dubai mall
Great wraps and amazing cakes. Tried the chicken shawarma wrap and gluten free carrot cake, deliciously prepared. Service could be a bit refined and they could look at serving the sandwiches and wraps in a larger variety (options)
A Pretty busy place during any hour of the day. Very lively. Decent place for a good coffee in Dubai Mall. Good location as its almost in the middle of all my favorite shops. Rather than waiting in long queues at Starbucks, I would prefer Cafe Nero.

In the search for a new coffee place, I ended up in Nero after reading the zomato reviews. Its a cool place with friendly staff. They have a lot of things in their menu. The best part of this place is the wall of books. Its arranged so beautifully and the sofas by that wall, makes you feel cozy.
I tried the chai latte, chicken shawarma roll and double chocolate muffins. The chai latte had a different and unique taste. It tasted like cinamon and was great. The chicken shawarma roll was tasty, but could be better. The double chocolate muffins; it was my first try with muffins and i completly loved it. The chocolate chunks in between melts in your mouth and gives you a burst of chocolate.
Loved this place. Nice place to have some tea and snacks and chill around with friends and family.
A good place to sit and chill with friends... Good beverages... Tried their lemon and mint in summer and i quite liked it :).
Continuing to look for good coffee and reading spots. This one is decent coffee, but cookie was hard and not too good. It was too crowded to read and people watch.

The reason I gave this a 4 is because of the friendly staff. The place is usually crowded. Long ques and almost no vacant chairs, but most of the mobile staff made me feel welcome at their melting pot cafe.
My companion got a bad experience the first time we went here. We waited for quite sometime, apparently the cashier keeps on bypassing us. Maybe because ai was mesmerized by the menu and couldn't decide which pastry or which coffee to take (hot or cold?). My companion got frustrated and vocalized her sentiments. The management made it up to us in the end. I didn't have anybissue about but they sure did a good job of pacifying the issue.
The staffs are friendly, and smiling and made us feel we can seat wherever we want to as long as it's available ofcourse. They are very helpful.
The coffee is great! not too sweet and not too strong too. The pastries are baked right, just the way I want it to be. The cakes are not too sweet either.
Dubai mall is such a big place but caffe nero surely did make its mark in my favorites.
Hot chocolate, banana cakes, wedges and desserts are a quick refreshers.. Free Wifi is another great thing about this place.. Caffe neros is thee best place to relax.. Have a quick snack or for ppl who like to munch on delicious food that helps them pave way to excellence while working on a project, completion of tasks or meetings.. It's calm n soothing to just be at the cafe, sip on ur hot chocolate and look around at people in the mall.. This is the best place to end your evening after a good walk around the mall shopping..
Good Coffee but I would say given the italian name and the italian look to the place they ought to serve more italian variety of coffee! But other than that it's a good place to just sit and relax while having a cup of coffee plus the coffee tastes much better than most places I would say but what really is worth the time is how beautiful the place is designed. Gives a cozy feel especially in the corners. Do give it a try!

One of the better places to have coffee is Caffe Nero.
They have nice award winning coffee. Love their cappuccino grande with fresh cream. Cheescakes and pastries are good too. Food and beverage are priced reasonably.
Ambience is cozy with very comfortable seating. Its a self service place. They have free wifi too. You will have to ask them for pass code!
Amazing coffee, plus they have a buy 9 get the 10th one free. The coffee is fresh the service is good and the experience is much better than any other coffee house. Good coffee, good times. Their new menu looks great. They have a variety of pastries, sandwiches and light snacks. My brother loves this place, so it's good that it opened in Dubai Mall. It's a must try for coffee lovers. I personally love their iced beverages.
