After a nice sunrise view and walk at the Palm, which by the way I recommend 100%, with my parents, we drove to Shakespeare for a nice outdoor breakfast. Garden facing surrounded by greenery, the metro line right above, light classic music, the ambience is absolutely perfect for a soothing breakfast experience.
We all (mostly) know that the food here is really good and with a zomato gold even better ;) but the value to all this was Mike, he was serving us and he is absolutely the best. The way he welcomed us till the goodbye, with that smile and humbleness. Just the cherry on the cake for our morning. Thanks Mike, you Rock!!!

We usually go there to drink Turkish coffee and to eat some desserts. The desserts are amazing in this cafe. We can not decide even what to eat, because all are looks nice and the taste of the desserts are incredible too.

Shakespeare is a must go to desert place. It was my first time eating there after 2011! I ordered a fresh carrot juice, along side some appetizers Calamari and some Mozza sticks. This location has a fantastic seating outside. Service is quick and good. Recommend for a business meeting or a coffee.
This is one of my favourites braches of Shakespeare in terms of ambiance and location. Food as usual it nothing to complain about . Those of you wish to do Sheesha and have a fancy dinner this is the place to be.

We tried a later morning breakfast at Shakespeare and Co in Golden Mile.
This branch is among the more scenic branches with a great outdoor seating. The day we went the weather though wasn't the best one. But a bit of breeze and the green surroundings can make your morning with the victorian theme.
We tried a Po Boy sandwich and the steak sandwich. Their complimentary bread as always was fresh, warm and the herb butter is great balanced compliment albeit you feel naughty afterwards :)
The steak sandwich had crispy bread, pickles on top, sweet onions and beef steaks. The vegetables provided good balance in the sandwich and the salad provided good balance on the side. Their fries are extra crispy and great.
The po boy is impressive in its own way with crispy shell fried fish and complimentary vegetables in a brioche bun. Though it could be a bit overwhelming to eat this one due to the size.
All in all we enjoyed experience, would be coming back here in future too.
I love the avocado and eggs at Shakespeare, always perfect. Ordered that together with a cup of green tea, that’s of the brand Newby, that’s of good quality served in a pot and always comes with a couple of cookies or mini madeleines.
I love all things Victorian, this is a place that will give you an Alice in wonderland feeling! I just couldn’t get enough of the lovely colourful decor! The food lived up to the expectation. We were little experimental and went for be your chef side of the menu, where you can choose and pair meat with sides that catch your food fantasy! The chicken was perfectly cooked and salad was a burst of flavour. This place is absolutely not to be missed!

Tortilla wrap is one of my fvrt..golden mile is very calm place and having food at Shakespeare here is a brilliant.
The biggest problem of Shakespeare and Co. is that the quality is extremely inconsistent. We ordered a be your own chef tenderloin and salmon, they were both overcooked and flavourless, while the sides weren't as good as how they were last time!
The place I'm in love with 😍 Calm location around, amazing and friendly staff, delicious food with all available options! And breakfast are is #1 I would recommend you to try. Omelete (white, full eggs, cheese) with potato and asparagus on side, toast, coffee, juice and fresh fruits ( Healthy breakfast).
All served and tastes in a best way. Definitely amazing start of the day!

My review of Shakespeare and Co - A wonderful middle eastern place to stop by and grab some quick snacks and coffee. There are delicious savory items, like the crepes and the breakfast eggs. This cafe definitely excels at preparing their food to make them wonderful to enjoy, over the typical cafe treats that usually is served. This cafe has a huge food menu, so if you're more hungry to just enjoy only a snack, you can get a full sized meal here. I am obsessed with the virgin cocktails here, there are so many different blends, it is absolutely tasty.
The french toast was perfect, and I loved how sweet it was. The texture was not dry at all which I found this to be the case in most french toasts that I had, but this particular one was amazing.
I am a huge fan of eggs benedict and the ones here did not disappoint me. The eggs were made perfectly and I was satisfied with the flavours.
Finally, my smoked salmon was not bad, and it was seasoned well. This is always a great dish for me to enjoy in the morning as the salmon is not too thick and just light enough for my protein intake of the day.
This cafe deserves a rating of 4.5/5.
I ordered the french toast for 33DHS, eggs benedict for 39DHS, smoked salmon for 33DHS, and the love potion cocktail for 29DHS.

Shakespeare in Golden Mile is the place for coffee and desserts after lunch. Weekdays lunchtime, there is hardly ever any customer so you can enjoy your coffee and read or work on something. My favorite dessert is hazelnut success.

Nice place at the Golden Mile Galleria with a beautiful terrace.
Service and food is good, the location convenient if you live in the area. After 9pm the terrace might get busy so its good to book a table to avoid waiting.

Recently visited to this place with a grouo of friends, tried thier main course which was very good and delicious in taste... love each and every bite... and best place for sheesha too.. quite expensive but its worth spending money sometime on your special moment of joy. I have always gone to shakespeare and co whenever i have felt like having a cup of coffee with a financier in a super relaxed envirornment and a kind of fairy tale feeling. I had chocolate cappucino and financier, my friend chose to have cappucino and grape flavour sheesha. Loved my chocolate cappucino . i am not a sheesha person but my friend was happy with the sheesha too .Chilled out vibes , good place to catch up with friends. Service is good too

Looking for a relaxing, not crowded environment? Then Golden Mile at the Palm Jumeirah is the perfect place to be. They have a lot of restaurants, but this time we visited the famous Shakespeare and Co. For us, the atmosphere and decor of a restaurant greatly influence our dining experience. The elegant decor inspired by the 18th century and the shabby chic setting here is so adorable and cute. We really loved sitting on their upholstered chairs and couches - very classy and comfy. The staff and service was fast and their menu was so incredible that is perfect at anytime of the day. We had two salads here, the Burrata Salad which is not yet included in their menu. The burrata cheese makes this salad distinct and special. And this Quinoa Salad which is for us, the healthiest among all the salads we tried.
Butternut Squash is the bestseller on all their soups. It is a squash soup drizzled with creme fraiche. It was served hot, fresh and very creamy. On the other hand, the breaded Mozzarella Sticks were one of my favorite here. I ate it right away when they served it. It's so cheesy and delicious with or without the marinara sauce.
Who will say NO to their huge burger? Presenting, one of the Signature Burger here is the Kentucky Barrel. The grilled beef patty was thick topped with beef bacon, straw onion, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce and BBQ sauce, with crispy fries on sides. This one was really hard to finish. The Crispy Calamari was deep fried to perfection, best paired with the tartar sauce that comes with it. Amazingly delicious.
Perfectly grilled and tender Beef Tenderloin with asparagus, sun-dried tomato, walnut, mushroom emulsion on side and flavorful dauphinoise potatoes is one of the main dish here that you should not miss out.
We tried their Fettuccine Carbonara (pasta with creamy carbonara sauce, grilled chicken, spicy roasted walnuts, turkey ham). It was beautifully done and the creamy sauce was enough to make the texture and presentation highly remarkable. I paired it with their hot and smooth Cafe Mocha.
Skipping dessert was not an option no matter how full we felt. The desserts here were excellent and the quality is superb. We tried their Carrot Cake and Pecan Pie (pie of the day). Both tasted divine. We wished they can include the pecan pie in their menu so we can have it whenever we want. We also tried different flavors of their French Macarons and the Fondant Au Chocolat (warm chocolate cake with chocolate filling inside and vanilla ice cream). The chocolate oozes out in every slice. Dining here was such a great indulgence.

Not miss the great taste of butter.
But this restaurant can be recommended for all other reason except your bad choice of menu :)

The place is a bit hard to find because of the diversions on the Palm . We had to go around a couple of times before we actually found it. Google maps also misguided us.
Good casual spot for tea / coffee any time during the day. Great range of mini dessert cakes. You can also order larger cakes for special occasions. Our fav is the Mille Feuille (French custard party dessert) - sooo good.
Nice menu range of breakfast options and lunch / dinner. The kebab on the top is that they also have ShiSha available!

Had a lovely breakfast at Shakespeare at the golden mile. The service was excellent and the food arrived fast. I am not a fan of their coffee, but turkey and cheese crepes are always good. Poached eggs were ok. Lovely decor and nice ambiance. Good for families. Good value for the price, entertainer vouchers are accepted there.
Finding a restaurant in the Golden mile is not an easy process but as we were looking for a different location to dine in we ventured here.
The restaurant was not too busy in the evening. The staff were attentive and polite. The food at Shakespeare needs to change, especially the main courses. The food is too saucy. The steak this time around was not good. It had a bad smell to it. The staff were very apologetic about it and we changed it to another dish.
It is a nice place to be if you are staying close by. There is nothing spectacular in the setting of the Golden Mile to attract people from outside the Palm.
Although the overall food was alright, service was really good. Had the seafood pizza which I thought was a little too salty. However, Kimberly in particular was really helpful!
Gotta love the salad in this place!!the presentation is great and the ingredients are fresh! We had the Cobb salad,cesar salad and beetroot and squash salad and all looks and tasted amazing.
I will never doubt S&C on their ability to impress every time. Having travelled the length of the country, the level of customer happiness is consistent throughout its branches, this I can tell you. I love their cakes, the bigger the better, slices will only last so long. Coffee is alright, not groundbreaking, but you are there for the overall takeout, remember? Brilliant concept, slick execution. The shop on Palm is a blessing for us dreary travelers who frequent the ambitious island often. Oh, their home-made butter is delicious, come prepared to feast.

I was so overwhelmed by the level of courtesy demonstrated by the outlet manager/supervisor and the staff.
I spilled the pepper on my untouched plate, which was purely my mistake and the manager insisted to change the plate for me.
After the meal i was surprised with this lovely dessert which was on the house as a token of appreciation as i have been a shakespere customer.
Huge respect goes to these great individuals and their great efforts.
I find it ironic that a week ago I was giving a bad review about an outlet 5 min away from this one to be pleasantly surprised by this outstanding level of service at Shakespere 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Incredibly impressed by the service and food at this outlet of Shakespeare and Co.
We were late for our reservation, yet the staff were very accommodating and managed to arrange a special table for us - and even when our table was beginning to be packed with many plates of food they seamlessly added another table on our side. And that is actually how every part of the service can be described: seamless yet excellent. We felt like the only table there.
As for the food, we mainly ordered vegetarian meals and seafood dishes which were very tasty,exciting and nutritious. We had the Beetroot and Squash salad and the Poached Salmon Salad and they both came in impressive portions featuring a variety of rich mixed leaves, beans, vegetables, nuts and seeds, and a very yummy dressing. We also order many sides from the finger food menu which were delicious additions.
Finally as for the deserts, they were the literal and figurative cherry on top. Everyone at the table was able to pick something indulgent, incredibly tasty and rich from the extensive desert menu - we could barely stop ourselves from trying from everyone else's desert on the table!
Overall we were very happy with this experience and afterwards we had a lovely stroll through the golden mile park where there is a nice lit path, trees, and many little attractions for children.

Visited this cafe after a long time and was quiet impressed with the courteous staff and the breakfast spread. Filling for some and healthy for some. Really liked the American breakfast. Would visit more often.
Ten on ten for the atmosphere and decor; really beautiful view and comfortable seating. I would recommend the Lebanese breakfast. A little bit pricey but totally worth every Dirham. Bon Appetite. :)

Went to the newly opened Galleria mall, for afternoon breakfast, ordered the American Breakfast, sat outside, everything was the way i like it from the service to the food, the atmosphere and the view was good also. Surely will go back.
