Strawberry Froze 🥤🍓: It tastes like premium strawberry and if you ask me, I 100% recommend it to anyone as it felt like the best on their menu!! Blueberry Froze 🥤🫐: Tastes quite sour compared to the "Strawberry Froze". Overall: So if you are more a fan of sour desserts then go for the blueberry flavor and if your big fan of sweet desserts then definitely choose the strawberry flavor.

I love Krispy Kreme, their products are very delicious and staff is very polite. Branch in IbnBattuta is nice and the choice is wide but when it comes to delivery just better escape that. it takes them more than 1.5 hours to deliver even if the distance is 3km like in my case and they don't pick up the phone when you call for the update.

Delightful selection, just that delivery service is poor. I placed my order at 1:41PM, expected delivery time was 45mins to 1 hour, that's normal, however after 1 hour and 30 mins, they have not arrived, no msg from the resto. Spoke with Zomato support, and they obvs apologize and gave credits, followed up with Krispy Kreme, they got back to me sd need to wait for another 10 mins, I gave them 15, nothing, followed up again, another 10 mins. Gave them another 15-20mins, still nothing. Called the resto, nothing. Zomato was helpful and they obvs appreciate my patience lol, finally got in touch with them, spoke to a crew, she was nice and apologetic, so I didn't argue with her as well, sister sd their company phone doesn't have a load so she couldn't call the customers for updates, and then she asked me to wait for another hour and half! Good heavens! Oh well, I couldn't cancel bec we've waited long enough :) Hope they get the delivery process sorted, you can't just accept orders when you can't deliver on time, and please make sure you have ways to communicate with customers please, that's Customer Service 101 ;)

i was really shocked to see this horrible customer service in this branch as i am regular guest of krispy kreme UAE. The guy looked very tired and i undestand but a very rude thin girl asked him to move and she start with us very rude way, and she mean it, as customer service she should know very well how to treat a customer and when we ask her what's inside each donut she answer in very bad way, and she don't have to show us that she want us to finish our order and go. we love Krispy Kreme but team need a big customer service training at least to smile.

We redeemed the entertainer offer for 2 donuts and a coffee each, and tried 4 flavors of donuts. My all time favorite Lotus Bischoff is definitely one of the best flavors you can try here and needs no further review, the other 3 that I tried were Newyork cheesecake, Chocolate Iced Custard Filled and Hazelnut Dream cake. All of them are quite amazing and if you compare this brand to Other donut brands in Dubai, this brand definitely delivers great taste, freshness and good service. The staff is very sweet and accommodating- special thanks to Victor.

Original Glazed Donut, the ultimate simple treat with a cup of coffee. Addictive when fresh and I won't stop at one. The other donuts are a mixed bag. Some are decent (custard filled ones) but most are too sweet for our taste (cheesecake). The drinks are average but fairly priced.

I have not had better donuts than Krispy Kreme. The wide range of flavors and preparations cater to taste of one and all. This is a small outlet at food court adjacent to Carrefour. They are always churning out fresh donuts. My favorites are original glazed, red velvet and hazelnut dream cake. NewYork cheesecake is also hard to resist. Just like their donuts, their coffee preparation is also at best. Clubbed with an entertainer deal, you can have an easy snack with easy prices. Try their Frozze menu too. It lives to its name. Delivery too is prompt. Definitely a must try for donut lovers.

These guys are the most unprofessional people that you can ever come across. After 40 mins of placing the order they call and tell that half of the order isn’t available. And one of the things ordered actually has an extra price and I will have to pay cash despite having paid online already. Waste of time!!

I’m a big of fan of Krispy creme donuts and I choose them over any other donuts. Love the normal glazed one for their lighter taste and sweetness. But the salted caramel coffee I tasted was the worse coffe ever as I couldn’t sip it either.

The branch does not answer calls, When they do they promise call back but no one really does call you back. I'm a regular at Krispy Kreme coz it's my absolute favorite place for doughnuts. They taste really fresh and also have varieties to choose from. My favourite is the hazelnut dream cake which is a must try for all the chocoholics out there! I also tried the latest lotus biscoff doughnut and i have found a new favorite! It's absolutely yummy for those who love lotus. The staff is really nice and polite.

I'm not too much of a donut person, but if I had to pick, Krispy Kreme's is my favourite. This one is located in the foodcourt near Geant/Carrefour. Their dream cake donut is heavy, but the best because it has Nutella on the inside, or at least a filling that tastes like it. Prices are around 6dhs per donut.

Though their New York cheesecake is amazing, however their mocha Frozze was the MOST DISGUSTING drink I ever tasted! I tried it at their Ibn Battutta store, it has a sour taste in it so I complained to their manager that whatever ingredient they were using in it has gone bad. I was told it really taste like that because they use Sumatran coffee extract, and they always have such complaint and have already raised it to their management. So disappointing, such drinks should be pulled out from their menu! Guys be warned and stay away from their coffee-based drinks!

They are most certainly aware that their delivery is an ongoing issue but does not do anything about it. Will never buy nor order from this shop again. They should drop the delivery option.

Krispy Kreme a popular doughnut chain all across UAE is known for maintaining its quality for serving the best desserts and coffee at reasonable prices. I tried their oreo flavoured and Hazelnut dream cake that was just perfect though not served hot. They offer some great deals on doughnuts and got wide range of options. Legit, tasty, damn good donut. . This is different, freshly made, warm and delicious when you bite into them. We've been twice and had the original glazed , peanut butter w/chocolate, coconut, etc. Coffee is actually pretty good and caramel espresso drinks was also good. All delicious, definitely a must go to, we go each time we are in town. Loving the donuts at Duck Donuts!! So many to choose from. First time here going to have to visit again. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed some really delicious custom donuts!

I’m not a big doughnut fan but I do eat from Krispy Kreme, I prefer the light ones like the strawberry doughnut. The bad thing is that they used to have the apple cinnamon doughnut which was my favourite and they removed it now L They also have offer on The Entertainer, so I got a dozen of doughnuts for the price of half a dozen which the nice valentines boxes.

Yummm!!! Love their donuts especially creme filled and American cheese cake donuts. They have good varieties of donuts and doesn't get you overwhelmed by their sweetness. To top it with their drinks it makes an icing on the cake. A must try if you already hadn't.

They had some really colourful & cute mini-donuts on display, and the server was sweet enough to tell me which one's what.
