Biriyani was tastelss , no aroma or flavour and the chicken was under cooked.Rice was very sticky .The worst Biriyani we ever had. Chicken porichathu was also not well done, it looked crisp outside but inside the flesh tasted raw and we could feel the after taste of flesh in our mouth after each bite. Staff was pateint enough and well mannerex to listen to our concerns , even suggested free bread items as replacements. Nevertheless , would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This is my go to place for some beef curry and Kerala porota. Steaming hot kizhi with porota thats soaks up all the gravy. Heard a lot about there pot sabbath so gave that a try. Milk.. soda.. kokum syrup and ICE CREAM... its was something really unimaginable. But worth a try.

The quantity of rice was too much and the quantity of curries was much less except pickle and fish fry.All together the “pothichor” wasn’t worth Aed14/- .

Place to enjoy south Indian dishes. Starters were good. The taste is little bit low when Compare to the price . Nice ambience.

This place is an absolute gem ! The food , the staff , the service is spot on . Sijo helped us to choose the menu today and it was out of the world . This is a must visit place if you are looking for some yummy authentic Kerala food . We can’t wait to come back again :-)

My friends insisted that I try this place, purely for their famous fish curry & matta rice. The place was super packed during lunch hours, however the manager was very accommodating and got us a table in less waiting time.<br/><br/>Food was quick to arrive, fresh and with generous quantity. I didn't mind the spice level, as the fish was just so tasty and perfectly seasoned. I loved the rice as it went very well with the curry. <br/><br/>We were served a plate of snacks, and even got a fuzzy drink to go along with it. <br/><br/>Enjoyable experience, if it wasn't for being busy and slightly hot.

Tender coconut shake: Had a good flavour but NOT authentic, wonder if its artifical flavoring. I would imagine a milkshake made with real tender coconut to be thicker than what I had..which was like plain milk

Definitly a must visit place. Beautiful interiors is the 1st thing you notice. A reasonable place with a fine-dining experience. Rice, bread, kappa portions are good. We ordered Chicken Chindamani which was tasty. Prawns Roast did not turn out as we expected, it was more gravy than roast and very few pieces but tasty none the less. We would visit again.

We were very excited to taste the Randu nila porotta from here after looking into the promotions and rating in zomato . We ordered online and since the delivery was not available to our location we went there for pick up. However the taste of beef was not upto our expectations. Only we can say an average food. Porotta was ok.

Today we had been to this restaurant. We had Randu thattu porotta, Thaikkudam porotta, Chemmeen puttu. All foods were excellent. Taste was very good. Everyone should give a try. Hygiene was up to the mark. Wash and soap facilities were controlled by sensors which provide more hygiene.

I tried chicken biryani home delivery was perfect and the biryani taste was worst and it felt like chicken curry mixed with over cooked rice. There was no biryani aroma and flavours chicken was not cooked well. It was really worst biryani I ever tried especially for the price it's not all worthy

Tamrind terrace is a beautiful place tucked away in lanes of karama......the interior is done very tastefully in vibrant colours and the crockery adds to the beauty of the place. Food has the authentic kerela touch , having said that chinese was equally yummy.<br/>Highlight was the special dish suggested by Mr siju which was a layered paratha with spicy gravy chicken and one layer of fried chicken all rapped in a banana leaf and pan grilled .<br/>In short a good place for having some inovative authentic kerala cuisine.

Good Ambience with social distancing, there is no vow factors in taste of food just ok. With Zomato gold pricing seems good.

Tamarind terrace located in karama...we tried their oru kudam choru adipoli...should try worth price 16 dhs and 1 kudam 2 can have it...and their chicken fry which gives nadan taste I loved it want to try their more variety item....

We were 11 and had a good dinner experience in Tamarind Terrace. We had ordered sweet corn chicken soup, hot and sour chicken soup, piripiri chicken and prawns fry as starters. To start with the soup wasnt that great. I felt it lacked salt and was blunt. The piripiri chicken and prawns was really good and crispy. 2 dishes was sufficient for 11 decent eating ppl 😃<br/>Our main dishes were : Appam, chicken curry, mutton biriyani, 2 layer porota and beef (special for the day). <br/>I must admit all the main courses were really good and very filling. I personally loved the appam and chicken curry and the mutton biriyani. <br/>The prices were decent. Since I had zomato gold we could avail additional 20% discount. <br/>The staff was very patient and courteous at all times which is commendable. <br/>During this pandemic times also they had prooer hygiene followed and social distancing maintained.<br/>We thoroughly had a good experience and would definitely go back to TT :)

The ambience, location is all perfect with good parking space. Shiju provided great service through out. The dishes were really good and reasonably priced. Overall a nice experience. Will surely visit again.

A restaurant serving Kerela food in Karama. The place is neat and large and the seafood is finger-licking good. If you have a tolerance for spice and love seafood there is no better place to indulge. The seafood is extremely fresh and it is pocket friendly which is amazing. From the starters we tried the Prawn Porichathu and something like a chicken 65 dry. Both of these are full of spice and flavor and we absolutely loved it. We called for Appams and Kerala parathas with the Kotayam Chicken curry and a Fish Mapas. Both these are gravies and went perfectly well with the parathas and appams. We were here with some friends and all of us totally loved the food, we always cant wait to be back here.

Got in for Lunch. Ambiance was very disappointing. No air conditioning. Dull lightings. They were using portable coolers instead. Loud noise. Ordered “Oru Kudam Chor” and Tea. <br/>Oru Kudam Chor - Rice mixed with Fish Curry, Chicken and Coconut Beef fry. It was a variety dish. Enjoyed it. Served in disposable plate.<br/>Tea - not at all professional. Not up to the mark. <br/><br/>Above all, the prices are sky high. When you compare with similar restos in the neighbourhood, this seems to be way too far an average earning person.<br/>Ambiance, presentation, service are not worth the price. They have to consider reducing the pricings.

Very poor taste for the kudam chooru . They adv as rice with beef infused with fish curry and chicken ..all descriptions on food with out meaning for what they serve . I haven't seen not even a single piece of chicken on it and it was terribly mixed with chilly paste (which is not fish curry as they say ) .may be the chef over there haven't tasted traditional fish curry and how would it look like when mixed with rice.. this is just fooling people with food . If you are typical Kerelite and would like some Malabari cuisine then this place is for you to visit. We ordered Beef fry with ghee rice which was reasonably tasty than the prawn mango curry. Wheat parotas are the highlight, which must be tried and I can ensure you that it shall be the best combination with any curry on the menu.

I contact this restaurant because i was plaining my wedding. To be honest all of the things was prepare like a month and after finalizing things we were hopping to pass a wonderful day. After the ceremony when we reach the reception place some of my request was not taken. I request them to place only Appethizer and not starters but this both was on the table. Nicely i just remark them and is ok. What was so disapointed is the Avocado Salad, it was bitter because the avocado was not ripper and all of the guest left it on the plate. It was a big shame that we didnt tast before our guest. Once this happen, i approch the team and told them to remove it from the buffet. The rest of things was ok i guess because i didnt eat all of the buffet food. For the dessert, i request Caramel Flan and Fruit Stand.. they inform me in advance that they dont have fruit stand and is ok.. On the day, they bring Full fruit on the table and the caramel flan when you saw, you wont tasted.. My husband ask to remove the fruit and the ask if the cut it|to be honest is stupid that on the nest day, the manager was telling me that yes when you ask to cut we cut it for| are they listen to theirself? because how guest can eat the fruit if is full with cover Lol..Arround 10 pm, the ask me that they are leaving that i have to settle the rest of the bill and i told them today is my day.. you guys can left next day we will come to your restaurant. Expectation vs reality check done. Beef Biryani was okay but 70% was bones and hardly got any meat in it so I would call it beef bones biriyani. Ordered Mutton and Chicken Biryani as well and they were also okay.

We had pothi porotta with beef curry which was just finger licking good. This item vanished within seconds from our plate. The porotta was soaked in the beef gravy and just melted in the mouth. For side we orderd kozhi unakkamulaku which was an average dish. Nothing so special.

They have a nice lighted terrace with some interesting decor. The inside of the restaurant is also well kept and designed.<br/>Service is fast. They prepare hot.<br/>My order was beef cherully fry at 26 dhs and appams at 2 dhs each. I also had a Lemon soda.<br/>I really loved the item very much. The beef were extremely well marinated and soft. Medium spicy gravy. The speciality is it's cooked with small onions- shallot. This is my first time to try beef curry and so I can't judge the quality now. But it was a nice combo from kerala.<br/>I had a very good experience..

When there is a fear in the city about a particular virus and it is advised that all meat items should be well cooked, 2/10 for the chicken curry is too much. <br/>Otherwise it would have earned 7.5/10.

I ordered Chicken fried rice combo and sechwan fried rice and kappa biriyani. Kappa biriyani was OK, and the other 2 dishes was worst which I have not ever eaten like this before. the price is also too high after discount offered also.

Authentic taste of Kerala ‘nadan’ food. We had kappa, beef, rice soup and rice in real culture of Kerala. Hospitality was awesome, especially Mr.Shibu and his assistant. Really they take care of me and my family as we are at home. Really appreciate that!!!! <br/>Good ambiance and hygiene food. Really recommended 👍🏻

So we went to tamarind terrace coz we wanted to try some authentic kerala food. We ordered mutton and chicken pothi biriyani, fish molly and porotta. I must say the biriyani was totally amazing. It gives u the feeling of having that hot hot kozhi/mutton biriyani from a wedding house. It was hot, it was spicy and it was the perfect authentic mallu biriyani!! The fish molly was bad.. like theres no other way to describe it. But on the brght side, we told about it to the manager and he was kind enough to provide us complimentary milk cakes. As for the drinks, we ordered their tamarind cola and lime soda. Tamarind cola wasnt really enjoyed by us maybe to our taste buds and lime soda is LIME SODA, we love it!! Overall, the restaurant is pretty good with old malayalam songs playing in the background and the authentic malayali food on the table. It wont hurt to give this one a try!!😊😊

Kerala style food ( Kappa and Thala Curry) was very delicious. Hospitality from the Team was excellent, Especially Sibu Thomas ( Manager) @ Manu ( who serve food for us). Now this place became our one the regular spot for weekend dinner..👍👍👍👍

My first time here. My husband and I ordered kappa, cheera choru and fish mappas. It was an excellent spread and the fish and kappa were DELICIOUS! Definitely coming back to try out more dishes. I wish they changed the songs played in the background!

Best kerala dishes , hygiene ,great ambience and service

Ordered pothi biriyani and fish curry meals .. delivered on time and on the proper packing condition .. fish curry meals comes with 3 side curries ,dal,moru curry,pappadam ,pickle and chammanthiand payasam . Good enough for 1 person .. but feel that missing fish fry .. usually will expect once we ordering the fish curry meals. Taste of the all dishes was typical and very good .. pothi biriyani has nice aroma once we opening the biriyani.. taste was good but overall salt was very less in rice .. and very little gravy inside. Because of the less salted rice we couldn't get the exact feel of biriyani even it was tasty ..<br/>Overall both dishes was very good and recommended ..

Good Kerala restaurant serving selective dishes with great flours. <br/>Had been there couple of times, (mainly because there is no difficulty in finding parking) tried their lunch combo options viz. Beef curry with parata, oru kudam choru, fish curry meals. The lunch combo options are great with fair pricing and good taste. <br/>I would suggest to try their 'Oru Kudam Chooru', well cooked rice mixed with beef fry, curry and more add-ons.

Food was tasty but the chicken was not cooked properly. Servers were slow at the beginning and eventually they were in a hurry since it was closing time. Probably coz it was weekend or so but this has to be sorted. Might try later. Cheers 🥂!

The chapathi chicken combo and Porota beef fry combo was superb. Lovely place to visit again.

Disappointed with food !! Tea full of water instead of milk

A very buzzing and cozy restaurant. Love the food there. Went there three days in a row and took the waiters opinion what to eat. Every dish was yumm. Don't know the names as its a bit difficult to pronounce. Kerala cuisine. You will love it.
