Place with good ambiance and food too. Made a visit and had grilled chicken and veggie. Chicken perfectly marinated served with rice and veggies. It’s so much filling yet satisfying food they make.
I ordered the Grilled Chicken and Viggie, it was really tasty 😋 and healthy at the same time .. I am definitely going to order from this restaurant again and again 😉
Today was my first visit there with some friends,we ordered breakfast,wraps and drinks (egg royal,low fat Halloumi omelet,high protein omelet salmon ,low fat ricotta wrap,healthy tuna wrap and fresh squeezed juices as super juice,detox juice and refresh ) OMG it was so delicious,fresh and healthy! Will come back again and highly recommend !
The Restaurant is the best place for me. Again today i ordered from the fit food kitchen a healthy chicken burger lunch and açaí bowl for breakfast and by far the freshest and tastiest meals i have tried and very easy for me in jlt.
I will highly recommend this place to all people interested in healthy food.

I think the food in Fit Food is great and perfect if you're looking to eat something healthy, as the restaurant mentions. Whoever has the impression that they'll be receiving something other than healthy good food, should consider ordering from somewhere else and stop being so pretentious about it. :)
Good restaurant for how is looking for healthy and tasty food.
Many options in the menu and you can know calories , protein, carb and fat in each.
I tried high protein salad which contain tuna, egg and green salad.
Mexican burger was good and the juice was pineapple with pomegranate 👍 .

Fitfood meal package was very generous in its offering. The quantity of food was great, and the staff were very helfpul and flexible. Great place!
I ordered Tuna wrap for my son! He is on a healthy diet now days. He was so happy that he said that it was his best meal of the week. Along with healthy the wrap was yummy too.

A great healthy option for those who want to eat good wholesome non-industrial (ingredients not made in a factory) food. For Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner there are great choices for those who seek a healthy body, healthy soul and healthy mind. Also, we use them for our corporate catering needs for our offices with their great selection of wraps and other mini bites. The fresh pomegranate and pineapple juice is my favourite. And I can enjoy a decently made Lavazza coffee here.
