Food 5/5- omg! Its a paradise for meat lovers. The steak was mouth watering- tender, juicy and flavourful. We ordered the wagyu striploin and south africa t bone with sides of salad, corn and fries. Everything on the table was delectable.
Price - its on the higher side but if you use entertainer vouchers then it is actually value for money.

Perfect place for meat lovers!!! Their steaks are one of the best.. extremely juicy & tender. I would recommend trying their chicken & meat espetada too. Overall the service & ambience is really nice. Will definitely visit again.

The salad was delicious.. crunchy vegetables, walnuts, goats cheese and strawberries.. wow!
The wagyu steak- we chose for it to be cooked with salt and pepper with mushroom sauce on the side and fries... the steak was phenomenal.. medium well was what we asked for and it was served perfectly to our liking.. I just couldn’t get enough of the steak.. delicious, amazing, phenomenal!

Butchershop and Grill has been on my bucket list for a very long time. Hearing about its succulent meat from many different people I finally stumbbled across the butchershop and grill at City Walk Dubai.
We opted for the Combo platter to have a taste of their vast variety of food and it was MIND BLOWING.

If i were to rate the food individually i will rate their Lambchops the highest followed by Spicy chicken breast, Sirilion, Shrimps, Ribs and lastly the borewore.
As for the sides the sauted mushrooms added alot of flavour to the meals along with their pepper sauce which was also very flavourful.

Hot Chocolate Fondant. (RECOMMENDED)
Freshly made cake filled with hot chocolate which left me awestuck from the first bite. Everything in this dessert is so rich in flavour and complements each other perfectly to such an extent that i am at a loss of words to describe this dessert. This dessert was the PERFECT ending to our dine in experience at the butcher shop. I highly recommend this dessert when you go to the butcher shop and grill and trust me you will not regret this decision.

It's been quite awhile since I did a review. I've always loved the butcher grill specially if you want quality steak but don't want to spend a fortune. This is the place to go! I wouldn't go there for their seafood but definitely the meat there is one of the best for me.

Been a while since I had some really good steak and wanted to start the New Year with some good food so I decided to try out the restaurant.
The ambience is nice and I suggest you sit outside if the weather is nice. Staff is really kind and friendly.
We were given a complementary Bread Basket accompanied by Sausages & Onions in a tomato based gravy for starters.
For mains I ordered a South African Rib Eye weighing 400 grams to be cooked Medium with Rice and Mashed Potatoes on the side. The meat was cooked as per my liking and to a very good degree for a matter of fact. The beef was so tender and juicy I loved each and every bite. The mashed potatoes were highly creamy and tasted really nice. The rice was alright but I wouldn't recommend it as a side as it doesn't complement Steak's in general in my opinion (I myself don't really know why I ordered it, I usually stick to Fries or Vegetables).
My friend got a Chicken Breast with a Spicy seasoning accompanied by Vegetables on the side. The Chicken was cooked really well and for one of the very few times in my life I've experienced a melt-in your mouth piece of chicken. Kudos to the chef for the chicken being cooked to perfection.
All in all I had a pretty good dining experience. I highly recommend the steaks and chicken breast for all meat lovers plus it has a really nice view of the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline and of course is located in a really nice area so the doesn't seem to disappoint.
Tasty meats in general for its price, ordered the fiesta and the toma hawk always, enough for 3-4 popele with big appetite, good service, nice outdoor seating in winter

I love their steaks here! My husband and I went on a dinner date last weekend here after deliberating on whether we can still survive a dinner buffet...after calls from one hotel to another, we decided we wanted to have a “steak” date. As usual, parking wasn’t easy on a weekend in this area and we needed to go around and wait until we finally saw the open wide and very free parking at the back of the building where The Butcher Shop is.
The weather is nice now so we decided to sit outside the restaurant. And yes, the restaurant was crowded. We noted that after one table gets empty, a new patron will come along.
My husband and I got our usual rib eye, with him having rice and veggies on the side, while I had corn and baked potato. We asked it to be done medium well. We also ordered a pitcher of iced tea.
It didn’t take long for our orders to come and they were perfect! The rib eye was so tender and juicy with just the perfect hint of reds and the sides were also cooked to perfection. The only catch was the iced tea which was supposed to be home-made as I understood it, but tasted so much like the commercial iced tea’s you would get from the grocery.
And yes, all the while we were here, we could not help but notice the manager who did not smile one bit, not to us, not to anyone. Like poker face really. Not that it bothered us, but I guess I believe that a little smile will not hurt him. The rest of the staff are friendly and attentive.
The burrata at this restaurant is really delicious, and well arranged. I really like the tenderloin at this restaurant, and the sides. They provide a high quality tenderloin at a reasonable rate. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

One of the best places that one can really have a quality steak. They know very well how it done as medium, medium well or well done. Really some fine restaurants don’t know the real difference but butcher shop and grill has nailed it.

Went for dinner on a Friday night and we loved the ambience and the waiters were good and friendly .
Ordered 2 whole grill chicken with mash potatoes nd seemed veg as sides . The food was tasty with the sauces and garlic sauces .
My absolute favorite steak place. They do a very good fillet steak with a side of onion rings which are absolutely amazing. Very reasonable if you have the entertainer.
When seated you get bread and some sausage gravy thing which is also excellent
Always great to be here! This time went out of my way and didn’t order my usual wagou hand cut 400 from ribeye but went for the tomahawk!!! Excellent and juicy!! And of course my all time favorite cheese cake!! Simply excellent!
I got the Steak with mushroom sauce and veggies and it was good ! 🤤 I don’t eat red meat a lot but decided that I would try the steak out and it was nice and juicy and our waiter was friendly and helpful. Okay so I have to say that I had forgotten to review The Butcher shop & Grill and it has been a year since we had the burgers, so I don't know how the food is now but for my first time experience ( using the entertainer coupon ) we had a wonderful experience.
The burger was delicious, it came with onion rings and they were so good I really loved them along with the fries. It also came with a side of salad which was not bad as well. But I must say its more worth it when you use the entertainer vouchers.
The steak is amazing specially the wagyu. Soft and tender a bit pricey for a steak but the quality speaks. We use entertainer so it’s a plus and they also have some promo everytime especially Ramadan.
Service is friendly and welcoming. We ordered two ribeye's 1 medium and 1 medium well. Both doneness we're as what we requested and seasoned jist right. One of the best steak house in dubai.
We came here on an entertainer voucher and I feel that’s the only way we found it to be reasonable; it is otherwise quite pricey. We ordered the LADIES FILLET and the CHICKEN ESPEDATA and I have to say that the chicken was extremely flavorful, soft and tasted best with the mushroom sauce. I’ve found in fancy restaurants the chicken is usually chewy and dry but this was the opposite and I highly recommend it! The fillet was ordered well done and I would say was done just the way I liked it - again not too chewy and hard but moist and also quite good with the mushroom sauce. The complimentary meat and bread was on the tangier side and not spicy at all. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to spend a good amount of money on good meat!
Ive been loyal to The Butcher Shop for the last 4 years now, never fails to disappoint. However, the restaurant on City Walk can get the order wrong, perhaps because they cater to a more Arabic customer that doesn’t welcome rare or medium rare steaks? Regardless, they’re always friendly and accommodating and make sure they make it right if you have even the slightest complaint. Best steak to both buy and eat!
I absolutely love this restaurant. Their chicken breast is out of this world. Even their complimentary bread with chickpeas and hummus are fantastic.

Butcher shop has upgraded their food quality by far. One of the few places to get better with time. Their chicken florentina is my all time favorite.
The oven baked Seabass was so succulent and delicious I love that the remove the bones and serve with fresh vegetables. Carrot Juice was so thirst quenching and ambience to die for. I mean in all of CityWalk this is my favorite spot for a Lunch meal. The service was so on point and always paid attention to every small detail. Meal and drinks with two sides approximately 160 dirhams for one 😉

This place has a nice ambiance and accommodating staffs. Their bread and dipping is amazingly good. The chips were tasty and not oily. Onion rings were deliciously crispy. They serve big portions which is great. The reason I am giving it a 4.5 is that their stake is quite hard even if it is medium rare and the burger patty was a bit dry. Overall, their prices are affordable.

If there is one thing I hate more than ordering chicken or fish at a steakhouse, it’s ordering meat well done. So, it came as a double-whammy to me when I was asked to “share” a Chicken and Lamb Espetana (what are we lions to share our meat? well, actually I am a lion. I’m a Leo), and on top of that the waiter was told to make sure it was really well done. There should be a law against this.
These guys know their meat! A home for steak lovers. We picked the place coz of the entertainer vouchers and I'm so glad we did! We each ordered a different dish and they were all cooked too perfection. The only problem after dining here is that you don't want to stop eating until u realize it's time to go on a diet. Loved the servers, they were so delightful in their interaction. Needless to say I am going back after a few days of fasting :)

Although The Butcher Shop & Grill is more famous for their steaks and less known for their seafood specialities but i have discovered my most favorite Seafood and rice dish there. Their Mediterranean Seafood Skillet with calamari, mussels, shrimps, olives, herbs, garlic butter, lemon and cherry tomatoes comes with toasted bread and rice. The sauce could be a little runny, but you can slways ask for dry rice. Generous serving, on point flavour!

One of the best steaks I’ve had in Dubai. The Butcher offers a wide variety of cuts. My friend and I both went with a tenderloin fillet. Mine was ordered medium, while my friend had hers well done. I personally prefer steaks to be done medium- medium well as you can feel the juiciness of the meat and is tastier. These come with sides each and a sauce. We had fries and salad. I would prefer more sauce to the salad to be added. We both went with the mushroom sauce. Loved it!
If the weather is good, sit outside and enjoy the view while having a great steak.

Recently visited this place with a couple of friends and the food here was average. Tried their Espetadas which was spot on , lamb shank was really good and tender but the steak was not what i expected. Wasnt cooked well and lacked alot of flavour. I actually went to try their steak but was disappointed by it. Would recommend but to be honest i would'nt go back again. Ambiance and staff was alright.

We went for the South African steaks, so we ordered 2 medium Fillets. It tasted good. However, one of the cuts was less fresh than the other as the meat tissues were totally different and hard to cut through.
On the other hand, the seafood appetizer was ok.
I liked the tomato sausage starter the sauce.
Amazing food, very good place, very friendly staff, free parking spots, waiting list on week ends, otherwise generally good lunch- dinner and not very expensive.

After a heavy workout at the gym the only way to kill my hunger is chunks of meat – Chicken, Meat or Fish .The meat I prefer over all of other meats is red meat. What better place to select for a weekend night other than Butcher shop and grill. Situated in Dubai City walk; A modern upscale urban outdoor & indoor mall with high end stores & restaurants.
As my roommate wanted a change from the almost carbon copy like shopping malls in Dubai I opted for this place. We sat outdoors as the weather was pleasant & a cool 24 degrees. Being handed the menu I went through it and selected something different for a change – a 400 grams lamb espedata with a side dish of baked potato. An unlikely place to order a traditional Portuguese dish. My roommate on the other hand selected a 240grams tenderloin steak with a side of mixed steamed vegetables.
After placing the order we were served a thick tomato based gravy with hotdogs along with fresh sliced farmhouse bread & butter to go along. The hotdog gravy was a good decent starter to get our mouths busy till waiting for our main course.
Our order was served within 15 minutes which is really good considering it was the weekend & the restaurant was almost full. When my order of lamb espedata was placed on our table it looked really eye pleasing, was spreading a pleasant savory aroma & screamed “What are you waiting for? – eat me now!” Quickly taking out a few chunks of meat from the hot skewer & placing it on my plate the meat looked really juicy. Taking a bite I was really pleased – the meat was juicy , tender with the right amount of fat, the meat quality was good & the flavors for a traditional espedata was spot on. The other places where I have eaten espedatas rely heavily on thick sauces & the sauces have an almost overpowering taste which confuses a connoisseur. The lamb espedata served was quite flavorsome. I enjoyed every bit along with my super-hot mashed potato which I had loaded with salted butter.
I cannot comment about my roomates steak as he had finished his tenderloin steak way before I could take a small bite & taste the delicious well done South African beef steak. But as I have eaten at Butcher Shop & Grill earlier their steak quality are prime & of good quality.

Was not very happy with the steak, however the Lamb Shank was so much more flavourful and the Chicken Espetada was really juicy and better than others in Dubai. The steak (i ordered a medium well) was above average, but just not as good as I expected. I have had better in the same range. Sauces were really really good - fries were also above crunchy :)

We've been to their Safa branch today for family dinner and the restaurant is packed. We half expected that our food will be delayed like other busy restaurants during dinner because of too much customers but we were glad to receive the food on time.
Food are sumptous and mouthwatering as well as the presentation is pleasing to the eyes.

All 3 Ss were excellent! The steaks, the siders, the service. One of the best steaks in dubai. Good value for money. Staff is courteous and willing to give all the information about steaks. The onion rings and mashed potatoes were marvellous.
Went there with my siblings. Pleasant staff and service. Great selection of meats and fun drinks. A tad pricey, but good food. We had a good time overall.

The Butcher Shop is one of these go to places for me when I want a good meal and I can't think of any place to go.
Been a regular customer, and overall the place is great.
Staff: usually very friendly and definitely attentive. Every time I dine there (usually the Citywalk location) someone comes to my table twice to ask if everything is ok.
Price: average. My tenderloin steak that's 240 G is 126 AED and it comes with two sides. The portion is pretty filling.
Cleanliness: Very clean
Lovely restaurant in an excellent locafion. Seating outside is cool even in summer. The food was amazing. I had the lamb and chicken mixed skewer. The lamb was some of the best I've ever had. My partner had steak which was cooked exactly as he asked for which is hard to find. Staff are friendly, efficient and well trained. The manager, who was in the floor throughout our visit, was attentive and effective in ensuring we were well catered for. We had the chocolate fondant for desert which was deliscious. Definately going back.

Their sea food platters are so big and generous it would be hard to finish it, but with such a good flavor, I usually make it all the way through.

Whenever thinking of having good steak with a good ambience, here is the right place. Burgers at the butcher shop are not yummy as steaks! While for the service, MOE service is not that much.

The steaks were cooked as requested, taste was one of the best Ive had, and the sauces..man, it was amazing and so full of taste.
Additionally, their prices are reasonable and most steaks would average 80-120 dirhams or so for 280 grams and come with two side dishes of your choice.
Now I know where to go everytime I feel like having a delicious fullfilling juicy steak in Dubai.

Loved the onion rings with the burger, it was the best I ever had . The bread was so fresh and enjoyed every bite of my meal . Seriously a must try for everyone . It was a really good experience .
We keep coming back not just for the quality of the food but as well as the service everyone was very attentive and the in-charge was constantly checking us to ensure everything is fine.
Best steaks in town is at here , simply delicious and very nice staff , service. For all steak lovers thisnplace is highly recommended and nicne ambiance

The place was good overall, the chicken estepada that we had was the best dish out of all, the chicken was very tender and juicy. The rump steak that we had was kind off a let down as it wasn't cooked as we had asked for and didn't live up to the price. The burger was amazing as well, the service was friendly and quick. Overall a good place for chicken and steaks, but just because of the Error in the steak the rating dropped to a 3.5.

The meats are succulent and steaks are fabulous.
The service, ambience and decor are great.

Delicious, fresh, moist chicken schnitzel and a side accompaniment of crispy lightly sautéed veggies :) Felt healthy ( well apart from the fried bit) and uber satisfying :) Always a consistent, reliable option :) A perfect pit stop lunch with an ideal people watching and vibe immersing location :)
