I happened to chance upon this restaurant while i was in the area and coming from Singapore, i know a good restaurant by just how it sounds... funny right? Yes, for those who knows, it is the sound of that high pressure burner and clanging woks in the kitchen!
So i brought my family there to try it out and i am not hyping it by saying that in one word, the food was scrumptious!
I have attached 4 pics one of which is what i ordered for reference.
I was told that they have another branch at The Springs Souk which offer something very special and one of my favs which is the Peking duck which they will prepare it 3 ways..the skin with special sauce, the meat stir fried with veg and the bone broth from the rest. Also they have dim sum there which is my next fav.
Will go there soon and report back! Glad i found a place in dubai where i can satisfy my cravings :)
This place is just Amazing. Finally we have an authentic Cantonese restaurant in Dubai. The food was out of this world. This is a must try. #AMAZING
Lovely food. I particularly enjoy the Szechuan style dishes.
Ordered their fish congee, kungpao chicken and beef tenderloin claypot rice for delivery.
Fish congee's consistency was perfect - would be great if the fish was of better quality but for the price, no complaints.
Kungpao chicken was great too, albeit a tad sweet.
Beef tenderloin claypot was the star. Can’t fault this at all. Beef was tender and flavourful, egg perfectly cooked (even though it was delivery and not dine in). Now we are hoping to do dine in some day so we can see if they’d serve the nice charred bits that we’re accustomed to for claypot rice dishes. 😊
Tried this on a recommendation of a friend who is Chinese... ordered delivery. The Cantonese roast duck combo. The food was authentic Chinese and tasted you. The duck well marinated and slow cooked... juicy. The rice and the other accompaniments were all fresh and yum. Crave real Chinese... order from here...
Strong urge to indulge in some Chinese food brought me here, not before I got lost locating this joint! It was well past lunch time with no customers and few delivery boys hanging around. The place is warm with no AC ! Tried their seafood soup and beef tenderloin claypot rice. Both the dishes were delicious and special mention of the claypot dish which easily serves two hungry stomachs! The beef was succulent and the rice just perfect. Would definitely want to try their other dishes soon.

Han Chinese is one of Dubai’s best kept secrets and my first choice for authentic and affordable Chinese food.
Located behind a low footfall tower in Business Bay, the Executive Bay Tower, I was surprised (and delighted!) to find a buzzing, charming restaurant packed with guests. All of the guests, I have noticed, are Chinese too – A sign that you’ve hit the authenticity jackpot!
Upon entering the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the restaurant staff and quickly seated. The menu was beautifully illustrated on an iPad and made ordering smoothly. The food was fabulous and I was astonished by its exceptional value for money!
Unfortunately, the only disappointment (but a big one) was the service. While servers were friendly and tried their best, I could tell they were understaffed and overwhelmed. We were given wrong orders (multiple times) and served food in random order. Deserts would be served before all main dishes have arrived, for example. When we voiced our criticism, the restaurant manager was very apologetic and honestly admitted they were overwhelmed with an unexpected influx of online orders.
I then learnt that Han Chinese came a long way from its humble beginnings when it first started with a delivery-only business model. After experiencing overwhelming demand, the owners then decided to set up a first restaurant. I will make sure to try out their affordable delivery menu at some point.
Overall, despite having experienced small hiccups with regards to the service, I still had a very positive experience. It offers authentic Chinese food in a lovely setting at affordable prices. I definitely will return!
Amazing food for low prices with a huge serving without compromising quality.
Wide variety of chinese dishes where you can choose and comes with either noodles or rice of your choice.
Ambience is lovely with small designs on the walls. Very quiet if you want to have a nice and peaceful meal.
Staff are very lovely attentive even the owner itself.
It is best to order in advance thru zomato or call them directly during lunch time so you do not have to wait for long.
We had a little difficulty getting in the sand area to park. not a big deal. just need to drive a little slower and keep a sharp eye out for the 'entrance'.
We ordered the fried chicken, eggplant in claypot, stirfry beef with broccoli and garlic baby cabbage with vermicelli. The fried chicken was tasty and smelled really good. The eggplant and cabbage dishes were a little too salty for us (shall remember to request less salt next time), otherwise both dishes are flavourful and went well with rice.
service was a little slow and our last dish came when we were almost done. Staff were friendly and quick to help us pack our leftovers to take away.
Prices are good considering it is situated right in business bay.
All in all, despite minor setbacks that can be easily rectified/overlooked, Han is a nice place to have good chinese food.

Recently had the opportunity visit Han Cuisine as I came with my friend who had been here before. The location itself is not ideal as it is easy to miss and is in the back of a building in the business bay area. Unless you know to look for it, you will most likely drive by it and wouldn’t even know that it existed.

My review for Han Cuisine – looking for a restaurant that serves authentic Chinese cuisine? This place offers that and by judging on the full house filled with Chinese customers, it really showed that the food was delicious here.
The black fungus salad was perfectly prepared where I enjoyed every bite. I loved the crunchy texture and the sauce was light so it did not overpower the flavours of the black fungus.
My favourite dish was the wasabi prawns and it was presented beautifully. The wasabi prawns were deep fried with fluffy and crispy batter on the outside. The prawns were marinated with wasabi and the combination of these flavours were a match made in heaven.
The seafood noodles were tasty and had the right amount of spicy flavours to elevate the noodles to the next level. I was expecting to see more seafood in this dish, but only calamari was present. I would have loved to see some prawns, clams, or other seafood, so really, it should have been called noodles with calamari instead.
The most memorable dish was the steamed mussels with garlic and vermicelli. These weren’t just some ordinary mussels that you would usually find at any restaurant. The mussels were placed on a bed of delicious vermicelli noodles and garlic.
I have never had fried milk dessert before and I would have to say that it was a wonderful first time experience for me! The milk mixture was literally deep fried in batter and was not too sweet, so it was just right.
This restaurant deserves a rating of 3.5/5.
I ordered the black fungus salad for 28DHS, spinach in vinegar dressing for 34DHS, wasabi prawns for 52DHS, seafood noodles for 40DHS, calamari with xo sauce for 50DHS, steamed mussels with garlic for 68DHS, and the fried milk for 32DHS.
The pricing of the dishes here was inexpensive, and it was almost too generous as the portion sizes were large.
The service was slow and a bit frustrating at times since the servers kept on forgetting our water and some of our order.
However, the owner was a lovely host where she did a good job at entertaining us. She was the reason why our dinner service was great for the first bit, but once she left, that was when the service went downhill from the staff members on shift.
The ambience of the restaurant was cute and petite. With the typical Chinese lanterns and the aroma of the Chinese food coming from their kitchen, it really felt like I took a step into China. Located in the Business Bay area, the restaurant focussed more on takeaway and home deliveries, but I would recommend to dine in house, as the food will be hot and fresh.
One of the best Chinese food I’ve eaten in the recent past. The clay pot beef tenderloin was a little sweet ( for my taste buds) the rest of the food was brilliant.
Will be going back again soon!
P.S. The food can take a while to come to the table.
My favorite Chinese restaurant in Dubai. Food is nice and tea & soup is even better. I love mapo tofu, wasabi prawn, and hot & sour soup the most. Better to dine in instead of delivery.
Absolutely 5. from eat in or dine out, from quality to consistency, this is a place you can always have good chinese food, definitely regular customers.
Han is one of our favourite restaurants in Dubai. If you're looking for some delicious authentic Singaporean Chinese, you can't do much better than Han :) Here's a list of the dishes we love and order every single time we visit (which is practically every week):

- Garlic Fried Eggplant
- Claypot Rice
The food is very good, the clay pot rice had a fantastic texture and I loved the sauce and the salted fish was an amazing touch towards an already awesome rice which made it almost perfect. The nai cha tea was also great, the amount of milk added to it was perfect and made it have a wonderful balance in taste. Keep up the great work and definitely and recommendation.

Excellent food - the best Chinese (and adjacent) food I've had in Dubai. Yes, it's a bit difficult to find, but it's worth it. The duck was to die for... and the other dishes were great too. It's nice to find a place where the individual dishes on the menu actually have some character, rather than each being a vague variant of the next. Can't wait to go back.
The interiors looks amazing and the owners were a delight to talk with. This is the first legit Singaporean restaurant that I've ever been at. Their food taste authentic and it was sheer delight as every dish is so full of flavor. The inly downside to this restaurant is that it's really hard to find as it is tucked at the back of a building on the other side of Business Bay.
They have really nice and aesthetic Chinese food. I would definitely recommend the beef claypot rice which is one of the best dishes in Dubai. Also the claypot eggplant and the wasabi prawns are so yummy.
Finding, and then getting to Han Cuisine Restaurant is something of an adventure. Why? Let’s start with the fact that there are NO ROADS. And that’s because they haven’t been completed. So basically, you have you trek across a barren, sandy plot or through a construction site (depending on which way you choose to tackle the course)…not ideal if you’ve just got your car back from the car wash. And then you park, old Dubai style…in the sand. All this will change soon but for the time being be aware of this…um, challenge.
I love how they make everything so fresh and tasty, with the soul of oriental cuisine.

I've been wanting to write a review for a long time! This is one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants I've tried in Dubai that's consistent with presentation and quality of food and this is coming from a Chinese person ;) My favourites are the sweet and sour chicken, clay pot rices, scezhuan fish, beef and broccoli and beef and cumin! I've tried both dine in and take away options. The restaurant is very stylish and quite small, tucked away behind a building. This place will definitely get busier once the word gets out!

Been there twice and never failed to satisfy my tastebud. A typical singaporean / Malaysian style Chinese food... Feels so close to home.. If ur eating in, get the claypot stuff... Best food when I'm homesick ...

Not the easiest to find in terms of location but worth the visit. Black fungus mushroom eggplant clay pot and wasabi prawns were amazing. Must try the chrysanthemum tea too. The staff are super polite and the Cantonese chef is known to make the best roast duck in town !
very efficient deliverty，nice food. Definitely will order again. I ordered corn soup and ginger beef, I love it! Corn soup tastes a bit sweet. I am s but unwell today, soup texture is smooth, not a clear one, but thick, warms me up instantly. I like to drink soup when I ill.
Tried the chicken with mushroom and sauce with claypot rice and boiled vegetables on the side. This was a fresh and extremely tasty oriental chicken. The vegetables had as much flavor as the chicken and it was a wonderful blend of chicken and the artichoke and the rice.

If you miss the taste of proper Chinese like what you'd get in HK/Singapore/etc then come here. And do what we did - go with friends so you can order tons of food because the entire menu looks so appealing.
Getting here can be confusing - it's really difficult to find because it's at the back of the building and signage is minimal - but don't be put off. Such a pretty little restaurant and such lovely owners and staff - April the owner made great recommendations and our group rolled home with full bellies.
We had the black fungus mushrooms - super yum, wasabi prawns that were massive and looked like a carnival on a platter, the roast duck (yum!), stir fried calamari (amazing sambal), kailan was super fresh and had the perfect bite, the deep fried eggplant were really like a great bar snack and the clay pot rice . We may have had more but these were what I remember - basically everything was great and we will be back. Can't wait to try their noodle dishes and also when they start serving Singaporean dishes like hainanese chicken rice

Finding the place can be a little tricky. The Executive Bay Tower. It's right next to the prominent "International Business Tower". The surrounding area is still u see construction during the time of this review.

Wasabi Prawn: **Absolutely amazing!
Cold cucumber w chili : spicy cucumber done right
Cold black fungus w chili : as you can see I love chili
Clay pot rice : my little girl nodding her head. She said;" just like mummies!"
Roasted Duck : juicy inside crispy outside
Chong Ching chili chicken : diced and cooked with dried chili. Yum yum.
Garlic Mussels: OMG this is fantastic.
Clay pot egg plant : you will not believe eggplant can taste this good.
Eggplant fried with garlic: *apprehensive* never even heard of this dish. Let's try it. It's got chicken and some sort of crab meat in it. Taste wonderful.
Mapo tofu: too bad it's not silken tofu or it would have been even better.
At this point I am looking for something bad to say about the restaurant.
Food is kinda slow. But after tasting the food you will forgive any delay. It is worth the wait.
Definitely the best Chinese I have had in dubai.
Overall Han is a great choice for lunch or dinner.
I ordered the chicken mushroom claypot and the wasbi prawns and both were excellent. The only comment I have is about the ratio of rice to chicken and mushroom. The amount of rice is so much more and in most cases why would anyone say thats a bad thing but considering that it makes the dish so much heavier is a downer. I would prefer less rice and maybe some more veggies.
Other than that nice staff and nice seating area.
I will certainly be going back :-)

An amazing place! Starting from design and finishing by food! The food looks exactly the same as you see it in the menu, no hassle. The portions are more then enough, the taste is amazing. I've tried a lot of Chinese food, but this place offered me an absolutely different experience, loved it!!! Especially Wasabi Tiger Prawns, WOW, if you have a chance to try it, strongly recommend!!! The service is quick and very friendly, they don't make you wait for your food, extremely fast. As long as I know, all the food they are cooking is being fresh, no products from the freezer which is very very rare nowadays, the owner is buying sea food and meat daily on the regular basis to make sure each dish is being fresh, I was lucky to have a chance to speak with the owner and his wife, very nice people and opened for conversation! The view of the restaurant goes straight up to Burj Khalifa, which is a perfect place to enjoy it, especially the upcoming New Year's fireworks! My rate would be 10+ without exaggeration!!! All I can say, keep the good job up guys!!!

Got invited by an old friend. Didn't expect the food will be so good because the price is really cheap. But when I just taste the first bite and I knew I was wrong. The food could be one of the best Asian restaurants I have had in Dubai for the past 10 years. All the ingredients they are using are fresh and the chef's skill is really good! Definitely will come again! And if you want to taste the true Asian you will never regret to come here!
