This bar is one of our most favourites! What makes the visits so great isn’t the alcohol, which you can get anywhere. It’s the staff! They’re so warm, friendly and welcoming. First and foremost, Yapa the manager, is truly a gem.<br/><br/>A fairly discreet pub in Ramada, The Docks is the perfect place for a quiet one or two with friends or when you're flying solo (unless there is a match or event of some sort). The dimly lit and study like interiors give off a very homely vibe, oh and you can walk in your shorts if you'd really like to get comfy!<br/><br/>The drinks are well-priced, especially during Happy Hour, and you can utilize Zomato Gold after. (win-win)<br/><br/>I've tried the Docks Platter and Chicken Tikka Wrap. Both of which are extremely good. Props to the kitchen, as its rare for a bar to serve good food unless its the usual finger/pub grub.

The Docks located in Ramada Jumeira serving British, Italian & Indian cuisines. The bar opens from noon 3 pm till well past midnight or early morning 3 AM. Managed professionally by Yapa, this is the place to visit for fun, Relaxing and having a good time. They offer a wide range of Alcholic drinks and even Non Alcholic drinks and mocktails. We visited with friends and were amazed by the dim lit interiors and nice comfortable seating arrangements on bar stools, Proper dining or causal sofa seating arrangements.<br/><br/>We ordered the Docks platter which consisted of Spring rolls, Calamari rings, Chicken lolypops and Potato wedges. We also found the Dynamite Prawns and Greek Feta salad very nice and tasty. Since we found the Starters extremely tasty, we decided to go for the main course as well.<br/><br/>We ordered the Grilled Salmon and Grilled Hammour. These were perfectly grilled and served with Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. We were told by Yapi that their Mutton Biryani was one not to be missed, so we decided to go for it and i must say we did not regret it. Though we thought that Biryani here would not be good but we were taken by surprise. This is by far one of the best Biryanis we ever had. the Mutton pieces were extremely soft and well cooked and the rice as very aromatic and had the perfect mix of spices. Visited this last night just to have couple of beers ordered for a Irish beer named Murphy’s it took nearly 10 mins for the beer to arrive and later on when we asked for the bill he took another 15 mins to get the bill which is very disappointing it’s not that the bar was jam packed , disappointing experience it was .

Have been a regular customer since 3 years. I first used my zomato gold offer last week and the staff didn’t clearly understand how it worked. After explaining how it works they finally agreed to the terms. Faced the same issue today and instead of understanding how the offer works, the waiter Mr. Rohan says, “Ma’am forget it and if you can’t pay just tell me so I can pay from my pocket.” After which I demanded to speak to his manager Ms. Yapa. Instead of asking us about the issue, she continues to smile at the waiter and says ignore that and let’s just clear the bill. After which Rohan says in front of other customers that this group ran away with the offer last week. <br/>Again the manager just smiles instead of taking any action. <br/>Never faced such humiliation. <br/>Would never recommend this place to anybody. <br/>We’ve requested for the area manager and it’s been half an hour and we continue to wait.

The Docks located at the Ramada Jumeirah Hotel was one of my favorite game night spots to watch the FIFA World Cup 2018. The most interesting part is that we went for the semi-finals match and the place was packed. Even though the place is small and crowded, the serve was incredible. The drinks were served within seconds after you order and the empty halves were replaced as quickly as possible once you were finished.<br/>I loved the fact that they served mixed nuts in a bowl on the table as a pre-snack. <br/>For food, we ordered the Docks Platter that has Calamari Rings, Chicken Strips, Vegetable Spring Rolls and Potato Wedges. They usually serve chicken lollipops with this platter but they were out of stock for the day so they replaced them with chicken strips after confirming with us. The portions were pretty huge and perfectly enough for 2 people. <br/>We also ordered the Chicken Tikka pizza as the hostess suggested us that it is the spiciest one. We couldn’t finish the pizza as we were completely concentrating on the match and the platter. So we did a take away of the pizza.<br/>Finally, I ordered the Fresh Fruit Platter as I was hoping to eat something healthy.<br/>I must say that I really enjoyed the food and the hospitality from the Docks team. I recommend to check out their other daily options and offers as they offer a huge discounts on a daily basis.

A game is not a game without good food, good drinks & good food. <br/><br/>For food we ordered the docks mix platter, a chicken BBQ pizza & a mixed meat grill. The food surpassed our expectations for good food. The docks platter comes with chicken fillet, veggie spring rolls, calamari rings & hand-cut fries. The platter had one of the best fried calamari rings I have eaten; honestly I am not a fan of calamari but their calamari made me want more. <br/><br/>The mixed grill was a mean one. More than enough mean to kill one's hunger. The lamb chops in the platter of various types of kababs & meat skewers were soft & tender. Deep inside I wished I had ordered only lamb chops as they were delicious.<br/><br/>Since visiting the docks a month back it has become my go to place for a drink with a close friend or two. Since small bar with great friendly service.

Lovely place to hang out with friends for a sun-downer. Couldn’t miss to visit this place to watch fifa match. Week day it was but crowded enough with lively people glued to the game. I tried a variety of dishes that they had to offer and found the food to be really delicious as compare to other pubs. I would highly recommend trying their selection of beers as they have some great no so common beers here that are absolutely a must have like (Tiger beer). <br/><br/>Overall, we loved everything about this place, the look, the atmosphere and of course the food! We ordered the docks platter, peperoni pizza (which is amazing) and dynamite shrimps, fried calamari which is actually the best calamari we have ever tried.<br/><br/>This place has its own vibe 😊

If you are looking for a decent pub in the Satwa/ starting of Jumeirah area Docks is the place. I kid you not, a typical pub look with balanced light and pun furnitures. We ordered the docks platter, a decent portion sized and great to share. You get large calamari rings, which was really good, chicken lollypop, chicken satay with peanut sauce, yummy. Spring rolls and tempura prawns. They are really good, goes down well with what ever poison you got in your hand. Then we gracious tried their sliders. They were excellent, big patties and was filling. Then we got their signature dish - Dynamite prawns which comes with kimchi and a home made spicy sauce. Not the spiciest but the rest was amazing. <br/>Here you don't feel the time passing by, you get typical pub music in the background with large flat screen showing live matches. You can't ask for more. We loved the service here and the staff were professionals and knew what they were doing. A shout out to my man Primo, who was an excellent host. He made our time most enjoyable, will definitely visit the place, even to say Hi to him. Great place, great folks.

Compared to most pubs with ultra loud music, The Docks plays relaxed music in a cosy setting, and has brilliant Happy Hour deals - ALL drinks at 50% off! Dynamite Shrimp is a dish that rarely impresses me with that said I thoroughly enjoyed this starter at the Docks.<br/>•Perfectly battered and deep fried Shrimp that was moist and crunchy to bite into.<br/>•Quiet often restaurants serve Dynamite Shrimp soaked in either too much or too little Mayonnaise (which can make or break this dish). At The Docks the Shrimp was served separate from the Harissa Mayonnaise sauce allowing it to remain juicy and crispy which I loved!! .<br/>•Creamy Harissa Mayonnaise with sweetness to it and a subtle spicy after taste left me wanting more.<br/><br/>2.Signature Docks Platter comes with all over crispy favorites (well at least all my crispy favorites). Deep fried Calamari which to me is the perfect pub food when done right. The Calamari at Docks were perfectly cooked with a crunch to each bite. The chicken lollipops and vegetarian spring rolls were a hit as well along with those jumbo fries! <br/>3. Ribeye Steak cooked to medium well done is a main course to be reckoned with. I enjoyed the slightly charred and seasoned asparagus, cherry tomatoes and zucchini across a bed of fluffy and creamy mash potatoes served with thick green peppercorn sauce.(YUM) A heartwarming dish, is something I look for in most restaurants across Dubai and The Docks delivered just that with this perfectly grilled Black Angus Ribeye Steak. Mash and Steak to me are a match made in heaven so this Main was a WIN WIN.⭐️<br/><br/>4. Assorted Cheese Platter had cheddar, blue cheese and mozzarella along with olives, crackers and grapes. My first experience at docks located in Ramada Jumeriah was phenomenal.<br/>Decsription:<br/>Here’s why I liked it:<br/>1. The Food & Beverages: They have a wide variety of menu options that are simply mouth-watering. I tried their Dynamite Shrimp, The Docks Platter, Grilled Black Angus Beef Rib Eye & the Cheese Platter.I started off with the dynamite shrimp that just melted in your mouth. It was served with some delicious Harissa Mayonnaise sauce that helped enhance the flavor of the prawns. I would most definitely recommend starting off with this when dining here. I then proceeded to move onto the docks platter which consisted of Fried Calamari, French Fries, Spring Rolls and Chicken Lollipops with a side of Sweet Chilli sauce & Tarter sauce. I found this to be really delicious as well. I particularly liked the portion in relation to the price it cost. The platter is apt to feed two people and the delicious finger food may leave your wanting to order more. I then proceeded to order their Grilled Black Angus Beef Rib Eye Steak. I ordered it Medium Well Done. I relished every last bite of it. It was cooked to perfection and was rich in all the right flavors. The texture of the steak was pretty impressive and the meat was so succulent. If you were only going to order one dish at Docks it would most certainly have to be this one. It is served with a side of mash or fries and a few veggies. Once done with this piece of art I moved onto their cheese platter which featured 3 types of cheese, crackers, walnuts, fruits and a few other items. This goes great when you’re having a couple of drinks. It tasted nice but I didn’t have the appetite to complete my meal in its entirety. All in all some really great variety of food.<br/>2. The Ambiance: I genuinely liked their calm and soothing ambiance topped up with some really nice tunes. They have a couple of screens for the football games and a very nice looking bar. The venue also has a nice homely feeling to it making it an ample place to grab a bite or maybe even a cheeky pint. The bar tender also makes some pretty cool drinks with all the tossing and turning.<br/>4. The Customer Service: One of my favorite things about going here was their customer service. They constantly check up with people at the bar making friendly conversation and asking them if they could be of assistance. The Portions: I love the portions of the food you get from here as they are more than sufficient to fill you up. Taking into consideration that most bars would probably give you a smaller quantity of food for that price is why I like this place.<br/>6. The Deals: They have come up with several exciting deals on all days of the week that are most definitely worth checking out. I particularly love the concept of their meat platter raffle. They offer everybody in the bar an opportunity to buy a raffle ticket for 10 AED. The winner of the raffle wins a meat platter worth 200 AED. Other deals that caught my eye were the Pizza & Brew Sundays & The football Saturday's due to their amazing offers.<br/>I highly recommend checking out this place as it most definitely will not disappoint you. Keep in mind to ask what the deal of the day is make sure try their food whilst you make sure to have a pretty kickass night.<br/> <br/>

THE DOCKS for me is an amazing pub for the locality that its placed in, whats the good thing is that the entrance is separate from the main entrance to Ramada Jumeirah, which give us the flexibility to step in for a quick one and hit the road. <br/><br/>Met some awesome people here amongst the pub regulars!!!<br/><br/>SEAN AND EVA - The dynamic duo, that work at so quickly and maintain the service quality up to a more than comfortable level, yet maintaining the friendly vibe and a smile pasted across. These guys are amazing.<br/><br/>THE DOCKS for me and I'm sure for a lot of folks is a place that they can walk in and chant "ill have my regular" and the Duo know 'exactly' what your want and its made right!!!<br/><br/>As a suggestion they must must must keep themed nights with attractive deals.

Actually this place is for people who wants to enjoy their evening in peace with a soft-old-rock music. I personally enjoy the atmosphere as everyone in their own business, and also the food quality is good as it comes from the hotel's kitchen. Crowd is usually middle aged people but no other business as if you know what I mean! They have happy hours 5-7pm during,with every drink, they give you a free drink voucher which can be used at any time! Love this place and recommend whoever wants just a casual pub atmosphere with good food.

I wonder why this place has such a low rating. Its not trying to be something its not, the docks is a run of the mill pub which has an amazing happy hour offer.<br/>Buy one get one free, they give you a voucher which can be redeemed for a drink anytime.<br/>The snacks are decent, nothing amazing.<br/>Good for a drink with a large group of friends, don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

We walked to a bar full of British people sitting having a good time. We were three friends catching up on weekend for some beers. We ordered our poison until we realised they had a dart board. So we played a couple of rounds. For mains we ordered for a Cheese Pizza which was delicious. It made the weekend superb!

I have been here thrice with my friends and have been well attended too. <br/><br/>Though on one of the Thursday nights being quiet busy, we got our beers in 10mins or so, along with complimentary dry nuts that kept us busy munching (can be refilled if asked).<br/><br/>We had ordered for the Pepperoni Pizza, that took around half an hour but was fresh and delicious (no salt added).<br/><br/>All in all - it's good to chill around early evenings - Price of the drinks is reasonably good and Food has got limited options. <br/><br/>x<br/>RJ

I wasn't so happy when I visited them last time which is about two months ago. The atmosphere was good it was crowed on weekday probably the hotel guests. But I was not happy with staff service . the orders were coming late and lady who was attending us could not explain us about the happy hours and ladies night .we had to wait 15min for our drinks also since I'm not fond of British food we thought of Italian since they have both cuisines . pizza was horrible . it was having some sour topping on it which wasted the whole pizza . we decided not to eat anything after pizza and just kept ourselves busy with fries and drinks. I would recommend for drinks may be but not for food

Possibly the worst bar in Dubai. Clueless staff. Stale beer ripped off by charging twice for beer that was not fit to drink. Manager that should not be working in the hospitality industry. Will not visit this hotel or bar ever again.
