Its located in Karama and is a bit too far from where we live, but we were in the area and decided to have lunch here.
The decor of the place is very nice.. I tend to like this sort of bamboo decor kind of indian tiki

They did give us dessert because they messed up one of our orders, which was a nice touch. The kulfi we ate was good.
Nice Indian food with a good range of options in veg and non veg. The food quality is good. The veg food is delicious. We had a buffet with team. It was managed well and the staff was helpful and cooperative. The snacks of paneer and aloo were great but the hara bhara kebab was average. The mint chutney served with snacks was average too. In the main course most of veg dishes like palak paneer, other paneer dish, daal makhni, daal tadka, jeera rice etc were great and had right amount of spices and not too spicy. Only the bhindi masala wasn’t great. In dessert the gulab jamun and kulfi falooda were great.
Overall a nice place to visit and try. Unlike other restaurants in the area the place has ample parking too.
Despite passing by this forgotten gem at Al Nasr Leisureland, did not try here. However, last night went for my wife's birthday with parents and we weren't disappointed at all. The customer service is brilliant - I mean it. From the time we were winding up the stairs to the time we left, the staff were extremely courteous and obliging. We used Zomato Gold offer.
The Starters were Murgh Angaar Bayedi which was the best starter I had in a long time. The Main course included Murgh Suvedar + Naan and Murgh Noormahal Biriyani. The Suvadar curry would have been even better if it was more spicy and the Biriyani was just perfect for us all. The quantity too is shockingly perfect for a big meal hugger like me.
Overall experience 5/5. However, the cost of drinks offset us a bit but that's understandable.

Nice place. Living upto Sanjeev Kapoor reputation. Buffet dinner I had enjoyed with my family and definitely it was worth my time and money. Chats and desert were just too good.
Unfriendly staff, we had a special occasion and yet we were given a table at the door despite entire restaurant being nearly half empty for the two hours we were there. upon request to change the table, the person had an attitude and made us move to a better one!
Food was impeccable, as expected.

The murgh Yakhni soup was nice . The tandoori chicken was normal , however the achari hammour tikka was very good .
The best was the Rogangosh and the chicken kali Mirch . Succulent meat and the spices just right .

Finding this restaurant is little tricky..Ambience is pretty much good with the artificial trees and dim lighting ..The food is pretty good with a grt spread of north Indian dishes. Including salads, chats, starters..could see some of signature dishes from sanjeev kapoor.
Visited here during the Kebab festival. It served a really good variety of perfectly grilled kebabs coupled with the drinks. Perfect way to end the meal was with biryani.
The iftar buffet was pretty good but with one major flaw the air conditioning wasnt functioning properly and the place was congested. On the plus side the aervice was great and the staff was polite food was amazing.
No words to mention about the super chef and his restaurant. I had been to this restaurant couple of times and every time I try a different item.The staff is very friendly and polite, we were a group of 15 once and they were really attentive to ensure everything was fine for us.Good ambience and good quality tasty food. If you are lucky enough then you can meet the big man (Sanjeev Kapoor) himself ( had met him twice).Worth visiting again and again.
We were a group of 8 .The service is really quick.The Dal Makni was Amazing.We also Enjoyed Bhuna gosht, Butter Chiken and Kacchey Ghost ki Biryani.

I had ordered a rice dish (Pic 1 and 2) called Sabz Sumac Pulao which is mixed vegetable pulao flavoured with Sumac. It was really delicious *

To compliment this rice dish with,I had ordered Murgh Makhani which is ofcourse , as we all know is butter chicken . This is a definite must have (if your not too much of a spicy fan like me:P) .*

* Both the dishes can be shared among 2 people as the quantity is a lot for one and also its better to order such dishes for lunch as it’s quite filling (and if you are the kind of person who wants to keep it light for dinner)

Nice Starters -Veg & Non Veg Platters
Food portion are quite good, like there Butter Chicken and Fish, very Soft and fresh paneer so any paneer item is perfect.... good place and sufficient parking space.
We went there to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We were 10-12 people. Restaurant is nice with ample of parking space. Food was awesome and so was the staff. The ambience is good n loved the lightings. Overall it was a good experience.

Came here tonight with my family for dinner. I ordered one Murgh Yakhni Shorba, Mutton Seekh Kabab and Butter Chicken. Food was really good, but the soup was the best. Butter Chicken, was also really tasty, but the Mutton Seekh was ok
The restaunt is located a long ride up the stairs, there is no lift( not suitable for special needs) The manager is very polite and neat Mr .Sunil Shetty in particular very helpfull.The menu is pretty basic, There is no pappad or snack from the restaurant while you wait for the foodThe service style is not much different from other regular restaurants. Paneer dishes are good ,Roghanjosh was wattery and bland.
I expected to have a twist in the food and serving style as Sanjeev ji is a world class chef but I was disapointed. The cost will be 200+ per person . Oh one thing you do not need to worry about is the ample parking space.
I love their decor though a bit dark but good. We have tried paneer dishes, Dal makhani is awesome. We had opportunity to go because of office party. Pricy of course. He will charge for his name. hahahahahaha.. go to Sankalp (Pure Veg).. near Cream Centre.. It is our entire family's top favourite.

Khazana experience goes back in time when it was newly opened and had gone to celebrate brothers birthday (have been there for others parties and dinners) enjoyed the ambience and the staff was friendly and service was quick.
Being a newly opened restaurant and ofcourse of Sanjeev Kapoor the food was outstanding and the icing on the cake was the flambé desserts.
Have been to this place couple of times... two days back went there with a group of friends and tried some of their vegetarian recipes like palak paneer and dal curry and also our favorites... kohlapuri chicken and mutton Kashmiri... and my all time favorite biriyani ;-) ...
Ordered some papad and chicken kebabs as starters...
All food were tasty... dal was sooper yummy and kebabs & biriyani was outstanding... I suggest to give these a must try ... ambience was good and the staff was also well behaved... the first time I went there I got super luck of meeting my favorite chef also , Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor... :-)

Been there for an iftar party. Amazing ambiance and food. Food is yummy and jalebi and gulab jamun is not to be missed. Very friendly staff and not very crowded.
I love the food at this restaurant. I have to agree that food prepared in restaurants of Sanjeev Kapoor is worth trying. Everything is just lipsmacking. The ambience, cocktails And the services are also upto the mark.

Visted this restaurant couple of times with frnds n guests from India and everyone liked the food and ambience.
I had a iftar dinner today, i would rate this as one of the best indian-pakistani food resturant. Every dish was cooked to perfection. Literary had to ask them not to serve anymore because i was so full.
One of the best indian restaurants i have visited recently. I had been there with family for iftar and i was amazed at service and the food. The restaurant is very old but well decorated low-light interiors. Mainly the food, i couldnt just get enough of it. Had to ask for doubles for tangdi kebabs. Never have i been so blown away with indian dishes. They had a peculiar taste quite in every bite.
All in all, a great place to visit with family. Will surely be visiting again for more of the tangdi kebabs..

I have immense respect for the Sanjeev Kapoor. He was the first celebrity chef from the subcontinent when there were none. I remember when not too long ago in 1997, my mom used to watch him on Z TV with notebook and pencil in hand. So imagine my excitement when I saw an opportunity to sample the legend's creations straight from his own kitchen.

Visited this place one afternoon for a working lunch. The ambience is good and friendly servers are very hospitable. It was my first visit to SK's khazana and ordered hammour grill, makhni, chicken methi and bread and everything was just awesome. Had been a long time since I had a good Indian food. Definitely a must try!
The main attraction to the restaurant is the pedigree of Sanjeev Kapoor. The food does live up to expectations, the service is excellent and ambience rustic and cozy. Plus liquor is also on the menu. Ample parking availability in all makes it a must for periodic visits with friends and family for celebrations.

Excellent food with good service ! Shaam savera is a great main course to relish. The newly added sizzling starters are quite good. It's a must experience restaurant for veggie's.
Love the taste.. Really amazing.. I think the food is perfect it just that I didn't like that it closes in the middle of the day..i thought also it was kind of hot there,, i have been there 3 times.. And the third time they didn't put candels under the food so it turned to be cold quickly.
We had a voucher for a buy one take one main course at Khazana and we thought it was a good time to try it out. Because Sanjeev Kappor's name is attached to the restaurant, we were optimistic that the food will be good.
The place and decor may look outdated but we felt an endearing old style ambiance that made us imagine we were in this rich man's house somewhere in India. The staff actually makes you feel VIP!
Not sure why there are negative reviewes but we thought the food was also so amazing that we couldn't believe why we haven't been here before. Will definitely be coming back here for one of the best biryani, butter chicken and grills!

Me and hubby went here this Ramadan and loved it! We had gone for buffet but since there were less reservations, the restaurant staff decided to serve us each buffet item on the table itself. Every thing tasted delicious. Chats, aloo papadi, veg and non-veg platter, fritters, curries, biryani and naans... everything was well prepared, tasted fresh and delicious.
Its a bit expensive restaurant but worth every penny. Loved the ambiance. Staff was courteous and friendly. A must try!!
