I usually did not like the Juices and shakes here. Sheesha is very good. Service level:- Served by Roshini. she is excellent and she knows how to adjust a customer. If you order, make sure to be there in person to collect delivery, else the valet will hand over your order to any random person (instead of hanging at the door) and advise them to eat it as the addressee isn’t around. Monkey brains, maybe?!

Very nice food. They didn't have lucknowee kababs, and after talking to me, changed to minced chicken kabab. As per them it was almost similar. The packaging and delivery was adequate. The gobi paratha was quite thick and filling. Chapati with butter was large. The kababs were quite tasty with herbs and mild flavours. Finally the tariff was reasonable.

We visited this place yesterday. Despite the coronavirus they had a huge crowd of people. We tried dunhill and brain freeze shisha. I really loved the dunhill one. It was light and really refreshing. Brain freeze was not that great. Love the place, just it is very dark. I wish the songs they played were a bit livelier. But service is great, so are the safety precautions adopted.

Try to be audible when making a sales call as it is annoying and complete waste of time. Finally if you are calling us to sell a deal know what the deal is and dont give ambiguous options as any smart customer will know you taking them for a ride.

Food was delivered 2:45 AM as supposed to be delivering at 1:55 AM. Had called trice and asked not ring the bell as obvious its late night and had also kept door open so delivery guy do not have to waste a penny in calling us but ended up ringing the bell and woke up my 4 year old. Had ordered veg manchurian with gravy and rice but delivered dry manchurian. When called restaurant for the same, guy on the call kept on arguing with out giving any solutions. In short save your self from the horror of going through any hassle specially if you are looking to order at odd hours.

The ambiance is really calming.Staff are very friendly and ready to assist.You would often find couples or friends hanging out here! I would say they have to improve the quality of shisha as it was not smooth,got burnt extremely quick. They should also replace the chair seats as they are very uncomfortable. The food was amazing the taste of butter chicken, fried rice, roti and chappati was real authentic, due to which i ordered on 17th as well. The issue was with the billing the amount reflecting on Zomato online and actual bill is different and this happened on 16th and 17th. The food quality amazing but the management needs to take a look into the billing issues as it impact the overall image.

Disappointing service. Had booked a table for 12 and the person responsible at Koyla confirmed it. Upon reaching the restaurant I was informed that they cancelled my booking without my knowledge right before the iftar because they had a booking of another 100 pax. What an amazing customer service it is. Definitely not coming back to this place! Horrible treatment given to their customer.

Been there a couple of times. Like their ambiance - the interior colors, the music. A nice place for friends to hang out at. They've got a huge amount of sheesha flavors. You can play games while you're hanging out. I'm not a huge fan of sheesha nowadays, but back in the days, I loved hanging out with friends here.

I have been ordering from koyla via zomato daily. Chinese preparations and biryani are excellent. I had guests at home last week and ordered chinese from here. Guests were very happy and said the preparations are too good. Small suggestion for the chinese combo meal..include more dishes along with the rice and manchurian such as chicken lollipop/soup/chinese bhel.

I can honestly vouch for this place for the best street side delhi and bombay type starters. I have had almost all the things here from pani puri, french fries to pizza and tandoori items. Love the prawns fry, chicken chilly, crispy potato honey chilly, hakka noodles , paneer tikka and fried rice. Its actually a shisha place but I found one of the tastiest tandoori chicken here! Definitely my go to place for desi chinese and some yummy tandoori.

Went to Koyla for a friend's daughter's birthday party. It was in the afternoon, buffet lunch - vegetarian food. The food was decent. Soup, salads, starters, pizza, rice, roti, sabzis, Chinese rice and manchurian gravy to go with it, and desserts. Oh yes, there was a nice chaat corner which served pani puri, dahi puri, papdi chaat etc. Loved all the chaats I had. Overall, a good birthday party!

They are literally cheaters in terms of billing, in my they have added around 75AED extra to the drinks which we didn’t even ordered. #Dope. That’s the first impression. Cool funky dark vibe place. I was there when PAK/NZ match was going on. #lit. Shisha hub. The staff were good , but I would like them to be bit organized to avoid guest from getting tossed from one end to another unnecessarily. We had ordered a mix grill platter. It was great. The chops and sheesh kabab were yummy. They served on a hot coal plate below it. Real nice. The lussi was just too good. I would recommend this if you want to chill late on a weekend with friends, have shisha and just enjoy.

Grape Mint has been the usual choice for me here at Koyla. Visited after months during one weekday morning before shopping with a friend. There was a good flavour to it but the usual smoke wasn't there which wasn't that satisfying to me. Delayed my bill and also took a long time to get the shisha. I have been to Koyla's in Mumbai and it has a very fine and beautiful set up. However, when I first entered Koyla's here in Karama, I was in for a surprise, the place is completely dark with tables huddled so close together and super loud music! Food The sheesha here is good and they have flavors you won't find anywhere else. For eg: Kacchi Kachri Mint, Pan Masala and a few more. Chinese is good over here and the Chicken Tikka is served on Skewers directly. However, the place is too loud and too dark. You'd feel suffocated after a while.

It surprises me how one could get to make a coffee wrong and that too in a cafe. The coffee was machine made and more a hot water. The place looked to shady and not very clean. The sheesha was very basic. They had a Hindi movie playing in all TV screens with volume at its peak.

Let us start by saying "BEST PASTA EVER" We're not much of Sheesha lovers but we only go here for the pasta. Even though the pasta is quite pricy, it's worth it! The taste, the texture and the amazing but yet burst of cheesiness is all we're looking for. Also, the drink we ordered was good too, the blue mojito. As the pasta was so good, we we're so full yet we ordered another one just for takeaway. The club sandwich was great too. Would definitely go again for the pasta!

24 hour shisha joint & restaurant open till 3 am for light night cravings is exceptional. Their hookah lounge is popular & they have great varieties of flavours. I have always seen someone from management around which is good that that they over see but they go down on weekends due to heavy customer flow & their seating goes for a toss , shisha & food is definately 4/5 , service 3/5 but they should seriously consider changing their sofas which is uncomfortable to sit and is aged some even torn.

Oh, what a horror it was to go to this place! Never going back again. Yesterday i had iftar at koyla... They offer 49/person or with sheesha 69/person Simple and decent iftar, 5-7 types of starters, soup, BBQ and 5-6 main courses. Food is delicious but my favorite part is their chat/pani puri station, the guy is really good and served us his best items..and then the live chapati station guy...mother of the restaurant, he makes sure if you walk to him; he gets you a fresh roti from his station, he even let me cook my roti myself... Service is good, Mr. Big i guess the owner or manager keeps them on their toes..in a friendly manner After food we went upstairs and had sheesha + tea Again charcoal guy JASS was active and polite Talles guy on earth Mukesh i guess the supervisor was managing and observing from the top.. Overall it was a good experience and believe me i went two consecutive days... Big hand for koyla..

Had been here for iftar, which was a buffet @ 49aed. As v entered to my surprise thr was a small play area, with a ball pit and a small slide which was good enough to keep my lil one fuss free n enjoy while v broke our fast.. The buffet included pakora, samosa which was okay, chicken tikka n fish pakora which was really tasty. 2 Chkn gravies and biryani which was good too! There was a chat corner n a roti corner which was a plus! Ample of salads n fruits were served! For sweets they had gulab jamun n kheer but unfortunately there was no ice cream at ice cream counter! For drinks they had only Rooafza! Ambience was nice, with soft Sufi songs playing at the projector.. over all it was a good experience! The shisha menu was great and lots of choices. The price is little bit higher but it's all worth it. The atmosphere and the flavours of shisha are good and so is the shisha itself. The service is prompt & good, especially Mukesh Rai and Adam...... WoW service....... the food is good as well.

I have visited this place couple of times as my husband office is nearby . Never went to there restaurant inside. They even have the cafeteria outside . They serve yummie hot and fresh samosa whenever i crave for it i go there as they are fresh and nice. Even had there Paratha burji combo,chinese combo, veg sandwiches , Dosa they all were good. Pocket friendly. Quality and quantity both are good.
