My friend and I was there (Shakeys Burjuman) yesterday to celebrate my friend's birthday around 7pm to 8pm I guess.. And I must say that your team really did a good job! Despite from having really busy hours.. All staff including supervisors manage to give a very nice customer service! All were approachable and very polite!
And about the food.. It was superb ! I loved it!
We really enjoyed our dining experience there! I'll surely recommend shakeys Uae to my friends!
