(التعليق الأصلي) We visited Shree Krishna Bhavan Veg Restaurant, Karama and the quality is average. We had Dipped Vada, Dipped Idili, Ghee roast and Uthappam and a sweet dish made with Pumpkin. The Sambar made with really dissatisfied with its taste. They also served complimentary 3 different chutney flavors which I would never prefer by its flavors. Pumpkin sweet was so sweet which I would never take a chance to eat. And the cost for one single price was 5aed which I feel really not worth the money. Also we noticed the staff was attending and delivering orders to another customer who came after us. In my opinion they taken customers for granted and this is very disappointing. Very poor show by the management. Me and my friends have decided to abandon such restaurants that do NOT add any value to the services they provide.

We tried Goli Baje, Poori Bhaji, chai & Filter coffee. Everything tasted yumm and I can’t wait to go back and try their thalis. Restaurant presented a very warm & pleasant ambience & aimed to achieve a minimalistic design but with a statement. Covid 19 protocols & guidelines were strictly followed. The restaurant was exceptionally clean & well sanitized. ~South Indian filter coffee: absolutely loved it. ~Kala Jamun: Truly delicious & toothsome at every bite. ~Kesari bath: a mouth melting sweet dish ~Davanagere Benne Dosa: the star of the show ~Masala dosa: tasteful & Crispy yet soft with the served chutneys & sambar. yummmm 😋 ~Andhra Bhojanam Thali: delicious unlimited thali & gastritis friendly. The service staff's hospitality was very impressive. Mr Dayanand was serving our table & had provided a great service. Truly the entire staff deserve a bonus for their exquisite hospitality services. (التعليق الأصلي) We were on the hunt to find a nice South Indian restaurant to enjoy Dosa and other South Indian delicacies. After researching and checking reviews, we decided to give “Shri Krishna Bhavan” a try. Turned out to be an excellent decision. We were not disappointed at all. According to me, food quality and taste account for 70% of the dining experience, the remaining 30% is split between ambiance and staff. But very often the 30% has more than weightage in deciding on a new place. I must say, this restaurant excelled in all aspects, the food was excellent, the ambiance perfect and the staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly. One of the best Dosa, Sambal & Coconut chutney I had in town. The Dosa was hot & crispy, exactly the way I like it. Normally I am not a big fan of Sambal, but this was good. We ordered Fried Idly to start with, followed by Ghee Roast Masala Dosa and finally settling on Mushroom Masala with Ghee Chapati. To wash it down, I went for Mango juice, which was not that great as the season is almost over. All the food items were simply amazing. Going back for sure to try out the Thali and breakfast items. We ended the meal with the famous South Indian Halwa (forgot the name). A big thanks and shout out goes out to our waiter, host & food educator Mr. Krishna. Extremely attentive and took care of us. One of the best thalis I had in dubai. I have visited this place thrice and it didn't disppoint me at all. All the curries and dal are very flavourful. The taste gives me homely feel. Shri Krishna bhavan is a pure veg Indian Restuarant. I have been to this restaurant couple a times and they provide the same best service as usual!! <br/><br/>It is located in the center of Indian hub: Karama. They have quite a good crowd in the morning for breakfast.<br/><br/>They have a very brilliant woody ambience. Colourful seating area.<br/><br/>Staff are very courteous and provide productive service each time. They are quick and excellent at their service!<br/><br/>Each time I go here I try their Rava masala dosa and today as well I did the same and it was pretty good with the usual taste. Neer dosa was perfectly done. <br/>Medu vada was fresh hot and crispy! This place was one of my favorite place for Friday breakfast and my favorite items were Akki roti,podi idli and open dosa. But for last couple of visits the quality of food has deteriorating.. Akki roti which earlier use to crisp nowadays it’s more of oil and not cooked properly.same goes for podi idli. I hope management looks the review and takes proper action as I don’t want to loose one of the very good option for breakfast.

Shri Krishna Bhavan has wide variety of South Indian (essentially Karnataka cuisine ) options. I had akki Roti (Roti made with rice flour) which is a specialty from Karnataka. It was delicious. We then ordered Andhra Meal. It consisted of Vegetable Poriyal, rasam, Pappu, Bhajji, kurma, chutney served with tomato rice, white rice and Puri/roti’s. The meal was unlimited. Taste was decent. It definitely isn’t a typical Andhra Bhojanam as claimed. But nevertheless the food was satisfying. <br/><br/>Staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Have been here three times in the last one month! Today we had their friday andhra thali - scrumptious food that one can't stop eating! Have also had theor ghee roast dosa which is amazing too. I also tried their neer dosa which simply melts in your mouth. <br/><br/>I cannot end this review without mentioning the courteous staff, service with a smile and pleasant ambience.

The potato batter had mixture of onion, spices which was very delicious. Highly recommended restaurant to try.

We had ordered for set dosa, cheese uttappam and rawa dosa. We also had filter coffee and masala tea. All the dosas were good, hot and crispy. Filter coffee was exceptionally good.<br/>

Difficult to start the views as everything there is so amazing and tasty. Neer dosa, open fosa and mangalore bun are our all time favourite. I have never seen such a courteous staff. Quality of ingredients is high which makes their food so unique and different. Courteous nature of staff is like an icing on the cake. Andhra Bhojanam is a combo that’s really filling with one portion of plain rice and variety rice plus two rotis & poori with good portions of sides which includes radar sambhar sabji payasam starter as well. Real value deal with good taste. Delivered well packed (I remember it used to come with a banana leaf) comes even with a plate.

Located in the busy street of Karama, we visted Shri Krishna Bhavan, pure vegetarian Indian restaurant to have breakfast. Ambience is good. We had ordered for idly sambhar, mysore masala dosa, puri bhaji and my favourite buns. Enjoyed my breakfast here especially the buns, it was soft with enough sweetness just like the ones i like..

The food always is so tasty and fresh. The taste and the quality is always consistent. We tried the Gongura Diosa, the Davengeri butter Dosa, Manglore buns, open Dosa, Andra thalli, Neer Dosa, Rava idli , Tate Idli, every thing was so tasty and fresh<br/>

Our Friday breakfast place either to visit or order for delivery. I love the mangalore buns, ghee roast masala dosa, onion uttapam, sheera and their filter coffee. The delivery service is great too. The food is tasty and has its authentic taste.

I ordered Ghee Roast Masala Dosa and asked specifically to make it crispy. But I experienced disappointment because the dosa was not at all cooked, it was so thick that the white rice was clearly visible inside. It was not hot also, ghee was not at all present. Overall they charge 15 AED for this item but poor quality. Either you remove this item from your cuisine or please change the chef.

Superb Mangalore Buns, filter coffee and unlimited thali with starter bhajjis, puri and phulkas, rice, vegetable pallyas, sweet payasa and sambar and dal etc with papad, curds, pickle, various chutneys etc. And very hospitable staff. Another good place if you like benne (butter) masala dosa. Decent ambience, courteous and friendly staff. Goli bajje tastes authentic mangalore, lots of items to try out. Need to improve a bit on the thali options.

A restaurant which has it's roots in Bangalore, India. The karnataki cuisine may feel slightly bland comapred to other south indian cuisines.<br/>A very polite and helpful service.<br/>Very clean and classy comfortable interior.<br/>All items are reasonably priced.<br/>I went at the closing time and naturally some items were finished. I opted for an onion rawa masala dosa. A bit less crispy than what I am used to. Less oily too, that's a good thing. The aloo masala inside was too bland for my taste. Quantity was adequate. At 14 dhs, it was okay.<br/>The medu vada were at 11 dhs, size is normal. Crunchy outside and a bit soggy inside. Chutneys were okayish.<br/>The lime soda was surprisingly zesty. Loved it. But at 11 dhs, it should be.<br/>Overall I am a bit disappointed as my personal tastes are different. But not a bad restaurant for karnataki cuisine..

Visited the place seeing all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, Ghee Roast Masala Dosa was totally dry and tasteless, Mangalore Buns was raw inside and over fried outside. Had to leave without eating either.

We as a family of 6 went to Shri Krishna Bhavan on 18th Jan, 2020. We ordered for filter coffee, badam milk, onion pessarattu, vada, Andhra mini tiffin and poori bhaji. Everything was good specially the filter coffee. However, the vadas were over fried which altered its taste. There is one sincere request I would like to make to the manager of the restaurant. As soon as we enter the restaurant there is very strong smell of food which is not appealing as this smell also clings on to our clothes and we smell of the food cooked when we come out of the restaurant. Also for all food lovers, please note that this is not as same as Shree Krishna Sweets. We mistook it to be one and the same. We realized the mistake we made when we packed the Mysore pak which was so poor in taste as well as looks. I believe the sweets come from India so not sure how fresh they maybe. However, the other things we ordered of the menu as mentioned above were quite good.

Decent and clean family restaurant located in Karama area . No doubts staff are amazing guys . We have puri masala ,Idli and vada . Puri and curry is good and very tasty too . Vada is crispy and soft . Good restaurant for vegetarians , located in Hamadan colony in Karama .
