Tried Kunafa Keshna. The kunafa was piping hot had a great cheese pull. Coffee was quite strong and tasted amazing. Great place to try different varieties of Arabic sweets as well.

One of the best Kunafa in Dubai
Oh wow one of the oldest sweet shops in town. The kunafa was lovely. We tried a variety of arabic sweets and they were all amazing. Be prepared to be overwhelmed.
This Kunafa is everything you’d want it to be .. moist , sweet ,cheesy , hot , nutty and fresh . It really goes well with their famous mint tea . I have visited this place impulsively after day dreaming of the combo all day. This is my all time favourite .
We have been visiting this restaurant to eat Kanafeh for the last 12 years. One of the best Kanafeh in town and the price is just right. Great service too
Qwaider is one of those hidden gems of Dubai that only real foodies will know about. It's charming, traditional, oldschool, very simple, not fancy, and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!Hands down the best place I've ever had Jordanian Mansaf, Lebanese Kebbeh Labaneyeh, Egyptian Mulokhia, and Palestinian Musakhan outside of a home!As for the desserts, the Junafa is to die for, as well as most of their sweets, and totally blows Feras out of the water!
Great place to sit back and relax late night. I love their kunafa with cheese. And a cup of tea is a perfect match. They have wide varieties of arabic sweets served fresh.
I was passing by this place and was looking to try some new restaurants. This place caught my eyes and i said why not try it. They had good outdoor seating and in February the weather is really good for outdoor seating. The food was ok and only thing which I didn’t like was I felt they used beef instead of meat in hummus with meat rest the items were ok. The best thing was their kunafa so give it a try
Best Kunafa. Good Arabic food. Tasty. Affordable. Staffs are kind and friendly. We tried so many of their dishes. Jordanian Mansaf, Shish Tawook, Turkish coffee, mixed grill. Super delish. Will keep coming back.
I was hovering around for a late night sweet joint when I was in this area and finally decided on trying qwaider which was one of the few places open late at night. To my surprise there was a massive selection of fresh arabic sweets. I ordered a small plate of mix sweets which includes cheese kunafa, cream kunafa, twisted cream and cheese puffs etc which were all random selections from what looked good. All the items were heavenly and the high ratings on Zomato are justified.
The Mansaf is the best in town as almost you’re eating it at real Jordanian house, they are not cheap with the meat they are offering you like other places it is actually a real piece of meat, you can feel that the owner/chef/management treating you very well, we cannot say anything about the location because it’s been there for ages, you go there for the real taste of food like it’s been done at home not for the view.
Well we didn’t go for the famous kunafa that’s so popular at this very typically old Dubai restaurant in Muraqqabat but we did enjoy dining outside for Iftar. The waiters don’t speak much English but we got by and ordered their bbq chicken 🍗 rice 🍛 salad 🥗 hommos and garlic sauce. Nice touch was bringing us a dish of noodle soup 🍲 as soon as we were seated along with our salad and a cup of juice🥤 Our bill for two was just AED 55 and being amongst other restaurants there’s a nice atmosphere as people walk past and plenty of diners came to this eaterie. Umbrellas create a nice atmosphere too with TV and music 🎶 We will go again! 👍
Growing up in Sharjah on King Faisal Street, I was always so close to Feras' sweet and delicious Knefeh that I grew up loving the sweet gooey delicacy. And come Ramadan, the festive spirit makes this an even greater delight.
On asking around for the best "Habiba" version of the Knefeh, I was asked to come to Qwaider Al Nabulsi on Muraqqabat. The Habiba version is the one with orange colored vermicelli on top with pistachios and sweet syrup. This Palestinian/Jordanian style is my favorite of the lot.
The ambiance here is amazing. Its small but but its filled with a flurry of activity, the servers are friendly and you just get the best service. They even gave me a few sweet treats while I waited. Overall, the Knafeh was perfect. Just right without the syrup and even better with the sweet syrup poured in. The cheese strands were a sight to behold and melted immediately in my mouth. I'm definitely going back for seconds 😀
Our first visit there 4 years ago , we continue going there most of the times while we are in almuraqqabt . Sweet dishes all of it amazing . The special of the taste it’s not so sweet as you can add more if u like it so sweet
Beautiful sweets place where I visited last week!!!! The outdoor area was full of ppl watching football. Very casual and nice environment 💙 different side of Dubai - very Dubai💙
So this is one of my favourite places to have kunafa cream & cheese, kunafa mix, milk with rice and other sweet delicacies located in muraqabbat area. They do have some jordanian main courses which will bring memories of jordan itself. they have light meals, meals of the day, sandwichesAzianzia-Dubai Blogger , shawarma and grilled items..... happen to know they do special orders such as kharoof on joran mansoof, kharoof khabsa, stuffed chicken, stuffed turkey etc. Well this street has lots of other restaurants too, where u will enjoy dubai at its best....
This is hands down the BEST kunafa in Dubai in my eyes. The soft/ cream cheese one is my favourite but for sure get some kunafa from this gem if you're nearby!
A hidden gem in deira for amazing Arabic sweets. The variety of kunafe they serve is something to look forward to. We happened to visit it on our way towards Aroos Damascus and tried their desserts. We were also given mabroom kunafa creme to try. But I personally liked kunafe better.
The ever famous shop for Arabic pastries and sweets. Infact the best. I know a local (UAE national) a filthy rich man who comes all the way from another part of city just to savour their sweets. He is also the one that first recommended this shop 7 years ago. I became a fan completely!! Try their konaffa with that sugary syrup. Divine. Just aed 10 a piece and it can totally fill you, thanks to the generous stuffing of cheese.
The sweets they make here are so tasty and fresh. Parking spaces are difficult to find as there are quite a few restaurants close to each other. Do try their kunafas: crispy, sweet and cheesy.
I was craving for Arabic desserts then I found this place in Deira, I tried their Knafeh it was really good
I also tried the date Mamool it tastes good too!
They have outside seating area for ppl who want to dine in
Such yummy sweets here and the people who serve are really friendly. Love this place ❤️ the kunafa is so good, stringy and sweet. A must have for sure!

Review: The Arabic food here is decent enough for me to enjoy it all the way through. Usually the types of dishes that I get from Arabic places are oily, but this place did a good job on not having too much oil on the food.
The mixed shawarma with chickpeas was a nice change for me as I usually get the chicken shawarma. It was tasty with great sauce and the chickpeas were cooked nicely.
Rating: 3.5/5
Order: Mixed shawarma with chickpeas - 22DHS, shawarma chicken - 20DHS
Pricing: Cheap.
Service: Staff members did not greet me, I had to acknowledge first. Food came out fast.
Ambiance: An interesting place, there is an outdoor seating area with a tent above as shelter.
Very fresh arabic sweets. Kunafa cheese is very delicious. Not sure abt d names of other sweets, but they all are good. This place is always there on my list of places to eat in dubai. A must go outlet if u visit dierra. Highly recommend their sweets.
I tired all type of konafe and it's so good .. also basbusa as well .. perfect taste for Arabian sweeties .. and nice stuff they will give u free taste without even u ask for it .. it's so deliciuse I like it 👍👍
most amazing Kunafa i ever had..............................................................................................................................
Shish Tawok
I had the Shish Tawok from here last night, and it was definitely worth the money.
The Tawok was perfectly juicy and came with a lot of sides. The consistency of the French Fries was not the usual crispy one though, this one was crispy on the outside but unusual soggy inside, but tasted good.
The Humous was a bit too less for the Tawok two people was supposed to eat.
The Chicken was perfectly spiced and salted and cooked to perfection. The Quantity too,was great.
The ambience of the place was really heartwarming, with small colorful dull lights and cozy and cushioned seating.
I thoroughly enjoyed the place except for the stray cats pestering and running around inside the tent.
One of the best place to have great traditional local sweets .. khunafa with extra honey is a must try .. and there are lot of options to go for .. specially recommended for people who have a sweet tooth ..

This will pop up in my mind, when I go to my friend's house..Its one of the best place for arabic desserts.I have tried out their cheese konafa and the cream one. Both are absolutely delicious. The price is also not very high.
They have outdoor seating if u want to have it there itself,Since the climate is hot these days we have takeaways.
If you are craving authentic mansaf for a fair price and great service, you must go here. The smell, taste, meat all so fresh and yum.
Their sweets are delicious. The ataef, kenafa, bazboosa etc are a must try :-). Enjoy and bonna petite
I was on a quest to try something new this Ramadan and my Palestinian friends suggested we have Mansaf for iftar
"Mansaf is a traditional lamb dish cooked in a yogurt sauce and served with rice "
It was really good the meat was cooked perfectly just falling off the bone the rice with yogurt awakened all the taste buds in my mouth.
For dessert we ordered kunafa "THE BEST KUNAFA " I've EVER tried.
The hunt for authentic Kunafa ends here! It just cant get any better. The hot melting cheese and saffron vermicelli with a perfect sweetness! Its art! Worth every penny!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
If calorie count isn't an issue for you & you want to try some quality Kunafa & baklawas (very diverse varieties) at reasonable price level, this place can be a good choice. From their food menu I just like chicken-eggplant Maklooba. Shawarma & kababs r average here. Visit this place for its sweets. I gave 4 for sweets, not for food.
Because of it's location in Deira I believe it only gets a few visitors, but I guess everyone in Dubai needs to know that it has the best Arabic Desserts!
I love their Kunafa in all the types they serve, the one which is less sweet, one with cheese, one with cream. All of them taste amazing, and it's so reasonably priced.
Falafel mahshi, foul with green sauce, and kunafa are a must. Best falafel so far in Dubai - not dense, plenty of chopped parsley, and uniquely stuffed with chili and onion. Addictive and delicious. Will be a loyal, regular customer and recommend to anyone who loves falafel!
While we aren’t usually partial to Arabic sweets, this is one of the few places in Dubai that is somehow irresistible. For years they’ve fed us with consistently good basbousa, kunafa and warbat. We almost never manage to eat dinner in the area without stopping here afterwards.
Have you ever dine in any restaurant only for 2 dishes? Yes we did. Ever since I read its part of famous Old Dubai food trail , I wanted to try this place. It stretched this long, because of the location only. We hardly go other side of Dubai, but when the craving hit all the spots you have no other options left.
We ordered the falafel and Kunafa. Yes you read it right we are here for only that.
The cute little falafel, we loved it. Fresh, hot and yummy falafel.
We tried the famous Kunafa , three types. Soft and rough cheese Kunafa and one cream Kunafa.
All three were so good, but the favorite was rough cheese Kunafa.
Service is slow, better to take some parcels.
Recommended for falafel and cheese Kunafa.
One of the best arabic sweet maker , they do have a very good kunafa and used to eat alot from them , i like it for take way and just have my bites at my car
This place is very special. i Love their Mansaf. They serve the best Mansaf in Dubai... Their staff is very friendly and helpful... highly recommended!
Went to try their kunafa. It was ok.
But before I had kunafa, ordered their falafel and mixed grill. Order came with the usual bread and hummus and salad. It was nice as it was Dubai winter and we sat al-fresco but I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here.
i tried many type of Syrian desserts and i was flying because of the very testy types (like konafa and lukmet el kady )with cup of tea with mint in the fresh air.
They have one of the best humus in the UAE I think in the world, small restaurant and cheap compare to Safadi their humus for 16 dirham and not very good and qwader the largest humus for 5 people enough is only for 12 the small is 5,their humus is a way better
Really good place for awesome hommos and topical Jordan like falafels. Good service.....Good location. ... parking might be a task. ... Would definitely visit again.

I visited this as part of my tour with Frying Pan Adventures and I fell in love with their Mosakhan! It's so yummy! I found the Kanafeh a little bit weird tasting.
A colleague suggested we order from these guys for a shared office lunch.
We ordered delivery for 25-40 people and got two giant lamb mansaf (?), salad, too much jmeed (?) and drinks.
It was WAY too much food, but it was delicious, and none of us mind eating it for the next few days.
(p.s. - that tub of yoghurt is giant - 4kg...!)
Thank you very much Qwaider Al Nabulsi!
We would recommend :)
Qwaider Al Nablusi has been one of oldest restaurants in Muraqqabat street, with its brightly lit signboards it’s really hard to miss this place. They serve a wide variety of Jordanian dishes and grill items. The food has been very average when compared to restaurants nearby such as Samad al Iraqi and Aroos Damascus, but the factor that binds them all together should be the bad service that is a standard among such restaurants.
The Kharoof Mahshi is one of their best dishes with tender meat and flavorful rice the mansaf is just average for a Jordanian restaurant. Guess for the best mansaf Zahrat Al Quds in muteena is the best bet.
But for those who are familiar with this restaurant, it’s definitely the Kunafa that’s the highlight here. People dine here just to end their average meals with the brilliant variety of Kunafa they serve here. Always warm and fresh the Kunafa here is brilliant, not as heavy as Firas sweets but more flavored and lighter, which means you can have more portions . For those who don’t prefer much sugar syrup this can be the best place to try it as even with zero sugar syrup the Kunafa tastes brilliant. The individual rolled Kunafa’s are better if you plan on doing a takeaway as it tends to hold flavor and tends to get less soggy. Don’t miss this place if you are looking for one of the best Kunafa in town, the food can be given a miss.
*The rating I have given is just for the Kunafa/sweets and not for the restaurant.
I have only ordered shawarmas from this place. Their delivery is quick. The shawarmas are really good, and cost AED 5 each. I love their beef shawarma, and my brothers swear by their chicken shawarmas.
I did order a kunafa once, and that was pretty good too.
Going to try out some of their other items soon, but for now its my goto shawarma place.
