We went to Caesers today for dinner and ordered a few things, one of which included Aloo Chole sabzi. The dish was very dry, extremely stale and had a poor smell to it. I complained to the waiter, who called the manager and when I confronted the Manager about why the food was stale and not fresh, he just took away the dish without apologizing or saying a word! Surely we didnt pay for it, but I have been sick all night and would not recommend going to the restaurant or the Garhoud branch where the Management cannot even apologize or offer an alternative. Needless to say, no amount of apology is helping me now when I’m sick! Very disappointed and definitely not going back there again!

This place easily deserves a 4/5 or more and here are the reasons why.
At first, this place isnt located in a mall or a famous area, so you have to plan your trip to go there, but it will be worth your time. Once i entered, i wasnt really excited because the restaurant was empty, so it made me feel suspicious about the food that we will eat. The windows from the exterior were dirty, and really need washing.
Now lets talk about the food. I will easily say this place changed my opinion about indian and oriental food. The spices and flavors that each platter offered l, took me to a trip of imagination, and definitely caused culinary enjoyment.
The waiter mentioned that some of their fish platters have fresh fish in it, so we ordered one of these platters, and oh my god, the fish, sauce just had a perfect texture in my mouth. Visually i have to admit, its not good looking, but believe bute into that and you will know what im talking about.
We ordered a fried teriyaki chicken that according to my taste buds could be definitely less salty.
fried rice with baby shrimps and eggs were very enjoyable.
And last byut not least, their thin indian bread left me begging for more, and made me think of that place more and more. I had never tasted that bread, and when i did the softness and freshness of it drew a smile on my face.
thank you for this wonderful experience guys.

In a world of fancy cakes that focus more on presentation; Caesar’s cake pastries (Black Forest for Dhs 4.20/-,fresh fruit for Dhs 5.78/- & and Nougat for Dhs 4.20/-stick to their ever green originality of mouthwatering flavor and melting texture! These are my favorites guilty pleasures any day ❤

You can read your review on my Instagram page as well @kittyz_kaurner.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B31Ccp8B4ID/?igshid=m7dbzhu5yfs4

Am a die hard fan for their mini cheese pizza and Rasmulai. Very cosy ambience and friendly staff to het some choice of snacks which includes puffs, sandwiches, rolls etc. Their moderate range of pastries would be displayed which will be hard to choose for. This branch is a silent place to sit and have your coffee, tea and snacks. Pocket friendly.

family friendly restaurant. Great presentation on the food. ordered Iranian dishes; succulent meats.. but the sizzling steak was just ok. biryani was Gazebo style. . overall good food!
Hoggers In Dubai
I called in on a Friday to ask if i could come and have the lunch meal. Mr. Saji said that it is actually not on Fridays but as an exception he can give it us. Im glad he did as we did come and had a good times as compared to our ras al khor visit. I had the veg pakoda, egg biryani, butter chicken, salad and rasamalai. My wife had chilli chicken, fried rice, chicken lollipop and rasmalai as well. The food was very good, i asked for salad instead of roti and was depending mainly on the rice but quantity was a little less. So maybe for those who don't have roti they can increase the quantity of rice. In terms of service i was very impressed this time as the waiters were very good + i also liked the ambience at this location. Hopefully you'll extend the lunch meal menu to dinner time too ;)

As always, great service! Have been a regular visitor at Caesars’ not just this branch but other as well. Keep it up guys! I would suggest Taru Nest, Sizzlers are okay (not really a fan of those) but the kebabs and the vegetarian curries are awesome too!

Ambience- 4/5
Cleanliness-5/5
Service- 5/5
Food-3/5

Love the ambience and the whole look of the restaurant. Has a very positive feeling due to the presence of light.
Very clean and well maintained restaurant.

They serve you with some pappads and sides to begin with. The Sides included, Mint Chutney, Mango & Lemon Pickle and lemons. The guy who took my order was very friendly.
I ordered the Chicken Meatball soup which was 4 meatballs of chicken in a broth with lettuce. The meatballs tasted nice, the soup was just too blank.

I then ordered the Tandoori Chicken (trying to eat healthy and avoid carbs) which wasn’t that great. Just had a simple tandoori masala taste to it. Nothing great.

The Mint Lime was super delicious. A very refreshing punch of Lime and Mint which could help beat the heat. Loved it.
Overall satisfactory.
Can do better. The food review is completely based on what I was served. Looking forward to try more dishes.

Thankyou for your service.

Caesars restaurants is like a regular name mostly for their confectionery their cakes ,mini pizzas , samosas are regular stuffs for all our get together n they never disappoint.
I have also tried their food in qusais n their sharjah branches , they are like a decent place.
So went in for a quick dinner ordered, caesers spl chk for starter which has a Chinese base kinda sweet n spicy chk gud, the main course was pepper chk gravy with butter nan, garlic nan n onion Kulcha .... the nan's went well with the peppery gravy yumm stuffed ourself with the good food.
Decent place ,decent food n decent pricing.

Yesterday I ordered at Caesars garhoud chicken sandwiches, I can say that the service and the food is excellent! Which is not a first time experience. All condiments needed is there. No need to ask, they know what to give even for only 15 sandwiches they gave us full bottle of ketchup which is not necessary. Everyone from the dinner party loves it! Highly recommended.👍🏼👍🏼

Update: Probably the worst restaurant, i did give it a 3.5 last time we visited but this experience was surely the worst one.
Starting with the panner tikka i felt this was the only thing which was fresh and tasted good
Going on to the chicken teriyaki, it was our favourite dish as all of us enjoyed it last time we had it but this time the chicken they used was frozen and it also smelled really bad
It's also really costly and i felt i rather spend so much in gazebo rather than spending here. Never visiting any of their restaurants again

Old review: Visited during a special occasion in our family and were not disappointed at all. As we know the number of 'good' indian cuisine restaurants are reducing i would say your food is totally up to the mark.
Loved the idea of your interior and having the sort of cabin system. The food totally satisfying with the right amount of quantity and price. Has a friendly staff and would surely visit again

Had their chicken shaslik sizzler and it was delicious. They really serve good sizzlers. Their Chinese cuisine is also good. Fried rice and noodles is really yummy. I also love their Black Forest with icecream. It’s delicious

Caesars, has been my favorite spot for sizzlers since it’s start, way back in the 90’s...the first one I went to was the one located in BurDubai...since then I’ve introduced them to many of my friends and relatives. I love love love their sizzlers, and the best ones are the beef and chicken shashlik, that comes with either rice or noodles...juicy, roasted, pieces of veggies and meat.
Melissa Pinto
Everytime I pass by, I order their Pizzas which are my absolute favourite. This time, I tried Chicken Wrap and a Plum slice cake.

Both were pretty good. The chicken wrap was made in advance so it lacked freshness. The cake was good though it is better during Christmas!

Quick service and decent prices.

If you cannot think where to go for good indian food then this is the place to be ... i really like their biryanis ... one of the best in town ...

Okayish ambience with good food. Express thali is available @25 AED which is an good option available.

They are having wide variety of sizzlers and sizzlers are bingo in taste.

Service is average and staff is not that polish. Can visit place once a while. Not highly recommended.

I go to caesar almost every month in sharjah, amazing food , good quantity , friendly staff.
This week i went to their garhoud branch in dubai
Really bad service , i ordered chicken shashlik satellite huge quatity but chicken was way to less also the cheese was so little , mushroom sauce wid almost no mushrooms!
Also ordered caesars special sizzler - disappointing - less chkn beef n prawns - both sizzlers were full of veggies only , shldve named the dish veggie sizzler instead!
Wen complained staff responed in mean manner
DISAPPOINTED 👎
Ms Kaur
Tried their
Chocolate Mousse cake
Mini cheese pizza
Mini hot dog
Vegetable puff

They have some amazing bites and the veg mini pizza is my all time favorite snack and they have some amazing cake varieties as well which is a must try

Definitely recommended 👌🏻
Puja Gujral
I can only give the restaurant this score because I did not enjoy the food at all but the service was good. I had the sizzler and the veggies tasted half cooked. The chips were stuck to the bottom and the meat was average. Not my idea of a great place but it was cheap.
Yummylicious
Its been over 10 year i am eating at caesars .try most of their branches .food is always consistant .love their butter chicken and chk biryani .
Portions size are quite decent and good to share .
The best thing about them is their confectionery section not best in town but great choice . where you want to get all small things to pack and take .
Great work guys .
Rohit Matlani
So I was in the garhoud area by my self and decided to have some sizzlers. I remembered my previous experience in caesars. So I ordered a chicken shashlik sizzler. It was huge in quantity. But the chicken was less I felt. Over all it was good.

Ive been going to caesars since childhood...it still has the same great taste at the confectionery items ..specially the mini pizzas..still love going to this place ..so i had
Coffee
Cheese and mushroom puff
Chicken sandwhich

Price -4/5
Ambience -4/5
Food quality -4/5

For a large scale order where office can't really afford to mess up, they order food from Ceasers.
After coming to Dubai I had their samosas for the first time. And I was surprised that we really do get food like in India here too! Then I shifted to Karama and my beliefs got shattered even more.
The place serves some good food with good value for money. And it is also one of the oldest chains across Dubai which people here trust. So always a good option for some value for money hogging.

Love the sizzlers, ordered them all: Chicken Satellite, Special Mix Grill and Chicken Shashlik with both the rice and noodles variants. Just amazing.
Huge portions easily enough for 2. Will defiantly be going back for more as even service was very good.
Rohit Dsouza
Caesars is always a great place to grab a snack or breakfast especially their confectionary items like pizzas, puffs, sandwiches.

Most of their best selling items sell out fast so make sure to grab it while you can. This time we tried the special chicken pizzas, chicken quiche and roasted chicken pie. All 3 were great. Tried their masala tea today as well and it was also very good.

Caesars is synonymous with Dubai dining scene. When the family craves for sizzlers, this is the restaurant that comes to mind. They do get their sizzlers right! We ordered the Tempura prawns for starters - it was good not the best that we had... but at least it came with minus the fishy smell! The husband compares every Tempura dish had in Japan which was the best ever, but let's give others a chance as well! The mains we ordered the mutton hyderabadi, which was a thick gravy - flavourful. The best of the lot and the all time favourite is the special mix grill - it has all the right amounts of veggies, meat, seafood and sauces, it does come sizzling on the hot plate, with crunchy veggies.. the veggies keep the husband happy and we gorge on the meats/seafood. Service is very good and pleasant servers, ever ready to get the meals your way. The restaurant though needs some upgrade, décor is too outdated for these times.
Zaki Razvi
Dropped by for lunch with a couple of delegates...
Expectations with the food was higher...
The starters were amazing... crunchy shrimp balls and fish tikka....
The curries mutton handi and veg kohlapuri were ok...
The service is great for which i can give a 4/5
I have had their food earlier and today the taste of the main course didnt seem to impress me...
Dishes ordered :

Main course: reshmi malai chicken

Advantages: good for Mughal option s as well as pure Indian cuisine
Disadvantages: not much concerned about staters

Ambience: good with outer atmosphere
Arrangements: could be more better with siting
Pricing: worth the quantity.
Quality/ taste: taste need lil more improvement.
Quantity/ presentation:
Presentation could be lil more better as expected.

Speciality: Caesar confectionaries - & main course
Over all rating: silver medal

My sister got my birthday cake from caesars, I liked the shape of the cake , it was a chocolate cake . It was really good . I don't know whom to thank , my sister or you guys for the cake 😂. The cake was amazing .

I always use to come here since it is located very close to my office but first time to think in review. 😂 what I dn love here is only the plenty use of chicken, I honestly dn luv it that much but really the way they bake their bakery is amazing, always u'll find all is fresh and tasty and the dough is delicious and smooth.
all in all I recommend to try sabanek ( spinach) pie it is amazing, chicken burger (Bulky if u're hungry), mushroom puff( oily), chicken tikka pizza(Spicy-but unfortunately not too much)
in the pic was my breakfast cz I was really hungry 😂
the small one is the spinach, and the next is hotdog roll then the Puff is very clear 😉
prices are so much affordable, also they have masala tea and they are really professional in it.
also they have cake, hmmmm not amazing but still OK (2/5) with coffee morning!
u'll find more n more when u come ✌
Sonia
Came in here on a weekday and we were the only customers in the restaurant so service was attentive. However our food took longer to prepare than excepted. My companion went for Indian and had the Kohlapuri vegetables with Roti, and praised the dish however if u like ur food spicy to specify it to be a tad spicy. I decided to go with Iranian and ordered Gorme Zabzi. The dish was tasty and well prepared however I felt they were a little stingy with their meat.

Would I return, definitely!
-TheExtremeFoodie-
Service was excellent the staff were attentive and food was clean and presented well. I would definitely recommend them. The place wasn't crowded at all their family seating areas available.

Let me get straight to negative critics as this place does not deserve any good critics.
1) Service is fast but never go by the advice they provide, I specifically asked I don't want a drink with milk or cream and they suggested shalimar. Which is nothing but blend of watermelon, strawberry and cream. It did not even taste good.
2) Our order for starter was Kung Pao chicken and Caesars special basket chicken, the steward did not even inform that both dishes have same base u choose some thing else. So we landed up eating same dish twice and paying for the identical dish at two different prices.
3) Main course we ordered Shezwan rice and chicken Shaslik sizzler with rice.
I have eaten Shaslik at many place but this was the worst. It did not taste anything close to Shaslik and they loaded it with cheese which just killed whatever taste it had. All I got was melted cheese.😡
Shezwan rice was also not great, the roadside stalls back home in Mumbai makes better version of Shezwan rice then them.
This was my first and last visit to this place. There much better restaurants in dubai and a lots better priced then them.
I usually stop by at Caesars for a quick snack so i prefer bakery items which are fresh and delicious, this perhaps also is my only option for bakery items in this area

This review is based on bakery items ***

Visited this place during day time , wanted to have my all time favorite Mini Cheese Pizza which has always been pocket friendly priced only at Dhs 1.50 and it was totally worth it as they have maintained the same standard of quality . Told them to heat it and it was warm enough to satisfy my taste buds . Ambience wise the place is decent and the staff people are also decent enough .
Prabhdeep Singh Baweja
The place is popular to have quick food mainly snack items, sometimes also as replacement of lunch and offers nice options of grilled sandwiches. Have been to the place ample number of times and from food to service to price, everything is good and the place never disappoints.

One of the oldest brands in Dubai, this restaurant offers a feeling of nostalgia right from its friendly, welcoming managers and staff to its 90's style seating and ambience.

I ordered just what this restaurant is famous for - the sizzlers. The absolutely filling (and perfect for two people, no matter what the wait staff tells you) Chicken Shashlik sizzler came piping and smoking hot with chicken gravy, lots of steamed vegetables, fries and a good portion of rice.

We also ordered shrimp cocktail as an appetizer that looked stunningly attractive with its bright orange sauce.

To cool down all that spice, I tried a refresher from the summer menu which aptly named medley, came with a mixture of my favorites - mango, orange and watermelon. Loved how it was sweetly presented with a miniature umbrella.

The service was quick and efficient and the staff was really courteous. Prices are pocket friendly and if you have an Emirates NBD debit or credit card, you are entitled to a 10% discount. Exciting right?

The restaurant was quite empty for a Friday evening, which makes it a great place for a quiet and relaxing dinner.

The name Caesars quickly reminds us of delicious and beautiful cakes, pastries and confectionery.

However the dining restaurant segment of this group is as popular as the older segment and offers a wide variety of cuisine ranging from Indian Mughlai, Arabic, Chinese to mouth watering Sizzlers and Deserts.

I have been to various branches of this restaurant across the country. My recent one being to the Garhoud branch. Among all the branches I have visited, this particular location stands out as there is ample parking space on offer which is vacant all the time.

The ambience of the restaurant is not something worth noticing leaving besides few decorative souvenirs kept on sides of each table.

On my recent visit my family went there specially to try out the Sizzlers. We started with some Soup and Papad. Hot and Sour soup was spicy and tasty.

Next we ordered Sizzlers in the form of Chicken Shashlik and Chicken Satellite Shashlik. The latter came in with lots of Mozilla Cheese which had been sprinkled on top of the sizzler. The quantity was more than enough for a couple to share. The chicken was well done and was accompanied by fries, vegetables and steamed rice.

Sizzlers range in between AED 40.00-60.00.

All in all great experience and definitely worth going there again.

Tasneem Abbasi Hashim

Visited Caesars in Garhoud after a very long time for dinner. We ordered the thread paneer with schezwan sauce on the side, chicken shashlik sizzler, and chicken shashlik satellite sizzler. We got one of the sizzlers with rice and the other with noodles.

The food was very good and up to the mark. The thread paneer lacked a bit of salt but the schezwan sauce made up for it.

The sizzlers were both very well prepared. The rice and noodles was not as much as I would have liked but overall it was delicious.

Whenever we have guests over and are in the mood for some light veg snacks, we order from Caesars Restaurant And Confectionery. Some coin pizzas, vegetable puffs, cheese puffs & mushroom & cheese puffs do the trick. Not only are they consistent with the food quality, their home delivery service isn't too bad either.

-- A drop of ink may make a million think.
@AyaashPaw

My friend really recommended the crackling spinach with prawns and that was the only reason we headed to Caesars.
Interiors - looks classy
Food wise - the crackling spinach prawns were good. The biryani was not. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Price wise - I felt it was too pricey.
Will I go again? - maybe just for the prawns or starters

Ceasars is dated back to my childhood days and the sizzling sound and drooling smell of sizzlers rang a bell when I was pregnant and came back for the same.. It never failed me.. nd my taste buds... The tom yam soup was refreshing... Following the rice noodles and chicken dish..along with sizzlers. ..

After a long drive I wanted to try sizzlers and my friend suggested going to Caesars in Garhoud as it was on our way back to home. And v were very hungry also. it was my first time at Caesars .
The Restaurant was really superb .they do have closed cabins , so v can maintain our privacy. And ambience was giving both Indian nd international touch.
Our order :
Manchow soup - it was good.
Chicken steak sizzler and chicken satellite shashlik sizzler- actually each one has good portions which can be shared by 2. Taste wise it was just awesome. I really loved it . Simply delicious.
Sizzling brownie/ molten cake ice cream - it came out on the sizzler platter. Looks like chily's molten lava cake and taste wise it was mix of roasted peanuts, chocolate cake , ice cream and topped it with hot chocolate while serving. It was just amazing. Superb.

Rating out of 5
Food: 5
Ambience: 4.5
Service: 4

Overall experience is good.
Considering the food quality and quantity the pricing is reasonable."

Overall restaurant appearance and staff is also courteous. My personal favourite are the sizzlers, and drums of heaven. Though many other Indian and Chinese varieties also available. Personal cabins for dinning are also another plus if u want ur privacy.

Look and feel of restaurant is awesome
food options are galore
this restaurant needs promotion as it's empty on Friday evening, infact all caesars restaurants need promotion, me a big fan of the ambience, service and food of this restaurant chain, guys are u listening

With caesers there is consistency. Whether in sharjah, dubai or auh. Muted interiors, soft music, the same menu, helpful servers and lots of space. In garhoud there is also ample parking. Above all great tasting food. One of our guests is allegic to some kinds of food and the server gave us several options. We ordered sizzler chicken shashlic, pepper steak, kebab jujeh masti. Stongly reccomend caesers if you are looling for a good meal out, tasty food with good portions. Aed 164.

Out of all its branches I’ve been to, this one is the best and have always enjoyed their food. The ambience was good and peaceful. They also have private cabins for special occasions. The staff was very attentive and the service was quick. Their menu is extensive and they serve Chinese, Mughlai, Continental, Sizzlers and so on.

As we were seated, they served us complimentary papad and green chutney. We started off with Veg. Manchow Soup which was very tasty. For starters, we ordered Crispy Masala roti, Thread Paneer and Mushroom Pepper Chilli. Crispy Masala roti was topped with diced onions and tomatoes. It was crispy and went well with green chutney. Thread Paneer was decent, nothing extraordinary. Mushroom pepper chilli was my favourite. It was absolutely delicious. Must try!

For mains, we had Paneer Manchurian and Veg Fried Rice. The Paneer Manchurian was bit spicy but it was amazing and the Fried rice was perfect in taste. The serving portions were sufficient for sharing.

Good place for family dinner!

#ZomatoSummer

I have been a regular at Caesars for so many years... I rave about this place to my friends... when I finally took a friend over to the Garhoud branch, we got served our fries and we noticed hair in it. HAIR!!!

that should be an easy fix, right?

Well yes, If it weren't for an awful manager. The man on shift after taking our plate away, refused to apologize, saying that it's 'normal', and that the cooks wear hairnets, and that it might have fallen from the air conditioning... WHAT???

no seriously, what?!

He didn't show any remorse or empathy and infact even said we could go do whatever we want... clearly he didn't know what he was putting himself into...

To make a long and dramatic story short - inspectors went to the restaurant the next day and found that the cooks don't use hair nets and don't follow proper hygiene methods...and they got fined.

you would think that this manager would have atleast given off a warning to his team...

Never again going to that place. EVER.

I have been going there since ages. Not very frequently in the past therefore never noticed the quality or compared it to others.
Recently i have been going there almost 3-4 times a week as its closer to my workplace.
Their chicken puff has gone bad to worse. Its only the flaky puff with next to none filling of chicken, i have pointed that out to the supervisor/incharge there (the old man with the yellow shirt) and he claims it has been like that sine forever. NO! i have been going there just months earlier and it was never this bad.
Coming over to the Brownie. yes its a steal at 5dhs, but the garhoud outlet of Ceasers has the smallest portion comparing it to ALL OTHER CEASERS!! i clearly pointed this our as well to the Yellow shirt gentleman, and he replies saying that "we thought its the biggest among our outlets" again..NO! i have had this brownie from Barsha, Clock Tower, Ghusais, Fujairah, Nad al Hamar and Burdubai. they all are much bigger in size and seem fluffier as well.
apart from these two i have issues with, there is a limited option available compared to some other outlets.
Advise: either remove the yellow shirt gentleman from incharge, if he is one, or change your confectioner!

Good food and ambience. Reached there by 11.30 pm and still did get the food quite fast which was tasty and hot. Would recommend for a nice dinner

Came to Caesars to have some sizzlers. Ordered the chicken shashlik and the satellite chicken shashlik. The staff was very accommodating when it came to choosing the sides that went with the sizzlers. I really like the customer service here.the food? Not so great, very mediocre. The satellite shashlik was too heavy and cheesy.. I would suggest that two people share the same dish. The mashed potatoes were a hit. The noodles /rice that accompanied the sizzlers were tasteless. I didn't find it as much of an addition to the dish; infact it took away more than it added. The chicken was cooked well, but honestly I have had better.

I am addicted to the chicken ham and cheese bun and cheese croissant! Super yummy. I am addicted to the chicken ham and cheese bun and cheese croissant! Super yummy.

Being Located in the business area of Gharhoud. This branch of Caesars has to be the worst among the chain, being a regular in many of their branches, the quality and especially the quantity of food served in this branch really is bad. Admitted by the staff themselves the quantity of the food is literally just half of what you would be served in the other branches, all served at exactly served at the same rates.

Please avoid this place at all costs. Really bad experience in the restaurant and the confectionery which serves equally bad and at times day old food. No wonder its deserted most of the time.
