I don't understand why it's quite empty when we come, but probably because we come early in the day.
This place is awesome
Atmosphere
Unfortunately the outside seating is not so nice and the road is quite loud. However the inside is super nice and cosy and very clean and they have a nice balcony covered with glass
Food
Very good arabic food, very enjoyable and big portions, so we were super happy.
Shisha
Very good shisha, guy is also very attentive with changing the coal and a pleasant person
Price
Reasonable and entertainer for shisha, that's unique!!
It's one of my favourite spots because of the voucher deals!!
They topped of the experience with a free dessert and some raffle vouchers. What a great place!!!
Ordered the shish tawook platter from villa beirut for lunch. These brilliantly marinated and succulent shish tawook comes with breads, garlic paste, pickles and fries. The fries became a little soggy by the time it arrived, though really enjoyed this meal overall.
Ordered for delivery and they made a mistake with the order but the manager personally made sure to correct the mistake very quickly, the kebab was really good, hummus was amazing and so was the Shish Taook, will definitely order again. Great service.
Am very much addicted to Lebanese cuisine. Wherever i find them, used to try. Special item Falafel with salad topped with their colored hummus is a must try. A different taste.
Good food but very pricy for the portion size offered.
Humous wasnt up to the mark everything else was above average. Good quality and hygiene.
The best food in Dubai ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️love it!!!!!
Everything was nice, starting with the staff that was very friendly and helpful, following the atmosphere and decoration of the place and ending with the delicious food!!! Our experience was great and we will definitely go again!!!
If you are looking for quiet descent Arabic place, you can’t miss this one. Exceptional service, very tasty food, nice sheesha and service staff is very polite. Rene treated us very nicely and accommodated our special requests.
A very nice place to dine in with your beloved ones, it is a villa consisted if two floors
The top floor is a smoking floor and the ground floor is for non-smoking floor
I went with some friends to smoke shisha and have dinner
The food was excellent and very appealing
and the shisha was perfect as well
I believe this restaurant has a very good future
All the best
It’s been days that I have been craving for some authentic Lebanese food. My workmate invited me to this nice restaurant near Jumeirah Beach.
Villa Beirut is an old aged traditional theme restaurant that offers authentic Lebanese cuisine, the ambiance is so relaxing and has a calming atmosphere, you can really feel you’re in one of the old villa in Lebanon (sort of - I’ve never been there though 😂)
They have upstairs seating for those who want a view of the Burj Al Arab, enjoying shisha and chilling with friends.
Dinner was served, we ordered Fattoush Salad, Tabliyeh Kafta with Hummus, served together with bread on the side and some fries. Cravings was satisfied indeed! That thick, rich and tasty hummus really doing its job. Not to mention the bread, it’s soft inside crispy on the outside. Amazed it is! For the drinks, we had watermelon and strawberry milkshake. And last but not least, the dessert - their Homemade Osmalieh - sooooooo creamy, I merely remember my name! You can also adjust the sweetness of it by putting the sugar syrup that comes with it.
A perfect dinner, totally worth the visit, especially thanks to Ms. Kat for serving our food and giving us the best service!
One of the best lebanese restaurants out there, their food would literally blow your mind away.
Very friendly and professional staff and the atmosphere is amazing that youd think your all the way in lebanon.
Price wise is very reasonable but the quality is much more than you expect at any other restaurant.
Totally recommended.

Our new favourite spot for shisha and dinner in Jumeirah ! Parking is available also.
Service is fast, great food and good shisha. A bit limited options for drinks.
Extremely polite and helpful staff.
Worth a visit
A very nice place indeed for a great lebanese dinner.
We Enjoyed our evening here.
Hummus was perfect... hot bread all the time. Meat taste was just good.
But i will give few comments
Mashawi Skewers must be bigger to meet the average size.
More pine nuts to be added on Jellab
Bigger portions would be better and more reasonable.
Service and hospitality is fine but a bit late.
Food Quality 5/5

Very nice place and the food is amazing
Have been visiting villa beirut lately and liked their food
The fattoush, grilled chicken and kaft bel ajin are to be tried
Also the shisha taste is very
Definitely as place recommended to be visit on jumeira road
A small villa tucked away, fairly unassuming. The bright yellow bulb sign on the road caught my attention a few times so this time I pulled in. Valet is available so super easy. I had a few dishes from the appetizers, it was lovely with fresh juices. The manager, Ahmed, is a super host. I definitely will bring a group of friends next time.
Highly recommended place for Lebanese cuisine lovers. The place scores well on all counts -food, ambience, courteous staff. Hummus Beiruty was delicious with the right amount of garlic and parsley - a must try! Kebabs and grills were well done and full of flavors. Bread was served hot and fresh. Overall a good meal at a decent price!
Excellent location, view, environment, staff and super excellent food and quantity. We tried Half grilled chicken and Kaftah al Bashawet and it was amazing. Their Fresh orange juice was awesome and overall it was the good experience. I strongly recommend others to try and will vote 4.5/5
You cannot but fall in love with this place since first visit. The food is just AMAZING. The service is also great with very responsive and friendly staff. Prices are very much affordable and the decor makes you feel like you're at home.
Deserves 5 ⭐ and recommended especially for Lebanese food lovers.
Villa beirut located in umm suqiem is a true vintage Lebanese restaurant. You get a feeling that you are time traveling back to ‘90s seeing the interior and over all ambience. They have set the seating and tables just how a Lebanese household would look like in the ‘90s. Very well colored interior and brilliantly kept outdoor seating.
We decided to visit this place for dinner. All though they have shisha facilities at the upper floor, we decided to dine in at the ground floor. We ordered their fish hammour, which comes with their signature tabouleh and tomato sauce. Well cooked and fresh. Their shish taouk is also a traditional taste with a mass quantity. We had their koftas and mixed grill as well. The kebabs were very delicious. Not to forget, their breads are the best, hot and very soft to have a good bite. The staffs were very friendly and we did not have to spend much for such good food.
Excellent food, great service, gorgeous atmosphere and excellent money value. In short astonishing experience. Highly recommended.
The over all experience was excellent we are surly going to visit again

We had the pleasure of being invited to a Cooking Demo here and we had a great time! It was short and sweet, though we were hoping it lasted a bit longer since the food was pretty light and amazing!
Venue Vibes: Vibrant with a whole lot of 'summer feels'
The service, the cooks and the staff were quite friendly and welcoming.
Highlights: We had a quick demo of Dalia's Salad and for the mains; Koussa Mtawmeh which were both incredibly fresh and good!! Loved the overall experience.
Very good Lebanese cuisine. Great ambience, good service.Their mixed grill is fabulous.....an absolute favourite in Jumeira Dubai. Visit at least once for Lebanese food when in Dubai!
Villa Beirut is located in Jumeirah 3 in an actual villa that has beautiful interiors with smoking section upstairs and non-smoking below. It will make you feel at home. They have a valet outside for parking!. Villa Beirut in Jumeirah 3 has a lovely setup serving authentic Lebanese cuisine 🥙 and Shisha at a very reasonable price!

How did I make the most of the last few days of Ramadan? I tried out the Iftar and Suhoor options at Villa Beirut. Although Ramadan is over now, you can still try these delicacies at the restaurant along with a selection of Shisha. What’s more, this Jumeirah spot is open all the way until 3 am in the morning, which makes it a great hangout for relaxed dinner and late night cravings.
This place is worth waking up for: serving delicious Arabic /Lebanese breakfast.
On a Saturday morning it was empty, not sure why...staff is friendly, food is great and the decor is cosy.
The breakfast is till 12.00 and contains a beverage of choice (fresh orange, lemonade, coffee or tea), labneh, cheese, zaatar and olives plate, fresh bread with Debess bel Tahinah, plate of vegetables and pickles. In addition to this, you can choose between fried eggs, foul or manaoush cheese or zaatar.
Will certainly come back here to try more dishes and the upstairs area when the weather is better!

Yesterday I went to this restaurant by the name Villa Beirut. Upon entering the restaurant you get middle eastern vibes and it was more like walking on antiquity street of Beirut delineating traditional and customary philosophy of art and design. Theme of the restaurant is to create a happy place where family gathered to enjoy good food and traditional music. Bold blue windows on the yellow walls shows the vibrancy and distinctive vision of the restaurant. This approach is not only prominent in the appearance but they endeavor to steer it in food too. From crockery to the each details tell you the story pertinent to Beirut.
Located in Dubai’s favorite neighborhood, Jumeirah, this is a beautiful Lebanese hide out designed like a traditional home. This place has beautiful interiors and is quite an instragramable place for those camera lovers. Serving more than 5 flavors in shisha, this place has a separate upstairs for shisha lovers and outdoors for those winter days. They have surely worked on the right things like valet parking, football matches, ladies nights and many more.
We started our experience with Cold Mezzes, featuring tabouleh, fattoush, moutabel, hummus, pickles, beetroot salad, sawda djej and others - loved the delicious combination specially when served with hot freshly made khubbus. This platter is a must have when here. Yum o meter: 3.5/5
Spiced potatoes and falafel: I loved the crunchy falafel served with creamy tahina which was definitely light on the stomach. Spicy potatoes were the best part of the entire meal. I wanted to order another plate of this beauty. Yum o meter: 4.5/5
Main course - mix grill: had grilled chicken, kafta and meat skewers which were presented beautifully. They lacked some flavour and the the traditional taste for me. The meat wasn’t juicy and the kafta was over cooked. I have had better. Yum o meter: 2.5/5
Rice pudding: traditional Lebanese rice pudding was the delight of the afternoon. Mildly sweet and coated with pistachios, this was a perfect end to the delicious meal. Yum o meter: 5/5
I truly enjoyed what ever I tried. I wish to come back to try more hopefully on a ladies night some day. Thanks for having me.
A lebanese restaurant located in Jumeirah, with beautiful interiors and positive vibes. The staff are friendly.
We had enjoyed our lunch last week, we tried the mezza( fattouch, tabouleh, falafel, hummus) and mixed grill.
All was perfect.
It is a must- visit to experience the true taste of Lebanon.
Feels like home! Best fattouch! Friendly and amazing staff! Good price! Love having shushes there. The gum and cinnamon is amazing and really different
Great food and great service, cozy place. Feels like home. Best fatte and fattoush ive ever had. my kids love the tawouk and the kafta platter
Amazing decor, excellent food and service. Friendly staff. They have a wide range of Lebanese selections and they also have Shisha. My new favorite place.
Prime location, friendly staff and perfect set up, this restaurant has all it got to top the best eat places in Dubai.
Ordered Falafel for appetizers and to start with, the first bite was a delight. Prefect brown and Crispy from outside with the right level of consistency inside. Lol - my man managed to burn his mouth 🤣
On the main course - chicken shawarma and the regular mix grill. Eat bite was well relished. The shawarma was different - I must mention though! The breads were fresh & soft so Home made taste.
Closed the early suhoor/ super late dinner with some beverages, a game of gammon and yes we confess of sinning with some mouth melting yet adding a symphony of crackles in mouth - Ousmalieh.
Yes guilty as charged with no regrets! It’s a pleasure giving my taste buds a treat and glad to rate this place. My regards to the chef!
Dubai has no dearth of Lebanese restaurants, and there is one Lebanese restaurant that I really liked- Villa Beirut. This restaurant is housed in a charming two storied villa in Umm Suqeim, Jumeirah. Open from morning to late in the night, Villa Beirut offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have Shisha on top floor. For authentic Lebanese cuisine, Villa Beirut is one of the best places to visit in Dubai.
Visited this place during Ramadan during the Suhoor time. Located in Jumeirah in a beautiful villa, the ambience is vibrant and lovely. we were greeted by the lovely staff and since we didnt have plans for sheesha we chose to sit in the ground floor itself. They do have a beautiful lit up space on the first floor for Sheesha lovers. We chose to have cold and hot mezzah to start with along with detox and mango passion for drinks . The spread was delicious with hummus, moutabal, mousakaa, moudardra, Burgul , zaatar Manakesh, Falafel, Aliyat dalia, chicken liver. ...the beetroom hummus was the show stealer , we couldnt stop having it ! The breads were super soft and fresh. Zaatar Manakesh was excellent. Beetroot salad looked colorful and tasted yum too. Falafel was crisp and perfect just like the way i love it . The chicken liver with the pomegranate sauce was another amazing dish you shouldnt miss to try . Aliyet Dalia is another exceptional dish i loved here, pieces of meat cooked with onions and pine nuts and tasted heavenly. For the mains we tried the mix grill, which was flavorful . That was quite a big stuffing for the tummy and to ease out we had some hot mint tea and turkish coffee and made some space for dessert. we tried cotton candy with vanilla icecream for dessert which was great . A beautiful experience of lebanese culinary with a great service . Loved visiting here !
We invited my husband's parents for iftar here
They offer set menu as you will be served a soup and you have a choice of 2 appetizers and 1 main course with a drink
Different choices are made as we were 4 so we took the chance to try tabouleh fattoush dalia fatteh hummus and mutabbal all were delicious but for your information they put garlic with fattoush. The fattah was a good choice for the lovers of tahini ( I really liked it)
The main course was a list of kefta or shish tawoq or roasted chicken or hamor skewers or tahini kefta most of us ordered the roasted chicken which comes with rice and humour skewers comes with fries
I loved the chicken it was made with perfect flavours
Also water is offered with food.
That was really a good choice for us we really recommend it as the staff were really friendly and helpful. And I felt in love with the ambience.
*I forgot to take photos before starting to eat as it is Ramadan and we all were hungry
Been there for Sohoor with friends last week and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The overall atmosphere is very cozy and takes me back to summer Beirut evenings. We ordered a variety of options from the sohoor menu, mostly from their specialties. The highlight for me was the manakeesh with zaatar together, the mix grill (one of the best I've ever had) and the liver in dibs el roman which was out of this world. In addition, their sheesha was actually one of the best we've had in Dubai! They also have lovely tea as well as some really refreshing mocktails. Definitely recommended to try out this Ramadan :-)

I visited Villa Beirut in the evening during Ramadan. We went for a dinner date and quite enjoyed the overall experience. The restaurant is located right on Jumeirah Beach Road in a villa. The smoking section is upstairs and the place starts to completely fill up at night.
GET SET GOBBLE
We had a delicious spread of hot & cold starters served to us at the table. My favourite dip was their Beetroot hummus which the manager later told us is their best selling item. No wonder it tasted as brilliant as it did. I also particularly enjoyed the zaatar mankeesh, falafel, tabouleh and beetroot salad. Other items included hummus, motuabal, chicken liver and more, This came with a side of hot breads.
We were quite stuffed before the manager told us that the main course would be ready when we are. With little or no space we indulged in the kebabs they served us and were quite thrilled with the food. I particularly loved the marination of the chicken tikka. It is served on a gold casket with bread and loads of fries.
We ended the meal with a cup of their Green tea with mint and a delicious dessert that is another best selling item - Candy Floss ice cream. It is literally a mountain of ice cream covered in a sweet and crunchy topping similar to an Indian dessert called Soan papdi. We thought we had no space after all the food we had eaten, but, we were wrong. The dessert was so simple and delicious that we ended up completely wiping the plate :)
Overall the portion size is pretty good and there is lot of variety and quantity to eat. We also ordered the lemon mint seesha and had it going through the night. It was quite unexpected that we came in at 9pm and did not leave until 2am. The place has a very relaxed vibe.
We went for Suhoor. The restaurant is cozy serving Lebanese cuisine on Jumeirah beach road. The food was tasty; presented in a nice way. It has a cute decor with a Lebanese touch.
Great lebanese place in Jumeirah3. The service perfect, good delicious, tasty shisha and amazing place to sit . Can't wait to visit the place again
I had a really great Iftar on my birthday at the amazing villa beirut 👌🏻
I have to say the Fattush salad and the falafel was one of my favorites. The mixed grill platter is always a must have and it was absolutely divine😋
They definitely have a wide range of selection on their Iftar menu. Everything was so fresh and tasty and ofcourse the service was above and beyond ❤️
Thank you for hosting me, villa beirut 😘 .
Last week, I called my friend that I haven’t seen since a few months and told him that it has been a long time we didn’t meet. As it is Ramadan at the moment, I asked him what cuisine would he like to have for Iftar and he told me that he wants to eat Lebanese Cuisine. I noticed few weeks ago that a new Lebanese Restaurant opened on Jumeirah Road, called Villa Beirut.
Went there for iftar food was more than enough. Soup and 2 appetizers and main course and water and drink.
Recommended food was good and nice atmosphere. And it was busy parking is easy and free next to it.
Kamal from the staff was very helpful and smiling even though they were busy
If your feeling homesick from Beirut or never been to Beirut... head to villa Beirut for the amazing feel and Lebanese’s cuisine.. incredible interior, delicious food, and wonderful hospitality! My preferred order: Mixed grill(the meat is fresh and juicy), alayet babdoura, mosaqa, beetroot moutabal, mjadara, and finish off with halawet el ghazal... you’ll be delightfully full 😊 for those who enjoy shisha, you can head upstairs for their shisha lounge while enjoying your food. There’s something for everyone there!
Its a yummmmmmm place to have such a great lebanese food. I felt my self back home!! Their eggplant fatte is amazing. Was like im full but cant stop eating😋😋 such a fresh fattush. You should try guys honestly!!! Even their delivery is so neat and generous with pickles and all that completes your taste 😋😋😋 yummyyy
Such a great find on Jumeira road..I am really pleased with myself for finding this gem..
Great Lebanese food and great service..One of the best Hummus Beiruti I have ever had..and the freshly made bread was soo soft and tasty..Can't wait to go back and try out the Grill options..
The Mojito Shisha was too good.. I was smoking non stop for over an hour and it was smooth..
The decor and the entire concept of Villa Beirut is soo cute and elegant..This will be my GOTO place for my Lebanese cravings.
The food was amazing, we ordered mix grill with hummus and it was really good. The presentation was really awesome and so as the shisha place above. Had a really fun time. 5/5
A hidden gem on Jumeirah road, beautiful ambience and super good Lebanese food.
Recommendation: Fattoush salad,Spicy potatoes and falafel. Would surely visit to try the Non Vegetarian options.
100%recommendation
Best Lebanese food in Dubai, even their shisha was amazing.
You can watch all the football games when you are taking your shisha.
I will come again
A table full of food, and not just any food, some beautifully authentic Lebanese food. The food with such gusto that by the end of it you would surely be happily rubbing your tummies in delight.
Such was my experience with the newly opened Villa Beirut and had some yumilicious Lebanese dishes I can't begin to explain, but I will surely try my best to do so.
Had some, sorry scratch that, a lot of varieties at villa bearut. I was always a big fan of hummus, but then I literally had a million types and flavors of hummus to experience. With endless choices when it comes to Lebanese dips/Mezzah. From Hummus to Labneh, to Al raheb (which is roasted eggplant paste mixed with tomatoes and onions), and moussaka. The variety is huge out there guys.
Who doesn't appreciate some good old Lebanese Fattouch and Tabouleh Salad, they both are my extreme favorites when it comes to the cuisine. And villa bearute did absolute justice to them. They were super duper yummy.
Also tried some beetroot salad, with the sweetness of beetroot and some awesome dressing, the whole thing was a delight.
Been to Dubai and not tasted Felafels? WHAT? you gotta correct that right now! and I know just the place you can rectify the error, well of course villa beauty.
Felafils (a fried mixture of broad beans and chickpeas) are served with some tahini sauce. The whole dish gave a very homely vibe and giving some beautiful taste on the way.
Some refreshing Lebanese drinks anyone. Tried this really different but surely yum drink called "jellab" a drink made with raisins and pine nuts. Super refreshing and fulfilling.
Apart from the Lebanese I usually keep gobbling on, I also tried some variations.
From their Hot mezzah section tried Fattet Hummus, basically a hot crispy bread topped with hummus. so all the hummus lovers are surely gonna love this treat on the table.
Also tried Burgul Bin bandora, where the burgul is some fresh tomatoes. Also tried Dandra which was equally stunning in its own way.
Desserts there literally blew my mind, like so good that I wanted to eat them all, all day all time.
Some homemade osmalieh was one hell of a charming dish on the table. Really really yum, trying something you will never regret. Also had cheese kunafa, which was a pleasant dish to have as well but osmalieh was something I will never forget and maybe keep getting it's dreams for a long time to come.
Some lovely tea in a mud caste glasses (trust me they give a whole new taste to the drink) after a lovely meal, is so fulfilling. thanks for giving some awesome Lebanese experience on our visit there. It will surely make us come again and again right back there.
I love the interiors and design of the place. It’s so inviting, quirky and colorful. The food was amazing. We had hummus, moutabal, stuffed vine leaves and spicy potatoes. Utterly fresh, delicious fattouch and beetroot salad. They also had a good portion of the half-grilled boneless chicken. Try osmalieh and cotton candy ice cream. Best way to seal the meal. We will definitely come back!
lovely place, amazing food, great staff. We loved everything in this restaurant all the way to the floor tiles. Its a really good Lebanese place that you will for sure enjoy.
