(التعليق الأصلي) Since a long time I wanted to try a Maharashrian food and we ended up going to this place. The first thing the guy in the counter asked me whether I’m a Maharashtrian or not. And when I said no, then he started giving hype about the food they cook. We ordered A plate of Veg Thali, And a combo of Roti with Aloo palak which costed us 73AED and I couldn’t find those dishes he suggested to us on the menu too 🙄 The taste was very basic, but it was not very good. They served us one glass of Chaas (Buttermilk) with so much of exaggerations, like you’ll go mad if you taste our Chaas! And trust me it was atrocious!!! I would never give my life any chance to try that again!! They charded us 13 AED for that too!! What a terrible! The Daal was insanely salty, Baigan (Brinjal) was so greasy and overloaded with peanut. And the Kadhi was dry! I should have known since this place had no wait and every other place had a an hour wait. We couldn’t finish our food because we were unsure of what we were eating nothing looked like what it said it was! And at last the guy refused to give us the bill also when I asked he said there’s some problem with the system. In short, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT THERE!

For a long time, I needed to try Maharashtrian nourishment and we finished up planning to this place. The awful scent when we entered the eatery. Cleanliness is exceptionally moo. all over flies are moving and the backside of the mirror cockroach is running. We requested missal pav, dabeli style vada pav, vada pav, and mini tiffin. The taste was exceptionally essential, but it was not exceptionally good And trust me it was atrocious!!! I would never donate my life any chance to undertake that again! Staff was courteous

(التعليق الأصلي) This joint serves authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. They have a special menu for thali where they serve puran poli thali, Bhakri thali, Misal pav thali & others. I would recommend this place to try real Maharashtrian food. They also keep freshly made snacks & sweets such as ladoos, bhakharvadi, shev etc. The place is pocket friendly for quality food. Do try their puran poli and shev bhaji. Will visit the place soon to try out more dishes.

(التعليق الأصلي) Maharashtrian food, the taste is good, but the quantity of food that they serve is very less, I ordered that which cost 35 aed, it just had 2 bakari and a small bowl of khichdi rice, and a bunch of curries, not enough to fill your belly, not worth at all. The taste is good but they should at least increase the quantity to normal. Small servings will not do.

(التعليق الأصلي) Upon reaching the place, I realized the eatery is owned and operated by an acquaintance! Niche market ... Excellent food ... had a home made feel to it. The Misal thali is a treat to a Maharashtrian / anybody who loves Maharashtrian cuisine. Good utilization of space. Great place - look forward to visit again!

I had been to this restaurant at Karama for the first time and was impressed with the service and also the taste. Though the place is small, options are more and pocket friendly.

Excellent food experience staff Good service. Very good hospitality

I have been enjoying the food and hospitality of Manisha's Kitchen regularly since I shifted to Dubai in 2012, The authentic taste of typical Maharashtrian cuisine is what has been uncompromisingly maintained till now. Sometimes, I also feel why they take more time than other restaurants to serve the speciality food items but when it comes on your table and lands on your tongue, I realise that the item is freshly made and not just re-fried OR re-heated in oven. That makes the difference. Fruits of patience always are the BEST. If you want to relish some Authentic Marathi Cuisine or some innovative fusion items of typically Maharashtrian recipes, try Manisha's Kitchen Restaurant in Karama, for sure.

I really had a good food with excellent hospitality. I had a nice time at Manisha's Kitchen on my recent visit.

Food is good but half the time its closed and very poor customer service. You need to improve it and take your customers seriously.

Good vada pao along with sabudana khichdi. Tea was kind of below standards. Tea for sure can be improved

for more reviews follow me on Instagram @stranded.foodiethink before you choose Dine in. its a smelly place with bad service. the staff seem kind of too tired and lost.but this did not reflect in their food. the Tea and Mini thali kind of blew me away. Sabudana khichdi and Misal pav was my fav among the items.we went again for the tea and chose take away.the snacks there i felt are a bit pricey , but im not sure if thats the normal pricing for maharashtrian snacks.
Abhishek Shetty
The service staff were very kind but disappointed by the food. Mediocre taste. My aam panna drink was served warm. When asked for ice, they said they didn't have it. Wouldn't return back.

Trying Maharashtra cuisine for the first time and I have got mixed feelings after having it.
Primarily,The Maharashtrian mini tiffin which we ordered was really yummy and worth every bite. The ginger tea also was soothing and it’s a must try.we ordered two rounds of ginger tea also. The food here is really good.
Now the pav which we got was actually bad and had spores in it and when we mentioned this to their staff, they immediately came and took it inside their kitchen.Instead we expected an apology and the pav to be replaced and they not only didn’t even replace the pav but didn’t say anything about it.We just wanted to be done with the meal and get out of the place due to its current ambience of not being clean and dirty.
The place looks really shabby, stinky and so unclean. One server was only there and he was really trying hard to manage the cash register, take order and deliver the food.
I hope they will rectify the issues ASAP and try to give better service at the earliest.

Snehshri Shahasane
Have been to this restaurant couple of times because of its food. But this restaurant has always failed in the areas of hygiene. It's always smelly and the ambience is too messy. Even though the food is good the above factors spoil the mood. The bathroom stinks and whole sitting area is stinky because of that. Please improve the hygiene levels for the customers to have a overall good experience at your restaurant. Due to repetitive bad experience now i will think before going there again for dine in.
Pkj2014
Ordered fasting items. The sabudana thalipeet was soft& nicely cooked.. kakdi dish was good also but the third dish upwas thalipeet was uneven and bulky
Prashanth
Worst delivery management for the restaurant, while the food is amazing and I will crave to order more but then u face the people working for the Resturant who have no clue of what they are doing
This is not my first bad experience but I still calling them for food with the hope they will improve but they have not
Today’s exp , I ordered food waited for an hour and then call then to check on deliver while the staff as confused as ever said they never confirmed order while Zomato shows food is being prepared
I might order agin from them but they need some change with staff
Marina Quadros
I had added vada pav asked the guy if it fresh he said yes but he re fried and bought not fresh ..restaurant was smelly toilet area ...plus there were so many ppl passing by from kitchen n delivery these should not be done in covid time person serving without gloves 🧤 so unhygienic and dirty . Men who is delivering entering the kitchen in and out without washing hands... very careless

We went over a weekday and we were the only one. I felt the taste was not that great and also price was a bit on the higher end. We ordered kothmiri wadi, kokum sherbet and sabzi did not taste good. The staff were helpful, the restaurant is spacious but I did not like taste.
Rudolph Poojary
I absolutely love this place. Their snacks are so delicious and authentic maharashtrian cuisine. Must try their Dabeli style wada pav, Kotimbhir wadi, masala chai infact everything...just so good. I feel like at home when I go there. Their staff are so respectful, prompt and customer oriented. Shout out to Mr. MONU there who looks after what we need very single time and how well does he do that. Great asset there. Overall 5 out 5 from my side to Manisha's Kitchen and I recommend this place to everyone like 100% without a doubt.
#manishaskitchen
#dubaiblogging
#mydubai
#food

If you are very hungry and need to have a quick bite, pls dont visit this place. Being a Marathi restaurant none of the staff speaks Marathi. I think even the cook is not maharashtrian. After ordering the food came after almost 45 min. That too the bhakaris were cold. When asked i was said they were made fresh. The quantity is also less compared to how much they charge. The worst was puran poli. So pls be ready to wait for food if u want visit this place.

Very authentic Maharashtrian cuisine at a reasonable price. I enjoyed everything that I ate here. The staff could have been more responsive and attentive. Good food though

Had been to this restaurant during the weekend to experience the taste of upwas (fasting) items
Batata kees : was horrible... it hardly had any potatoes and loaded with lots of peanuts which were ground raw
Sabudana thalipeeth : was really delicious 👌
Farali misal : absolutely yukk !!! Again loaded with whole peanuts
Puri bhaji : average
Can only say that had a wholesome 'peanut' meal which was not that pleasing. Also the place stinks if you sit inside so better prefer to sit outside.
Aryan Sharma
the food is strictly average. small portions and high priced. thali is a big NO NO. their sabudana khichdi is passable and rest of the snack are strictly ok.

Manisha's kitchen serves good quality authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. Place is simple, clean and well maintained. I am not a big fan of Maharashtrian cuisine but i really loved the food here.

We were a group of four and had ordered few of the dishes served here. Solkadi, methi fry and takachi kadi are the best among all.
Sanju
Had been there yesterday evening. Ordered the Bhari thali. 2 small bhakri, pithla and kadhi okay, bharli wangi wasn’t anywhere near like they taste, moong daal khichadi had too much of hing, Bhajji were the only good thing. Thecha was off but peanut chutney was fine.
This being a Maharashtian place it didn’t seem as if the food was cooked by a maharashtrian at all. Would never visit or recommend this place.
Prathna Shah
It’s a no frills place but rest assured you’ll find authentic Maharashtrian food here with warm Indian homely hospitality (you’ll know what I mean, if you’ve lived in India!). And the best thing is- when they say spicy on the menu, they mean spicy!! So if you’re craving real hot delicious vegetarian Marathi food, head here- you’ll keep going back!
Naazir Kazi

On this particular occasion, misal combo served was the worst ever misal tasted

Tasted like yukk

Please also improve the hygiene. Wash basin had hundreds of cockroaches

Hope to see the improvements next time around
Pinaki Das
They have a bad toilet odour during afternoon time. It’s for a long time probably during my last 7-8 visits in the last one year. Once told, they use room freshener but again the same thing after sometime

Service on the coffee is very bad. i took a black coffee which they charged me AED 5/- & they added to much coffee power and made it very strong without sugar so tasteless & bitter taste. i had to throw it in the bin. it's waste of my money & not good service.

Honestly you should charge less as compare to other place & give better service.
Sawani Bapat Mhaskar
My craving for misal took me to Manisha's Kitchen.
The first impression of the place was not welcoming. The place needs to get rid of the shabby stained wallpaper that is peeling off at multiple places atleast paint the walls and maintain basic cleanliness for the place to atleast look presentable.
Well we hoped to be served with great tasting food atleast, but were disappointed with that too. The food was average, the Misal was very bland, and the extra Rassa (curry) that is supposed to be spicy, was only oil with no flavour or spice. It was a total disappointment.
The Thalipeeth, was ok and average.
The service was also not good and the staff seemed unorganised and confused.
With very few Maharashtrian cuisine places around, there is so much potential, but the taste, service and overall experience has gone downhill at Manisha's Kitchen.
This place is no longer "only" place serving Maharashtrian cuisine, they need to pull up their socks to stay in the competition with the new players out there in Karama.

Good place for maharashtrian style.. no comments on food quality an taste..
But,poor maintainance within the space as bad smell of washroom was towards two to three tables out of 6-7 tables which were filled already and unfortunately it is hot outside and can t resist sitting out...
And mainly, too much frustrating level of delay in dine in service, need to improve ...
Amol Jadhav
This is the only pure veg Maharashtrian cuisine restaurant in Dubai. But it seems they have wasted the opportunity. Have eaten at their place a couple of times. First ate Bharli wangi and bhakari and then had Shev Bhaaji and bhakari. The Bhakaris are good but expensive. Bharli wangi was ok , however , Shev Bhaaji was ridiculous and not acceptable at at all. Hope they improve and try to provide authentic taste as their prices are not economical. If they want people to pay their price they should provide authentic taste and quality.

Tried this place for some chai and evening snack's... While the chai was ok, we ordered this Maggie pakora which was extremely crispy n delicious.it was perfect for the weather ! 😊

Manishas Kitchen was an authentic maharashtian cuisine hotel, I still fondly remember the friday morning after cricket (tired) Misal Pav. “was” being the operative word, however recently the place seems to be neglected and unclean. Air-condition not working, flies all around on foods left on table by earlier customers. My assumption is that the management does not care about the place as they have given a free reign to the staff, today being my fasting I had my last Sabudana Khichdi from MK, adios and hope things get better 😞

Owners are kind and gem of a person. Always had loved this place. Superb Modak. Must try during special occasions. Guarantee that u will not be disappointed. Just make sure you order 1 day before for them to serve you better.

Thank you Sachin...

Tried many times. Food quality well maintained. Ambience- not great. Service also not so great. Very disappointing in responding to calls for ordering food. Staff is not so friendly over the phone.
Simran Samtani
Vegetarian gem for home style maharashtrian food. Their ginger tea is the best I have had so far. I have 3 cups when I go there for breakfast - one before ordering breakfast, one with & one after breakfast. All breakfast items are good. They also have home made savory snacks & maharastrian treats during Ganapati & Diwali
Sheetal Marathe
In dubai to get the authenticated taste of maharastrian food there is only one place.. Manisha's kitchen..

Kothimbir vadi n kokam sarbat are the ultimate tasty things..

Puranpoli.. Or modak.. You will get every maharastrian recipe and it will take you down to the memory lane...

Misal is another best dish they serve...

The staff is friendly.. N many dry snacks items are available near counter..

Best experience to eat here..
Bhagyashree Kale
I have order food in the past from this restaurant. Food quality has dropped drastically. I had order vangyache bharit - which full of tomatoes and chili powder. Dal tadka - didn’t taste like dal tadka at all. I had ordered one plain Chaas - they forgot to bring the chaas. The food what they served in the past was much more tasty.
Armaan Kanchan
The food was good here. But the masala puri in the chaat wasn’t that great. The sev puri and vada pav was good. The pav bhaji was tasty and fresh and the Mango and Rose lassi was really refreshing. Cosy interiors.
Jignesh Ved
their quantity is extremely less ...we ordered Kaju matar pulav( 16 aed ) and to our dismay...the quantity is not sufficient for even 1 person..also the taste is average for pulav as well as yello kadhi that they serve. when we called and complained ..was disappointed even more as staff on phone said that quantity in order is less than when u come and eat at restaurant !!! this is not right as u charge same price for online order as u do for eating at restaurant !!! also many other indian restaurants in Meena bazar charge same for veg pulavs but give decent quantity and hv much better taste....
Mumakshu Pachori
Pathetic outlet
Tried making an online order, but they don't respond to the orders
Thrice, I called up and said I've placed an order, the only reply was we Look up to it

Neither do zomato chat was of any help
S
Service is very very slow....U need to have good patience and if u are really hungry and wants to grab a quick snack then this place is certainly not for you.
They took almost 20 mins for their signature dishes like vadapav and maharashtrian Platter.
Tea was served first and then the food which is not the correct way.
3 to 4 people coming and asking again and again kya order hai aapka.
Good about them is the kothambir vada and sabudana vada, sprouted vada and moong vada was just ok.
Tea is nothing great but weather outside made it taste little better.
Tips to the restaurant: you could add few serving staff from Maharashtra as well, this might help in improving service levels.
Varghese Koladi
If you want to experiment with pure veg Maharashtrian food, this restaurent is a good option in Karama. I prefer their outdoor seating as I get a cafeteria feeling for their indoor seating. The items I like are their snack platter, poori Baji and various Thaleepeeths. The service is bit slow. They have good chat options as well. You may have to park in nearby streets as parking space is limited on the road where the restaurant is located.
Jessica D
You have to visit this place if you're craving for authentic Maharashtrian food. We tried their kothambir Vadi and it's was the best I've eaten in DUBAI so far. We couldn't stop at one plate and ordered for two more plus another one as take away. Their missal pav was tasty as well and their bhajani thalipeet is completely traditional. The batata vada is served piping hot, with a crisp exterior and spicy potato filling inside. Quick service and tasty food at reasonable prices.

Had been here for lunch and then second time for brk fast...

Ordered .. misal pav.. higly recommended if some one cravin spiccyy mumbai food..
Sabudana khichdi.. decent taste and portion..

Ambience was ok.. nothing much to compliment..
But food is definitely remmended..

Overall good place for maharashtrian morning breakfast ..

I ordered 2 plates of UPWAS KACHORI on Sunday 17th March 2019... all 4 kachoris were BURNT.. obviously they were not fresh and were refried....when i called the restaurant to inform them of the same I was rudely asked by the person who answered the phone to show him photos to prove myself.... well here are the photos as a proof... one thing is sure never ever will i visit or order from this place again..
Pradipta Bhaumik
One of the regular places we visit for evening snacks. Love their Vada Pav. But our fav is Kothambir Vadi and the Mutter Pattice (not always available). Nix Sprout Pattice is also nice. Have never tried their main course. But the snacks is certainly better than some of the other options in the area. Service is bit slow sometimes.
Samir Shah
We ordered special Upwas item. Upwas Cutlet and Farali misal. It took almost 20 mins to come. We ordered 2 ginger tea looks like they forgot to add milk to the tea.
Vegistaeats
Had been here for breakfast. Ordered Poha and ginger tea. The ambience and service is good .the tea was ok but Poha didn’t taste that great lacked flavours and freshness .

Quality of food: 4/5
Quantity of food: 4/5
Taste: 4/5
Service: 3.5/5
Pricing: 4/5
Ambience: 3/5

Must try: Vada Pav and Modak - though Modaks are available only on Friday evenings

Authentic Maharashtrian restaurant with food priced reasonably well. Good for those who live nearby and looking for home-made kind of food daily at reasonable rates.
Vaneet Lobo
Ambience - 4/5
F&B -3/5
Service - 3/5
Parking - RTA Paid Parking

Just visited to have a cup of garlic tea..wasn't too great.. nonetheless the weather outside was amazing to sip onto that cup of tea.

I'll be definitely visiting once again to try the veg food, something my colleagues have so often praised.
Jatin Chopra
I have been there a few years back and visited again this week. The standard seems to have come down. I had their maharashtrian thali and it was very ordinary. There are much better options nearby.
Melissa Pinto
I've always passed by but never had the time to stop by for a bite.

Came in here for some Pani Puri and Chai. But as they did not have it unfortunately, I ended up eating Sev Puri and Chai.

The cups were extremely hot to hold for me but the chai was good. The Chaat was good too.

The Bayleaf Bong
I visited them in 2014, when I was new to Dubai for a visit and it had a different charm than now. This time around it was a total disappointment. I went there twice and it was closing at around 10, which talks about the demand for their restaurant. It is known for Marathi thali but I didn’t find their thali great for the price they charge. I wont recommend this place for sure since there are so many good option around Karama.
Sheetal Pakhare
This place is not recommended for delivery at all. Takes a lot of time for delivery and items are missed frequently. Need a another Marathi places with better customer services.
Shanu Chandak
Had great expectations to have maharastrian food from here. Misal pav was very bad, just so ordinary. Had thalipeeth which was tasteless & half burnt. Just dabeli vada pav was ok to try something different. Chai is good enough. Plus took 30 mins plus to get the food.
Sweetesh Cerejo
Live to come here. Especially to eat Vada Pav. Great place of you want to eat something from maharashtra. Try the poha and some onion bhajiya.. Recommended
Aditya Joshi
Nice place for typical Maharashtrian food. Theya pure veg restaurant. They have variety of Maharashtrian combos. Zunka, Mataki Usal, Bharali Vangi, Baingan Bharta, are some of the good choices. They have three types of Bhakaris Jwari, Bajari and Rice. Clean and good ambiance, friendly staff, pocket friendly and money's worth.

Nice food, authentic Maharashtrian food
Lovely unique menu .. nice place to sit and chill
Nice tea .. highly recommend this place to mumbaikars

Superb fast food. However I am reducing overall rating as they need to seriously look at their service standards! Also don't order thaalipeeth here.

Food - Ordered a vada pav, misal pav, kothimbir vadi, kobi gajar thaalipeeth and peeyush.

The vada pav is made hot, fresh, crunchy and delicious! Reminded me of mumbai! Similarly, misal pav. Super soft buns accompany a spicy misal that tantalizes your taste buds. The kothimbir vadi was also delightful. It was super crispy on the outside and the inside was pillowy soft besan mixed with spices. Absolutely loved it.

What was wrong was the thaalipeeth. It was a total let down.👎 Hard and tasteless, I would not recommend this.
The peeyush was quite tasty and a good addition to the meal.

Service - Again a big let down. Firstly, we were asked to get up from our chosen table as they had to accomodate a bigger group by joining two tables. We got up as we didn't want to disappoint the other group coming. However asking customers to move table to accommodate other customers is not justified!

Secondly, the service was so slow! I specifically asked for chai with vada pav and mentioned twice. But, they conveniently forgot to my dismay. Simple orders such as misal pav and vada pav took 30 mins to arrive! Can't wait this long as it's not a fine dining place.

Ambience - The place is clean and done up nicely to give maharashtrian vibe.

Great Maharashtrian food.
The food was simple and light on tummy not on the purse though.
A quite restaurant.
Lots of room to improvise on their hospitability!

Authentic maharashtrian food, I tried Pithale bhakar, Misal Pav, Masale bhaat and each one of it was very authentic. Much better than Hyped over rated, over priced other mahashtrian restaurants In karama, pocket friendly, delivery is quick, if u r maharashtrian and you are in dubai you must visit this restaurant.
Pawan Ahuja
We njoyed the maharashtrain preparation. Freshly made baingan bharta and loved the spicy flavours. Vada pav brought back memories of hometown mumbai. Will keep visiting for more

I'm a frequent visitor of this maharashtrian food joint. Serves vegetarian. Always order for a la carte menu, which is decently good. But today tried their thali for the first time. This was the worst thali I have ever eaten in Dubai. Came here thrice they did not some dishes available in the menu. If you can't serve a decent good thali don't have it in your menu. And the staff present were lethargic.

We used Manisha’s catering services for a Diwali lunch in our office and needless to say our experience was great. The food was deliciously excellent and their service was prompt. Would definitely recommend Manisha’s Kitchen in the future!

I had been to this restaurant nearly five years back and was not quite impressed then. Had hoped that it would have improved now. But that was not to be. I ordered for home delivery sabudana khichdi, upasache bhajni thalpeeth and upasacha batata vada. The thalpeeth normally is hard n a little crisp. But this one was not only soggy n limp but also burnt. I was a bit taken aback as to how can a restaurant deliver burnt food to its customer. Being a home delivery could not do anything about it. Tastewise also it was much below average. The batata vada also was below average. The only saving grace was the sabudana khichdi which was pretty much okay.

Items ordered:
1.) Pani Puri: It was spicier than normal pani puri's, which was nice to have.
2.) Bhel puri: It was pretty crunchy and delicious.

Pathetic food. I ordered snacks today morning and it’s poor taste & preparation. Does anybody in Manisha Kitchen check the food before sending for delivery?
The place is full of flies. The waiters were just not bothered about our complaint of the A/c not working. They behaved as if we went there for charity food. The food was average. I want to put up a complaint in the muncipality against their hygiene maintainence. As a suggestiin pls put up some new A/ c in ur restaurant and train ur staff to increase ur buisness.

Food 6/10
Ambience 3/10
Portion 6/10
Value for money 5/10
Service Hopeless

The taste of the food served here is good.
The staff poorly trained seems like they are just working because they get their salaries none are bothered about customer satisfaction-hospitality!

Location is good and food is below average. Few of the things I didn't like it because it was not improvised much from Marathi cuisine. I generally go for their chai n little bit snacking, nothing more nothing less.

Maharastrian food means Manisha's Kitchen for us. They have good variety of food. Even they serve fasting items. Love their Dabeli Vada Pav (must have). We ordered thali and Srikhand puri. The thali is good tastes like homemade food. Their Srikhand puri is awesome. Definitely recommended. Whenever in Karama and crave for Maharastrian food, Manisha's kitchen is our first choice.

From my freinds here about this restaurant,This Maharashtra restaurant but we cant feel that, wat we eat in mumbai we not found here, we order friday special thali, but food is not take our expectations, test is different than marathi food, marathi items available but test not that wat we eat in Maharashtra/Mumbai. Also in thali quantity is limited ,capati is dry,pl. Improve. Thank u.

Here's a Maharashtrian joint whose menu will essentially remind you of home. When i went there for the first time (they had just started) couldn't believe the options on the menu. Yes, there are quite a few Maharashtrian food joints in Dubai now but Manisha's Kitchen has the widest range when they started. The food taste was a bit disappointing though. Decent poha and Kothimbir wadi. The rest are strictly okay. But if you are craving for good vegetarian maharashtrian fare this place is still worth a visit
Amit
place to get authentic maharastrian food, went there for the breakfast, there are good options for veggies, poha was really good. would recommend

Manishas kitchen is a little eatery serving Maharashtrian cuisine . I tried the misal pav and poha. Both tasted yummy and the quantity was good. Service was effcient . Prices are very affordable .
Great place for casual outings.

A well known Maharashtrian joint know for its tradition food. You get good meals(lunch/Dinner) and the traditional morning breakfast. Tried the Missal Pav which very tasty and spicy. The mix of the missal was well made and not too oily. The place is crowded in the morning for breakfast and the service may be delayed but the quality of the food is good and a proper maharashtrian taste guaranteed.

Well..we went with high hopes but were really disappointed.
Place is small. Only person to cater to 6 tables.
Thalipeeth was a hadtily prepared stuff.
Misal had watery gravy.
Sabudana wada was oily. Sides:curd and chutney was bland and tasteless.
Tea best avoided.
Would give 5 stars for kothimbir wadi..hot and crispy with sweet spicy tangy flavour.
Would recommend Peshwa over Manisha s kitchen.
Losing / Lost the good intent on serving food securing it's place as a home away from home. Not only the taste is dwindling, coupled with disinterested staff and a dishonest cash management is spoiling the reputation. I have been their customer since the 1st week. Rounding up vat value works for cash payment but doing that even for card payments to earn that 5-10 fils risking your reputation especially even when supermarket abcd small cafeterias don't is really cheap. Earn through quality. You're beyond what I see now.

I’ve been a regular here from the time this restaurant opened. Their Sabudana khichdi, sabudana vada and mini breakfast Tiffin have been my favorites.

Ordered the sabudana khichdi and mini breakfast Tiffin this time and OMG. WHO WAS INCHARGE OF THE SPICE?!?

All of us have a very high spice tolerance level but everything was so spicy, we were tearing up and drinking water more than enjoying the meal.

Really good food. On time delivery and really great taste. Economically priced and within the budget for a handsome dinner order for 4 people. Reminded the taste of authentic maharashtrian cuisine here in Dubai.

I was unwell and was too excited to eat simple food Varan bhat and batatachi bhaji. However when i received the delivery i was extremely dissatisfied with quantity. Pictures attached. Kids will also need a little bigger portion of Sabji. Not worth the money. Its a big no for next time.
Soulful Treat
3 stars coz there are very few outlets that provide upwas ka khana ( fasting food)
Good food.. but pricy and less quantity.
Ordered for
upwas thalipeeth @ 13 aed - 3/5 tasty.. but only 1 - less quantity
upwas kachori @ 12 aed- 3/5 again good taste but just 2 small potato wadas..
sabudana wada @ 12 aed 2/5 ok 3 small vadas..
the entire food was extremely oily but then I guess these snacks r mostly the same way coz they are deep fried.
accompaniments were curd - not seasoned well and coconut chutney- again not tasty.

Really loved the quality of food served. By all means the taste has a Maharashtrian touch to it.

Typical maharashtrian food restaurant.

They have very authentic maharashtrian dishes with average quality in all of it.
Quality can be improved further

Restaurant seating is small inside , outside seating is good in winter time only .

Misal pav was good- 5/5 for that
Vish14711
Worst test worst service very expensive no worth of money.
Any other restaurant is better than this. Rate experience should be in -0.
Try to avoid
Vivek Shet
They should provide more of farsan with the misal it was very less

We have always been a great fan of manishas kitchen. Be it the Sharjah or Dubai branch. Their food is made fresh and the taste is spectacular. The dahi kadhi was really good and so was the pithala. The kokum Shabbat is a must have this summer
