The best fried chicken place. Crispy on the inside and juicy on the inside with the right amount of heat. Most importantly, it doesn't make you feel heavy and gross like some fried chicken places (think Colonel) do.

Average. Tastes good, but felt so full and heavy before even finishing 2 pieces, as it was very oily. French fries were bit warm, but soggy maybe because it was kept on top of the cold coleslaw.

One the best zinker supreme burgers I have had . And one the best mallu cafeterias in Dubai . However the only thing I didn’t like was I had to order for a minimum of 40 aed for the food to be delivered at home and I felt that’s insanely expensive a lot of food to order for one person .

I honestly didn't know what to expect. The prices are very cheap and some reviews scared me We got almost 9 items and honestly everything arrived hot and was really good! The only thing I was upset about is that they didn't add much mayo in the sandwich

The quality of the food was pretty good. I would’ve given a 5/5 if the fries weren’t soggy. I believe the packaging could be better but it wasn’t bad though. Also, I find it unfair to have a minimum order .. it would only limit ordering for 2 people and more since one meal is less than the minimum order, I really hope you can reconsider if you need to have loyal customers.

The art of fried chicken! It is by faaar the best fried chicken you can have in Dubai! Very clean and rich in flavor, the pieces don’t drip of oil at all, kudos on the coleslaw and the garlic sauce as well, highly recommended for fried chicken lovers!

A low-key KFC. Their menus are very similar. Their fried chicken is ordinary, and if you ask for spicy, you only get a crispier piece of chicken, haven't got the flavour till date, however, their chicken steak supreme is really tasty. The ambience is alright, chairs are a bit uncomfortable but you're never there for too long. good alternative if you're all in for no spice fried chicken.

I really enjoyed the food, the chicken was amazing and super crispy but it was not spicy at all, curly fries was marvellous, onion rings 9 out of 10, mozzarella sticks pretty good, would be better if u buy and eat fresh, before the cheese cools down, and maybe just a little salty. And pricing is pretty good too. Would recommend.

Mumtaz chicken is a copy of KFC, similar menu to be honest.. the regular fried chicken is soggy, the spicy version comes more crispy, the curly fries and onion rings are tasty though and their garlic sauce is yummy. the people working there warmly welcome you when they take your order and it is very cheap if you are on a budget and craving some fattening food..

If you are too lazy (or busy) to go to Carrefour and buy frozen burger patties and then come back home and fry them up and put them inside a bun after slicing it open... fear not! Mumtaz is here! Though I don't understand all the complaining regarding the burger patties being frozen and not fresh. I couldn't find them claiming anywhere that their patties are made from fresh beef. It is silly to expect a double beef burger made from fresh beef to cost only 15 bucks!! If you want fresh beef patties you are more than welcome to spend 80 Dhs on a double burger and fries and a drink at Five Guys! This place offers cheap junk food that doesn't taste bad. Even their chicken is a decent crispier alternative for those days when you feel like eating fried chicken that's not KFC. Can't complain with what they are offering considering the price they are offering it at. The burgers are big... they use jumbo frozen patties. That's why when you stack two or three of them together then the burger becomes huge! (I hope the image does justice to its size) So don't hesitate to munch a quick double burger or bite into crispy fried chicken if you are in the area.

Most of the food that we tried was disappointing. The Swiss classic was bad, the Patty was the frozen patties that we get in the store. The chicken supreme steak just didn't taste good. The chicken stipes, nuggets and fries were good. The staff were Soo confused with such a simple order. Won't be going there again. Food-3/5 Ambiance-3/5 Staff-3.5/5

Hate allll fried chicken apart from Mumtaz ( My partner is a lover of fried chicken and wanted to try it, really glad he did :)). - The only place in Dubai where you get "good" quality chicken, REALLY quickly and, most importantly... you don't feel sick after eating it! Really delicious :) Wasn't a fan of the pizza here though.

Okay. So I was just there this evening. And trust me. This place used to be good....used too.... Whether a new manager or whatever. It is terrible. Actually saw them pick food off the floor. And when I confronted the manager there. He was super defensive, wouldn't answer any questions whatsoever. There guys are a JOKE.

guys, im telling you. this is a hidden gem! not alot of people know about them tho. they have the best beef burgers here, the are very affordable ive been eating from here since 2011. a friend of mine introduced me to this place. my favs are the double beef burger, and their bucket chicken with fries and coleslaw.

Ordered fried chicken, chicken taste was different from others little sweet but crispy which attracts if you are malaysian chicken lover it seems like that. However it was quite oily which i didnt like it only. Rest taste and price and delivery were all good. I can recommend this if you are really a variety chicken lover as it is not typical taste fried chicken.

This is such a good and close to taste alternative of KFC! I always ignored this place but for some reason decided to give it a try recently. It's located bang opposite the main entrance of Cassells hotel. It's a pretty small and compact outlet. I ordered the meal box which had two fried chicken pieces, potato wedges, and a soft drink. In addition to that I had ordered chicken nuggets. Of everything I had, I loved the Chicken Nuggets the most (strange, eh 😀)! Given the price, the other items were not bad. This is something you can consider if you're craving for fried chicken. Certainly not a healthy daily option though... so try it once.

They clearly put something in their beef burgers because these are quite tasty. I should be fatter with how much I order their TD (Triple Decker) burgers. Their chicken burgers are nice but not as good as the beef burgers and their nuggets could be better. All in all it's great fast food for the money.

I just ate a large beef pizza of mumtaz. Apparently, it was delivered 10mins before of its promised timing but the quality of pizza was extremely low. Poor toppings and bread. Even homemade pizza is far better than this. If I ever order something from mumtaz chicken then I will definitely not order a pizza.

Another KFC and Texas Chicken variant. It's oaky, I think the chicken quality is a bit lower than Texas but equivalent to KFC. An option if you want to go for that guilty choice of fried chicken.

I tend to order here when I can't find anything else I like online and I just want specific random things off of a typical American menu. Every time I order from here I feel like an idiot for going here last. Food's great. Service tends to be pretty quick, the delivery guys are always nice, and for someone who sleeps weird hours, it's open to just the right time. Usually, and I'd recommend this, just pick something random off of their menu every now and then. It's so cheap that even if you don't like it you can't go wrong, and most times I've found I've really enjoyed the "impulse buys."

I tried the DBL Beef Burger meal and cheeez it was awesome. It tasted original and nothing like the cardboard decomposed fries or injected burger. The burger was juicy, mouthful and tasty. It is a small joint in Al Barsha but it had decent menu variety.

Great fried chicken. Nice batter which is so crunchy and crisp however not too oily. Wraps are nice but a little on the thin side, chips are standard fast food french fries, zinker burger had good chicken but was hardly spicy, corn was a little on the overcooked side, overall though quite happy. Fast delivery and a nice easy ordering experience. If you like fried chicken and you haven't tried this place it's a must.
