Just unbelievable how unprofessional a huge eatery like Subway could be. Ordered for a Sub from the Motor city branch at 10:30 PM and its 1 AM now they claim the food is on its way since 11:30,I assume it’s on its way from its parent branch. What bothers me most is the lies the staff come up with and they have the audacity to offer free food after all the fiasco they’ve caused. Looks like Subway has lost its plot,if they can’t handle delivery of a sub wonder how they intend to operate SUBWAY being so unprofessional. Zomato please remove restos which can’t deliver on time. Basic food like a Sub and the delivery add is within a 2Km radius. Sad. Restos have no courtesy to even inform the customer.

We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food to be delivered and when we called to find out where it was, they said that they had "misplaced" our order! They then said they would start preparing it now and so we asked for a discount. They only offered 10 dhs off a 64 dhs bill and we would have to wait another hour for the food to arrive. We cancelled our order and just got it from the IMPZ branch instead. This is the worst branch to order from - make sure to avoid dealing with this headache.

I just ordered peri peri wrap, I asked for the chipotle sauce on the side and the restaurant forgot to send it. The person who took my order repeated my order too and made sure it was included. 😑 now I have to eat without the sauce

I’m going to start with very poor service. Not all the staff but select few. Placing an order for a foot long tuna melt should not be such a difficult choice. The 2 staff at the serving counter had the worst customer friendly tone and attitude. Maybe they were exhausted from work but I’m not sure what the company is doing about it. We have not had a tuna melt in years and my husband wanted to recreate his college memories with this tuna melt. We landed there so excited. But in the end the tuna melt was exactly like it used to be. So it was worth it.

Had an order placed at 11:11pm from Subway Motor City and and until 01:32am next day not delivered. Called the resturant several times they kept on saying on the way and nothing was delivered. Mentioned that they will call the driver and never reverted back. Now they have a status on the order as delivered which was not and no one is answering. Walked in no other customers. Kept me waiting for 10 minutes all ignoring me and talking amongst themselves. Asked if anybody was serving as was very rude particularly the male staff. A lady took my order finally. Asked for tuna. Gave me the old dry tuna from the bottom of the pot and then refreshed it with a new pot? Taste was bad as was old. Love the Subway outlet at Motor City as they offer a lot of things that other Subways don’t offer, albeit not from a menu perspective but from a space and service perspective. The menu across all Subways is the same hence that is consistent here too, however, this outlet has a very nice large space, soaking with natural light and offers much better service than most other Subway’s I have visited. I guess it's to do with owners taking a personal interest. The staff and service are very well trained and polite.

Subway is a 2 minute drive and a healthier option to what we have been eating the past few months. Usually mix up the items and switch between salads or subs! Being a subway addict, ive visited almost all subway branches across Dubai. The motor city branch is my favourite one as its spacious and relaxing and not over crowded. The staff is polite and they make ur sandwitches with patience. However,the home delivery is extremely slow. They just have one car delivering to Arabian Ranches and Motory city. My order last week, took two hours to arrive. Not expected and accepted at all! Please improve your home delivery service.

This is absolutely not an option to look at if you are really hungry and want to get the food delivered at your place. Food is okay.. fresh and good taste but the delivery service is awful.. Last night i ordered a sandwich from my friend's place in Sports city which is not 15 mins away from Motor city brunch and in spite of their ad saying 30 mis delivery it took one and a half hour to get me the sandwich and that its unacceptable. Anybody even walking would have reached me in shorter time. You guys really just have lost one customer in the neighbourhood.

UPDATE! So after boycotting them I finally gave in and ordered yesterday. Delivery was quick as it was 5pm, i paid using Zomato cashless. However TODAY, actually right now, i called to order again and they're telling me the person that knows how to use it is off . How can you offer a service and then say you don't know how to use it? Why is this shop still open and how do I get in touch with management?????. I am trying to order but the operator is telling me they need an hour to deliver. Let me illustrate why this is an issue : the sandwiches themselves take 10 minutes maximum to make. The driver needs 15 minutes maximum to reach any place in the Motor city, Sports City radius. Unless they only have 1 driver, which would be a disgrace, 1 hour for a subway delivery is just crazy. I didn't order from there, nor will I order. Why would I benefit such a poorly run outlet? It's not like I'm ordering a 14 hour cooked piece of lamb shoulder. This is just insane.

I've been eating subs since 4 years now and here in Motor City might be my 2nd or 3rd encounter they prepare subs by putting right veggies at right place and apply exact required sauces (not like throwing stuff in it). Be sure to visit this place if you are looking for a healthy break from the daily fast-food mania. They take a maximum of 5 minutes to prepare your sub. A huge time saver.
