One of the best Egg Benedict I have ever had.

English breakfast is delicious id rate it 5 except the egg was too salty, it would be better if you add less salt or no salt and just give a packet of salt
Mohd Mudassir
Biryani was s**t.sorry to say.50 AED for thick boiled sella rice with no flavor no smell no taste and 5-6 pieces of mutton. Don’t deserve even 5 AED.
Very Very Very bad
Mohd Mudassir
Biryani is bad.Using third class sella rice.Very thick broken rice.Telling it even biryani will be insult of biryani. Also
in 50 AED 5-6 pieces of mutton in boiled sella rice.No salad.

Never order from here.Wastage of money.

A cozy little cafe tucked far from the city.
I've tried their, biryani, ufo kebab and paratha based pizza. They were alright.

I loved their desserts though. They were moist and delicious in every aspect.

It’s been a long time since a restaurant or food delivery service has made me want to write down a review.
Chai and Co are a great place to order your breakfast.
The staff will call and confirm you order and the delivery person will get it to you in the promised time.
I really recommend all to try out this place specially the paratha nachos.

One of my favourites for ordering and dine in.
I got a couple of orders late for delivery and called to complain and they immediately apologised and re-sent the order, which is the fastest response I have received from a food place.
Great customer service, beautiful ambience and outdoor seating! A must visit!

The saffron tea was lovely witohut any bitter or overpowering flavour we loved the samosa and cookie that came along with our respective teas. Pistachio cake was okay nothing to write home about. Overall it's a nice and cozy place but it's expensive even when we used the entertainer it was privy for two people. I'd love to have the karak regularly but it's a bit too much to pay 12 aed for a cup of karak wherelse every other place is charging much less.
Meenal Bharath Kumar
XL samosa was disappointing. The stuffing was about 25% which was average tasting and the rest was the fried dough covering. XL upset!

The liquid thingy is what I got for the whipped cream for my french toast. I don't know if it melted on the way or if they decided to change it because it was home delivery. The french toast tasted good so eventually it was not such a bad thing!

Shakshouka was very nice. Paratha bread sent along was fresh and enjoyable.

Hummus was not worth it. Very average. Too much sesame paste (tahina) in it.

Zafrani karak tea was spot on! Excellent!!
Maryanne Fernandes Gomes
Ordered for a ginger milk tea and received ginger pieces submerged in plain milk ..had to use my own lipton tea bags in it to get a cup of milky tea..
The french toast was good.. but was very soggy when received.. an option of placing the sauce on the side should be given.. opted for an omelet in the english breakfast and only received plain egg fried...an omelet os supposed to be with vegetables in them.. may be you should specify what kind of omelet is given
Ali Al Joboory
All what they serve is good. Very organised, and the deliver service is great also.
I really loved the packaging and the nice presentation
My favourite breakfast delivery in Dubai
Mdahmad92
Didn’t like the late delivery which took 90 minutes and the food got cold already. Not value for money even after discount
Fatima Ali Taha
The food is average we tried the biryani and these alien kababs.. Ambiance is good.
Staff is also very friendly. And their Chai is best best. Saffron tea is better thn the masala Chai though..
Sana Imtiaz
It’s almost like I have been addicted to this food .. love their breakfast and even so the French toast and Saffron milk cake! Worth a try. Ordering food now everyday with Karak tea ..Keep up the good work!
Ezee
I ordered the Eggs Benedict and Saffron Karak tea. Unfortuntely, both arrived cold, so I could not enjoy the food at all. The delivery took 1h20 mins, instead of the 45 mins they said it would take. This is rather disappointing, as I was really looking forward to the food.

Few Days ago I visited Chai and Co (finally), They're located at Warqa Mall. The interior and the ambience is really lovely, very insta worthy for sure!

Let's get talking about the food, shall we?

Started with few drinks and I opted for their Berry Smoothie and it was amazing! You should surely give it a try! It was a little slushie consistency and I absolutely loved it. A must try!

Tabouleh and Falafel Salad - I usually don't eat a lot of salad 😋 but these two were really good! Tabouleh was just the way I like, a little less sour and I was hooked! I would surely opt for the falafel Salad, very unique yet very healthy! The falafel were made out of beetroot.

Grilled Halloumi - Halloumi is usually on a saltier side so to cut down the saltyness it was served with grilled tomatoes and it combination was just perfect! A must have!

Cheese and honey paratha - you can never go wrong with cheese and honey paratha, loved how the honey didn't make the dish too Sweet and the cheese was oozzing out! A must try!

Veg Paratha - I absolutely loved how they played with the dishes! This was a paratha burger kind of dish and I really loved the flavours. The paratha is served with fries and I loved their pipping hot fries with seasoning on them! I would surely come back for this dish! A must try!

Veg Alfredo Pasta - The pasta was a little less seasoned and dry, I would prefer some more sauce, cheese and seasoning and voila it's ready to eat!

Ended with two desserts

Pistachio Milk Cake - If You're a milk cake lover as I'm then you should surely try this cake! Was amazingg!! Not too sweet and just perfect!

Chocolate Molten Cake - Very soft and yet gooey chocolate molten cake served with vanilla ice cream, totally loved it. A must have!

Overall - Very quick service, friendly staff, pretty reasonable prices and good food! Surely coming back with ton of my friends! They also have a lot of parking, but be careful in not missing an exit, because around the mall there is some construction work going on.
Visited this beautiful place for lunch the other day.

It is very serene and has a great ambience with a huge glass wall overlooking the highway.

The staff is very attentive and hold good knowledge of the menu. They will assist you and even recommend stuff.

I tried the following

Berry Smoothie - It is the best one I've ever had!

Chicken Alfredo Pasta It was delicious and super cheesy. Generous amount of chicken.

Kheema Paratha - So filling and the filling is delicious. Loved it!

Fish Biryani - It has the delicious Hamour in it. Lovely light and flavorful. Good serving.

Chicken Wings - Very saucy and lovely!

The salads are very fresh and delicious here.

We had brownie with Ice Cream and Pistachio cake.
Both were just toooo gooood.

Definitely recommended!
Veggie Belly
Chai n Co. as the name iterates is not your usual space for just chai but they offer an amazing variety of the creative fusion delicacies ranging from Arabic to Indian parathas to pastas and so on. It has something to offer to any discerning palate. The entire place is very bright, well accessorized with modern carefully chosen decor accessories like cycle rims as ceiling lights. One end has bright vibrant royal chair making it a very cozy corner perfect to have a conversation over some chai/coffee. The whole ambiance is very welcoming, cozy and inviting that would lure you to stay in for couple of hours.

I was there for a blogger meet. We started off with some salads, tabbouleh and falafel salad. Well presented, fresh and healthy tabbouleh had an underlying tinge of lemon and one bite onto it and I was hooked on that I had second servings of it. Falafel salad was a unique with the bite size of beetroot falafels placed on bed of lettuce and drizzled with some yummy sauce. The fried falafels added a nice crunch and it was thoroughly relished.

I also had grilled halloumi cheese and tomato served with salad and desi paratha triangles. Great fusion and bringing all the elements together as a wrap, it tasted so good. Just wish they could add a bit of some sauce/chutney to it but nevertheless I love halloumi cheese and this tasted so good. Next I had cheese and honey paratha, now who can go wrong with cheese and honey combo??? It's very simple and basic preparation yet so delectable. The drizzle of honey was apt not too sweet. The oozing cheesy bite with a sweet tinge of honey tasted absolutely divine.

For drinks, we had Berry love, green machine and some Mango based drink. The favorite amongst all was berry love, thick in consistency, very refreshing with an amazing taste of rich berries in every sip. This was just EXCELLENT... For main course we had veg alfredo pasta and veg paratha. I found the pasta very average, the sauce was flavorful but lacked seasoning, some chilli flakes by the side could have definitely worked out. Veg paratha tasted fine. The fries by the side was crunchy and super addictive.

For desserts, they served molten cake and pistachio milk cake. As it wasn't eggless so I didn't taste this. But my fellow foodies were all praises of these gorgeous looking desserts. Finally, wrapping up the whole afternoon with their Karnak Chai. Tea is an emotion and it's taste is different for each individual. The masala in the karak chai was very good but I just wish it could have been more karak then I would have been all smiles.

The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant food full afternoon and this place is certainly not to be missed if in that vicinity.
Shagufta
We had butter chicken Prawn biryani lamb kebab paratha and dynamite shrimp paratha.. all were tasty and presented so well ambience and staff is also very nice .. full Mark's I'll give this place

Must Try: Berry Love Smoothie and Pistacho Milk Cake.

Chai and Co ticks all the boxes - it is a cosy, stylish and warm cafe which offers a wide range of popular dishes that one craves for.

The menu is not based on a particular cuisine, rather it is created specifically to offer the Chai and Co version of the all-time favourite dishes around Dubai.

I had the delight of being invited for a menu tasting over the weekend. We started the food adventure with three kinds of salad, Chicken Ceasar Salad, Tabbouleh and Falafel Salad. The portion size for the salads was good and all three dishes were fresh in flavour. The Chicken Ceasar salad had tender cuts of grilled chicken tossed in fresh greens and smothered in mayonnaise. Although the mayonnaise can be too much for some, it can be requested to be on the side. The Tabbouleh was presented beautifully and you cannot go wrong with this dish. It had a bit of tangy and the underlying hint of lemon. The third salad will be ideal for vegetarians as the falafel salad was quite delicious. The fried taste of the falafel adds a good crunch to the overall taste.
The salads were complimented with refreshing smoothies. We tried the Berry Love Smoothie and the Green Machine Smoothie. The berry love smoothie was one of the best smoothies by a long mile. It was not overly thick and it had a bit of puree which gave the fruity relish. It was so good that we repeated the order for this smoothie. The Green Machine, on the other hand, was a bit flat in flavour. It may have had too much of celery which could have overpowered the other ingredients.
We also tried the Cheese and Honey Paratha and Chicken Wings for starters. The Cheese and Honey paratha was divine. The hot and melted cheese oozed with every bite and the honey made the paratha soft which make the whole dish easy to devour. The buffalo chicken wings was a fair dish. It was tangy however it could have been a bit more saucer in order to make it a finger-licking good dish.

For the main course, we tried the Dynamite Jumbo Shrimp Roll, Grilled Salmon and Chicken Biryani. The shrimp roll was an absolute winner. The shrimps were fresh and generously coated in flavoured mayo sauce with a slight hint of spiciness which gave a good pop of flavour to the dish. The Grilled Salmon was served with steamed vegetables and butter sauce on the side. I liked that they kept the butter sauce on the side so that you can add the sauce as per your liking. The salmon was slightly spiced and tender that it melted in the mouth. The biryani was absolutely savoury. The chicken was well marinated and fragrant and not overly spicy. It had a good balance of spices which is ideal as it can cater to all who have different tolerance to spice.
For the final course, we tried two kinds of desserts. We tried the Triple Chocolate Garden and the Pistacho Milk Cake. The Triple Chocolate Garden was almost like a classic molten chocolate cake. It was rich, sweet and gooey chocolate which was divine. The pistachio milk cake was insanely good! The sponge case was soft and not too chewy. The topping cream was light and went well with the pistachio milk.

We downed the food with a Masala Karak Chai served with butter cookies. The Masala Karak Chai was a tad bit too sweet but nicely spiced. It would have been ideal if the chai was a bit stronger.

The service was quick and the servers were super attentive. Although the prices are slightly higher than usual, the portion size of the dishes is quite good.

Although it may be a bit difficult in locating the cafe in Al Warqa, it is definitely worthwhile once you reach the place.

Overall an amazing cafe to visit.

Delightful spread over the dining table with perfect ambiance and good company, isn’t that you look at, while dinning out?
Let me take you to Chai and Co., located at Warqa Mall (in Dubai), a hidden gem in the locality of Mirdif, for all the food lovers. This premium café started back in 2017 with their first and only branch in Warqa. There are few branches opening soon in different locations.
Speciality of Chai and Co. is that their dishes are fusion, mix of international, continental and Asian. Oh! Have I forgotten to mention that Chai and Co is not only a tea, coffee café; rather, it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner ala carte menu.
I got the chance to experience the café at a blogger’s meetup for lunch. It was fun, trust me; the first sentence of this review was keeping in mind the entire time spent at the café.
Lets talk food now:
Starters:
Stuffed Pratha (qeema Paratha), Grilled Haloumi, Cheese & Honey Pratha, Buffalo chicken wings, Lentil Soup, Taboulah, Grilled Ceasar salad, Beetroot Falafel Salad, Dynamite Jumbo Prawns.
Main course:
Chicken Biryani, Hamour Fish Biryani, Chicken Pasta, vegetable pasta, Fish and Chips, Grilled Salmon, Pratha Chicken Tikka roll,
Drinks:
Smoothies Berry Love, Mango Paradise, Green Machine and definitely by the end the Saffron Chai, and Masala Chai.
Deserts:
Pistachio Milk Cake and Molten Cake
The presentation of each dish is unique and stands out on its own on the table.
Everything served fresh and tasted so delicious. Stuffed pratha keema served in a flat black platter tray, to be eaten hot, are crispy with a good amount of keema filling. Cheese and Honey pratha lover this is another good choice if you are having it with chai. Buffalo wings were saucy and juicy with good amount of spices. For the first time I experience Beetroot Falafel salad, and it turned out to be great. I am seriously loving the sea food these days and the Dynamite Jumbo Prawns were mouth-watering - yummiest.
The biryani tasted and smelled so tasty. Served in the metal karahi covered with the paratha amazing. Chicken tikka roll were really filled with good sauce, in every bite you could feel the taste of sauce. Grilled salmon was also a good experience, served with butter sauce. Pasta was well cooked and had good creamy sauce.
We tried all the smoothies and my favorite turned to be Berry Love and Mango Paradise. Where I found Green machine too healthy.
Deserts were yet eye catchy with their presentation as well as the taste. The pistachio milk cake covered with the green sauce was super moist and soft and yummy. For all the chocolate lovers the molten cake is always a treat.
Their Karak Chai is said to be the best in the world, they have two flavors Saffron and Masala Chai. Served is a ceramic matka (pot) with two small cookies.
All the dishes had good amount of portion and shareable.
How attracted do you get to any restaurant with the ambiance, look, furniture and cutlery? To many it may be just a thing, but to some like me it does matter. It shows how much passion does the owner has for his brand, and at Chai and Co. this is absolutely kept in mind.
There staff is well trained and professional.
Overall experience was great.
Presentation: 5/5
Food:5/5
Ambiance: 5/5
A good place for dine in and must visit.
This is for now, until next……

Not sure whether it's the cozy corner seat or the food that won me over. Read on to know which one was it.

Located in the very quaint mall, is this Hidden Gems winner of the Dubai Food Festival. They've a lot of seating area, also a cute corner seating for those who want a little space away from the crowd.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The ambience is quiet and perfect for those who don't like crowd or noise. You can catch up with friends over their famous karak chai and amazing food!

What I ate?

Salads: The chicken Caesar salad and falafel salad were my favorites from the section. I loved the caesar dressing, and it was just the right amount. The veggies had a nice crunch to it and weren't soggy. The falafels also were delicious and had a nice flavor to it. It wasn't dry or bland.

Meat stuffed paratha: The keema had the right amount of spice and flavors to give it that kick! All of it tucked well in the paratha. Have it warm to enjoy it.

Buffalo wings: While the wings were delicious, I wished it had some more spice to it.

Grilled halloumi: I personally felt the cheese had a rubbery texture to it. Probably cause it was cold by the time I digged into it. Another dish that will be enjoyed more when warm.

Shrimp wrap: Did I tell you how much I love shrimps? If you're like me, you must, must order it! The sauce in the wrap is delicious, the shrimp size isn't compromised on, making it the perfect wrap!

Chicken Alfredo pasta: The alfredo sauce is one of the best I've had after a long time. Another dish I highly recommend here.

From their drinks- the raspberry banana was a crowd favorite. Try it to know it. It's the perfect thirst quencher. It's also their top seller, and after trying it out, I know exactly why it is.

Desserts -

Triple chocolate garden - This is perfect for the chocolate lovers. Get ready to drown yourself in some chocolate goodness.

Pistachio milk cake - As much as I love milk cakes, I found this to be just alright. The cake was a bit dry, so even though it was soaked in the milk for a while, it still wasn't as soft. Loved the flavors though. Just wished the baking time was reduced a bit.
Scrumptious Scavengers
Located in Warqa Mall, with glass door panes enlightening the place with sun beams and for those cozy evenings there is a dim lighting where you can chill with family and friends. A perfect place to catch up for the tea buffs. With wooden interiors and casual vibes, you can spend hours together and it would feel like minutes.

Follow me on instagram: odiya_uae_foodie

As you might have guessed from the name, Chai and Co. is one that specialists in Chai of all varieties and I have to say that they serve one of the best selections of Chai that I have seen in Dubai.

So they'r located in Al Warqa mall ,with stunning interior
.

I was here for a bloggers meet and still can’t get over this awesomeee dayyy! ❤️😭 with the lovely bloggers and the staff at Chai and Co.

These are just SOME of the best we devoured at this stop! 💃🏼

Started with
Couple of fresh smoothies to beat the heat, and my fav was BERRY LOVE.

Falafel salad: Crispy beetroot falafel tossed withe crunchy salad leaves, cucumber and tomatoes, this dish was full of flavors and perfect in taste .

Grilled Halloumi : Grilled halloumi and tomato in the bed of paratha with some salad was one of the best I had.

Hammour biryani: mouth – I thoroughly enjoyed their biryan it was fragrant and vibrant, Served with raita. the fish was quite fresh and cooked perfectly before the layering.

Grilled salmon: Grilled salmon and veggies make for a colorful and balanced seafood. The salmon was grilled to perfection, and goes perfectly with the rice and butter sauce.

Fish & Chips: Their famous battered fish and chips was just so good and goes well with the potato fries and tartar sauce.

SWEET:
Pistachio milk cake: The delicious pistachio flavored cake is soaked in a creamy milk sauce and then topped with whipped cream is surely a keeper. A must try !!!

Molten cake: Its liquid chocolate center, goes well with vanilla ice cream.

karak Chai: perfectly brewing with a mixture of aromatic spices and herbs and was served with two mini cookies.

Overall, This truly is a hidden gem and definitely coming back to try some more.
Divya
In Warqa mall, an eatery was established one and a half year ago, to provide not just soothing tea, but also some delicious meals. Promoting lovely interiors, spaciousness and elegance all around, Chai and Co., as explained by the owner, is a place that focuses purely on the audience. A lot of contemplation, care and heart goes into designing the menu, and does change if the need is required. I was invited here for a bloggers meet. We indeed had a lot of fun with great company and good food. The staff at Chai and Co. were very sweet, and always on their feet to serve us.

For the drinks and food, I tried out the following:

Mango paradise and green machine: two smoothies, thick in consistency and smooth in terms of texture. I found the mango smoothie a little zesty. The green machine smoothie was delightful.

Keema paratha: this looked absolutely drool – worthy. Thin, crispy paratha had a filling of minced, sufficiently spiced lamb, which was delectable, mildly spicy and flavourful. Definitely a must try here.

Chicken ceaser salad: strips of soft chicken and green leaves tossed in ample amount of mayonnaise. This was absolutely delicious and flavourful.

Falafel salad: I am a big falafel fan. So a salad made out of the said item, definitely impresses me. Crispy pieces of falafel, tossed with some leaves, cucumber and tomatoes, this dish was subtly tangy and full of flavours.

Chicken biryani: mouth – watering and aromatic, this boneless chicken biryani was appetizing. Long – grain, colourful rice were freshly prepared. They were perfectly cooked with sufficient amount of spices and necessary ingredients. The soft, marinated chicken was cooked well with the biryani. This dish was mildly spicy and flavoursome.

Grilled salmon: grilled to perfection, this tender goodness was absolutely pleasing to the appetite. Full of flavours and toothsome, it went very well with the veggies and rice served on the side.

Pistachio milk cake: topped with whipped cream, looking gorgeous, and resting in a pool of thin pistachio milk, the cake was moist, spongy, and had a rich texture. It was fairly sweet and had a reasonable flavour of pistachio. Definitely a must try here!

Molten cake: soft chocolate molten cake with a lavish texture and freshly prepared. This, also, was fairly sweet, and had an enchanting flavour of chocolate. Topped with some vanilla ice cream, this was definitely toothsome.

Chai and Co. saffron karak: freshly brewed, neither too milky, nor too sweet, this chai was satisfying and enjoyable, with a lovely flavour of saffron. It was served with two tasty cookies.

Thank you Chai and Co. team for being such lovely hosts. I can’t wait to come back again soon.
Pavan Rajhpal
I instantly fell in love with the displayed picture of the saffron milk cake and ordered it only to land up to receiving this bowl full of substandard cake which is full of food grade color and synthetic flavours.

The picture on their menu is a copy paste of the cake from London dairy as well as Home bakery and product is nowhere close to a true saffron cake. It was a cake flavoured bowl of sugar.

Once bitten twice shy

Lovely place for breakfast.... had been here with friends.... wasn’t very crowded as it was a working day.... staff and ambience was good.... we had ordered UFO kebab platter , the falafel platter and chicken fajita. Everything was nice and tasty ...... We had also ordered their pistachio cake.... it was amazing n sooooo soft and melt in the mouth.....Chai was also good. Perfectly karak but somewhat expensive for karak chai.... would go back for the food.

Had an online delivery from the zomato app - the food was delivered very late and was cold when it arrived - zomato refused to resolve the situation satisfactorily

Food is good.its not salty and it's just right.i hope there will be an option for bread - wholemeal or white. Overall everything is good and food arrived 10 minutes earlier.so well done delivery guy and staffs in the restaurant. Will order again
Arslan Ul Haq
Tried the shakshouka from the list of bestsellers. Looked nothing like the picture in their menu. The egg was not poached. It was a properly overcooked rubbery omelet swimming in sauce. This with paratha left me highly dissatisfied. Rescued the omelet and just ate that. I don't usually submit reviews but this warranted one.
Amrita Minhas
Quiet and relaxed cafe. Friendly service by this gorgeous lady. Will recommend everyone to try their English breakfast. Perfect sitting place outside during winters. Cozy atmosphere inside. And totally loved the interiors, very innovative.
The service of Mohammad Zeeshan and Ria is Superb 👌👌
My favourite breakfast place in dubai. So relaxed and quiet. Keep it up guys

Chai and co is at a great spot if you want to grab some amazing chai and get some work done. I had their saffron chai and as an avid chai drinker their large cup was satiating. Hope to try the rest of their wares soon!
Curly Sonia🇦🇪🇫🇷
Nice place
They have great menu and their chai safran is amazing
Tried also byriani which is good
And their parathas are very tasty too
A must try
Foodandfrolic
I had read some really good reviews of this place. This made me want to try it.
Went for their aloo paratha and chai for breakfast. By the time it reached me it was noon, almost an hour late. Further the chai and paratha both were almost room temperature. The packing looked good but was inconvenient- esp for chai. It had cellophane+ tinfoil+ cellotaped. Too much of an hassle.
Aloo paratha was not good at all. It was instead maida kerela parotta stuffed with aloo sabzi. You could separate the two. It didn't have a good taste and had become cold and chewy by the time I had it. Really disappointing. Chai was okay, I went in for large and it was just a regular sized cup. None of it was really worth the money at all.
Faizan
We've ordered from this restaurant a couple of times. The grilled chicken breast is succulent and tasty and the Fajita chicken is also good. Portions are quite generous. Guacamole served with Fajita chicken could use a little improvement though as it just tasted like bland vegetable paste.
Deepak
Had recently visited for a quick dinner. The portions are quite good here. They have seating both indoor and outdoor. We ordered a dynamite jumbo prawns for starters and a chicken biriyani for mains. This was actually good enough for two of us. The dynamite prawns were amazing. We almost licked the plate clean. The biriyani was equally good as well. They had generous servings of the meat in it as well. It was served with raita and pickle.

Overall, this truly is a hidden gem and I'm definitely coming back to try more.
Maryam Al
Good for quick bite, specially savoury, more choices. However the French toast were better than some French places! Dynamite shrimps are perfect and they can reduce the hot chili a bit for the less brave like me! Outdoor space too, ideal for these days. Located in the new Warqa mall in Warqa where there aren't many choices of spot so perfect again! Big plus they are open 7.30 for breakfast which is very rare, most bf places don't open till late in the morning like in the malls.
Coffee is overpriced. Eggs Benedict are overloaded with hollandaise sauce, underneath muffins are soft and light.
Bob Kohli
Fantastic food! A great place for all things paratha... Try the stuffed meat paratha, the labneh and zaatar paratha, and the cheese and honey paratha--all 3 were fantastic! Good kadak too... Looking forward to my next visit, and hope more locations will come around Dubai soon... Well done to the creators of this concept!!

Great karak chai. Their butter chicken was also fabulous. The service was exceptional. The decor and the ambience added to the icing of the cake. A little bit of more variants in the menu would have got them a 5. I'm sure I'll visit this place again.

The place is very far from the center but if someone lives at Mirdif, Warqa, Khawaneej this place the best for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try butter chicken!!! One of the best butter chicken in the town.

The Food was good... beetroot falafel with paratha, veg pasta and the fries was very yummy. I would give them 3.5. The staff was very friendly.

Amazing food and service, tried butter chicken, lamb biryani and pistachio milk cake, everything was 5 star. Would love to try other options next time I visit them.

Items ordered:
1.) Berry love: The juice was a mix of different berries and it was having an addictive flavour.
2.) Iced Karak: It was tasting exactly like how chai is supposed to taste but in a cooler version.
3.) Lamb biriyani: The biriyani was having a sweet flavour which was alright.
4.) Butter chicken: The dish was way too sweet and it wasn't appetizing
5.) Paratha: The paratha was thin and crispy, it was well made.
6.) Saffron milk cake: The sake was squishy and it had a wonderful taste.

On my way to RAK, I stopped by here for a breakfast with my family. We were looking for something filling that would last till we reached.

Welcome well, we got ourselves seated indoors as the sun was approaching and pretty sunny. Needed a little wake up so tasted Cappuccino ordered by my parents and got myself a Karak Chai. The chai, as the the name of the cafe suggests, surely is the best!

We then had English Breakfast, Omlette with Bread and Hashbrown, and Cheese Paratha. They all were perfect plates of deliciousness.

Skipping dessert as we were full enough and also being a morning, we exited very happily.

I have nothing bad to say about the restaurant, the food is good and its quantity is adequate. Environment is great and quiet location . Encountered little delay only

Chai & Co is a quaint little café in the Al Warqa Mall in…you guessed it, Al Warqa. Where exactly is Al Warqa? Drive towards the desert past Mirdif and…um, keep going. Let’s just say it’s not the most central part of Dubai. I was not invited to a foodie meetup, I found this place all on my own and paid for my breakfast. And yes, half way there I did think about turning back. As things stand, I’m glad I didn’t because the café was open as listed at 07:30 and the breakfast of Keema Stuffed Paratha I was served with their famous Saffron Karak on the side, was superb. Service, so early in the morning, was equally good.

Seeing the ambience and photos, went to this place for breakfast. Picked the top seller ie the breakfast. Taste and quantity was horrible and that too 45 AED. Not even 10% worth. No salt and pepper, was very much dry. Baked beans was cold and flimsy. As side, ordered the dynamite shrimps which was very good, excellent. I’ve just been here for the breakfast, wouldn’t recommend this place for breakfast 🙏🏻. Staffs are not at all attentive, it’s like they are just doing for the sake of
It.

One day I was searching some quite place where me and friend can go and seat for a while and I found this place. After that we were here 5-6 times. Place is little bit far from city but worth to try. I would definitely recommend this place to chai lover.

We had visited Chai and Co. twice … this place is no doubt the hidden gem of Dubai. Chai and Co. is located in Warqa Mall. The ambience is neat & smarty done. The restaurant is quite spacious with plenty of outside sittings as well. The service is really fast & the staff is friendly & helpful.

Went to chai and co last night after reading great reviews and we wanted to use #zomatogold.

We ordered the keema paratha and lamb biryani. Both of which were amazing. Biryani was cooked to perfection and meat was just melt in ur mouth kind of stuff.the parathas were pretty amazing too.
We finished off the meal with saffron milk cake. Very light airy with actual saffron.

Sorry i forgot to take pictures of the main course.
They have zomato gold valid on all items. We assumed it was only on main items like other places so were a bit shocked when we saw the bill 🙈. Definitely must try.

This cafe/restaurant was surely a #hiddengem when it comes to have the best Karak tea and other fusion mix of Pakistani/Indian ,Mediterranean food. Although the location is bit difficult to find but the restaurant/cafe is big and very well decorated in the casual way and with rustic walls and look.
The manager and staffs are so welcoming and their service is really good .
Starting with the drinks and smoothies, they have very good selections of drinks from "Lotus Shakes ,Ferrero shakes to healthy smoothies like Berry and Green Machine .Really refreshing and one of the best Drinks I had with excellent presentation.

The starters and mains were really good with good varieties of choices starting from Stuffed paratha.Beetroot falafal player ,chicken fajita ,chicken pasta , beef slider ,paratha tacos.
Beetroot flalafal salad ,Grilled halloumi, Buffalo chicken wings,Dynamite prawns,Tabouleh,Lamb shami kabab, Paratha hot dog,Chicken biryani
Butter chicken. Highly recommend these dishes quality taste wise totally up to the mark.

If you really love "Milk Cakes" surely this is the one of best place to have milk cakes. I had ''Saffron and Pistachio milk cakes' surely was so smooth in texture and right balanced of sweetness. The lotus lovers would love 'lotus Delite' excellent dessert with raspberry colli to give that sweet and sour taste to your palate. Must visit place to have the best food and their best Signature"Saffron Karak" in town.

Visited Warqa Mall with my friend for a haircut and was intrigued by the Chai & Co concept and tried a stuffed potato paratha, omg it was amazing, fluffy textured layers of buttered crispy bread filled with delicately spiced potato 😋

The saffron tea was also delicious, i was so impressed I ordered breakfast the next day, super delicious 😋 I will definitely try the main dishes next time, a great alternative to the usual breakfast and coffee shops.

Did I mention the service and ambiance, both amazing 😉

Highly recommended 👌 well done Chai & Co 👍

Always wanted to visit Chai and co because of the reviews heard about it.
Definitely an amazing place to pull in some friends and enjoy a good hearty meal♥️
We took a moment to appreciate the beauty of the food served before us.

Beetroot falafel platter🍘
More like a healthy alternative of falafel and tasted much freshly and crispier.
Where in some places you get to feel a raw taste chickpeas but here it was an exception.

Paratha taco🌮
Indian bread used in taco with amazing creamy filling and guacamole to complement it.
Great in taste and fun eating them because the filling was oozing out.

Dynamite shrimp.🍤
Amazing and perfect saucy coating of dynamite sauce with the crispy shrimp.
This dynamite shrimp has to be one of the best in town.

Buffalo wings🍗
Definitely the chicken was tender enough and the mainstream overpowering taste of hot sauce which we are not a big fan of.

Chicken tikka paratha sandwich platter🌯
The normal chicken tikka wrapped in paratha was good and the complimentary fries hands down the best crispy ones with perfect seasoning.

Mango paradise🍹
The raw extract of mango which tasted less like a mango but it was indeed refreshing.

Lotus shake.🍹
Anything and everything with a hint of lotus has to be delish.
More like a thinner version of creamy thick shakes.

Pistachio milk cake🍰
Soft and spongy decadent pistachio cake with the perfect pistachio milk to pour on.
It just melts in the mouth.

Karak tiramisu🍰
Sounds interesting and taste amazing as well.
This was truly new to us where in you get to try chai flavour In dessert.

Karak chai☕
Chai and co definitely serves amazing and signature style karak chai as the name suggests.

Talking about the service.
Staffs were really good and very welcoming. Their manager was very helpful and friendly. Top Notch presentation of food.
This is place is nice and good for a quick breakfast. I ordered: English breakfast for the kids, Shaksooka, Grilled Haloomi, Meet (keema) Paratha and Masala chai.

the english breakfast was alright for the kids. the grilled haloomi was nicely presented complimented was paratha breads and salads which is a good idea to eat it as a sandwish. the meat paratha was not really good for me, I prefer the one in cafeteria, however I loved that they did not use oil to cook the paratha. The Shakshooka!!!!!! I do not know if I liked or not (a lot of contradictions), it was prepared in an unconventional contemporary way that was good to look at and hate it when you eat it. usually contemporary way of revolutionize dishes is good, however that was not the case. The Masala chai was alright but not great, not what I expected from a restaurant have “Chai” in its name and claims that they have the best karak chai in the world.

The service is excellent and the decoration is nice.

Not the best food, small portions, unreasonable expectations to eat a fajita with a palm sized roti. Order came incorrectly, and took much longer than your usual pasta place. Glad we had the entertainer because I'm not sure if be coming back here. Maybe just come here for a tea or latte? 2.5/5

Well, loved the ambient and customer service as well as the quality of food. However my only comment is regarding the prices which i believe little bit over the average. The tea cup is too small for its price as an example, but overall its worth the visit at least once to try it out.

Visited Chai& Co today . A very cool ambience , polite staff and quiet relaxing place . Now let’s come to food , we had ordered the stuffed potato Paratha and their signature smoothie the Berry Love . Was very happy with the smoothie but the Paratha could have been a bit spicy 🌶 or must have been served with some spicy chutney . That was the only drawback, will surely visit again to try some other delicacies.👍

Guyss they truly have the best karak tea in Dubai, I ordered their saffron one which was amazing. They are located in al warqa mall in mirdiff. The ambience was just amazing and also they have a huge place to sit. Coming towards their food, my favorites were chicken tikka tacos, beetroot salad, biryani, paratha wraps. What I love about them is that they use fresh chicken in their food and all their smoothies are organic, there are no syrups or artificial food coloring. Their desserts were mouth-watering, I tried their delectable saffron milk cake and lotus delight which were both worth giving a try. I highly recommend you all to try this place.

When the craving struck for Indian Food I searched for somewhere nearby and casual I hadn't been and found Chai and Co.

Set in Warqa Mall it offers a small varied menu and claims to have the best Karak tea. I was a bit confused by the different cuisine Indian, Mediterranean, Italian? however chose the following
Stuffed Paratha with Potato
Butter Chicken with Rice
Honey and Cheese Paratha
All dishes were tasty and good portions

Restaurant is value for money however I've marked it a 3 as the ambience is lacking, they kindof went for an industrial theme but fell short on the decor.

The waited also just brought us the premium water when we order still water which was double the price of local water.

Total Bill 117 Dhs

I'd like to see a more streamlined menu and different Indian breads on offer

Will be back to try the tea though

very nice Ferrero Shake.

Small cafe indoor with good sitting in open air outside. Extremely limited veg options with variety of non veg menu. Food is creatively presented and is sufficient per serving. Ambience is nice. Would recommend to chill with friends.

Beautiful ambiance calm and quiet place

The manager Mr. Muhammed is super active and passionate he make sure to look after his customers

We ordered
Chicken pasta 5/5
Dynamite prawn sandwich 2/5 as it was super saucy

However the staff is very friendly with amazing service!!

For overall experience i give it 4/5

A feedback to the team is : your menu is not much clear as we order dynamite jumbo prawns thinking of it will be a platter of prawns however in real it was a sandwich which is not mentioned anywhere!!

My street corner mallu chai guy makes better tea at 92% discount price and he doesn't make me wait for more than a minute for the love of tea! We had the chicken roll paratha that was well served on a nice slate plate but disappointed my taste buds. Ambience is nice, staff is courteous but my chai oh chai was oh well... I'll finish this some other day.
