Absolutely fantastic experience - i ordered on Talabat and within 15mins i got a call to confirm my order. Order arrived in 40 mins. The packaging is amazing... really made the food appealing. The Lassi's came in little glass milk like bottles, the curry in a clay pot and each sauce was labelled. Very well presented. The delivery man was dressed in a snugbowl short, well manner and even thanked us for ordering from them. Now the food - to die for. Beautiful restaurant quality - not like a takeaway at all. The jalapeno poppers are a must! Yes the price is a little more but all well worth it.

Ordered a Snug Fry Up Meat and Creme Brulee and was satisfied with the quantity and quality of them both. The Snug Fry up was packed into different packs to avoid sogging the dish. The sausages were cooked well, the baked beans were warm in a different bottle. And the toast was amazing. The Creme Brulee was so good with abundant quantity. It was creamy and perfect sweetness. All together I really enjoyed the dishes as good as I would have dined it in.

Was craving desserts and went for their snookies recently. We got multiple packs and shared. It came in a nice reusable jar, but snookies tasted okay.

Whatever we ordered here was top notch in taste and i must warn you that it is dangerous and very addictive. Once you get hooked on to the taste then you will not enjoy meals anywhere else.<br/><br/>Snugbowl is also one of the few rare outlets who use Bio degradable cutlery, paper bags, even the packaging used for food is reusable. Kudos for such a great thought process as it definitely costs more money. The delivery man arrived 11 min early even though he had to travel from Barsha to Jumeira. You can order by downloading their App. The call centre Diana confirmed the order and place of delivery.<br/><br/>We decided to go for traditional Indian Costal Malabar prawns curry which came in a reusable bowl with lid along with Coconut Basmati Rice in another Bowl, Raita & a small cute glass jar of Saffron Lassi. The Prawns were Jumbo size dipped in a thick Coconut gravy with the Tadka of Curry leaves and amazing in taste.<br/><br/>Chicken pink Shell pasta with big chunks of Chicken infused with a thick mind blowing tomato sauce.<br/><br/>Ginger bread shake large & Small Saffron Lassi. Both these drinks come in a cute reusable glass sealed jar. The Saffron drink is best enjoyed by sipping with closed eyes. Wow what an experience.<br/><br/>Creme Brulee is one of the best i have had in Dubai other than on Paris. The quantity is very generous with a crispy layer of Caramel and the soft creamy Custard takes you to a journey unimaginable. Enjoy this full bowl alone and do not share this Joy.<br/><br/>Pecan and Quinoa Jar is a Healthy option for the health concious. Whoever said that healthy food need not be tasty, Pecan and Quinoa Jar is a sharp contrast to it. The Quinoa was very Crunchy along with Dates for natural sweetness. If you want to start your day with a lot of energy and healthy breakfast, go for this one.<br/><br/>My overall experience was a very Devine feeling after having such pure ingredients culminating into an amazing Culinary experience. Delivery came before time, Food served was hot for the main courses and Cold for the drinks. Every bite and Sip was a heavenly experience. You guys deserve a rating of 10. We are a regular customer for home delivery since we discovered this place a few months back. Food is flavorful and well presented. Packaging is neat, delivery is well within the time and the delivery person is always courteous. It just goes on to show how serious the restaurant is about food and customer service. We haven't tried many of the things on the menu as yet...so long time until we get bored. Keep up the good work guys!!

It took an hour and a half for our food to be delivered and although the restaurant was nice about the delay it was not worth the wait at all. Food delays happen but usually the taste makes up for it - unfortunately not this time. This was the most disappointing order I have ever placed for food and I am extremely surprised by the excellent reviews. The Carribean chicken was tasteless, the Jerk Chicken Wrap was not jerk chicken and had no flavour whatsover. The coleslaw was just Chinese style veg. The kibbeh and rice was also extremely bland. We couldn't even eat the food. Apologies for a negative review but it was a disappointing experience. Packaging was cute and the delivery guy was really nice. <br/>

We ordered Truffled Beef, The Yankee, Creme Brûlée, Lady of Peru, Snug Lava and Makhmali Parantha. The Yankee was my favorite - so filling, juicy and the beef was so tender and cooked to perfection - I especially loved the fresh baked country loaf. Truffled Beef was nice too but a little too dry. Creme Brûlée was so creamy and had the right amount of sweetness. Lady of Perf was a little too sweet for my liking. Snug Lava was decadent!

Wish I had taken pictures! From the serving bowls/pots to the food to the delivery man, everything was spot on with our order. The Mexican Salsa Soup stole the show but the mushroom pot and the guacamole and crispers...everything was amazing..the African soup was not for me but was still pretty good in terms of quality!<br/>The delivery agent was super nice and I felt he took ownership of the restaurant and was actually happy to get my food to me..<br/>Would definitely order again and recommend!!

The best kibbeh I ever had , extremely crunchy yet juicy and full of flavours, hands down the best sub I have ever had! Infact much better than the branded "SUB" restaurants, please check this out , it's worth the price. I never really liked the kibbeh outside in the market but when I had the home cooked freshly made kibbeh from Snugbowl I was blown away. I always order there Chicken Quinoa Salad with Lemon and Tahini dressing. It also has rocket leaves and roasted SunFlower 🌻 seeds. It’s cooked to perfection. The chicken is grilled perfectly and tender. The rocket leaves adds a freshness and balance the entire dish. Definitely going to order more....

it is unfortunate that I have only just discovered this place. It is worth every bit of the 4.6 stars it's achieved. I think the only reason it hasn't got 5 stars is that other jealous owners of restaurants have marked it down. I will certainly be ordering again in the not-too-distant future (maybe breakfast).

Wish we’d found this place sooner. Such a treat to have the snug pizza pot and the chicken curry. Definitely recommend both dishes for a treat, both come with delicious mini smoothies. LOVE that the pots are reusable. No plastic in sight! Can’t wait to order again.

Here is the photo of my lunch. I ordered just because my friend told me that the way they deliver their food is just super cute. I got this pot with spinach quiche and Erl Gray sauce and couldn’t start eating... I was watching this cute little thing and then realized how big this portion is. One of the freshest, most flavourful foods I have ever eaten in a delivery scenario. Snugbowl has exponentially raised my standards of food delivery, and changed my mindset about how delivered food is not matched with dine-in food; believe me they prove that it is even better now delivered. They've managed to shortlist the snuggiest foods from different parts of the world. Each item on the menu makes you feel like you've travelled to that place! I don't generally write reviews but this place has got to be the best thing that's happened to zomato and deserves credit. Prices do feel like it's on the higher side but the portions and experience makes it worthwhile.

Ordered the Chicken Quinoa and the Mixed Beet salad. Both were delicious! Couldn’t even get through the small portion, so filling! Customer service is excellent too, they called to confirm the address so that the delivery would be quick. Definitely will be ordering again. Keep up the great work.

ordered truffle beef salad for takeaway. good portion size and meaty mushrooms. the sourness from capers nicely complimented the the sweetness from cooked onions. though id have preferred abit more salad leaves and less on the lentils.

Food is great and in the main tasty, packaging is really of the highest standards, always love how an extra something for free as a taster is put in. It’s a great way to taste something new. Unfortunately the order was late, but whats really great is how the management respond to it. I received a follow up call and how the manager dealt with our order was a great example of excellent customer service! A great example and we will be using again!

This is an amazing concept of delivery only restaurant serving great mix of food. It's in the Al Quoz area and the delivery time to surrounding areas is pretty fast.<br/><br/>I decided to order the Mexican Salsa Soup which is a seafood soup with thick tomato chowder base. The taste was very delicious and the mussels and prawns in the soup were very fresh 👍🏼 The cheese puffs that came with it were just okay as they felt a bit too oily. The dessert, Snookies, were a bottle of shortbread cookies dipped in chocolate 🍪 It was just yummy! I got the Smuffins with Cherry Jam and Cream and the South African sponge cake. <br/><br/>Echoing other reviews, a wonderful little rep from the restaurant got in touch with me to confirm the order and the address, asking me if I wanted anything more. Such cheery phone etiquette. The desserts arrived promptly after - satisfying warm and delightfully packaged. The mud-pot with the engraved Snug Bowl was particularly charming - what can I say about this kind of deep consideration in an age of plastic cutlery. <br/><br/>Comforting, the entire experience was like a warm hug from a weighted blanket. The Smuffins had beautiful ridged contours. A lush buttery sunken bite into the warm pastry revealed a crunch on the outside and pillowy depth on the inside. I woke up with a flu this morning and came across Snug Bowl while looking for healthy, clean comfort food. I ordered a soup and some zaatar smuffins. <br/><br/>I was so happy with my order that I ordered Snugbowl again for dinner. This time salad and sweet smuffins. 10/10 experience. <br/><br/>Also, I have never written a review in my life. So this should mean something! ♥️

I ordered the zaatar smuffins and jalapeño poppers both of which were unbelievable! So good! The smuffins came with the cutest jar of labneh! They also sent complimentary sauce! The best part was the service. I got a call from the restaurant to confirm my order and spoke to the sweetest rep! I requested for an additional ranch sauce (which she sent) and my food arrived in less than the promised time! The delivery man was also very kind and super flexible! Loved my experience here! 10/10 for everything! Definitely recommend this joint!

I've heard snug bowl from a friend and this time I get to try their dishes. First of all, their packaging is the best I've ever encountered (eco-friendly bowls and clay pot)<br/>Makhmali Macchi -This was really yum , <br/>Jerk Chicken Wrap - . It's not spicy but has a decent flavor. <br/><br/>Sayadiyat Samak - It's quite filling for 2 people and tasted nice.<br/>Also comes with tomato cucumber salad and Rose Water.<br/><br/>Chicken Nuggets - Different shape than the usual nuggets and quite tasty too. <br/><br/>Red Velvet Shake -  This was delicious and so well presented with rainbow sprinkles. <br/><br/>Snookies - I love dark chocolate and this is cookies covered with dark chocolate sauce. Delicious! <br/><br/>Overall every things OMG ,they have a quick delivery service, some unique items too on their menu and worth a try!

Beware. What is advertised as baked in the children section of the menu ( fish and chicken nuggets) is fried. Despicable to intentionally mislead clients into believing food ordered for children is healthy(ish) while it is no better that a fast food chain

Excellent salads! Great packaging (plastic free!). The Zaatar Croissant-Muffin texture is to die for, served with a mini labneh glass jar (adorable). However I ordered for next day delivery 10am (available per the resto website), only to be called next morning to be told earliest available delivery is 11:15. First time me and my wife tried snugbowl was for their famous unicorn wraps we saw on instagram. We ordered the wraps and the Yogisha soup to try it out and they were delicious, fresh and on time. It's definitely becoming one of our favorite places for yummy comfort food

We ordered 2 Jerk Chicken Wrap sandwich and Carribean Crispies chicken. The wrap is good combination of flavors, you can never ask for more than this chicken, veggies in very good wrap bread. The crispy chicken on the otherhand is very delicious with a very nice taste of marination plus the crispyness added with with the dip is the bomb. This is my 3rd time to try their food and they always exceed my expectations! Food was excellent, Thai Chicken Salad is very light and refreshing to eat. Creme Brûlée & Honey Cheesecake is really good though I'm not fan of sweets but this dessert is absolutely mouth watering, Plus point is their eco friendly packaging👍🏻.

First of all, my compliments to the chef and his team got such an amazingly delicious food.<br/><br/>I am someone who is really hard to please when it comes to food but I was bowled over right from the service , the presentation where we finally have someone who thinks and cares about the environment, I think the other restaurants should follow suit.<br/><br/>We got Malabari Prawn curry, Coconut rice, sweet lassi, passion fruit cooler, fish fingers, carribean crispy chicken and lastly creme brulee. Each and every dish was cooked to perfection, the quality of ingredients, the food color, texture and the presentation was just fabulous.<br/><br/>The food was piping hot and the portions were hearty. So if you care about your family and environment, this should be a goto place for food delivery. Highly recommend ✌️

Someone had posted a picture of Chicken Pink Pasta and I checked the tags to find out which restaurant was serving that - Snugbowl ❤️<br/><br/>We ordered the Makmali Machi, Jamaican Chicken and of course, the Pink Pasta Chicken which was so creamy and delicious! There were so many options to choose from!<br/><br/>The food was delivered on time and the packaging was exceptional to say the least!<br/><br/>The food came in earthen pots which kept it steaming hot and fresh. "Did you know that meals cooked in clay pots is actually better for you? The porosity and natural insulation properties of clay causes heat and moisture to circulate throughout clay pots." All the meals were labelled and arranged neatly, with generous serving size.<br/><br/>The food was super filling and definitely comforting! We were surprised to know that they served drinks along with the meals!<br/><br/>For the drinks: Saffron Lassi, Gingerbread shake and Mint Lime Soda (which was so refreshing and it's perfect to beat the Dubai heat!) They came in cute, miniature mason jars as well! (swipe to see more images!)<br/><br/>For dessert, they sent Snookies, which were basically cookies covered in dark chocolate. And they also sent a bowl of Beans Salad on the side which was fresh and flavorful.<br/><br/>They really do give a new name to comfort food! I recently ordered from this place- it's a delivery only restaurant. They have their own app which is really cool! However I wished there could be some means for customisation available on app.<br/>The restaurant proudly offers all their food in reusable packaging- which is quite an impressive feat and great for the environment too!<br/>We started off with jalapeno poppers- which came in a bag and with dip. It is delicious fried goodness breaded and fried to perfection! Their Greek wedges are well spiced and taste great.<br/>Then for mains we had their signature pink pasta which comes with classic gingerbread shake and snookies- snookies are these heavenly chocolate dipped cookies which taste really good. The pasta was tasty would recommend trying it. The best part is that it came in a earthen pot which retained its taste. We also went for their chicken pasta which was good too.<br/>To go with our food, we went for their refreshing mint lime soda which is a must have!<br/>I also liked their iced mocha and passion fruit cooler. All of it came in cute little glass bottles neatly tagged.<br/>It is great food in reusable packs making it a great option for parties (they have catering services too!)

Comfort food has a new definition with Snugbowl’s new range of delicious sandwiches. Staying in over the weekend and tucking in a gorgeous truffled beef sandwich spiked with the perfect combination of sweet caramelized onions and textured mushrooms, is what made my evening so special. Even the Thai Chicken Sub was so succulent, with juicy meat that had a twist of flavours. And as usual, the meal for two got a special romantic touch with a rustic bowl of warm and comforting Malva pudding, perfect for a couple cuddling up to binge watch on Netflix. It took us less than 5 minutes to devour the entire contents of the bowl, and were left scraping the sides to get lucky with a few more crumbs. Food was good. Delivery was very late. I was called by the restaurant and was told it would take 10 more minutes to be delivered. However, it was delivered 35 minutes late. I tried calling them but they wont pick up.... Food was delivered 80 minutes from ordering it... not happy with the experience.

Snug Bowl turned out to be another amazing delivery option. I tried them out last week after a long working day, and the food turned out to be quite delicious although at a high price range. However, for the packaging and the taste plus quantity, it is literally like eating at a restaurant but at home. Loved the dishes wholeheartedly and enjoyed every bit. <br/><br/>Meals:<br/>- Malabar Curry - This prawn South Indian curry was amazing. Tasted authentic and went well withe the Coconut Basmati Rice served alongside. <br/>- Chicken Bacon Wrap - Oh yum! The flavor was so so good, it tasted delicious. Try eating immediately after opening as it tastes the best then. <br/>- Cheese Puffs - Really nice cheesy puffs, eat when hot.<br/>- Snookies - This dessert is of cookies covered in chocolate. Better than brownies, better than any cookies, better than eating chocolate even. <br/><br/>Drinks:<br/>- Rose Water - suggest this totally if you need a little sugar and refresher after a long day. <br/>- Saffron Lassi - served in a cute tiny jar but the saffron makes all the difference. <br/>- Lemon Mint Soda - Must I say more?<br/><br/>Great service and delivered on time. They pack everything in reuseable glass jars and pots.<br/><br/>Ordered the following Items<br/>Makmali Macchi - So full of grilled fish pieces in green rice. This was really yum and comes with Saffron Lassi and Green Chutney.<br/><br/>Jerk Chicken Wrap - Quite a huge Chicken wrap with lots of chicken. It's not spicy but has a decent flavor.<br/><br/>Sayadiyat Samak - It's lebanese brown rice with shredded king fish and caramelized onions. It's quite filling for 2 people and tasted nice.<br/>Also comes with tomato cucumber salad and Rose Water.<br/><br/>Chicken Nuggets - Different shape than the usual nuggets and quite tasty too. Tastes great with the Mayonnaise.<br/><br/>Red Velvet Shake - Served in the cutest mason jar. This was delicious and so well presented with rainbow sprinkles.<br/><br/>Snookies - I love dark chocolate and this is cookies covered with dark chocolate sauce. Delicious!<br/><br/>Overall they have a quick delivery service, some unique items too on their menu and worth a try!<br/>They have their own app with a 50% off promotion running.
