Best food and best pulao .they serve with big quantity and in huge portions . When we order this , we didn’t know that it will come so much in qty that we had it in the next meal too . The afghani tikka was just full of awesome flavours and the rice were fully cooked with taste .

Just ate there because was too lazy to go somewhere else. Food taste and serving size is good but looks very shabby but if you are going for food taste it is your place with peshawari food
I have been to this restaurant so many times but never get a chance to give a review of their food and service. Lastly, we went there in the current pandemic and had a seating arrangement outside with pleasing weather.
We ordered Qabuli Pulao, Mixed Grill Barbecue, Chicken, and Mutton Karhai. Their specialty is Pulao with various meat parts as it’s amazingly delicious and their Karhai is also good.
Their staff is also well training and quite humble and they know very well how to treat the customer.

Great Afghani food! They serve complimentary lentil mutton soup in the start. I had mix grill with Qabuli pulao and it was mouth watering! One of the best mix grills I had! Pulao is their speciality. Mutton karahi was equally delicious. Freshly made hot tandoori bread is not to be missed. Service was quick and staff was friendly.
Simple interior but the great food makes up for it.
Parking is a little problem in this area and it is not free except on Fridays. Highly Recommended!!

Me n my husband happend to go yesterday for dinner at Al kabab Al Afghani restaurant in Al Qusais!The restaurant was spacious,full of lights a bit warm i guess ac wasn’t working properly!!!We were being seated in the family area!!Initially they brought soup that i guess was the aroma of the meat they make!!it was damn tasty n mouth watering!!!raita was also served in 2 bowls!!and a plate of fresh salad!After 10min our order came firstly we started with peshawari mutton karhai served with hot naan!!peshawari mutton was good in quantity 1kg !!since I am a big foodie n loves mutton so the thing i like about afghani restaurant is that if we pay we get sufficient amount of meat to eat unlike other restaurant where we pay for mutton n get nothing but just bones in which rarely we can have meat!!!I n hubby was pleased to have every bit of the gravy!!its aroma its splendid taste makes us feel better!!The love for afghani food is increased after having this yummy peshawari karhai the spices were not so much but what ever it was cooked with it tasted heaven!!!The next we had was afghani pulao with a big piece of meat in it!!The flesh was fresh n as i tried to cut it was soo soft n properly cooked!!With afghani pulao the rice quantity ws good for 2 people even the amount of meat was more than enough!!The meat they served was appetizing one can’t stop eating if u are a true lover of meat!!last we had cold drinks diet which was chilled !!The staff there who served food was good at hospitality greeted us in a good manner!!We paid n left the place with high recommendation!!One must try this awesome experience that we had!!!
Exploring different food is something I always like doing. Glad to visit Al Kabab Al Afgani and experience real afgani taste.
Bread are freshly baked from the oven in a traditional way. Also, bbq are grilled over charcoal to keep that full and smoky taste.
Will definitely come back to try others dishes!

The best place for Afgani cuisine in economy
Whenever we want to have a tasty but non-spicy desi kinda food, this restaurant pop-ups in our mind.
We tried chicken kebab, chicken biryani with a fresh watermelon juice. They have decent spread on the menu. Good kebabs also on the menu. Next time will try more variety of kebab, curry and roti..

A great fan of Afghani grills and pulau, I gladly accepted the offer for a review of Al Kebab al Afighani. I have already visited this place before with a friend during Ramadan and totally fell in love with the place then. Today I headed there with a dear friend and fellow blogger Rukku Sumayya. We both had a great time.
Al Kabab Al-Afghani serves delicious range of Afghani cuisines. The portions are really huge so better come with an empty stomach. Though the indoors looks not that appealing the food will compensate for everything dull. They do have outdoor seating which is perfect for the winters to hang out with friends/ family.
I have tried Afghani mix bbq (5/5), Qabli Polaw with meat (4/5), Hummus (5/5), Namkeen Roast (4/5), sugar-coated almonds (4/5), Laban, tea and salads. The meat was so delicious and tender, falling off from the bone. Everything served to me was tasty and would love to go for more.
Went for friday late lunch and its almost packed when we reached there which only means one thing, they serve delicious food.
I can’t wait to try it so we ordered mix bbq, polaw meat, chicken handi, special bread and turkish kunafeh for dessert.
The meat was so delicious and tender, almost fall of the bone.
Everything on our table was delicious, i could have tried their seafood as well, which means i have to come back for more from them.
The place was so homey, Options to sit indoor and outdoor.
I just discover this restaurant and it is a must try. Their food is totally tasty and worth the price. Their serving is huge so better to bring the appetite. I would highly recommend this place and definitely will come back to try more. Writing this feedback makes me so hungry again.
Authentic Afghan cuisine at Qusais. They have huge space and mostly full. For family they have separate seating area on floor with round pillow. I suggest they change the entrance of family area as it’s very crowded near the counter.

Authentic Afghani cuisine. A must try destination for rice and meat lovers, if more hungry-better. Huge space for dining, separate family counters. Staff is okish, but they are not well trained.
The quality of the food is in top notch. Tried meat pulao and chuppn kebab pulao. Both ended positive. The meat is too tender and well cooked.
A culture rich experience for the ambience .
Been a regular customer here for about 2 years. I have no idea about any of their meals other than the "Chicken Charcoal" + "Qabli Pulao". I'll tell you this. I haven't had a better experience with rice and chicken anywhere else.

Typical dubai seating arrangement but the food is the real deal here. If you’re a meat lover, this is the place for you. I miss their juicy delicious kebabs and of course the rice! Will definitely go again the next time I’m in dubai
This has been one of my all time favourite places to eat Afghani Pulao. Went there with a bunch of 6 people and ordered mix grill &Afghani pulao meal for 6 which had all the stuff from the charcoal section and tasty Afghani pulao. They were short of humus so instead we opted for their daal fry.
Pulao was awesome as well as the meat content. Hardly any spice in the meat but still taste was unmatched. Pulao rice was among the very best. Daal fry however wasn't up to the mark.
Worth visiting & spending money to.
This place has always been my all time favourite when it comes to Afghani food also I’ve never tried Afgani food anywhere else. During the weekends it’s crowded and getting a table is quite difficult. The waiters are friendly. We usually order a family meal of 3 which is sufficient for 5 adults. The meal includes quabli mutton palow with mixed grill kebabs, hummus with bread, salad raita and soup. everything on the menu is mouthwatering and you feel content after the good meal.
Order the Aghani Pulao and the Aghani Seekh Boti , thank me later . The pulao is great and at a economical price , filled with afghani Kishmish (Raisins) and generous pieces of meat. The seekh boti is succulent and always finishes fast so order two.
I never liked the less spicy #food but my #husband love for less #spicy #cuisine convinced me to try it and now i am in love with food which do not burn my mouth and i can enjoy it fully.
Al kabab al afghani is always my choice for the best #kabli #pulao.
The rich aromatic taste will open your tastebuds and you will crave for it more.

Best afghan food. The place is not fancy but the food is the best of all afghan restaurants in Dubai. If you are going for the kabuli pulao, then its best to go there between 7pm and 8 pm. The first serving of pulao is always the best cooked (i am an ethnic afghan, so I know). Make sure daal is part of your order as they make it well and kabuli pulao is best enjoyed with daal.
Food is very good!!! Asked for delivery so many times and always get it on time, actually even way faster. Everything's freshly cooked served with some veggies and warm bread. And portions are huge! Thank you.

We came as a group and sat alfresco. We ordered the 1kg mixed grill, Qabli pulow with meat, Afghani mutton korma, fatoush, and firnee for dessert.
The bread was the highlight of the meal for me. Delicious, chewy, and fresh. As for the mains - the mutton korma das delicious! Full of flavor and not too spicy. Everything else including the mixed grill was very normal but delicious as well. A good place to bring a group.
Definitely worth a try.

A pleasant surprise-
I went in to this place not expecting much, but to my surprise I was wrong (the good kind of wrong), the place was larger than expected and quite cozy as well perfectly suited for parties up to 8.

The food is delicious but beware this restaurant , as the name suggests, is targeted towards meat lovers especially Kabab lovers leaving it with limited options for vegetarians.
As a first timer to an Afghani food, Qabli Polaw with Shami Kabab and Chicken Handi were really good. I love the taste of the Kabab and the rice was cooked nicely. The Handi compliments the rice and kabab and we did not leave anything on the plates as they are very tasty. I just hope that the preparation time will be lesser as we waited more than 15 minutes before the food was served. But it’s worth the wait anyway.
My all time favorite for BBQ afghani style. The perfect mutton plow will revise your taste of the dish. Their daal fri is unique as well. The raita should be more decent and nice otherwise it’s amazing place to be
By far one of the best afghani food I had. Ordered a family meal for 3 with Mutton korma. Delicious pulao served with Mutton chop, kebab and juicy chunk. It also had few chicken kebab pieces too. Everything was perfect. Would love to visit this restaurant again for a heavy meal.
Visited this place over the weekend.. had heard a lot good abt this place.. and really.. it proved right.. we ordered the mix 1kg grill and it was really amazing.. meat was tender.. fresh and was very flavourful with taste of herbs and bbq.. service was also good.. restaurant is clean. This place is famous for their afghani rice, and I must say nobody does it better than these guys. Love it with kebab, tikka, or malai botis. The ambience is not that decent but still they family place separately so I go there often. Price is good starting from 25 aed and one tray is good for 2 people. We ordered the one with seekh kabab and the other with grilled chicken. Yummmm
You can never go wrong by choosing to eat here, we usually order the food home because it's such heavy and indulgingly sinful food that we need to devour it in our pj's on the sofa. Love love love thier seekh kababs (the best in dxb so far), the grilled chicken is amazing and the special afghani pulao is superb. You have to try thier namkeen gosht that's a specialty mutton dish where the meat is literally falling off the bones. Yup! Take my word 😊
We tried this place for a change in our kababs and we had a great experience just trying their food...... But I must say that they have a lot of people during weekends..... But they're kababs are a must for everyone looking for a good dinner...... Would totally go here next time...

I love the food here. but the ambiance OMG it literally didnt let me enjoy my food to the fullest. It is too crowded and too noisy. Staff and service is satisfactory.
"This is one of my favourite Afghani places to go for. The Choppan Kebabs and the Karahi are my favourite, while the Chicken cubes with Hummus are also extremely juicy and flavourful. Love the taste, love the staff - prices are extremely reasonable and quantities are a handful. Love it.
Ambience: This place is a comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. A nice family kind of place.
Service: The service is slow but I think it is worth the wait. The staff is great though.
Food: The food was great. Everything tasted amazing and so flavourful. Nothing about it is not-to-like.
Location: The location is easy to find but the parking is a bit of an issue so have to wait queit a while during peak times.
Recommendations: It is a nice place to go to once in a while. I have visited a few times and don’t see a reason to not go again.

Visited this place and decided to place an order for the above mentioned dishes . It was served within 15 mins of time which is fair enough . I very much enjoyed the grills and the Maincourse with tandoori roti . I wish they could have kept the washrooms and tables a bit more neat and tidy . Rest everything else especially the food was 👍👌🏻
