Le gourmet is a nice place to dine in at City walk. They serve different cuisine from Italian to Arabic. The venue vibes or interior is defining elegant and very relaxing. Love their grocery set up. Their food is definitely decent and yummy specially their desserts.
Forever grateful for Restaurants like this one. An absolutely incredible experience to indulge in and it was a very worthy, belly-filling one.
Venue Vibes: First off, they've perfected the layout, the spacing, the arrangements and the interior decor. Loved their little grocery setup they've installed on the side that's got some super cool selections. Loved the dessert section, the entire aisle dedicated to brewing beverages and well.. everything.
Service: All of whom were helpful, Incredibly assisting and friendly.
Highlights: Well let's break it down bit by bit..
La Cafe - Pumpkin soup, steak and mushroom sandwiches, penne pasta salad.
Beverages - Lotus Shake, Yuzu Lemonade, Berry Smoothie.
Le Grill - Jumbo Prawns, Spicy Tuna Tartare.
L' Italien - Beef Lasagna, Burrata salad, wild Mushroom Risotto, Mushroom pizza.
L' Asian - Lafayette Baos, Dim sum platter, Thai green curry.

Personal favorites: Honestly wouldn't know where to begin. It was a brilliant selection we tried out and we're definitely looking forward to dropping by and trying the rest of their intercontinental cuisines out.
I recently came across this multi-cuisine restaurant @lafayettegourmet which is located in @citywalkdubai. They serve Italian, Indian and Chinese cuisine and trust me you guys all of them are worth trying. Also their ambience is great and they have plenty of options for dessert. good quality food at very reasonable prices, and a great location. one of the widest menu options i have seen in city walk, so there is something for everyone.
i have tried the nasi goreng and biryani on multiple occasions and enjoyed the food each time.
Galeries Lafayette as a brand was established in Paris, France since 1912. The stored opened its first UAE branch at the Dubai Mall 2009
Restaurant : Strategically located at the entry of city walk main circle. The outdoor seating area during December breeze was perfect. The indoor was a bit dark
Couasine : Multi
Time of visit: lunch
Design: nicely decorated with calm theme. The seats where comfortable. Some retails counters selling cheese, juices and herbs.
Ordered
Steak Medium well with with white rice: steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned
Whole chicken : nicely spiced, roasted from outside and juicy from inside
Grilled salmon : taste freshness, moist and tender
Service :
Very attentive and professional. The manager is well involved
Staff are knowledgeable

During this kind of weather you surely love to chill out and have great food . I was at @citywalkdubai and visited this highly coolest restaurant @lafayettegourmet . They have amazing selections of sushi , dimsums , burgers ,biryanis ,salads , pastas and so much more. You name it they got it on their menu !
Their place is super spacious and amazing decor ,cozy and beautiful. They have quality wide selections of ingredients you can see what they use and you can buy too .
Their service is really good too and staffs are really welcoming to you.
Starting with the amazing Italian' Bruschetta' it was delicious and well seasoned. Then was the drinks I had one was the' Passion fruit Mojito 'and Energizer shot' jar blend of orange, ginger ,turmeric ,black pepper and honey. Refreshing drinks to enjoy in healthy way.
If you want to go for a Sphere ! Go for a "Chocolate Sphere" chocolate sponge cake ,chocolate brownie and raspberries served with hot caramel sauce . Another hit dessert which I surely recommend if you visit.
Another delicious selection from the menu you can surely have is the 'DimSum Platter' served with Edamame salted/spicy and 3 delicious dips -soya sauce ,red chilli sauce ,red chilli paste . Totally delicious ,full of flavours which you can surely want to have several times . It includes Bbq char Sui , chicken and shrimp gyoza ,steamed vegetables dumplings ,chicken and shrimp siew mai.
A multi-cuisine restaurant that's really affordable for a place like City Walk, and serves really good food.
I honestly couldn't choose just one dish and hence, chose one from every cuisine they have after being suggested by the host, Modi.
Asian:
- Crystal Shrimp Dumpling: Four pieces of deliciousness! Served with a little sauce on the side, I loved the shrimp. Eat it when served or it could get dry on the outside.
- Singaporean Style Seafood Laska: made with prawns and mussels, it had a mix of various Asian flavours. I usually dislike Singaporean noodles for being too strong for my taste but this was just perfect.
Italian:
- Buffalo Mozarella: who doesn't love a good cheesy pizza now, tell me!? Topped with dried tomatoes (that my friend ate away!), rocket leaves and mozzarella, it made my day.
Indian:
- Lamb Biryani: Served with raita and a curled pappad, the biryani was great. The Masala was in the middle, with the meat right at the bottom. Don't forget to mix or you'll miss out.
Cafe:
- Organic Quinoa Salad: All you healthy eating people, this one's for you!
Japanese:
- Sushi Platter: Dragon roll, spicy tempura, spicy salmon roll, and unagi avocado all in one, 16 pieces, for 92 bucks only! It's filling, amazing, and got all my favourite in one plate!
Drinks:
- Yuzu
- Peach & Honey Iced Tea
Desserts: If you've a sweet tooth, keep some space for desserts. Baked Local Date Pudding and Lotus Caramel Slice is what I would recommend all to try.
Visit and get served some of the best dishes! You'll love them.
Beautiful interiors with different sections and styles. Menu is very versatile as well. I really liked the food. Tried different things and loved them all. Dessert was to die for!
I love this place because they serve fresh and organic chicken besides their menu is extensive and has so many famous dishes from around the world. In the picture butter chicken with aromatic biryani and Organic grilled chicken all the way from Canada. @thecutleries

Visited Galeries for a quick dinner with a friend, on a weekday.
The restaurant is located right next to Le BHV Marais at Citywalk.
It has different different setups based on what you are in the mood to eat, including a live sushi bar. They even sell gourmet food items like truffle products, dry pasta, etc.
We sat in the Asian setup area of the restaurant. The walls have different types of sushi illustrated on it and you can even watch the chef do a cooking demo here. The seating is cozy and great for date nights. If you want to visit with friends, the cafe area seating is much better as they have sofas and it is more laidback. The ambience of the restaurant is very calming. The cafe is also a great place to get some work done as the whole place was practically empty when we visited.
The staff was so nice throughout our visit. They had some great recommendations and are always smiling. The service is also very quick, which just adds a cherry to the top!
As it was a quick dinner, we just ordered mains instead of going for a proper 3 course meal.
We ordered- Singapore fried noodles(Tasted simply delicious! The noodles were cooked to perfection and the prawns were perfectly seasoned.)
Goat Cheese Pizza(The quality of the cheese used in the pizza was to die for! If they sell this cheese in the gourmet section of Galeries, I would definitely buy it. The pizza was baked beautifully. The only thing that I felt was a miss was the fact that the crust was a bit too hard.)
Food- 4/5
Ambience- 5/5
Service- 4/5
Value for money- 3/5
I'll definitely be going back to try out the other dishes and desserts too.
Also, members of the Galeries reward system get a 10% off on the total bill.

Visited Galeries Lafayette twice for their Moroccan Iftar curated by TV chef Hanane Ouaddahou. This is the perfect place for foodies as it's so much more than just a restaurant. Technically it's two separate restaurants, though only one part is open during Ramadan. But in the restaurant that's open they have a bakery section, a more formal dining area, a gourmet food shop with fresh produce and cheeses, an area on the mezzanine for cooking classes, and a gallery. The Iftar was delicious and plentiful with soup, hot starters, the best chicken and almond pastilla, fish, tagine, couscous on offer. They have a terrace outside where you can eat as well. Can't wait to try more off their menu post-Ramadan.
Have visited twice for Iftar. They have a Moroccan set menu at 125aed by Chef Hanane. It includes Harira Soup, 4 salads, samosas, pastilla, 3 main courses per table of two, among which couscous, tajines, mixed grill.... Then a selection of moroccan pastries among which the amazing cheesecake! Special Mention to it! Drinks are included: water, ramadan drinks, moroccan tea.
All was very good and service was great! I remove 1 point as few details could be improved (freshness of the bread, chicken served was leg not breast and tea a bit too strong for my taste). I still highly recommend!
Highly recommended! A must visit for a diverse food experience! With several cuisines, yummy desserts and great staff- one of the best restaurants I’ve been to :)
One of the most delicious lunches I’ve had! The variety of food is pretty amazing! Vast menu options and everything we tried was on point. And their sushi was #foodgoals - so so good! Pretty sure you wont be disappointed! 👌👌
Visited because of sushi craving and sushi’s were really amazing, wasabi was very spicy with excellent combination of pickled ginger.
We ordered sushi mix platter and maki rolls both were excellent, full roasted chicken was also good.
Although I don’t like desserts so it was ok ok for me.
Service was also excellent and they have indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements.
Cheers!
love their concept food from all over the world and a shop to buy quality ingredients. yet it's expensive
Ordered:
lemon tart 5/5
deconstructed oreo cheese cake 4/5
Turkish coffee 1/5 they actually tried to make it again but it was worse. sorry guy!
service 5/5

The best sticky date pudding I had !
Also the Beefburger(forgot the name) was oozing eith flavours.
Its one of the restaurants in my bucket list to go and try more items.
Great for: lunch / working from outside / coffee / corporates / kids friendly.
Been here so many times, love the easy urban vibe and the fact that their menu offers 6 different cuisines. My favorite is the cafe, and their rainbow sushis from the Jap menu. I’d also definitely recommend the almond croissant and the berry punch smoothie! 😋 If you’re not in the mood to make a decision or need a nice refill, they have an unbeatable business lunch deal (starter, main, any coffee and dessert for AED 70), and their coffee is excellent. (Had a bit of trouble finding a good coffee spot in City Walk 2 until then.) If you get lost in the menu, the staff is always happy to help, and they’ll go the extra mile to serve you.
As the setting matters just as much as the food for me, I love their space as it offers so many different options (2 outdoor areas, and so many indoor options with couches, private spaces where you can hold your meetings, high chairs, tables, etc) — and that’s great if, like me, you tend to stay at the same place for a while. I love to work from there: I use the creative food space upstairs when I need some quiet time and inspiration (they’ve got an art expo and a cool library corner), the terrace downstairs for morning coffees and the grill for private meetings.
The +: Get 10% off everything with their loyalty card - even valid on special deals.
For mamas: There’s a kids area upstairs, and regular workshops for kids.
For businesses: Great space to host events or do some team building around a cooking class! 🍴
I just love coming here. Previously it was in 'entertainer' so i didn't mind the price but now it's not there anymore (too bad) 😂😂 food is good.. i have been here multiple times and steak is always in our menu. Alongside with the mushroom sauce, uff! One of my fave! 👍 Their penne is kinda salty so i didn't like it that much.. service is ok, not good but not bad. Location is good in city walk, ambiance is just right! Will defintely come back.. 😀
Does the trick, Practical if you're in the area. Had the rotisserie chicken- add pomegranate to it. The mix between pomegranate and Auvergne and Parmesan is perfect. The grilled salmon is cooked just right. The shrimp dumplings are average - there's too much rice paper on it
Galleries Gourmet is a branch of the same of Dubai Mall that has an international menu (Entertainer Friendly).
TIP: they are planning to have cooking classes on the 2nd floor which is going to be great!
FOOD:
I loved their international menu that contains American, Indian and Italian cuisines.
TIP: go for the breakfast burger it's sooo good also u have to try their Beryani.
SERVICE:
It's great but it took them a while to bring the orders. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
AMBIENCE:
The place is warm and welcoming you feel like you are at home.
TIP: sit outside all year round as the corridor is ACed
A lunch visit on the weekend was a neutral affair. Wasn't blown away yet nothing bad about it either. We ordered tomato pasta and steaks and chips for the kids who seemed to have enjoyed it. The chops were crispy and the tomato sauce nice and flavoursome. We wanted to have nachos as starters but they didn't have any. So we ordered buratta as a starter and then a Ribeye steak and a skewer each of beef and miso glazed beef. Steak was okay but that skewers didn't pick much flavour. We also ordered a side of duck fat roasted potatoes which quite crispy.
Lovely selection from different cuisines. Enjoyed their beef Malaysian noodles with the perfect level of spice.. wasabi prawns was good accompanied with mango salsa.. sushi was good too.
The burger could be improved. Overall, a beautiful restaurant, with good food and great location.
loved the vibe of the place cozy and elegant at the same time ..I recomment the passion fruit iced coffee , the prones with mango wasabi salsa and rhe raw salmon with rice bowl .
the open space of the cafe area is great for a morning coffee with some pastry . and a very fresh produce and assorted cheeses and dried meet at the deli section .
The recently opened Le Gourmet branch at City Walk has everything your foodie heart desires. From fresh produce, cheese, pastas and other dried goods to fabulous food.
There are two venues with separate entrances. The one with a coffee bar and the fresh produce and another one with an open kitchen.
On the night we visited we tasted a variety of appetizers and mains from the Italian and Asian menus. My favorite starter was the Steak Tartare. Other diners loved the Spicy Tuna tartare and the Burratina. The Lafayette Wasabi Prawns with mango salsa was delicious and the wasabi flavor was apparent but not overpowering.
Another favorite was the Salmon poke bowl. The salmon was perfectly dressed and seasoned and a delight to eat. Thai red curry with beef was very fragrant and was moderately spicy. If you do order it and love spicy food mention it to the server so they can spice it up to your taste.
Ricotta and Spinach ravioli with sage butter was flavorful although I would have loved a tad more ricotta. The gnocchi with grated truffled pecorino was creamy and delicious without being mushy.
Desserts were indulgent and a perfect end to the meal. Sticky toffee pudding, a decadent nut and caramel tart and a beautiful deconstructed light lemon meringue were perfection in every bite. The chefs have really outdone themselves with the quality and variety in the menus.
The service was conscientious without being overly fussy. My only complaint is that the music was a few decibels too high and made conversation a strain at times.
We had and rated the below:
Lotus milkshake 10/10
Latte 8/10
Blueberry coco milkshake 9/10
Sticky toffee pudding 100000/10 yes it really was good but a bit pricey.. good to share between 2-3 ppl though
Pistachio cake 9/10
Amazing place. Good vibes and good food. The burgers and milkshakes are amazing. The salads and soup were good too.
Rotisserie roasted chicken salad:
The salad was fresh crispy and well seasoned. Filling yet light.
Pulled bbq beef brisket burger:
Rich, tender and amazing. Really tasty. Loved it. A bit messy though.
Lotus milkshake:
Rich yet light. Not overly sweet. But flavorful.
Pumpkin soup:
Light, nutty but little too pumpkiney.
Great service.
Good ambience.
Fantastic food, great friendly service with extremely accommodating staff. Loved the environment, went there for dinner twice in two days! Can't wait to head there again!
Visited durng Ramadan for iftar and again for lunch;7 both times the experiences were great. The food is high quality, presented with flair and small twists yet the atmosphere was comfortable both times. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable and guided me to their special steak cut Bavette which is done medium rare at most. Wife was not impressed but I will surely be ordering it again! The burrata salad was stunning and placed the creamiest burrata as center stage to the fresh pesto and special tomatoes. The friendly chef came over to talk through the concept which will be fully realized in a few months when the other kitchens open. A very solid offering and in a great setting for both the summer months and when it cools down again.
