Pink Alfredo pasta 🍝 rich and creamy sauce loaded with cheese was finger licking good. Extremely expensive and not worth the price for the bland pizza offered, quite disappointing to spend that much money for a low quality product

4 cheese was tasteless and so dry. Mexican was spicy but without any flavor. The base was the overpowering taste and it wasn't good either. Still looking for my go to pizza on the palm.

My late lunch houseofpizzadubai 🍕after beach 🏖 was so good 😋 i ordered shrimp pesto pizza and loaded Lasagna. I was starving and they didn't take so long to prepare the food 👍🏼. The Pizza was so good and crispy 😍 i really like the sauce it was pesto and garlic 👌🏼. I've tried their Lasagna before thats why i ordered! It was okay but not the one i expected 😊! Ordered two pizza for delivery: Hawaiian and Shrimp pizzas. Both had minimal ingredients and taste less than average for this Restuarant rating. Wouldn’t order again from them.

We ordered Hawaii pizza, vegetarian pasta, poutine and a garden salad. It all tasted good. My only issue is that the salad options aren’t amazing and it arrived with a kind a toast bread with garlic on, which felt a bit cheap and I didn’t even try it, at least make it out of pizza dough.

Very poor quality. It was clearly another refrigerated Dubai style pizza. Italian beef that was like sponge, crust that was semi baked from one side cause noone turned it the other side during baking and no taste even though we chose semi spicy!!!

This is going to be the worst review I have written, we headed to this restaurant for a birthday celebration with the whole family around 10 persons, we we received a very cold welcome I asked for tablets to be joined and as we waited for the rest of the group to join, I informed the waitress that we want to use Entertainer vouchers and they accepted, I asked them to but the cake we had in the fridge, the manager immediately intervened saying that we cannot use the vouchers if we are having a birthday, to my surprise his reason was that we are going to use a big table, which is really disappointing behavior, and very bad for the business, customer service should be the top priority even over food quality and price!!

Been here a few times. Place is bright and nice and has seating at the terrace outside. Indoors it’s clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant and friendly especially the gentleman in charge. The food is nice. We have had the pizzas, poutine and chicken dishes. Nicely done and tasty. Love the fact that you can mix and match on a single pizza. Portions are just nice with right amount of ingredients. Will keep coming back👍

I am a regular customer in house of pizza and can say its my favorite pizza place in dubai. In addition to pizza they have a variety of tasty dishes such as poutine, pasta, tenders. The service is very good, and staff are friendly.

I have been to this place twice. They have yum gluten free pizzas! The food is great, ambience is really nice. Only thing - servers need to be a little more attentive. We sat outside both the times and we had to keep going in to call the servers to place the order or ask for anything else.

Very very bad service. The lady who took our order has problems hearing the right information and of course communicated wrong information to the driver. The food stayed with driver for one hour and a half and instead of getting apology from the supervisor he said you can cancel your order . Definitely not gonna order again at all . Another pizza outlet ticked of our pizza bucket list ;). We never get tired of exploring new pizza joints across the city and this time it was The House of Pizza. The menu looked impressive. We placed an order for a simple marghaerita pizza. Since we renewed the zomato treats membership, a little treat (brownie) was offered too. The pizza arrived on time but the brownie went missing. Although the restaurant fixed it later by sending the brownie in a while, the mishap did put us in a bad mood. Nonetheless, we sat to try the pizza snd while the crust was thick and soft, the overall taste of the pizza was average. Left an aftertaste (not a memorable one).<br/><br/>The brownie had a strong flavor of caramel and tasted alright too. The delivery service is quick but the food isn’t super appealing.

One of the best pizza places in Dubai. The food is amazing with multiple choices to choose from. The Spicy Shrimp pizza with garlic pesto sauce is to die for. You should also try the Porcini Mushrooms and Truffle Pizza. The location is a great option for families with children, who can enjoy playing in the adjacent park while waiting for their food. Amazing staff and service...

Moderation is the key 🔑 that is my favorite mantra. I live by it and it serves me well. So when I crave a slice of pizza I make sure I eat in moderation, but it is so hard when you have a place like @houseofpizzadubai where you can have whole-wheat and gluten free crust options and delicious toppings. This new pizzaria on Palm offers lots of healthy options, including pizzas, salads and pastas. They have vegan options too! Make sure you pass by this weekend to try their bresaola on whole wheat ot gluten free crusts. That pizza was a winner for me

House of pizza located at Golden mile Palm Jumeirah got some variety of pizza with the options of whole wheat and gluten free base. They also have pastas and poutines. <br/>We went for a bloggers event where we got to try some variety of pizzas and pastas . Also they have Nutella based pizza with fruits toppings.<br/>We also met the owner who is also the Chef who is behind all these wonderful dishes.

Excellent food and service, the best pizza and pasta in town! I tried the Meat lover pizza, crispy chicken strips, and shrimp penne alfredo pasta. All was very tasty. Highy reccomended for families. They have an outdoor seating area as well that is adjacent to Al Etihad Park in the Palm Jumeirah located in Golden Mile Galleria.

Average taste of the pizza sauce. Overall bland in taste. Looking at the menu the toppings and selections looked quiet intresting but it was nothing close to it.<br/>Even the chilli flakes were tasteless.<br/>The thin crust is pretty thick.<br/>tried it but not something that anyones missing.<br/>There are many more better pizza places.<br/>

I ordered Creamy sensation, which is one of the best Pastas I've had!! Do order creamy sensation on your visit, it is highly recommended. I also ordered Chicken fajita and grilled chicken pizza! Their shrimp pasta was also good but creamy sensation was the best out of all of them. The location was pretty good and the food was tasty.

Great service and the best pizza you can get in Dubai. My personal favorites are Greek, Canadian, and Pepperoni. The staff is very friendly and the pizza always arrives on time and warm. Definitely a win!

Had the burrata pizza delivered, the pizza arrived fast, hot and was very tasty, will order again. The place itself is convenient to eat in if you are already in the mall, but is most of times rather empty.

Very quiet place , I decided to take away so I can eat it while watching some movie at home. Portion is small and the price kind of abit pricey. Pepperoni is good but the Hawaiian not so tasty.

I have been in many places across the world and this place has the worst Cesar salad I have ever tasted, the Pizza was very bad as well, my 5 year old couldn't eat it. Do not recommend this place.

Ordered pizza from this location and was expecting a lot lot more. It's unfortunate that there are no decent pizza place in the palm. The pizza tasted like it was out of a box, it was bland and not tasty. Didn't feel the ingredients were fresh. Further the mozzarella sticks and fries and other items arrived soggy and tastes like styrofoam- will not order nor do I recommend anyone order from here.

What's not to love about House of Pizza? Absolutely nothing!❤ It was our first time in this restaurant but it didn't fail our expectations. Super delicious food from the chicken ( a must try ), pasta to pizza! All delicious!! Plus very warm and courteous staff! The manager was really nice to us too especially when we requested for the gravy ( not to mention, yummy gravy! ) We loved it! House of Pizza located at Golden Mile Galleria, Palm Jumeriah serves classic Canadian dishes with a twist. The comfort food is prepared freshly in house! They offer some amazing tasteful Pizzas, Pastas, Crispy Chicken and Poutines. This is truly a hidden gem!. I was welcomed by the manager who briefly told me about his history and to what it offers. The place itself is very cozy and an outdoor seating area is also available. One side has an open kitchen where you can see your food being prepared freshly. The colors and lighting uplifts the mini restaurant. I really liked the interiors and the color combination.

I live in GM 2. Which is the same building as the restaurant. It took them 1 hour to deliver.. every time I called the guy just said we are too busy... what a joke

Hands down, THE BEST american style pizza in town. Even though i ate almost an entire large one by myself, i did not feel bloated. Make no mistake, the pizzas are SO filling but it was so good i could not stop taking one more slice! The ingredients and the sauce were super fresh, the pizzas piping hot, and the flavours amazing. I still cannot decide which is better, the pizzas or the sides we ordered! The service was outstanding, staff very welcoming, the place squeaky clean. If you like american style pizzas, do yourself a favour and try House of Pizza!

The worst pizza ive ever eaten. Tasted like a supernarket frozen pizza at best.. <br/>The chicken pasta came with a mincemeat sauce NOT tomato and a slice of garlic bread that could easily be mistaken for a cracker it was so dry. When i complained the staff were unhelpful and asked if i had eaten many pizzas in my life as their other customers enjoyed their pizzas. I think they were insinuating i didnt know what a pizza should taste like... 1/10 for the food 0/10 for the service. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

We where to begin about this horrid experience. Jalapeño poppers were frozen when served. Pizza didn't have any flavor, the lasagna was bland.

Best discoveries in this world are accidental and so was this restaurant. Their pizzas are one of the best in the country, the dough is made so fresh, perfect crust, well baked (how we like it!). We loved Mediterranean pizza with the right amount of feta cheese and olives and the jalapenos made it perfectly spicy. They have an outdoor sitting, perfect for Dubai winters. The restaurant itself is very conveniently located, no parking issues and not crowded- perfect for a quiet lunch/dinner.

Absolutely love this place! The mexican pizza is my all time favorite! And the vegetarian pizza is really good too! The service was super friendly and nice as well! Entertainer coupons accepted on home delivery too!

House of Pizza is an outlet known to serve their special cardboard type pizzas located on palm Jumeirah. I ordered for their vegetarian pizza that was delivered well on time. The quality is pretty good for the pizza being perfectly stuffed with vegetables , mozerella and their special tomato sauce . Though the pizza was not very crispy as expected but taste wise you could feel its more fresh and gives a feel of pizza lasagne overloaded with cheese. Their price is worth the quality and packaging is good. I can definately recommend this place to try.

Meat lovers pizza was HEAVEN felt like a homemade gourmet pizza, the fettuccini alfredo was beautiful the creme was just perfect 👌, the chocolate pomegranate poutine is from another world twisted my taste buds but surely was a different experience. Highly recommended !!

First time I try this place. I have ordered it for delivery and they came on time. From the reviews written on it I had higher expectations. I ordered the cheese pizza. Their pizza crust is thick and oily. The poutine was Ok however the gravy is a bit too salty. The cookie is too oily as well. Located in Golden Mile Galleria  you have the luxury of walking around and enjoying the area while getting lunch. The staff is always so friendly and the prices are great. The amount of toppings and sauce is perfect and they don't skimp on the ingredients. They do have outside seating as well.<br/><br/>I love this place and will most definitely be back!

We had the hop special pizza and spicy shrimp pizza, the pizza was fresh and hot, fluffy and crispy dough with delicious ingredients. Nice service and staff.

UberEats salvaged the order process with a second by second update, such seriousness in food delivery has to be lauded. HOP does it with sytle, packaging, delivery, and taste. Looks the part, its pepperoni medium dough pizza and tastes the part, not over the top awesome, not meh. Though the broasted chicken in a bucket was just that.  Massive portion of fries comes in a big box.

So good! Pizza has a nice, homemade quality and poutine is divine but heavy. Will order spicy shrimp again! And must try the desserts; finally, proper pizza!

I am glad this ​Canadian chain House of Pizza had finally opened it’s first restaurant in Dubai and that too at the prestigious Palm Jumeriah Island.<br/> Have been here a few times after the launch event to try their Poutine, which is also my favorite.<br/><br/>Poutine is a Canadian dish, originating in the province of Quebec, made with french fries and cheese curds topped with a light brown gravy. This fast-food dish is typically found across Canada and in some places in the northern United States. But this version in front of us was in no way a normal Poutine. It was extremely unique having sweet potatoes with some real smooth honey topped with a generous portion of whipped cream. Absolutely divine to say the least. The setting is nice and I can see it being an amazing one once cooler weather comes in.  Service was very good and we were accommodated with everything we requested.  Past and Salad were excellent, while the Pizza had a bitter taste, not sure why but it was ok over all.  r.m.

Easily the worst pizza i've had in Dubai and probably one of the top 10 worst pizza's ever (and this includes frozen pizza as well). It's that bad.<br/>Actually you're better off with a frozen pizza from carrefour. <br/>Yup as you can see i'm quite angry since i was craving a good pepperoni pizza but decided to 'try something new' obviously ending in a ruined mood for the rest of the night. <br/>I got the house poutine and a medium pepperoni. didnt finish either (oily soggy fries probably frozen off the shelf kind, the gravy was okay though). <br/><br/>Anyway the pizza. its just a super thick blob of bland dough topped with bland ingredients (nothing tasted good/fresh). from the tomato sauce to the cheese to everything else. what more can be said?<br/><br/>surprisingly the positive reviews on zomato are misleading, but then again most of them were invited to the opening, so a little (or not very little) bias would be expected. <br/><br/>Never, ever again.

My colleagues and I had heard a lot about House of Pizza's poutine, so we finally ordered the Canadan Classic. It was divine! The gravy was delicious, unlike anything I've had before. Look forward to ordering another poutine soon.<br/><br/>I also had the veg pizza and really recommend it. It comes with a lot of veggies and sauce, making it nice and juicy. Yum!

One of the best North American pizza places in dubai. I tried pepperoni pizza and Canadian poutine, they are mouth-watering👍 you can taste the freshness of all the ingredients. I had a pleasant experience and I highly recommend it.

We went there for a relaxed dinner a few nights ago. This place has just opened in our neighborhood and I could say this is definitely a gourmet pizzeria. The pizzas we had tasted delicious and really different from the other pizzerias in Dubai and in the world in general. And believe me, I know what this is about as I have Italian origins and pizza is one of my favorite meals. Well done House of Pizza! Waiting for my loyalty card ;)

This is a restaurant with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The pizza was so fresh and crispy! I chose to add the ingredients I liked onto my pizza while my husband got the American pizza, both tasted just amazing. This is definitely where we will always go for pizza in Dubai from now on!

I would like to reply to the lady who rated House of Pizza with 1.0 and gave us a really an unfair review!<br/>For your information, mozzarella cheese is not salty! As for our Pizza sauce, it is cooked fresh on a daily basis from scratch with no salt additives! Our dough is done daily with the normal amount of salt to flour ratio! Sometimes what make a pizza taste salty is the toppings you pick. Not all toppings blend well together.<br/> If we were late 1.5 hrs as you claim, you should have called and complained! I am sure we would have solved this issue right away! We have just opened and we were serving the Golden Mile community by walking to the buildings. We weren't suppose to deliver until June 1rst but as a good gesture, our staff volunteered to walk up to the buildings!

Horrible service, took them 1.5 hrs to deliver in the same building, only after after following up with five phone calls.<br/>Pizza very salty, cheese used definitely mozzarella. <br/>Won't be ordering again

Invited by the restaurant to try their North American Pizzas, we were introduced to the passionate head chef and GM who took us through the concept and gave us a tour of the kitchen. House of Pizza sure has invested heavily in some of the best precision industrial kitchen equipment to ensure they serve their customers a perfect product.<br/><br/>We were handed some hair nets, a pair of gloves and invited to 'make-our-own-pizzas'; I can't really complain about how it turned out because I'd only have myself to blame; my pizza was exquisite! The ingredients were all fresh, the veal & beef especially delicious with their salty flavour adding life to the pizza. The artichokes, black olives, sausage were all fresh and had lost no taste to ice. The cheese can be added to your liking. The fizzy juice drinks are great and priced reasonably (unlike many restaurants which make huge margins on drinks). For dessert we had their<br/>Poutine, which was sinfully rich and filling.<br/><br/>I'd definitely recommend a visit, they have a make-your-own option where you can select your toppings and you can leave mixing and baking up to the experts. Or you can select pizzas off their menu, they're not Italian, they're North American. Looking forward to try their healthy whole grain option the next time. A small size pizza and a drink serve as a filling meal for one. Service was hospitable, quick and parking easily available underground in the Golden Mile. The meal doesn't set you back a great deal.

I was invited to a tasting event at the newly opened pizza parlour called ‘House of Pizza’ from Canada. I would like to thank Ms. Zahra for the invite and for Mr. Hisham Ibrahim for his hospitality during the visit.<br/><br/>This place is located on Palm Jumeirah – Galleria 2, close to Spinney’s. As I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted by the General Manager who also runs the show in the kitchen and was told about the concept of the pizza and its history. <br/><br/>We started off by having a smoothie and lemonade in sparkling water which was both very tasty. During this time I was informed that I would be invited into the kitchen to prepare my own pizza.<br/><br/>This was a great idea to explain the whole process of making a pizza from scratch. It was an interacting experience and I had a great time building my own pizza. I was given a choice of all the ingredients from vegetables, to chicken and many more. After the mission was successful the pizza was sent in the oven to bake.<br/><br/>We were later given nachos and salsa as a starter up until the pizza was ready. The nachos were fresh and crispy and went well with the salsa. <br/><br/>The restaurant has good seating area both inside and outside to accommodate a generous amount of people at a single time. The restaurant was on a soft opening but it was filled with people, which is always a good sign. <br/><br/>Finally, the pizzas arrived and they looked amazing and tempting. I think I have discovered a new passion that I can rely on if I decide to quit my day job ;-). The crust was thin, similar to the ones found in North America and the taste was also good. The best thing about the pizza was that the crust was not oily at all, which is good as other pizzas are quite oily and make you feel guilty at the end. <br/><br/>During the time we were having the pizza; Mr. Hisham approached us and asked if everything was in order and if there was something that could be done to make the experience even better. <br/><br/>I noticed that he approached every table to get their feedback and opinion. This is a very good example of customer service and interacting with the customers to get honest feedback to improve further. This is very important in the service industry as the customers’ tastes and preferences keep changing. <br/><br/>The staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the products. <br/><br/>After the pizza was over, I was invited for a tour of the kitchen to see where the main work was done behind the scenes. It was a clean and professional set-up with everything in order. <br/><br/>To finish the day we were given a dessert called ‘Chocolate Pomegranate Poutine’, which consisted of crinkled fries with chocolate syrup, peanut butter and pomegranate. This was a unique concept and it was the first time for me to experience it.
