Definitely a good place to have a quick bite, tried the bacon poutine and the vegetarian one, they were both good and very close to what i expected. And the portion size was big for a small cup.

Ordered Chillie chicken fries and Butter chicken fries .. Both were yummy and delicious .. They have option to add extra toppings such as onion , tomatoes , mushroom and pickles .. Extra seasonings also .. over all loved their concept of serving fries .. Had great experience .. Staff is also very friendly ...

Tried the famous hot dog and fries place, really liked the butter chicken fries, hot dog was just average.
Fries were crisp and the butter chicken gravy was really tasty.
Forever favorite cup of fries! Tried their new on the menu bacon with double cheese and it was sooooo good! Add some jalapeños on top for the extra sizzle.
Their butter chicken one isn't good though.

Loved their flavors, specially Nachos. The sauces make the fries much better then the standard fries and that’s a big win for them.
Do ensure that you add the Jalapeño and the pickled sliced cucumber and other condiments which are available on the sides.
This place is not busy when we were there for lunch.went during lunch hours.they have different types of stuffed fries.we tried veg and non veg types.very filling.special sauces added to it gives the punch to the fries.fries lovers should def check this out.
The fresh cut fries are nice. Particularly enjoyed the skin on it. The toppings/stuffing is nice as well. But would have been better if condiments are in true American fashion. Missed a tangy sauce.
Favourite place for fries, u need to stand on their head to get it made, or-else they make it very soggy and tastless. Need to mention what you want, and the fries and very crispy. Love it

one of the best french fries you will get here. we order chilli chicken fries and hot dog. labneh and cheese taste was good. fries was fresh. they have wide array of toppings they keep complimentary to choose.
Was pretty refreshing to have it as an evening snack. We ordered the Chilli Chicken. As you dig in, you get to mix the Cheddar cheese and Labneh which are both damn good along with the crunchy fresh fries they provide!! Although I found only very small bits of chicken in btw, was nothing to complain about as it would have been more chunkier and heavier. Also, the option to choose extra pickles was well used.
Loved the moment when they kept small cups of their fresh fries samples, all the kids from nowhere ran and got all of them. 😊😁

Fries is one of my favourite past time snacks. It's more like a weakness. Nothin can beat the plain fries but still I love the nachos fries here.

Food: I always order the nacho flavour fries. It comes with Nacho cheese, salsa and veggies with a scoop of sour cream. I love the sour cream they serve. I always ask for a extra scoop. The taste is just perfect like always.

Whenever I am craving for fries, this is the first place I look for at the food court.
They have sufficiently large portions and I love the wide array of toppings they keep complimentary. I usually go in for their regular fries, add the cheese dip and then load it with the complimentary toppings they provide.
But what I noticed this time was, they have started adding the cheese dip in tiny cups. The quantity which I feel has drastically reduced from when they used to directly top it on the fries.
I'm a big fan of Fries. So whenever my family buys it I crave for it. The classic Fries is good enough for one person. It is a must try. They served it with cheese sauce which was also very good
I am a big fan of their Nachoes and imli flavour French fries. The potatoes they use for fries taste much better than Mc. Donalds.
And they are very little oily.
The flavorsome sauces are the best additions along with onion and capsicum.
Huge fan of their Poutine fries, Butter chicken and Chilli chicken fries. Have been their several times now. Last year in Jan, Dubai Festival Mall had a handful of options in their food court so New York fries was always our best option to indulge in during the shopping spree. Loved all their toppings. The mosssssst satisfying option for cheesy fries. They always serve their food piping hot. Also, tried the hotdog too in their combo offer. It was pretty average though. Staff is courteous and friendly!!
Me and my family are crazy for this outlet anywhere, if only it was not such high calorie fries 🍟 . Sigh!!!
I have tried the imli fries before which are divine. Today my kids ordered a nacho cheese fries and bacon double cheese fries. The cheese was amazing on both and fries were very good texture. Crunchy from outside and soft from inside. It was finished off within minutes!!

When you are craving for hot dog sandwich, NYF is an quick solution to your desire. They heat the bun with the steam and give you the choice which ingredients to put in your hot dog. I really do not like the feeling of paying extra for each topping. In NYF, you can choose your own topping (vegetables like mushroom, peppers; ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard; spices; others like tabasco, olive oil, and dressings). The combo menu in the picture is only AED23.
You do not have to put your own topping by yourself, you can also ask the staff to put them on behalf of you as well. A little note: note all of the topping are FOC; some of the ones behind the galss are charged naturally :)

Superb stuff all round. If you like your fries there is no better joint than New York Fries. They do many varieties of fries phenomenally well. My favorite being the Butter Chicken version. Duh. Try them out if you already haven't.

There is a good way to start your meal and that is having a fresh cut potato fries at New York fries. Also good for a meal replacement, I guess. What else, staff are most willing to give a free taste dip in different flavors just to convince you, 😁😃😄. Service is very much satisfactory; staff are cheerful, prompt and polite.
Had a try of their imli fries which is an all-vegetable topping after our workout just to lessen our starvation for the mean time. It was a good choice plus wasn't oily at all unlike the usual fries from other fast food.
But what I appreciated most are the staff that are really amazing. They would let you taste all the available flavors just to give yourself a try of their products serve; friendly, welcoming and cheerful. Two thumbs up!

The Festival City Mall is rolling out a rather ginormous, new food court located beside the (Novo) cinema. Only a handful of outlets have as yet opened, this New York Fries among them. Now I’ve been in the hunt for a hotdog recently and voilà! NYF presented the irresistible option of a cheese dog and fries. Fries which, just last week, were added to favourites list. But I’m thinking, Baba, I just had NYF fries the other day…and? my conscience asks. So I order a cheese dog with chili fries. And my dearest of dears orders fries with veggies (really?). I didn’t like the cheese dog, the sausage had absolutely no taste. It was like having a tasteless hotdog coated in a hot, melted, yellow cheesy sauce, ugh! And you know what? I didn’t like the chili fries either. I should have remembered that I’m not a big fan of adding anything to fries, leave alone smothering them in a bland chili. I like my fries on their own or max, with ketchup on the side preferably blended with something for a little Youch! effect. Note to self on that for next time.

There isn't exactly a lot of competition at the DFC food court right now, so New York fries definitely stands out in the small crowd.
I've honest always been a fan of their hotdogs, and now that they offer Poutine too; you can only imagine my excitement!
The servers are very friendly and work well under pressure. There was an extremely rude customer in front of me, which honestly deserved the food to be thrown on his face, but the lady taking his order remained calm and professional. I was really impressed by her!
Overall, great on-the-go food. I recommend their beef hotdog and a classic Poutine with extra cheese and extra gravy! Yum!
I wish they would start a home delivery service!
After a very long gap I got chance to have fries in new york fries . This used to be my favorite place for fries but MacDonald pulled me there ;) (off course because they have burgers too ). NYF serves Amazing fries with all the topping of ur choices. I don't like there hotdogs I just go there for fries. Small fries looks less in quantity but enough for one person like me :p you can add jalapeños if you like spicy. I asked for extra cheese which made it more delicious. Must try if you love fries !!

I have always heard about this place and have tried this time and it was good the way of there serving style . I have tried nacho fries it was not that crispy but i have loved it . Will sure go back for the nacho fries its mouth watering . Will sure try there other menu .

I like fries in any manner. So it's obvious I'll give a try here. Took their salsa fries and enjoyed it. But this doesn't mean taste was great. It's just because I love fries. I feel price is little on higher side. And combo will add more. Once a while it's a good option.

We came to festival city searching for another Indian reataurant but that had already closed down so we ended up going to the food court.
Had heard a lot about NYF so decided to try it out. I'm not sure if many would consider their offerrings as a complete meal, but the fries are really nice I must say.
We ordered the 'imli' (tamrind) fries. At first it doesn't sound so great, but there is more to it than just a tamrind sauce. They also have a few veggies like tomato, onion et al on it - but just in the right amounts - and this doesn't take away from the taste of the fries. The tamrind sauce also has the right level of tang to it; not too mild, not too tangy. They also give a salsa sauce (or labneh for extra AED 2) on the side but you really do not require that. Just the fries the way they serve are enough to get you hooked on to it.
The service is a bit slow considering that they serve fast food (and that's why I have given it 4 stars).
The imli fries were so good we ended up ordering one more after the first one!

It's a guilty pleasure, as it's oily and has 'not good for ur calories intake' ingredients. But who cares, as long as is satisfies ur hungry tummy :p

Love their concoctions! Choose from the standard offerings on the menu or ask them for your choice of toppings. Imli is a must try. A fact worth noting is that they make the fries from fresh potatoes everyday (unlike frozen ones offered at most places). Overall, a worthy snack at reasonable price!
Fries with chilli... what could be wrong with that? Topped with sour cream and my choice of salads, i.e. olives, tomatoes, jalapeno's, etc. Tasted fine to me. Complete meal, though? That's debatable...
FOOD --> Good fries. The butter chicken poutine is nice but gets too gravy like nearing the end. Have it while it's hot or the gravy will make the bottom fries soggy.
AMBIENCE--> ghusais branch small but a decent place.
SERVICE --> courteous
PRICE --> decently priced
VERDICT --> will visit when craving for some good fries.
Maybe its just about fries, but its definitely worth the taste. Freshly fried fries, sour creme and the toppings..ooh!! really a craving crusher! Lately I've noticed some price hike from the days I regularly ordered a Nacho Regular.. well really doesnt matter. If you're not diet conscious and wanna taste some good junk, here it is. Newyork Fries simple setting, quick supply and yeah am getting used to the pricing now..My Favourite is Nacho and I've really not bothered to try anything else, very happy to munch that down.
