Chawlas is my all time favourite destination. My according they serve best chicken lollypop and chicken tandoori. Bychance we saw Chawla’s and just by seeing name decided to have dinner.Creamy paneer was so delicious..Paneer was very fresh..Tandoori roti and aloo parantha were perfect.I would definitely visit again.

Chawlas has become a regular order point for us... kind of food emergency number 😊. love their food. i always order thali and simply love it. unlike other thali serving reasturants they always have variety in their content and consistently delicious. quantity and quality of food is bery good and a must try reasturant.
Starting with the lassi.. it Will give you feel of the village side lassi of North india, really amazing.. and then follows the chicken tikka specialities.. clubbed with fresh tandoori rotis, the food items are a complete package.
I have tried this place in mumbai and have loved it. So I walked in knowing what to expect. I confidently ordered for the baida roti, chicken malai tikka roll and an omelette roll. Good ambience and friendly staff, happy tastebuds

Being from Delhi I am always on a lookout for eating places from Delhi here. This was a must visit as we have always been huge fans of Chawla's while growing up in Saadi Dilli.
Their signature and not to be missed item is definately their butter chicken. The chicken seekh kebab was a bit too dry. But we loved their rumali Roti which was made of wheat flour. The other breads were good too. Will be definately going back again to try more stuff..😋
Well finally visited this restaurant for weekend lunch..tried their Chawla's special creamy chicken..it was delicious and tasty..ordered tandoori naan and they had complimentary bread and was happy being a Catholic always njoi eating bread loaves...and they served them..Patiala namkeen lassi which was served with copper tumbler was yummy in my tummy..nice place with good ambience but seating is upstairs with good service from the staff and low volumed English songs in the background can really make ur lunch AWESOME.
By far, the best Desi food in Bur Dubai! Pick anything from the menu and you won't be disappointed. They have mastered the art of catering as well...Be it their chaat, rolls, Indo-Chinese, or even authentic vegetarian - They have an answer to every palette. We tried them for two of our Diwali parties and a religious function too and they blew everyone away with their phenomenal hospitality and top-quality food!! Keep up the good work, Mangesh and team!! A MUST TRY!!!
Enjoyed the great Delhi/Punjabi taste after a long time. Afghani Chicken, Chawla special Chicken Soup is a must try here and so is the "Methi Malai Chicken". When it comes to finding the same Indian authentic taste, Dubai based Indian restaurants have been majorly a let down for me. Maybe I have been a proud Delhiite for a long time and have unrealistic expectations. However, Chawlas Meena Bazaar was a breath of fresh air for my taste buds!

Ordered the special butter chicken. Tasted quite good but I felt it was bit spicy, given the fact that butter chicken usually is mild in spices and more on rich creamy flavour. Delivery came in 25 mins before the expected time. Kudos to that.

Been there with friends. Good variety of menu. Perfect Tandoori Murg, succulent, crisp, juicy and full of Flavour. Accompanied with mint chutney and amazing cabbage salad. Main course had average Dal Makhani, Chicken Dhaniya Adraki-all flavors restricted to gravy only, bland chicken though. You can conveniently give a miss to service and ambience. Nothing much to write about.

In terms of space and the place itself, the place is pretty accommodating as there is sufficient seating for crowds of people and the sofa seats are pretty comfy at the same time too. My last visit was in February of this year.
The service is pretty mediocre as the staff isn't exactly the most friendly you could find and you have to wait for quite some time before the food you serve is brought to your table.
In terms of food i would just, don't bother looking around and skip the entire menu cause the thing to have is their special cream chicken along their tandoori butter roti. The cream chicken is the specialty dish of the restaurant and there are also somewhat posters in frames with the history of their cream chicken. There is simply only word i can describe this combination with and that word is "Magnificent". It is super creamy and the moment the dish is kept on your table you would probably be amazed by the aroma it brings as well as its appearance. Taste wise 10/10, the best butter chicken i've tried and i'm pretty sure the restaurant should be one of the top contenders in the world for the dish with its relative amount of fame it has for the dish.
For those of you who are ever in the area and have the opportunity to have try out the place, please do try the special cream chicken with the tandoori butter roti, i am pretty sure you'll be licking your fingers even after you're done cause you won't be able to get enough out of it!

Ordered Special Chawla Afghani tikka, prawn biryani and tomato soup. Food was quite good even though tikka take over biryani.

Timely delivery...tempting kebabs..avg creamy chicken which is their spl delicacy. Dine in was lil tough as its meena bazaar..but recently they have added free parking(pathan) which is opposite to hotel. Gud to try something special!!

I have not been here for dine in but ordered once. The order was delivered very fast and the guy gifted the meal with lots of unwanted butter in gravies and rotis not much to my pleasure. Still I can't take anything away from the taste of both Khumb paalak and Daal makhni. Really tasty preparations and would surely order again if I get a chance.

in meena bazar i was crazing for good indian food and just saw the sign board. it's the same delhi chawla chicken. the place is small and gets crowded during dinner hours. The food is amazing and portions are generous. the staff is very friendly and they deliver as well!!

Weekend dinner in bur dubai turns interesting n yummy .lives upto the name of chawlas outlets in india..head to this place to taste the best fish amritsari in town ..and as chicken os the speciality we ordered chicken dhania adraki wich was spicy , thick gravy n well cooked as expected ..paranthas are crisp and really nice tandoori rotis ..service is quick and the portions are not so big , need to order atleast two main course dishes for two people ..its good as I am sure the taste will make up for everything 😊😊

A chawla's fan from ahmedabad itself. They've maintained their taste in Dubai too. Good food and good ambience. Found quantity a bit less in starters but overall a nice place.
Good authentic Punjabi food overall but they can still improve on the quality of packaging when they deliver and they can reduce amount of oil and butter that they use in cooking.
Food was very tasty, always get our fodd deliver at home on time, Veg Biryani and paneer tikka masala was awesone. Reasonable prices and 5* for tast parking is very difficult nearby.

With all the positive reviews, i tried to check out for dinner with family. Tried their chicken lajawab which was tender and moist.... more like rashmi kawab but was tastier snd slightly spicy which added to the taste... we then tried their chicken tawa with tandoori roti which were quite good and tasty 😋

Wanted to try Chawlas chicken ever since I saw Highway on My Plate and when they opened in Dubai, a visit was always due. We had Cream Chicken their specialty and Paneer Tikka Butter Masala. Must say it was worth the hype. Quite different to what North Indian chicken tastes in restaurants. Paneer Tikka Butter Masala was very good, and a welcome change from typical pre-prepared gravies served in restaurants. Food takes a bit of time to serve as we were told all food is freshly prepared and it was worth the wait. All in all good and fresh food. And yes, they could work on quantity of Panneer Butter Masala which i felt was wanting if 2 ppl share the dish . Quite modestly priced, Will surely be back to try more.

For those in the know, the word Chawla's conjures up tasty images. Of an aunty from the north Indian state serving tradition perfected flavors and dishes that cannot but fill you. with unbridled joy, with wholesomeness. of love for food and food for love. alas, none of that is present in a home delivery service. but the veg platter along with paneer tikka side order more than made a strong statement of intent. to make and serve tasty Punjabi fare, to whom it may concern. Service was prompt, packaging tidy and sms update by zomato, pleasant.
Good food! Tried the dal makhni, butter chicken and garlic naan. Was awesome and will visit again to try some other stuff. Butter milk was nice too.

Prawns Biryani and mutton Biryani. Both were really good. They had given generous pieces of mutton.
Some good curd and a very artificial looking extremely green chutney. Maybe they should reduce the coloring effect from the chutney.😐
