Disappointingly tastes not good as well it took two hours to deliver and when I called them to complain to the employee he gave me the meal free but when the driver arrived he told the owner of the restaurant then she called me and acted inappropriately and sent letters accusing me of theft !! When I told her if she continued, I would take legal action against her. She started to improve her tone I cannot imagine there’s some people doing that it’s unprofessional and low class behavior Dont try it anymore. مخيب للآمال طعمه ليس جيد بالإضافة انه أخذ وقت ساعتين للتوصيل وعندما اتصلت لتقديم شكوى للموظف أعطاني الوجبة فري لكن عندما وصل الدليفري وأخبر صاحبة المطعم بذلك تصرفت بشكل غير لائق وأرسلت رسائل تتهمني بالسرقة !! وعندما أخبرتها أنها اذا استمرت بذلك سأتخذ ضدها إجراء قانوني بدأت تحسن لهجتها للأسف لم أتوقع منهم هذا التصرف الغير لائق ولا يمت للرقي بصلة لا أنصحكم بتجربته

It pains me to give any place such a low rating but...the kaak is worlds apart from the authentic Lebanese version and anyone who claims differently is obviously not Lebanese 😝 And to be honest...the bread base itself is...meh. Not the best baked piece of bread I’ve ever tried.

Everything on Menu looked delicious, the concept it self makes you crave the kaak back home We ordered Halloumi Kaak With mint and veggies inside, what a good one.. couldn’t stop eating. i enjoyed it It was cold when we received it (delivery) so I suggest to heat it or toast it a little bit Pizza Kaak It was smelling weird Taste wasn’t that bad, but it was just 3 kinds of cheese with tomato paste( tasteless) Tye price was ok as we ordered while there were a promotion. Normally the Kaaak shouldn’t reach 20AED max :)

Delicious food at awesome prices. We chanced upon this place while on a stroll at kite beach. And it was an amazing find. Had the kake sujouk ( minced beef) and lake chocoba( Nutella and banana) . The bread was fresh and warm, perfectly crispy and warmly toasted. The portion is good enough for a full meal. The lemonade was fresh and refreshing too. It's a good easy stop on kite beach for a quick bite at great prices.

Decided to try from this place i found on the beach. Ordered a Homemade Lemonade from the barrel, Kaake Chocoba and Kaake Halloumi. I remember enjoying all of them though i did find the Halloumi a bit dry.

Had this for the first time in Dubai yesterday, however I've had the Abu Arab kaake in Lebanon so many times and there is a big difference here. I ordered the picon and halloum. Both had very little cheese in them, 90% of the taste was just the bread literally. It was good anyway, but this thing isn't done the right way and I was not delighted. They need to double the cheese portion at least for the flavor to hit your taste buds well. Probably not coming back.

A genuine effort to serve good food, but I wasnt impressed. Kaak with minced meat came a bit cod and with too much mayonnaise, while the kaak feta was supposed to include some herbs and olive oil, but came in with cheese only! Someone should have controlled orders before they leave kitchen. I was looking fwd my meal and got a bit disappointed.

Alright, Ill start this out by saying I have a huge bias for anything cheese, bread, Oman chips related, so when i came across this and found that they had all that in a sandwich at a pretty good price, it was a no brainer. Well the kaake in itself is ordinary, its more filling than you would expect it to be, 1 is enough to fill me up (hungry ass 24yo dude). I’ve tried the oman chips, the falafel, the 4 cheese and the Picon, and by far the oman chips and 4 cheese are the best. Highly recommend that you give this place a try if you’re ever in the area, or are craving good ol’ grilled cheese.

Yesterday had KAAKE DJEIJ at Kite Beach. Here Ka'ak is an Arabic word used generally to refer to any baked goods. DJEIJ is the Lebanese for chicken. Kaakunada on the kite beach is known for this. I simply loved this. The outer layer is baked to perfection with the sesame seeds providing the right kind of crunch. The filling is light and cheesy and so yummy. I was a tad bit disappointed with the chicken in the filling. Was not as fresh as I was expecting. Maybe just one of those days for them. So This is a must try if you are on the Kite Beach. The reason we have this place a try was their appealing pictures outside their joint! We had not tried this specific Middle Eastern Sandwich-looking item before, so we weren't sure about what to expect. We ordered a Kaake Labneh and a Kaake Turkey & Cheese. Liked the former and loved the latter! The Labneh blended well with the tangy pickle in the sandwich, while the cheese tasted really good with the Turkey in the other sandwich. If we ever visit Kite Beach again, we'll surely have the Turkey & Cheese... again!

I am originally from Tripoli, Lebanon. My city is known for its best oriental sweets, and the original Kaak in the old souks, as well as the original frozen lemonade. While the lemonade needs some tweeting, I have to say the Kaakunada is by far the best Kaak in Dubai. Nothing compares to Kaakunada in its generosity and flavor. I keep ordering from there, and they never disappointed. A definite must for anyone craving a good Kaak, or wishing to try it. Bravo Kaakunada for the great Job. Keep it up.

I have been to Kaakunada few times, I tried the falafel Kaak and it was really good, the turkey was good it could be better. The staff are very nice and friendly. They should add some light, fresh and healthy options

UPDATE: The team called me a day later to clarify the situation and provided an apology, they've also sent me around 20 Kaak's and plenty of drinks which my team have extremely enjoyed!! Thank you Kaakunada for the responsiveness and the delicious food! I'd highly recommend their Halloumi Kaake with the amazing lemonade. -I've had the WORST experience with the delivery from this branch. Although their Customer Service in Sharjah is amazing, the staff in this branch are rude, non-welcoming, and unprofessional(except the nice delivery man). They kept on providing false information on expected delivery timing (in the 3 times i called) and have almost forced me to take the food although I called to cancel after over 1 hour of waiting. Not a single apology was given from the team on the phone, it was only the delivery man who had no clue on the situation that kept on apologizing (and i do appreciate that!). Not to mention, the team on the phone kept on reminding me that if i dont take/pay for the food the money will be take from the cashier's pocket, not sure how is that my problem? - All in all, good food but extremely late delivery and a team thats not trained well to handle such situation.

Ordered the kaak djeij for myself and sujouj for my fiancé. We both loved our kaak. The hot bread with sesame on top mixed with chicken and mayo was succulent! Just thinking of it makes me want to go again. My fiancé also enjoyed his kaak. The location by the beach is really good however when I went there was a lot of wind. I hope they will open one branch in a mall so I can enjoy it whole year. Highly recommended.

Kaakunada a very unique concept direct on the beach at um suquem 1 where you can find a lot of activities for adults. Kaakunada was suggested from many friends of mine in Beirut,so we decided me and my wife to pay a visit for our fist restaurant in dubai straight away from the airport we call the shope and the guide the taxi driver how to get the taxi. We ordered wow cheese and it was more than wow 10/10 Kate kafta it's a must 10/10 Smoked salmon in a kaake what a wonderful combination 10/10 Lemonade fresh 8/10 Definitely we will be back soon

I tried: - kaak sujouk - kaak kashkaval - kaak hahbash Good flavor & crispy (I love crispy / crunchy stuff) but quite thin so it's perfect as a snack but not as a whole meal.

Had gone for a night stroll and decided to try this one for a light snack and boy, were we in luck! We ordered lebneh with veggies (requested extra lebneh). The Kaak bread itself is sumptuous - just about right amount of crispness, thin, not chewy. It felt just so fresh. I devoured it and totally loved it! I hope other offerings on their menu are also as good - look forward to trying. Until i try those, it's a 5 from me.

Was recommended from a friend of my wife We went there yesterday with my mother in law and some friends we ordered zaatar,falafel,hummus oh my goodness what a taste I can't describe the texture,it was my first time I never heard about kaak. Will be back evry weekend. Service great. Welcoming perfect even we got 5 complimentary fresh lemonade from the owner who was so friendly. Highly highly recommended. Great job keep going.

I just moved recently dubai from qatar and I was craving for a real Lebanese kaake,my friend at work took me yesterday on lunch brake to an amazing area at jumeirah beach (Kite beach)and we tried kaakunada,we ordered halloumi,cheese wow really WOW and we ended up with the best kunafa I evere had in my life the taste of their kaak was freshly baked and crispy,their staff was so friendly and helpful I will be back with my family on weekly bases thank you Ray for the recommendation you made my day.

I agree with several of the reviewers. It does not taste like kaak plus the portion is very small for the price. I wanted so much to try it but I won't repeat it again. I took kafta, it's nice but if it was filled with more kafta would have been better, it's tiny and it's for 30 dhs. The kunafa kaak is filled very good but you cannot hold it because it brokes. This place is great ! I really wish they had more branches around. The kaak variety is good, with breakfast and more meaty options for lunch. The basic picon and zaatar for 10 AED is a staple and is great. The Kaake itself is not dry and yummy Their chicken or kafta options are around 30-35AED and they are just great. One might not be enough for a hungry stomach, but you might as well try few flavors ! A must try

I love to indulge in fast food especially when I am messy on the beach. This is a beautiful stretched beach which has many elaborate food to confuse one. Kaakunada being a funky joint for Arabic street food, tried kaake falafel. A little soft sesame bread would had been nicer, but never the less this 22aed sandwich was delicious. Try them ! Good customer service and welcoming.

Kaakunada is best place serving KAAK in town. Located on kite beach Jumeirah, best place to grab a fast snack. The sesame bread is fresh and yummy. They have a large variety from the menu. They have helpful team and the service is quick. My order this time was the Habash kaak which is turkey and cheese and it was delicious. Again its a nice place sure will be coming back and back. It is a great idea with a great taste and family environment, especially with the option that you can make your own food. I used to have curiosity in asking questions about the food sources and I was always getting answers from the owner Mr. Khaled who really treats his clients with love and as if we are his partners, anyway I discovered that all vegetables been used in kaakunada is an organic ones, which means that they are concentrating on quality not profit, which is fabulous.

Yummy bites, freshly baked, typical middle eastern bread called "Kaak" from where Kaakunada name is derived. Wide selection of easy and fast prepared food, but NOT fast food. My facourites are: Soujouk, kafta & zaatar w labneh, along with chicken. Can't be called a perfect meal if not accompanied by a fresh Lemonade juice, which is the second derivetive of the name Kaakunada, Lemonade or Lemonada (this is how it is called in the Levant). Don't miss and go and explore other options too. Heard a gossip that it is having new opening branches comming soon. I'm staying tunned!

Had the pleasure to try out Kaakunada. Although the place is a small Kiosk, the food was amazing. For about 20 dirhams you can get a delicious Kaaki stuffed different Lebanese ingredients like sujuk, kiri cheese and so on. The food was delicious and freshly made. 2 thumps up!

Kaakunda is good for what it is, fresh and quick ! I usually have either the Labnah or the picon which is basically a cheese spread with Sumac. Nothing better than the taste of our traditional lebanese food. The Fresh, tasty and mouth-watering food. The combination of the Kaake with all the fillings whether it's Salmon, Kaftan, falafel or Cheese is simply to die for... my favorites are Salmon, kafta, Wow, labneh with vegetables and let us not forget the kunafa... The lemonade is very different than the one usually served in other places but it's defo worth the calories. Great Job for all the team at Kaakunada. Keep it up!

A very unique experience, i was so happy to eat the traditional kaak of tripoli, the tast is just amazing. The lemonade is perfect even though it is not typically as the traditional one of tripoli but it tastes really good. Great place and great service, good value for money

A very unique Kaak that cant be bought anywhere but here! The food is fresh, unique, and delicious. Never fails to impress. This place is great for a quick bite or for a good meal by the beach. Recommended: - Kufta - Turkey - Lemonade (a very icy tangy lemonade similar to ice shaves)

perfect for breakfast , or for like a meal by the beach . my fav's are kaashkawan and kafta they are soooo yummy and not that heavy . They only have outdoor tables so you can have it for take away because its too hot to sit outdoors sometimes. A bit overpriced though

I'm a big fan of Kaak, so it wasn't that hard for me to like Kaakunada's menu. We had the zaatar, the 4 cheese, the turkey, the chocoba, & we washed it all with a lemonade. Everything was just great!

One of the yummiest at kite beach! The service is a little bit slow because of how small the size is but the food is great. Very convenient for a quick bite to eat.

This little kiosk deserves a round of applause. Their lemonade is literally the best thing you can have while chilling on the beach and I am obsessed with their Kaak. I love that they come and take your order on the beach and bring it to you ! The "waiter" was so kind as to combine my 2 favorite cheese and zaater together in 1 . It was so good. Big up to these guys

Yummy n cheesy is the words which best suits the Lebanese street food ,perfect solution for ur snacking whn in kite beach, anything n everything from their menu sounds good, I quickly gave a try to their labnehkaaku(not sure abt it's crct name 😕) it was cheesy n yummy (I said earlier that's the only way I can describe it 😉😉).

Just tried it today after hearing so many good feedbacks of their Kaak. Kaakunada is a must try restaurant/snack, food is amazing with a big variety from salty to sweet food, their lemonade is so refreshing. Great jobs guys keep up the good work.

Marvelous invention for a quick bite that fills you a bit. The falafel one is awesome and Nutella one is amazing. Must try. One of my favorite Kite Beach snacks.
