I have always ordered the “Leeds” pack from here and it’s a sustainable quantity for 2 pax and can stretch to 3 if you are on portion control 🙂 I’ve liked it and it’s good
for cheat days if you control the amount you consume. Everything in the pack is deep fried and the only healthy part is that it’s fish and the rest are loads of potato wedges and fries. They do have grilled options which I’ve not tried so far as I love my Fish and Chips fried 😜
Good quality for a good price
Couldn’t complain if I wanted to. Ordered the first time and couldn’t stop and now it’s like the 8th time, fish and chips are just like home, batter is super crispy, portion size is amazing and u can’t beat the price. Ordered the curry sauce one time, it was nice but pretty runny. But overall amazing food and I won’t stop ordering anytime soon!

The food is delicious. The fish is freshly fried and has a lot of options. Very flavorful and crispy. Dine in isn't a good option as it's only one small table, but definitely will come back for take away

Whoever gives bad ratings to this place clearly do not know what British chippy style fish and chip are supposed to be like. I went for the British fish and chips and Swansea sausage and both were spectacular and a taste of home. I liked the real British chunky chips, good size and softness, speedy delivery and decent tasting fish batter but I would maybe thin the batter just a tad bit. Overall hit the spot and will be defo ordering again.
cannot deliver the food on time
We've ordered from here 3 times now the Hamour and Chips. Each time it's been crispy and tasty. No idea why it's getting negative feedback. It's a typical English Fish and Chip shop quality. Maybe people ordering we're expecting non English style fish and chips. This is authentic as it gets outside the UK.

The chips are the closest to proper British chips I've had — so far — in the UAE. The Haddock was disappointingly mushy and so I ended up leaving it.

Best chippy in Dubai without a doubt. 1/2 chicken and chips is great although fish can be a bit greasy at times. It's still not as good as home but its the closest I have found so far.

I don't need brand name shops, or a high price tag; this is the best fish and chips in town. One of the oldest establishments - and not easily found by others outside of the Mirdif residents - it's amazing. The fried prawns? Do it. Everyone there is so nice, and even when I have them deliver - it's fast and crispy! To me it will always be the only Fish & Chips in Dubai :)

Absolutely loved the food we got from here. Ordered a meal and it never said anything about chips so ordered them extra, no need for that as turns out they come with chips. The portion size is definitely big enough to share. Will certainly be ordering again.
Did the Zomato online and they were very prompt however not all that is in the menu is available for online ordering.
I ordered using Zomato Order Online option which is the first time I'm trying it. Excellent service - delivered 15 minutes before their registered time of 45 minutes. They called up once to confirm our location and reached very quickly.

Personally not a big fan of fish not fried stuff but for the halibut and the chunky chips I will make an exception. Delivery or Takeaway only. If you are opting for takeaway then they are super prompt if you order ahead so that you don’t wait for long. Locating the place is tricky and you have to navigate through a maze of similar shops, salon and a meat shop. But its worth it !
Amazing Fish and chips, though sometimes your order can take 40 minutes the wait is worth it as it's always fresh, and for the dessert lovers I would definitely recommend the deep fried mars bar! Definitely one of the best fish restraints in the whole UAE!

Ask the restaurant what is the fresh fish they have for the day. We had 2 portions. Ridiculous large quantity and could not finish it. Yummy tartar sauce too. 1 portion would have sufficed for 2 average eaters.

The food was very good overall (especially the Arabic seafood rice with fried shrimps) and the value for money was good. Came a bit late but came hot so I'm not really complaining. The grilled seabass was a bit dry and there was a slight mix up in the order. Overall was a nice experience and wouldn't mind ordering from there again.

One of the best fish and chips in Dubai. I really loved their meal and it was super delicious. I highly recommend to everyone who loves fish.
The food served here are perfect, but I wouldn't recommend dining in the restaurant itself because it's small. It's perfect for delivery. Their fries are unique, and could heat it up again on the next day without making the fries hard and unenjoyable. Moving on to the fish and chips, it taste fantastic! Well... At least A LOT better than London Fish and Chips. Also, don't judge the restaurant by its look. Even though the restaurant looks like a budget-style, their foods will promise you a happy tummy :) Deliver might take up to 40 minutes, but it'll be delivered fresh and hot...
However, this is all my opinion on the foods from this restaurant. Everyone have their own opinion and different taste. You should read other's review too, and of course try the food yourself!
Perfect, great quality and flavorful fish as well as nicely cooked chips .. best ones I had, even better than the ones I had back in UK ! Well done and keep it up .. great value for money as well, I had half of the portion and it filled me up
Cheap and satisfying, portions are plentiful and in my case, always delivered on time. Not going to be Michelin any time soon but certainly pleasing when you crave for fish and chips, pretty good!

Truly a hidden gem! The outlet is hidden away by another building infront of it so it takes a little bit of a search to find if you plan on a takeaway option- they do deliver however if you live in mirdif. There is one table for up to four people within the shop... however I wouldn't recommend it for a dine in experience.... it is the local chip shop after all!
Everything about the taste is reminiscent of the local fish and chips i used to get growing up in England. Most other fish and chip shops in dubai dont even come close to the taste!
Excellent value for money as a standard portion of fish and chips comes with two pieces of fish and a decent portion of chips. They have a choice of fish - haddock, cod and hammour and a selection of pies on the menu along with mushy peas, gravy and a host of other sides. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Overall, a great experience everytime! Really nice to get the fish and chips wrapped in paper like a traditional chippy! If anyone is looking for an authentic fish and chips experience in dubai... this is the only place to visit!

Ordered for delivery from this place. Food arrived well on time. I never thought that a hidden gem would be around my area. Was recommended by someone to just give this place a try. Very nice fish and chips. Very very well packaged in a nice cardboard box. Very. Dry good quantity with 2 big pieces of fish and chips on the side for the 34 Dhs I paid. Good taste, not too oily. Abosolutely loved it, the shrimps and cod fillet was the best ive ever had, plus they make their own chips which taste amazing, there is no way im not going back and trying their other dishes, the price they charge is nothing compared to what they serve, the only problem is location which is not easy to find for first timers.

The portions are big, there big pieces of fish and enough chips to feed two people, the haddock was the best, very juicy and soft. I would definitely go again to try more (and not to forget to order mushy peas)

A hidden gem in Mirdif serving excellent Fish and Chips, better than any restauarant out there. A tiny place which is difficult to find on the first go is owned by a British guy. We found out this place while running through the maps while in Mirdif. The fish they serve is easily one of the best ones I have ever had. They take a while to preapre the fish since its made fresh, always better to come personally and pick it. I love the little fish hangings they have in their shop and the variety of fishes board on their wall. Served exactly the same way we get Fish and Chips in London.. they have got umpteen varieties of Fishes. We tried the Cod and Haddock and both were amazing. The prices are really reasonable for the quantity. 3 big pieces of Fillet served with Fries only for 34 Aed !!!

weather was good and was searching for good food in budget .. Saw this mirdiff fish& chip. went to this cafe. the person who is taking order doents have much knowledge but what we ask he gave little answer . so decided for humuor and cod fish . asked about the size he said good gor 1 person... we paid and he said if ur going to park ill deliver u there. that was basically good offer later after 30 mints our order arrived... fafter a lo g time in dubai i have fish and chips that good and actually the serving size is soo good better than mall fish and chips and serving size .. with their own tarter sauce malt vinegar and jetup made my day definitely going to order this again . price totally worth it..and so crispy .fries was thick cut and tasted like potatoes not plastic finally found a good place
Tiny little restaurant hidden within Mirdif. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality, taste, & quantity of the food. The portions are huge!
I'm giving it a 4 because it is well priced and the fish was great quallity . I did have to wait but it was worth it. Really enjoyed myeal they just need to work on the venue and delivery time .
