I’m not talking about the taste since I couldn’t differentiate much between them, but I’m talking about the quality of food and how on earth would I be served a mango coated maki’s with the mango being almost green/unriped and crunchy!!!!!!!!!!!! The same for the avocado in some of the pieces !!!!!!!!!!! Despite being cute in a very careless way. Extremely shocked.

I dont know and im not sure about the other comments that i read here. But in my own Experience d abd what i experienced thier service is good enough for the price that i paid. The food is all tasty even the curry that i ordered it came too hot like u need to be careful to open the wrapping. And my order came as past as i expected. And the offer that they have is very friendly especially during this pandemic. And its very good. Im just sharing what i experienced. Im stunned and really speechless with the poor quality and how they scammed me by saying 50% discount. I ended up paying 80 dhs for TomYum soup and 16 pieces of sushi .... seriously???

Beef dish was good.. But seafood chirachi.. OMG, just by the smell I was scared to get sick. Got few bites then just stopped. Color of tuna was weird, texture was tern and looks really unfresh. The taste of octopus and calamar was also yurk... Sorry for this bad review bad I am fan of Japanese cuisine and this one was one of the worst. Really.

5th time I ordered from Hako Sushi and 3rd time from their own website . Always the same order which includes the Manhattan rolls without capsicum. But in the last order it came with capsicum! I did not bother during the dinner since I ordered other 5 dishes, but later decided to give a feedback to Hako Sushi, I did not ask to send me another one, but they offered me... 5 min after I got a call asking to return the rolls sent with capsicum! They were in the garbage! I refused but took a picture to prove it , I will never order from this place again! I was not pushing for a new delivery, just a feedback, but asking me to prove!!! Disappointed when I saw the food where all mixed up (bento). Ordered kimchi, but I'm not sure if what I got is a kimchi coz it doesn't looked like and it taste bland. There is only one small size of potato included which is not properly cooked. The salad leaves was not all fresh. Tempura is fine and chicken. Tom yam, not sure of the taste, it's more of the salty side than the typical one.

I specifically asked for ice, in this weather, sushi should not be delivered without ice or a cold pack. The lady said she’d make sure of it and it still came without it. This is the 2nd time in a row where I’ve been blatantly lied to. It’s very disappointing to treat regular customers like this. I hope I don’t fall sick. Never ordering from you guys again & will make sure my friends don’t either.

Not impressed. Rotten avocado, something that tastes like thousand island sauce all over the sushi and it’s not served with soya sauce, but a sweet gyoza sauce. Driver service was fab though, he didn’t have change and went to get me some from a nearby establishment.

Hako sushi is the best! Never get disappointed, it’s so fresh and literally melting in your mouth. Price is very friendy too, compared to other sushi places such as Sushi Art which is so overpriced, and tastes really bad recently. I ordered delivery and even dined in at Hako Sushi, and every time I have the best experience. Highly recommend !!!!

Much needed review for Hako Sushi. I have been ordering here for more than 2 years and haven't left a review. They have the most amazing salmon platter and my fav is the bad boy roll and dynamite roll. I understood the worth of Hako sushi after ordering in a different sushi place because Hako deactivated their delivery for a hour. Hako sushi, I'm sorry. I'm loyal to your sushi. You guys are the best.

Ordered through entertainer. I live nearby so delivery came even 10-15 mins faster than mentioned on the app. Tried 4 different rolls and all were tasty and fresh. They do have some interesting combinations of ingredients. One of the rolls was a bit too spicy for my liking but it was mentioned on the menu. Will stick to their not spicy options 🙂

Great food! We had the sushi platter 🍣🍘 I enjoyed eating here despite the COVID restrictions. We could only dine in outdoors which was fine because the view was amazing and I could eat with my beloved pet 🐱. However it’s already too hot to do this in May even at late afternoon. The staff were very polite and even offered a complimentary discount on our first dine in experience! Rhea was especially accommodating. Amazing service. I love the bell 🔔 we use to call the staff inside the restaurant.

My first order was a terrible experience. I ordered a Maki special platter and all pieces came with microscopic slices of fish and only surimi inside. Seared Hamaki and spice Salmon huramaki extremely below the average. You can find a much better sushi quality at Carrefour at half of the price

So i ordered a variety of sushi rolls last night from jlt branch at 7:45, through hako website not zomato. They told me it will take 90 mins. it was my anniversary dinner surprise for my husband. After the ruined surprise and him calling or trying to call the restaurant for 75 times, only the business bay branch were able to answer. They first told us their manager went to the other branch. Then they took our number in hope that someone will call us. Then they told us we cancel the order if we want to and someone can call us the next day. The FOOD ARRIVED AT 11:30 PM. 3 HOURS LATER. And you would think it comes in good form. NO. The sushi rolls were falling apart and crumbling. My husband got a very chewy piece of tuna which wasnt cleaned well: there was still a bone left in it. It was very unprofessional on their part. It is honestly the last time i order from there and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The least you could ve done is to stop accepting orders or update your clients with their orders.

The first time I tried hako sushi I was impressed with the taste and hence ordered again yesterday using their website. I ordered at 11.15 pm and received order confirmation immediately via mail. Around 12.40 am the food still hadn't arrived so I called them to find out what happened and it seems they were busy when I placed the order so couldn't punch and neither could they even call to inform me that they can't deliver. Because of this I ended up having to order at 12.40 am from another restaurant and stay up even later to eat my dinner. Very irresponsible behavior from Hako staff. I won't be ordering from here again.

Not to mention my disappointment of service over the phone, and after paying my order they will tell that one item is not available. And the california maki were not rolled and most of it are opened, the salmon bento and gyoza is disappointing and worse is the shrimp tempura, no crisp on it, and not freshly cooked! I will never recommend it and will not order ever again!

Great food! It was delivery and Chicken Ramen soups were still so hot, that I had to warn kids to not dig in-:)) Maki portions good size. Two 8pcs portions enough to share. Definitely recommend!

What is that, seriously. Worst gyoza ever, it even looked wired. Looks even more dead in real life than picture. Even the sushi plate did not come with either wasabi or ginger, he literally send our order and closed for the night, but i would rather they didn’t accept my order if they were in such a hurry.

Couple of weeks ago I had ordered an early dinner as I had some weird reason skipped lunch. So I was super hungry. I went for the chicken teriyaki combo with some chicken siu mai dumplings and they satisfied my taste buds. Since I had ordered take away and was so hungry I did not take enough pictures as well. We visited Hako sushi about week ago. We ordererd some selection of the sushi. I must admit presentation was decent very reasonable prices , taste delicious and outdoor seating very comfortable gaves us relaxed feeling . I really like the ambient but what was the most special about this place .. it was definitely service. No one stands behind u waiting for ur to order , rushing you , asking million questions . When u ready u press the button and then waiter or waitress in a second is right next to you. We were served by sweet woman named as I believe Laxmi. I hope she is reading this review as I wanted to thanks to her for her kindness, generosity and the smile. Such a warm personality gives us feeling like we are in home. That’s the most important but people forgetting small things make such a big difference. Laxmi she took very good care of us. Everything was delivered very fast without any problems . We were filling like in home . We will come back for sure. Thank you Laxmi and all the chefs to makes such a delicious sushi ❤️

Ordered from this place a couple times and it’s always been good sushi! We tried their sushi deal one night - unlimited sushi and some other things. The food was okay. The service is great! Very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I’m forgetting the name of the nice gentleman who served us that night. Some of their sushis are amazing. Really yummy. And shrimp starters were great too. But the rest of the food is just about okay. It’s a great deal though. Worth trying!

Ordered a Crabstick salad and a Curry Udon Ramen. Food came in time. That was about the only good thing about my order. The crab stick salad is nothing special, has little flavor and taste. Very disappointing. The Curry Udon Ramen was not eatable, felt bad about it but had to throw it away. The soup was super oily, greasy and full of synthetic MSG, the chicken partially cooked and tasted like defrosted old chicken. The udon noodles shouldn't be called udon noodles. Soggy and tasteless. Wokyo in comparison does proper ones and deserved to be called Udon. Will never order here again, even with discount not.

Amazing food, I love coming here as I am always happy with the amazing starters especially the Wasabi prawns and the Gyoza dumplings and the sushi is just perfect, fresh and with non-sticky rice making it a delight! I have brought friends here who do not like sushi and have been converted :)

The environment was decent and cozy! The staffs were kind and nice especially Laxmi who served us professionally and friendly. The food was delicious and big portions! I like all the food except Curry Rice as the curry taste more towards Indian cuisine instead of Japanese Style. I would suggest to pay a visit to Hako Sushi to spend your leisure time with the nice lake view. Lastly, there is an offer AED94 per person, you can order 90% of the foods without limitation. Just eat as much as you can as long as you don’t waste it.
