Amazing to note that after delay of 30min after the delivery time of 1hour, the guys have the courtesy to call (in spite of repeated calls asking for the food delivery),and they say that on your next order we will give you complimentary stuff or even to the extent of refunding my order done on HSBC Entertainer!!! So it’s taken for granted that issues like this will repeat and they compensate just to keep the TRP/ratings up?. This is absurd and unacceptable. Guys Nandos has been on our palate since years and now the delivery service sucks....Never again boys.
