We tried the VIP seafood platter and it was amazing. Restaurant has a wonderful antique and unique ambience and friendly staff. A place worth to Try with ur friends or family
Lovely setting on the beach, good selection of food and drinks. We ordered Egyptian sea bass and some sides. Food and drinks were fresh, nice and tasty. The service is a bit slow/confused, but overall it’s a good experience.
Traditional ambience with a sea view, quite and soothing. I usually visit this place for their Moroccan and Karak tea with delicious Kanfaroosh (luqaimat). Dynamite shrimps and margarita pizza are recommended.the staff needs to work on their customer service skills.
We tried the kiosk in Al Barsha Mall Pradeep Mohan the #luqaimaat were freshly made and a delight. The #karak met my expectations and being a karak aficionado thats saying a-lot. Very cute atmosphere and decor. I liked it. Will try more stuff next time.
It is such a surprise to actually find a good local restaurant thats serves good seafoods, in big servings, somewhere in Jumeirah that is still open at 12 midnight. Well, worry no more as we Tent Jumeirah is here to serve. Entered the restaurant feeling full and just looking for a light meal, but upon seeing their menu, we weren’t able to resist their food and ordered the biggest and the most tastiest looking one. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Beautiful place....loved the ambience....A must go in the lovely winter days in dubai...we were made to sit in traditional tent by the sea....the interior was designed with traditional arabic decor....food is also good but the ambience beats it all...
This place has been around for ages. They have the best riggag. Super soft. Get the egg, cheese and ask for some honey. Definitely coming back here. Got it for takeaway.
There's something positive about this place. Mainly due to location, you're right by the beach so a big plus on good Dubai weather days.
The whole setting is comfortable, you're barefoot in the sand and surrounded by interesting decorative details.
We always go for the fish (Grilled Sea bass) and the Arugula salad.
Lunch service is pretty slow, certainty calls for improvement.
But nonetheless we're gonna be back.
Gem of a place. Right next to the beach with an awesome view. It refreshed my mind and ofcourse my taste buds with the wonderful tea. Am just longing to go back. Dear people, if you want a nice and lonely time ,this is THE place and if all you want is to enjoy with friends with food, talks, gossip , laughter and loads of fun, then again this is THE PLACE.... highly recommended.

Had Sea bass fish ( Perfectly cooked no smell at all) very soft meat n flavorful spices , Although rice portion is quite small
Karak Tea: Really their Tea is Karak you hardly find anywhere else served in a small kettles ( Pathan/ Dhabba style Chai)
Jumeirah Basbousa: Their cakes are so good n Freshly prepared always.

The place is amazing the location is good as well I really loved the decoration and the taste of the tea but the only reason I’m giving it 3.5 because the service was bad we had to wait 30 minutes just for the waitress to come and take our order even though we went at 1 am and it was just us in the restaurant but over all it was okay

I came here at 03:40am, where nobody is there but very few people.
the atmosphere is super comfy "at late night", I drank only tea, it was OK.
the best thing here is the style, old traditional "original" emarati style, I really like to come again.

We had breakfast this morning there & none the two breakfast packages were available in the menu which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless the breakfast wasn't bad and the environment is lovely. Service was attentive.
This was our first time in the restaurant and we just fell in love. The ambiance is so good that we didn't even care to see the menu card for food. We just ordered a plate of chicken nuggets and ginger tea. the Tea was actually very good. The lazy environment and breezy evening was perfect for me and my husband to start the weekend. Loved to visit the place again. It does not give a prick to your pocket as well.

So i had a really lovely experience here- was expecting the worst- based on the reviews from previous guests. The service was prompt and lovely- server wanted to make sure we were happy w our seating, as it was our 1st time and showed us a few options. (We decided on the air conditioned closed bit)
We ordered karak chai and the donut like balls: everyone loved them (i was on a diet so didnt try either). I ordered a rocca salad and the grilled prawns: absolutely delicious and super fresh. The girls in the group that ordered drinks were also quite happy.
The server didnt rush us or shoo us off- we spent a whole afternoon here and he was politely available whenever we wanted something without hovering.
Restroom is nearby and was super clean- just make sure u take tissue as its the beach bathroom- not the restuarant's.
I would happily come back here anytime and really am amiss to the other experiences shared.
I marked down a point because the ambiance is a bit 'old'- but i think thats the intended look.... i just thought the seating could be more padded.
As far as value for money: i would give 5 stars: my salad was perfectly divine and the grilled prawns perfectly seasoned and cooked.

That's the perfect location for dinner or some tea in the evening. The restaurant is on the beach, you get to sit on chaiselonges on the sand and enjoy the dim lights, the sound of the waves and the view. They offer nice Emirati food and good tea. One of my favorite spots in Dubai, but I wouldn't go in the summertime for the heat and humidity.
Love this place, amazing food, extremely fresh, great service, ask for Said (best waiter in Dubai), will def be back, often. Great atmosphere, excellent value for money. Must have the lobster!

Wow what a great place to hangout with friends in late night or whenever because it's 24 hrs open. They have a great sitting arrangements facing beach . I was overwhelmed with the experience I had last night. All night music , food and chats with best of friends that's all u can enjoy . Food is not that much good but service staff was great. We visited this hidden gem after lunch for drinks and dessert.. It's just amazing. The seating, the view and the local food.
Cannot really judge the food -yet- but the Special Karak, Sahlab, and the local sweet Batheeth was really good.
Will definitely come again for breakfast (Balaleet for life!) and lunch (baby shark "Jesheed").

Just along the Fishermen's accommodation lies the cozy, cool Tent Jumeirah Restaurant. Fill your eyes with the UAE history by its wall and feel the heat of your chosen drinks over sizzling coals... overlooking the Kite beach.
@Drinks and food are absolutely as great as the ambiance with sea gulls flying around in the tug of sunset and waves get ready to fall in love with Jumeirah's next.favorite hangout place to be. Try Lentil soup!
Though wifi wasn't available that time,we were sure weve got the best connection in town.

This is our late night hanging out place as it stays open till 6 in the morning with an amazing sea view, both indoor and outdoor cozy sitting arrangements, friendly staffs who won't even bother even you sit there for hours taking a chai or ice-cream. The decorations give you an old Arab feeling, which I particularly like a lot. Food is nothing great here and if you wanna relax somewhere calm and cool listening to the sound of waves, then this is the ultimate place.

It's always a pleasure to discover a place that you've never heard of, especially a local food place. The cozy little hut restaurant by the beach looks like a fishing boat & the seating area is decorated with fishing nets boasting khaleeji music. Sea food is a win here. I recommend the hammour biryani, grilled shrimps & eggplant salad. Cooked in local spices. Great for a day outdoors. Very affordable. Be patient with the service.
