Burger was good a bit overpriced maybe because of the location and the brand name.. but their french fries are best in town
Dropped in for lunch on a Friday with couple of friends we ordered for a charcoal burger (available in single or double patty), one of our friends was vegetarian so their burger was free, we also ordered for the onion flower. They also serve alcohol since it was summer we ordered 3 beers. The restaurant had it's safety measures in place for Covid. They checked temperatures and provided gloves. The food was good and the service was good as well.
$$$$$ but worth it! Open late, fun with friends to try the different options. The steak sandwich is spectacular.
Super expensive, but you know if you go there and you pay not just the food but the experience. The burger was super good by the way.
Honestly one the best burgers I've ever had in my life, and that's coming from someone who'd tried a LOT of burgers. I ordered the saltbae burger for the soul purpose of research. This burger is one of the juiciest burgers in have ever tasted! The succulent beet patty melts in your mouth( I'm not even exaggerating I mean look at it!!) . Even if it's a little pricier than your average burger joint, I promise you it's worth every penny. While here, it's easy to get distracted by the burgers, but if you fancy a smaller bite to eat, you will see what I mean, trust me.
I would STRONGLY recommend anyone to visit SALTBAE BURGER DIFC.

Ambience: it was a fun atmosphere with current music hits playing in the background. Suitable for a family or a bunch of friends looking to relax and enjoy some great food.
We had the juicy #saltbae Burger and the mouth watering Cheese Steak Sandwich.
The #saltbae Burger came in a charcoal bun. It was the first time ever having a charcoal bun and I was pleasantly surprised at how great it tasted.
The Cheese Steak Sandwich was a great combination of juicy beef tenderloin and rich cheddar cheese.
Worth going! Next time we will try their steaks! .

I was never a fan of Nusrets 'burgers' .. I like the patty to be softer and with less spices.. but the overall burger taste good.
Believe the hype, the food is good. You know what to expect with salt bae. Salty, delicious, and a high price tag. Relaxed area, with a nice bar area as well.

It’s Nusret! So it has to be flamboyant, extraordinary, high quality and overpriced. The salt bae burger is just amazing, yes it is pricey but you get superb wagyu beef that is so juicy and flavorful. The ambience and setting is nice too

Visited this place during evening hours for dinner , looking at the menu we placed ordered for the above mentioned drinks and food all of them were freshly prepared and served to us within 15 mins of time , the burgers were really good and worth giving it a shot , will definitely come back again to try other burgers as well .

But it was worth 1 try
But what made me go wow was the pistachio baklava dessert

Excellent location in the DIFC. Very nice decorations. Polite & friendly staff. Excellent service. You can choose any item in the menu all are so delicious. Steak burger for me is the best. It’s an addiction. Excellent quality of meat. Reasonable & affordable prices 165 AED steak burger, fries & light coke. I believe most of the people who don’t like the place because the idea of paying 150 AED for a burger is not normal for them so I don’t know what do they expect, it’s just a burger. Sometimes we pay the same in the hotels for a normal and bad taste burgers. Noticed most of the other tables ordered Baklava milkshake it looked perfect. Next time will go especially to try it.
If you are coming here just for the food- don’t! This place is about the crowd, the atmosphere and the aura or Nusret. It is about being seen here, posting on the various social media feeds that you were there. It’s like a bucket list for many and the food is good, but not wow.
The meat is delicious, the bun is so fresh and tasty. Price is very fair and great for quality. We ordered juicy burger
Lived up to the hype! Ordered the "Juicy Burger" which comes with seasoned fries. The burger was superb and the fries tasted fresh. The place felt open and airy with good music and a lively atmosphere, even at early lunchtime. The staff were attentive, although I would say that the hostesses at the doors could be more enthusiastic/welcoming like the rest of the staff.
Nusret was there in the kitchen, personally monitoring the food prep and presentation and doing rounds in the restaurant, which was great to see.
I would definitely go back.

Visited around lunch time. The hype is real. Have to wait for a table. Place is super busy. Usual DIFC crowd and some Nusret fans are there.
I’d say my burger was 7/10. Fries are just avarage.
But noone is there to eat a burger from what i see. People are obsessed with Nusret. Selfies with Nusret is all that matters. Seeing all these serious suit and tie crowd being super excited to get a selfie is quite something. Loud music is on, people are in a good mood, venue is licenced which makes it like a party place during a week day lunch break. The second your plate is cleared if you do not wanna have a shake or a dessert, server will bring your bill. Sitting and chilling ain’t an option. That was what i did like the least, but if you want to see “ The “ Nusret, take a selfie and have a burger as you are already there i say why not? ( But hurry up, as soon as the place picks up Nusret will not be there anymore)
Salt Bae Burger DIFC is one happy place, probably the happiest i have seen in a long time, full of happy people who do not mind waiting in line for a decent burger and a selfie..
The place was super vibrant and salt bae was there himself, spinning his magic in the kitchen. They had a vegan burger on their menu as well, which is a huge plus. And their classic burger literally got tears of appreciation in my husband’s eyes ( and just to give you context, he’s someone who says ‘it’s alright’ to most delicacies that people normally relish and remember!)
