A place to go to if you wanna have a peaceful time for yourself while having sheesha. Price are decent and friendly! I’m certainly coming back.
Good food! Value meal is definitely for the budget conscious. However, for those with big appetite and looking for complete set meal, their daily meal is a no brainer, definitely the choice for you.

Spotlight is a sweet spot for chit chat & shisha. Very friendly & courteous staff + Good food. Portions are very generous & won't leave you half empty ; This one below is a shawarma sandwich.
The food was nice and the prices are suitable. Took around 15 to 20 minuets to get the order even though the place was full. The waiters were so friendly.
It’s a sweet little coffee shop in Barsha heights.... in Tameem house .. I had been there quite a number of times as it was just below my office. It’s more like a relaxing spot for us, where we had discussed a lot. As it’s said that a lot can be discussed over coffee.... it’s truest said. There are so many memories connected with this place. 😍. Love it.

Want to have late night sheesha and want ro enjoy environment this cafe is good for late night choice. Not have full variety but still good to go.
Spotlight is a Lebanese style European bistro and shisha joint. This means you get everything from tabbouleh to Caesar’s salad, from Chicken Escalope to mixed grills, and pizza to zaatar. But best of all is their dish of the day, which will be texted to you everyday if you’re on their distribution list. I’ve always found their food comfort food yummy. The bistro is always bustling with people, a good sign. Service is friendly and possibly their strongest suit. Worth a visit.

Food is decent while shisha isn't that great. The ambience is good particularly in the winters when the weather is good. We tried the hummus and pita bread which was okay. The watermelon mint shisha was flavourful but for some reason hit the throat really quickly. Will have to try it a second time to be sure.
good place, very hard working staff, they are always on their toes. very helpful. not too fond of their food, but i ususally go for meetings with clients and this place is perfect for that.
Perfect for people leaving the nearby bars and in need of fresh food. Spotlight also offers big screens featuring the days sporting highlights. Service is excellent here with the waitstaff not pushy and offering good recommendations. We had the hummus with meat which was really good. They didn't skimp on the quality of olive oil. The bread was fresh out of the oven as well. The steak pizza with extra pepperoni was good as well but felt like it could have used some.condiments which shouldn't be the case for pizzas. The sheesh seemed popular as well with other patrons. All in all, definitely a place I would like to hang with my friends.

In the busy city of Dubai, silently in some corner of TECOM, this place is doing really well. Love their desserts and milkshakes. But their best is Shisha . Their Shisha guy is such a friendly person and he ensures you get the best Shisha.
They serve really nice burgers here, fresh juicy and no shortage of toppings, and the delivery service is super fast too! Highly recommended.

Just a night out in tecom decided to have some bites of whatever tastier available in the kitchen of Spotlight.
We ordered the lentil soup which was served with a piece of lemon and crunches and the perfect mixture of these 3 combination just made the soup perfect with the pepper sprinkled on them.It was thick,creamy and delicious.
Then we ordered for a plate of chicken escalope which was served with french fries,coleslaw,garlic mayonnaise and the chicken.The chicken covered layer was very crispy though i love chicken to be always juicy and tender this was a bit dry and not so tender.May be this is prepared like this or may be any reason otherwise it was tastier and the spices was just perfectly blended and i can feel on every bite of it.
The staff was very friendly,polite and chirping.The ambiance is very good with outdoor seating and can really enjoy on sports day as there is a big screen to enjoy the game.This cafe is basically for sheesha lovers to enjoy and relax and also love the games.No worries about the parking as there is a huge one just outside the cafe.
a friendly space to have a light mea. A good outside ambiance whenever the weather permits. Personnel is very friendly and always smiling. Prices are ok. Go there and enjoy a relaxing moment.
Shisha is served only outdoors , sandwiches are pretty good too. Ask for the Bluemist flavour for shisha ;) . The place is good to watch a game of football.
A good evening spot for me to have sheesha, watch football, have dinner and tea. I liked their sandwiches, pizza is good and the Moroccan tea. The sheesha guy is really friendly and help. A couple of times the sheesha wasn't good and just because couple of times, I won't give bad rating. May be it was a bad day :)
Beef Pizza was great. Very good mint lemonade and the Sheesha guy is expert. I smoked the Sheesha for over an hour and it didn't hurt my throat. Nice!

Amazing and simple place ... I feel that i am at home ... really a nice meeting point for friends, friendly service, delicious food specially the daily dish. Wish that they extend the opning hours till 3:00 am or more.

Finally this place is out of my bookmarks!
Located at a walking distance from Dubai Internet City metro station and easy to spot as it is situated on the road side with a wide outdoor seating as well as indoor.
Visited this place on a super cold evening after the sandstorm. I was here with a friend to try their Shisha. They did not have the menu for it but the staff told us about the flavours. They must keep a menu as we do need to know the prices too. We ordered Double Apple and it came within no time. The Shisha here is very smooth and does not hit the throat at all. I liked the service for the Shisha as the staff keeps coming and changing the coal without being called. While there are places where we have to wait for it to be done.
Also, I ordered Garlic Bread (3 PCS-10Aed) with Cheese and Pizza Margherita (26Aed). Their food too were so fresh and delicious. Both, Garlic bread and the Pizza were so warm and cheesy. As the weather was super cold, I wanted to drink something warm and so I ordered one Hot Chocolate (16Aed). Warm and flavourful!
If only they could keep some Happy Hour timings would be more convenient!

Nice place . Went there for breakfast. Staff is courteous. Food tastes good. They have this screen playing their food shots ... Which is good as it gives a complete idea to the customer what they are going to be served .
One of my best cafes in tecom and the area around, the food is delicious and fresh with great value, the staff are friendly, i highly recommend
I've been there for more than 10 times now since im living nearby, amazing food very fresh and tasty especially the american burger and the cordon blue and the portion is really big..i highly recommend this resturant
