This is my first time to order a customized cake and im glad that I chose Sugaholic for my daughter's birthday cake. Everything exceeded my expectation. I ordered mocha sponge with ferrero fillings and its a perfect combo. Sugaholic creatively made the cake as per sample design given. Definitely I will order with them again. I couldn't have been more pleased with the final outcome! They were extremely professional, took in all the requirements I had for the cake and cookies I wanted. They designed the cake the way I had asked them to, so beautifully. The cake was delicious and moist, unlike other bakeries I've dealt with that sent me a very dry cake. They delivered them to my house right on time! I highly reccomend them for customized cakes :)

The cake ordered was for a movie themed birthday, and while placing the order. The cake designer knew what i had in mind and helped me pick a design. She offered various amazing fillings and cake flavours. Suggested I opt for a red velvet cake with ganache filling. And my God this was too good. It was perfect in every way!.
When the cake arrived I was astonished with the detailed workmanship the detailed art from the cameral reel, the actual caramelised popcorns to the red carpet, it was too good to be true!
Most of the time, when we order pretty cakes they never taste that good. From runny food colourings to overly sweet fillings. But Sugaholic did nothing but perfection! From the right filling to the perfect flavour our guests were raving about the cake! And was literally the highlight!

I don’t think I have ever received such a beautiful cake. It was exactly what we wanted, down to every single last detail. Communication with the staff was beyond excellent. Ordered a customised cake for my brother his 18th bday all I had to do is share the pic of what I wanted on a WhatsApp number and thereafter everything was handled very professionally.
Due to the current situation we had changes in the cake size ,dates both were accepted very positively.
A credit note was given for the balance amount which I used to pick up the pre bday cake a very simple yet classy looking Belgium chocolate cake which was delicious and not to sweet.
The customised cake was made extremely well and details were accurately worked upon by the chefs.
Will surely recommend them for any sort of cake works their staff is very cooperative and supportive.
