(التعليق الأصلي) Went there yesterday with my family. The food is indeed delicious but they need to work more on their hygiene and management level. To start of, while plating our order, my husband was standing near the counter and noticed a hair in our plate which he brought it to their attention and they immediately replaced it. Also, while we are having our meal we started to notice that the same lady who is working as a cashier is doing the cleaning (not only tables, the bathroom too!) , and clearing trays! I mean there should be someone specifically handling this task as tables were not cleaned and sanitized immediately whenever customers are leaving and we had to request someone to do it for us! Moreover, we requested them to slice our burgers in which they didn’t (which is fine btw) and when we returned it for them to slice it, they did that while the buns are still wrapped! Some pieces of the wrapping papers where there on the edges of the sliced buns and we had to remove them before having any bite! The environment was very dull and staff were so busy that they didn’t notice a customer entered and walked around to return his tray without a mask! To summarize, they have a clear shortage of staff and their management should have a better look on how to improve the overall experience overthere. Although we all loved their food, but won’t be returning back.

The best place to enjoy the Burgers, Pasta, wings and Mojitos. The ambiance is as cosy as the AlSeef Street itself. Best value for money. Tex max burger 🍔 is the best here. Blue Mojito is awesome .

If you're looking for a different tasting burger among the others, this is the place to be. Ordered Roast Tomato Garlic and Pulled Beef meal, they were great. The taste of grilled tomato and jalapeno made the bhrger really special. The pulled burger, one of the best I have tasted. The place has good atmosphere. I'll be back for sure!

This experience was nothing compared to my last experience (Abu Dhabi). Keeping my last experience in mind i picked stuffed burger in new location of Last exit (Dubai). I ordered theee cheese burger and pizza burger along with loaded fries. Cheese on loaded fries was ice cold, thress cheese was not melted and pizza burger was just plain burger. My entire meal was cold only thing good was cola. Really disappointed.

Worst experience ever! The kitchen ran out of ingredients that are in some of the burgers and they didn't notify us until we ordered...we change our order twice and I gave up, ended up taking only a mojito...without crushed ice.
