Very conveniently located and the best part is you can always find a spot here. Have been here a few times and its always abuzz with energy. The interiors definitely need a facelift especially the mezzanine level with the arrival of new cafe's in the vicinity.

Fruits and yogurt smoothie with orange flavour my choice after dinner. The taste is great and rich in flavour. Excellent staff excellent service and value for money. I recommend the place for a chill out snacks.
First time to try Carribou. We ordered Chocolate Snowdrift and Hot Turtle Mocha. I am prepared to be disappointed but I am happy that I was delighted by their coffee. It was really nice and the lady on the cashier was helpful with the menu. So I would definitely go back! :)

Cosy but also very spacious. Got the new pistachio flavored cold coffee, campfire mocha, salt butino, mint condition and the fudgy wudgy. Everything tasted super yummy and costed dhs 19 each after the Emirates platinum discount.
There is generally plenty of parking infront of this coffee shop. It is also extremely close and walkable from financial centre metro station.

I always prefer Caribou over any of the other coffee outlets. The service, ambience and even coffee is really good.

Love their coffee and all their blends, not a big fan of the food though. The staff are amazing in this branch. Outdoor seating area is a great choice if the weather permits.
Have been to this place a couple of times and love their ambience - it is good for meetings as well as casual catchup with friends.
Have tried their Cappacino, Americano and Mocha coffes and they all are good. The option of selecting your chocolate (milk or dark) is an added advantage.
Have also tried their blue berry scones, bluebbery muffins, and chocolate muffins -all very well prepared.
Service is quick and staff well trained.

By far the best coffee shop on Sheikh Zayed road, around Trade Centre Area. This place has the best view, the best coffee and a very warm staff. And you have to try the FudgieWudgie Snowdrift and Tiramisu cooler.

Their chicken halloumi sandwich is the best to have for breakfast! So filling and so delicious. I loved how the staff is so chirpy and energetic at 8am. This sandwich is my new breakfast favourite. Highly recommend!

Caribou has a very nice, comfortable and cozy seating indoors with couches, as well as chairs. The covered outdoors seating is an amazing place to enjoy the beautiful view all around while sipping some great coffee.
Oh and, their strawberry yogurt and granola parfait is to die for!! 😍😍

Very peaceful to sit back, relax and have a nice blend of coffee with friends, family or yourself. I come to study here aswell as its quite peaceful. The staff and service ia great here, love the coffee. Undoubtedly has the best Hot Chocolate in Dubai! Must try for coffee lovers!

The coffee market is tough and saturated in my view and the different players are trying to do interesting and innovative things to attract the audience to their brands.
Caribou definitely has an interesting product range with some very good coffee and eatables, especially their breakfast range but I really like what they are doing from a space perspective.
They have designed this particular outlet in a very interesting manner, suiting all needs whether you are looking for a quiet catch-up or a meeting with business colleagues. In fact, they have some meeting rooms designed with TV’s fitted to run full on meetings, which I thought was a brilliant feature.
A great large space with lots of natural light and very soothing interiors and especially comfortable seating. The staff are service are pretty good but could be improved in my view as they were a bit cold.
I generally dont give a 5 star rating because 5 stars means the place is perfect and do not need any changes and thats what caribous is... Its is perfect whenever i try new places for coffee or milkshake ... I compare them to caribou and caribou always stands strong

Easily my most favourite caribou in Dubai! I always prefer caribou over any coffee shop because their coffee is always really good and is there service and ambiance!
What makes this caribou better is the fact that's it's 24/7, so one can always head here to catch up with late night work or even catch up with friends. This is also one of the bigger caribous and has ample space of their traditional comfortable seating. This joint also houses two conference rooms and a play pen for little kids!

All the servers are really friendly (shoutout to Joey for being so friendly in the WEE hours of the morning)

The best thing about this place is that its now open 24 hours they have seating upstairs and downstairs and also outdoor terrace like place. They have a variety of drinks both hot and cold. This american franchise have always been a favorite because the decor is cozy and service is welcoming and quick. My favorite drink is the tiramisu its a seasonal drink served cold and tortina chocolate. Parking is available and wifi is also available.

I went with my friends to Caribou Coffee located on Sheikh Zayed road. As i had no lunch, I decided to try some food items from the coffee shop.
I ordered the chicken caesar salad and chicken & cheese quiche along with a cup of cappuccino. The food tasted good and i enjoyed my selection. The coffee also tasted good but not too different from other coffee shops.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and had a smile on their faces whenever I interacted with them.
The location is good and they have a vast area for seating both inside, outside and on 1st floor. During winter weather it is great to sit outside but during strong winds it is advisable to sit inside.
Overall, I had a good experience and will be visiting them again.
Me & my friends wanted to meet up over Coffee and decided to head to Caribou Coffee.. This was my first time visiting this branch of Caribou and to my surprise its huge and has 2 levels of seating with outdoor seating as well.
As it was windy we preferred to sit inside on its cozy leather sofas but it took us sometime to find a table to us as it was crowded.
We ordered for Cappucino (hot) & fudgy wudgy chocolate snowdrift (cold)...
The fudgy wudgy chocolate snowdrift is a must try.. I wasn`t pretty sure about it when my friend ordered it as i am more of a Hot Coffee person but to my surprise it was amazing..
Caribou is one of my favorite coffee shop I've visit it first time in Uae 2009 at souk el bahar dubai Mall, until to date Im finding an outstanding quality and good staff working there.

This is a huge Caribou coffee. The ground floor and first fools seatings have a great view of the Sheikh Zayad Road. Ample of comfortable leather sofa seating and private meeting rooms. There is a number of outdoor seating available too.
The place is fairly clean, though they can do a better job of it.
A great place to meet up with friends and colleagues or for business meetings if you are in that area. Not to forget the great coffee that Caribou serves.
I don't really eat out much but when I visited this cafe my stomach screamed 'Yumm!' Sipping my Latte with a Oreo Cheesecake, which was heavenly to say the least, was the perfect way to spend a rare rainy afternoon in Dubai! Service was quick and smooth and the ambience was quite comfy and peaceful!
Tried this place on couple of times, Tried their campfire mocha .. the caramel high rise, hot choco and so on .. their cheesecakes are really good and portions are good too. I tend to prefer caribou to starbucks, I prefer their hot and cold beverages selections, specially the lil funky touch, marshallows in your mocha etc Their apple cheesecake is really good too.
Really enjoy this branch in particular, its always clean, the seating is comfy. wifi works without fail.
Hats off to the service, I always see the same guys/girls working and they are always smiling always polite and efficient, no waiting at all. I have witnessed a couple of very rude customers and very difficult ones, and they always kept their cool, Excellent !
I slightly prefer this caribou outlet to the adjoining competing coffee franchises (starbucks, tim hortons). Bakery items are on par but the food is slightly better. Had simit with kashkaval the other day which was wonderful and well above standard cafe fare. Would also recommend the mango/kaffir smoothie.
I always end up here if I am on szr mainly for the beautiful view of road with the gliterring lights and iconic buildings . I am an ardent fan of their blended mint chocolate, they make it so well! Whats better is that they sell the cheesecakes from cheesecake factory, so if you're having a "being fat day out" this is the place to be. Whats more to love are the quirky inspirational quotes they have plastered all over the place, right from the walls to the cutlery" love this cute little quaint place. #zomatosummer
One of my hot spot to sit and hang out.love the cappuccino and cafe late.Last week I tried coffee of the day and that was black coffee and i totally loved it.
Caribou is my all time favourite cafe. I always order the Mocha cooler . Rich and divine, I will choose this over any other coffee. I usually order the one with whipped cream, but this time I decided to skip the cream.
I would have given more rating but the mircowave was out of service for cleaning and could not be used since it was little late around 11 coz of which I could not take my double choc muffin :(
Had to go with choc oats cookie which also could not be warmed and I found it a little sticky.
My fav latte was perfect..no doubt.
Loved the seating and the coffee mug and just the time sitting there relaxing :)
One of my favourite coffee shops in Dubai. I love their campfire mocha and the high rise caramel. If you are a fan of some caramel or mocha in your coffee, these two coffees are a must try. Even their chocolate fudge brownies are delicious. But they aren't always available

Went for a informal meeting and was worth a place - No disturbance , Very Casual, free style seating inside and outside. In fact they have a First Floor seating also available. Not very Expensive. The Cookies are Delicious...
Can spend hours there without any hesitation for all ur friends and informal meetings. Smoking is allowed only outside.

One of my favorite coffee and croissant in one of the favorite location. Ordered a turtle mocha(cold) and a almond croissant .Perfectly blended coffee for the taste buds and croissant is soft and yummy. Must try in Caribou coffee .
