I had the blended turtle mocha and it was a touch overly sweet but still very nice. The staff was extremely courteous and the place felt inviting. I'll likely go back if I'm nearby.
I stopped by Caribou for a quick coffee take away. the service was fast and the team was very friendly. Coffee wasn't bad (better than Starbucks I would say) but nothing special. Nice place to sit down and work (or have meetings).
it was a perfect kickstart to the early morning with some hot cappuccino and Croissant . I had the cappuccino while my hubby had hot latte. The staff seemed cheerful and happy to greet us though we looked like the first ones to enter as we were there exactly on time of the opening hours. Croissants were super fresh and delicious every bite . For satiating the caffeine buds this was just perfect !
Their chocolate muffin and caffe frapucino always works for me and picks me up instantly on a rough day.i love relaxing on the couch for hours with friends after work . It is just worth it . Love the ambience and their taste of hot and cold latte
Usually coffee shops are overcrowded with people and eventually it gets chaotic to hold a conversation. This Caribou is located right at the main road of Motor City and has such good ambience that you can find a peaceful corner to hold a cup of coffee and conversation for long. Staff is good and quick with the service. Caribou always brews some great coffee. Their sandwiches too taste well. Seating is available outside too. Prices are competitive with similar range cafes. Parking though is a challenge at Motor City.

The coffee was good, I really liked the design of the take away cups and the tissues, all recycled.
Has natural light and comfortable tables with plugs.
One of my favorite coffee shops. I love their coffee and the food is ok too. The desserts are exceptional especially the Lotus cupcake.
Food and Drinks: tasty coffee and the taste is always consistent. I usually have the skinny late and I love it. The food is ok, the halloumi with dry tomatoes is good but the dry tomatoes are too salty and they overtake the taste. The Kashkaval smit is good. The deserts are a must try and the cupcakes are exceptional.
Service: the Baristas are all very nice and helpful. The place is always clean and no comments at all. The coffee station is always clean too.
Overall: one of my favorites, I’m there at least 4 times a week.

After Nescafe the very first Coffee i tried was Caribou Coffee. Though i have tried Starbucks and Costa Coffee. I personally would vote for Caribou Coffee. Starbucks and Costa have very very strong coffee flavour while Caribou has more subtle and calm taste but strong smell.
Snowdrift Cream Base which had Hot chocoalte with Cookie & Cream, Mint and Chocolate drizzled over.
Hot Chocolates my favourite which has again subtle taste. No over-powering of Chocolate taste but yet super creamy.
I love coming to the Motor City location. It’s a bit quieter than other locations, which is great because if you need to get some work done, you can sit here, enjoy a cup, and enjoy it. The seating arrangement is very comfy cozy, and the staff is very nice. I love the taste of their coffee too! It’s really good.
This is my second beat cafe in the area. You go inside take a seat and just indulge whith whatever you are doing. The coffee over there is ok. Nothing special though. The people over there are (staff) are friendly and they could recommend great drinks.
Comfy place, always good service...and yummy iced mocha!! I like their food choices too...especially their desserts (ah the praline bar 😍) ! From the savory food I would recommend their simit with kashkaval! 😁👍🏻
Used to go there regularly when I was studying. Quite area that helps to focus for long hours. Comfortable seats. Electricity plugs available for recharging laptops and phones. The people coming there also are busy working or studying which is encouraging. Very friendly staff
It gets crowded with people over the weekends for breakfast so it is not an ideal place to study there on a Friday morning
If you're looking for a quite place to come sit down and bring your laptop during the afternoon then come here. Service is good and coffee is not bad at all
I've always liked caribou it's unique ambience makes it an inviting place to spend time working or meeting with people.
The one problem I find with Caribou is that they are too lazy compared to competition they raise the white flag and decide to ignore the existence of Nero, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and Costa. How?
1 - the menu is the same menu since the first Caribou opened I don't know what's so scary in introducing new items to the menu just simple add new items to the menu why not?
2 - they have no offers with credit cards or discounts as if like they don't want to be in this game they choose to be blind as if like Starbucks needs offers but guys offers are for your customers and this is why Caribou will never be in the same league as Starbucks
3 - food and desserts are so expensive more expensive than Tim Hortons knowing that in Tim you get a freshly made sandwich for you, not unpacked and heated!

I don't usually write a review about a cafe , but I'm writing about Caribou Coffee because I think I underestimated this Cafe. I've been living in Motor City for the last 8 years and I was addicted to other cafes. But recently I started trying Caribou Coffee and I discovered how good everything here was.
The coffee is great not too strong and not just milk. I tried several sandwiches and they're all good especially the egg white sandwich and the holiday turkey sandwich. Ambience is very nice and the music they play is also nice. A very nice experience indeed
This is my go-to place whenever I need a good caffeine fix. The staff are all friendly and the whole vibe of the place is welcoming. The sandwhich and cake selections are good as well

Discovered this Caribou outlet when I was looking for a quiet place to hold a meeting in the area. I was very pleased to have found this outlet as it’s a perfect place to hold a meeting. The place was fairly quiet and offered a great ambience.
Caribou has interesting interiors as it reminds you of a chalet somewhere in the mountains, which is usually fitted with a fireplace. Heavy natural woods in darker tones, dark leather chairs, quite an interesting look and feel.
I had a simple Green Tea but they have an extensive beverage selection and a nice food selection too. The staff and service were great, very friendly and warm.
Caribou has always turned out some good coffee though not widespread in terms of outlets.
Nice spacious cafe in motorcity with friendly baristas who convicted me to go for a salted caramel cooler!
Sugar rush not complaining needed something sweet & cold 😀
Our weekend coffee stop.. I am usually non experimental with my coffee and stick to my all time favorite cappuccino but got carried away with the choices Caribou offers and tried the salted caramel budino... loved it. Haven't tried the food here yet but will definitely go for it soon.
My Daily Americano and the occasional Latte bring me to this place almost every day. For years it has bee my Office away from Office and I must say the recent renovation have clearly brightened the place up. The staff are fabulous as always and it's wonderful to start the day with the customer good morning cuppa.
Some of my weekends start here with a nice hot cafe mocha. Their options on cafe mocha are many which make the coffee experience something to look forward to. Have developed a liking to their causal seating which allows one to sip on a coffee sitting On a couch and relishing the decor which has an artificial fire place.
Their flavored mocha is worth a try.

There is alot of cofee places in Motor city but i like this one is its really quite and the cofee is what you edpect from a carbou cofee shop!
Our favorite place in the neighborhood for a cuppa warm coffee over a session of short chat and laughter. I always end up ordering one of my favorite Berry white mocha. It's so addictive and tasty. The ambience of the motor city outlet is ideal to work on your laptop too. The outside seating is excellent for a breezy autumn or winter evening.

Got here shortly after miday to try an catch breakfast however they had stopped servinf breakfast. They had the usual sandwiches pastries muffins on display. I was ravenous and usually wouldnt eat at a coffee joint simply because i am not a pastry sandwhich kind of girl. I ordereda turkey sandwhich on rye bread. It had turkey ham mozzarella and lettuce. It was ok a bit bland honestly nothing to write home about. My friend enjoyed her ham and cheese sandwich. The hot chocolate was amazing and cappacino just the right kind of strong. I find it a tad pricey but expected as coffee chains go. The ambience is amazing though lovely very homely.
Great ambience inside the shop nice and peaceful. Free wifi is always a plus. The desserts are a it dry and aren't as nice as it looks but the standard beverages are quite nice. Nice location for a quick coffee. Recommended you try it.

Caribou Coffee, where have you been all my life, I mean really, this place serves the best Mocha's I have ever tasted. There drinks are great. My go to drink is the Mocha and I probably have around 100 of them a year as well as others and the ones they serve here are heavenly. The coffee is smooth and blends perfectly with the hot chocolate. It sits somewhere between smooth Starbucks and strong Smokey costa. What sets Caribou apart though is that so far I've had 5 cups and all have been consistently good. The recommendation of the festive drink: Salt and caramel mocha was awesome and the syrup they drizzle over the top is sweet but it just adds the perfect extra dimension to the whipped cream which the other coffee houses don't offer. The desert and pastry selection is a little weak with a heavy emphasize on cheesecake which is fine but limits your options. Don't let that detract from the coffee, its top rate.
I'm ditching my Nespresso machine, Caribou here we come!

Nice and cozy environment. Classic good quality coffee of Caribou. Inside sitting is spacious. There is outside sitting with comfy chairs.
finding parking can be an issue as there are not many public parking spot around. You may try your chance with spinney parking and but something from Spinneys in return.

Generally, Caribou is my favourite coffee place... I like their coffee, the body, acidity balance, roast and size are perfect for me!
I am "black coffee" guy in general, so I don't usually order the other cold/ hot milk mixed drinks... but my wife likes it a lot... desserts and sandwiches are also good!
This shop in particular is nice, quite and not crowded, the outdoors tables are nice too...
I recommend it.

Many coffee shops are available to choose from in motor city, this one just so happens to be the one I'm currently enjoying the most. Caribou Coffee has plenty of drinks to try and they also have a good selection of desserts and lite bite sandwiches to choose from. They are some what lacking in variation when it comes to vegan and vegetarian options, the wholesome burger was the only thing I was able to try, it is without a doubt a great item to try.
I would recommend that they add at least one or two more vegan friendly items, one salad, one sandwich and one dessert as a bare minimum to the select menu items.
