The place looks really calm and has decent customer. While I was there I could see a lot of take ways ordered. Anyways, this place serves tandoori grilled platters which was amazing and delicious. Their mutton sheekh was awesome as it was spicy and melted like ice. The portion size is great too. The mixed platter had mutton sheek grilled chicken grilled chicken sheek kababs. The grilled potatoes were my favorite and had great flavors. Grilled Paneer was a hit too. They serve variety of rotis and customize the Roti as per the request, we asked for garlic cheese naan with chilies and more spices and they did a very good job and customized it as we want! They serve fresh dum biryani and l personally liked the flavors of the meat on the biryani. For the dessert we had gulab jamoon oh it was delish! The staff are very friendly and serves with care. We can say that this place was one of the best we tried in Dubai in terms of north indian food. Everything served was authentic & perfectly made. The place has an indoor & outdoor seating with a perfect view of the lake to enjoy. Coming to the food, we tried: 1. Veg Platter – every item on the platter (mushroom, paneer, potato, cauliflower) had unique taste and were made to perfection. 2. Gun Powder Potato – this was the highlight of the evening for us. A unique chaat made with fried potato & gun powder seasoning. The taste was perfectly balanced and we totally loved it. 3. Jaljeera & Lemon Mint Mojito – both these drinks were good and went well with the food served. We loved them both. 4. Paneer Dum Biryani – cooked & served in an authentic clay pot, hands down one of the perfect biryanis ever had. I am very picky in terms of biryani flavours since most the places donot serve good veg biryani.. but you will enjoy the Paneer Dum Biryani here as much as you enjoy the non veg ones. A Must try!! 5. Gulab Jamun & Brownie – we ended the lovely evening with garam gulab jamun & brownie from the restaurant. Loved them both but would go for brownie again. Paneer dish was just right for us with less cream and more gravy.. it was not heavy and we 3 could share it easily. <br/><br/>Roomali roti was soft and mix veg kulcha was light and tasted great with paneer. <br/><br/>We finished the meal with a dish of Indian style halwa which my kids loved. Went there on a hot sunny day, I was immediately served water which felt such a nice gesture by the staff😀.<br/>Ordered the chicken bhuna kathi roll, jaljeera, keema mattar, breads, fish tikka, moong dal halwa and gulab jamun.<br/>Every food item was good, but my fav were keema mattar and the halwa.<br/>Next time will be visiting in the evening so that i can enjoy the lake view too😊

Was craving for some good lip smacking Paneer tikka masala and some soft tasty naans..so thought to try out Tandoori Junction for its main course.Had tried this place in past for some snacks like Samosa and Vada pav last month, which were average.But had heard a lot for the tasty Indian main course food they serve here.so to begin with, Paneer tikka masala was wonderful! Loved every bite of it with the tender soft Garlic & Tandoori Roti’s.Paneer tikka masala had 3-4 big slices of Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) which were soft and fresh in taste. Loved the gravy, specially the rings of onion they had used in cooking as it was still so crispy and fresh.We also tried the desserts like Dal ka Halwa which was 5 on 5! Simply brilliant with an awesome taste of pure ghee!Gulab Jamun were good too but could be better in terms of taste.Will be definitely visiting Tandoori Junction to try some of their non-vegetarian food!My rating:4

If you are craving for Indian food in quiet area of JLT, then this is the place to satisfy your food cravings. Aptly located at Cluster F in JLT, this restaurant has a wide variety of Vegetarian and Non vegetarian dishes to choose from. They have both indoor and outdoor seating space with a beautiful view of the JLT lake.I had been there with a group of friends and we ordered a mix of veg and non veg dishes. For starters; the vegetarians called for Paneer Seekh Kebab and Tandoori Khumb and the non vegetarians called for Tandoori Fish Tikka. Kasturi Paneer was freshly marinated with Yoghurt; making it more softer and creamier and a hint of Mint in it. Tandoori Khumb was marinated Mushrooms with yoghurt and red chilli powder. I found this dish to be about average. The non vegetarians on our table relished their starter. We also called for refreshing drinks from their menu varying from ; Mango Lassi, Jal jeera and Orange juice. All the drinks just had the right amt of sugar. For main course we had the Subji Handi , Dal Makhani and the Paneer Tikka Masala Biryani. Our non vegetarian friends called for their share of non veg food and we shared a roti basket amongst our selves. The food was decent. However, the desserts were my top most favourite and we ended our meal with Moong Daal Halwa and Gulab Juman. Gulab Juman was very soft and melty. Moong Daal Halwa was delish. Overall the experience was good. Would definitely recommend to try !

Our food was delivered late and it wasn’t worth the wait at all. We have eaten from here before and it was always delicious but this was the most tasteless tandoori chicken I have had. Very very disappointed.<br/>Hope they work on their flavours.

The food was not value for money at all. The price for the dish is 35AED but restaurant is too stingy to provide the chicken and 90% of the dish is a bag of rice <br/>

Tried this 8 year old hidden gem in the JLT area,  where the restaurant serves some delicious dishes with a huge variety of indian delicacies starting from veg to non- veg.<br/><br/>Ordered As the name suggests, tandoor is the must so tired the tandoori tikka paneer, very delicious and portion size was good enough for the mentioned price. Hugged chunks of paneer marinated in the yogurt and tikka masala and grilled to perfection.<br/>Main Prawn Tikka Masala -Must try. Perfect lunch place with perfect tandoori platter<br/><br/>Had been to tandoori junction with couple of friends. The place looks really calm and has decent customer. While I was there I could see a lot of take ways ordered. Anyways, this place serves tandoori grilled platters which was amazing and delicious. Their mutton sheekh was awesome as it was spicy and melted like ice. <br/><br/>The portion size is great too. The mixed platter had mutton sheek grilled chicken grilled chicken sheek kababs. The grilled potatoes were my favorite and had great flavors. Grilled Paneer was a hit too.<br/><br/>They serve variety of rotis and customize the Roti as per the request, we asked for garlic cheese naan with chilies and more spices and they did a very good job and customized it as we want! <br/><br/>They serve fresh dum biryani and l personally liked the flavors of the meat on the biryani. Went with a group of friends and enjoyed the tasty array of food that was severed from the mixed tikka platter to the rogan ghosh and nan to the biriyanis. The water melon juice was fresh and sweet for this hot humid day and was a true pleasure, the jal jeera was just a burst of flavor. The mixed platter must trys are the mutton kabab and the aloo. They also have a verity of naans to choose and will customize if you require any to your liking. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The ambiance is clean neat and uncluttered.

I am trying 1 gravy dish everyday from tandoori junction from the past 3 days, and I am loving it. <br/>I tried the mushroom kadhai which was 5/5 and then methi Malai mutter which I will rate 4/5. But the gravy taste is awesome 😋. <br/>So what should I try next?. <br/>

Got delivery from TAndoori Junction and the contents were chicken Tikka Masala, chicken Tikka, dal, chicken Tikka biryani, garlic naan and roti. The chicken Tikka Masala was good and the roti was soft. The Tikka biryani was ok as I am not a fan of fried or grilled meat in biryani, it was just ok. The dal was good. Chicken Tikka was good. Overall a good experience.

Hi , this was for the first time that I had ordered from tandoor junction , I had ordered fish Tikka and 2 chapatis , I placed this order at 10 pm and my order was supposed to deliver maximum by 10.50 pm basis zomato timelines ...I waited till 10.50 ..and then kept on waiting ...when it turned 11.10 , I called up the manager in the hotel - he called up and told me that the driver is on the way and will reach in another 10 mins ..I kept on waiting ...I waited till 11.25 ...I called again to the hotel ...nobody picked up ..I called close to 5-6 times but nobody picked up my phone ...after that I called from my wife's phone ..nobody picked up again ...finally I told zomato that I wanna cancel my order and please refund my amount ..zomato told me that the restaurant is not picking up phone and hence they cannot cancel my order ...finally after waiting for my ore than 90 minutes for one fish Tika and 2 chapatis ..their driver knocked on my door at 11.40 ...I told the driver that I can't take the order as I had already done my dinner by then ..and asked him to refund the amount ..he said he can't do anytjhing and forced me to take the food ..I refused to do so..I told the driver to call his manager and make me talk to him ..this time the manager picked up . ..he started talking rudely with me and said he can't cancel the order and he can't do anything about late deliveries ..finally after a lot of heated debate , finally he agreed to cancel my order and refund the amount ...this is such a bad and harassing experience ....I recommend you not to even consider this place for any food item in future .

Ordered butter chicken and biryani rice. The butter chicken had 4 pieces of chicken literally, and biryani rice was just colored rice without taste. No gravy/sauce nothing! Overall experience was very poor and would never order again.

They arrive super late. The food is cold. Their butter chicken is not cooked well. And their driver does not call the customer to tell them they have arrived, but instead, after I’m calling and complaining, they say the driver gave the food to someone else. Will never order from here again.

Tried Tandoori Junction for the first time, ordered a a Pav Bhaji and Vada Pav. It's probably the worst Restaurant in JLT. They have the audacity to sell Pav Bhaji and sending Aloo Sabji instead of the Bhaji that's served with Pav Bhaji and claim it's fine. The food was pathetic in terms of taste, over priced and staff were rude too.<br/>Definitely would recommend to order elsewhere to avoid such an experience.

I wish there was less than 1 star, would have definitely given that for my last experience. Delivery was 2.5 hrs delayed, kept calling the restaurant and no one answered, later the restaurant confirmed that order is running late for no reason. As usual Zomato customer service was horrible. They kept sending me msgs saying we are on it and how Important every order is for them. Same replies without any resolution. Food arrived finally, The delivery boy wasn’t wearing gloves which is a big safety hazard given the current pandemic. Opened the bag, additional chicken pieces which was ordered separately with butter chicken was missing, rumali roti was burnt, ordered 2 naan bread and received only one. Shared the feedback right away with zomato, they couldn’t contact restaurant. I kept calling the restaurant but they never picked up. Next day called the restaurant and their manager on duty Rahul said he can’t do much about it. Summary please don’t order from this restaurant. I asked him to connect me with the owner, he then responded such issues happen and next time they will fix it. Khallas, no more ordering from this restaurant and zomato!

You can’t go wrong with the Bhukbox. They have tried everything possible to capture the experience of a dine in 3 course meal. Just the right portion size. Absolute value for money . Couldn’t hv asked any better

I definitely enjoy the food from here. 2/3 times delivery was on time but got very delayed the last time. Their chicken tikka masala is excellent(5/5) with roomali roti(4/5). The pav bhaji is also very tasty (4/5 - little more butter on the pav is the only thing missing). Pricing and service over call is average.

And Vada pao.<br/>The flavour was okay and it was a one try item for panner sabzi.. it can be improved.<br/>Vada pao was nice , the bun was soft and fresh, chutneys were good and with vada inside.<br/>Can try this restaurant in future.<br/>

Ordered from Tandoori junction for the first time. The delivery was quick. The paneer Tikka masala was not up to the mark. Tandoor grilled paneer should be used instead of normal cut paneer , while making tikka masala. Ordered from Tandoori Junction the other day. Awesome tasty food and quick delivery. The Restaurant Manager, called to check if everything was alright which was very nice. Would definitely order again and personally visit once the lockdown is over. Only suggestion: May be a little less oil in the food will do good for both those who eat and those who cook.

The matka dum Briyani is excellent and the Gulab jamun is to die for! The rolls, however, can be much better. The packaging of the Briyani and the whole set was very pleasing. The manager of the restaurant is actually doing an amazing job: friendly and delivers positive results. Thanks!

Pathetic ... The chicken which I ordered was not cooked properly. When I had the first bite it was really like having Kachha chicken. So bad it is. Can see the chicken flesh as it is and bloods in between.. NOT COOKED + NOT FRESH (Maybe feeling not fresh as it’s not cooked properly).. You will definitely get poisoned if you try these kind of stuffs.. Really need to notify the authorities of these irresponsible business.

We order Chicken tandoori and grilled chicken combo both was dry , hard and no taste from inside. At least tandoori restaurant should provide good quality of tandoori items. Worst chicken tandoori ever had in Dubai .Chicken was not fresh and not marinated properly.Even in grilled combo , chicken tikka was no taste. Only good thing was rice with combo.

I order chicken biryani and paneer makhani roll. Both items were of good taste (yummy actually) and delivery was received in less than the stated delivery time.

We had ordered food through Zomato delivery - the food was delivered after more than 80 mins after delivery. We had to chase the restaurant. The staff was so uncourteous and behaved rudely when we called for complaining. When we told them to cancel they said we can’t and speak to zomato and zomato said speak to restaurant overall extremely bad service. Will Never order from this restaurant.

Came across this restaurant through a friend and was pleasantly surprised , Indian food at its best pls try the assorted non-veg tikka the taste and the presentation is just amazing , also the DUM BIRYANI is by far the best i had tried in Dubai. Overall full scores to the staff and the team at the Tandoori Junction and not to forget the best view and ambience overlooking the lake. We recommend this place and also we have started to use their food delivery service which is always on time and the food delivered is piping hot , please keep up the good work.

We ordered daal makhni and panner tikka masala but food was really not up to mark. Daal was more salty and paneer tika it was not tika it look like normal paneer they put in sweet onion tomato gravy.

The food is not bad, but the delivery service is painfully slow. I ordered 3 times and every time the food took more that 1h15min to arrive.<br/>And every time I called they would say "your order is on the way, 15min more"<br/>Needless to say I will not be ordering again from this place, which is a shame because their food is good.

This is an Indian restaurant located in JLT cluster F parallel to the Sheikh Zayed Road. It's fairly easy to locate compared to other outlets in the JLT area. The seating space is not very huge inside. But they do have some seating outside which can be pretty good in nice weather. We order home delivery as well. The Non-Veg Kebab Platter is what we shared. It had chicken malai tikka, chicken and mutton seekh kebab, and chicken reshmi kebab. The kebabs, except for the malai one, were super spicy for me. I had also ordered Egg Roll which was a lot better. The Chaas was good as well and so was the service.<br/><br/>It's definitely a good to try place once. However, I do recommend that you ask for less spicy dishes.

Ordered for the chicken tikka combo. The chicken was a little uncooked with a really bad taste:( . We usually order from this place and its pretty decent but this one time I am extremely dissapointed.

When I placed the order had informed them to bring change for the food. However, as they didn't have change someone from the restaurant called me up and told me if it's fine that they will send the card machine.<br/>Extremely satisfied with this little gesture.
