The specially curated paneer chilli frankie, the mildly spicy veg frankie for the spice intolerant audience, the most innovative mini Vada Pav bites sped us all away to Amchi Mumbai like Aladdin's magic carpet and brought back pleasant memories from Mumbai's most visited food hotspots, Tibbs being one of them! As someone who stayed in Mumbai before moving to Dubai, Tibbs Frankie is one of my go to places. My favourite is their veg-cheese Frankie which is always consistently delicious.
A very small place in JLT. Food was tasty and creatively presented. We ordered Veg special and Tibbs veg special and paneer also. Frankie’s were freshly cooked. Very well cooked veggies and Frankies were well stuffed. Food was filling and tasting good as Spices were well blended. The combination of chutneys and veggies was good . We enjoyed a light meal which was good on tongue and stomach ..
This was the first time we ordered frankies ( had heard abt Tibbs for quite sometime though). Must say it was deftly worth it. The tawa paneer frankie was proper indian touch taste and chilly paneer was also perfectly made to the taste i had in mind:) Not sure wht average rating is 3.7, it deftly ought to be 4.5+ :) Deftly this is on my fav ones now:) in JLT...
A place that I love for their Frankies.... i have tried most of their non Veg rolls and almost all of them taste good - with some tangy taste and some spicy taste in between .
A combo is a disappointment- for the fries that they give . It looks to be frozen fries heated and delivered in small quantity. Combo is not worth because of the fries that might be a disappointment due to its small quantity and taste (frozen fries - fried) . But the rolls are good to go and is worth the money .

I ordered for chicken schzewan frankie with extra cheese and 1 chicken bhuna frankie with extra cheese , although the cheese was less as to my likings but it had a great frankie taste and made exactly like Mumbais lokhandwala frankie , it was huge to finish and was delivered in 15 mins was hot and fresh.very happy with overall experience, please people dont go by negative comments go by your own experience. Very satisfied and extremely happy. Yummylicious.

We tried some of their signature dishes, veg masala frankie, was very soft & flavourful. Bhuna chicken frankie, marinated tender chicken pieces wrapped in a soft roti was succulent were great to taste. Egg & Veg frankie with was my favourite with chopped onion along with eggs & veggies in the stuffing. All the Frankies are neatly wrapped in the famous packaging, it was lightly spiced as per my taste, generous filling and was really amazing in taste.
We also tried the tasty, hot & crunchy onion bhajiya, triangle pakoda and the miniature vada pav. I must admit i am a fan of their Vada Pav bites which is a must have for all parties, so convenient to eat, not very heavy like the normal vadapav and it tasted divine. All the snacks are a must try.
Very authentic & classly indian food stuff always top of mind for snacks including mughali & chinese made on special requests!!!! Simply food & delicious.

Very tasy food, just like home cooked with love.. All the dishes are to die for. My personal favourites are Haryali Poha (new on the menu), wada pav bites actually everything. MUST TRY, no one can eat just once 🤤🤤
Tibbs frankie is my personal favourite ...I had ordered egg biryani and vada paw bites once and all of guests just loved it...dahi ke Sholay not to forget was so delicious that my husband ate it all and I didn’t not get one bite of it to relish 😀 but later in many more occasions have tried it and it is super awesome...last but not the least Harleen and the entire staff is very friendly and polite and takes care of all your details to high quality taste...highly recommended for frankies and other snacks😍
Good place to have a quick bite, Ms Harleen is very friendly and treats you like her own family member, the service is prompt and fast, value for money, and quite hygienic place. Must recommended their Dahi Ke Sholey and Veg Frankie. Good in taste and not heavy on the stomach as well
I love this place. Everything I have eaten or ordered from Here has been mouth watering. Prompt service and the fact that food reaches u still hot is another add on. The Chinese food n breakfast items r to die for 😊
One of the best chole bhaturey and methi poori aloo I have ever had. We typically head to bikanervala when we crave for cholle bhaturey...but no more. TIBS frankie is the place if you want authentic chole bhaturey.....delhi style.

I ordered Tawa Paneer Frankie and Cheese Vada pao.
First, paneer Frankie was really nice..the stuffing inside the Frankie was flavourful and crusty..The Frankie was evenly cooked which was nice..
The vada pao is okay..
Would try this restaurant again for sure..
However the prices are bit too high.. anyways everything else was good.
A small place but good for Indian cuisine and Indian breakfast for weekends.
I love the Aloo sabji and Methi puri the most.

Tibbs Frankie is a unique roll that originated in India. The JLT branch delivers on the same great tastes you get in India. Simple recipes but delectable tastes. Best eaten in the restaurant straight from the kitchen to your plate. My personal favorite is the Chicken Frankie (this is the traditional and original Tibbs Frankie).
It was my frist visit and tried Classic Chicken Frankie. Taste was nice and the chicken was fresh. An economical small outlet in JLT for quick food.
Tried at last the famous dahi ke sholay and VIP vada pav its was awesome and plz try it out and Harleen mam and staff are the best people met ever in dubai restaurant until now..guys go visit the place for some awesome food in JLT...😘😘😘
I had Nutella Frankie today and I must say I just loved it. I was so delicious that I never eat more than one and today I eat two of them. Thank u Tibbs for an excellent and the most delicious meal.

Super fast delivery is why I ordered my evening snack from here. A good egg or chicken roll looks simple and easy to make but needs the right amount of spice and other ingredients which Tibbs masters in. Plus they deliver it so fast that you can order with them exactly when you're hungry.
They should add tea to their menu although. There are no hot beverages in the menu

Usually my favorite go to place in Mumbai back in the days. Tibbs Dubai outlets have been a bit of a mixed experience. Sometimes they make it well and really great however most of the times that is not the case. It is inconsistent in taste. A tad overpriced for a Frankie... Compared to cheaper Falafel sandwich options and similar wraps in the neighbourhood. If they price it right around the AED 10 mark instead of AED 17 for a roll of chapati and bhaji I guess we would want to buy it more frequently and perhaps even think of ordering 2 instead. AED 34 for 2 frankie is just not a good price I would pay. I rather get a wholesome satisfying Thali from many outlets around in JLT. I would still feel hungry after having 2 Frankies... Please make it more value for money than just a once in a while option.

One bite of the Frankie and I was in love. The crisp outer layer combined with the taste of egg and bhuna gosht with decent amount of spice was amazing. Compared to the usual kathi rolls I felt the roti/outer layer was thinnner and crispier which I enjoyed. We also tried the masala pav(4/5 - great option for vegetarians) and the chicken tikka fries(4.5/5). In terms of service and food the place is amazing. Ambience/interiors are average and serves its purpose for a quick Frankie attack. Definitely coming back when im in the area next.
For anyone n everyone who loves Mumbaiya food.. Tibbs Frankie JLT is your answer to all your cravings.. had their famous tawa chicken frankie n yummm masala pav.. absolute stunner.. perfect blend of masalas.. if you ever miss Mumbai.. give them a ring.. JLT Branch rocks

Tibbs Frankie is such a well know brand from India and knowing that there is a branch in JLT was just fascinating!
Tried out their Veg. Crunchy Schezwan Frankie. The roll was packed very well and was easy to eat. It was very saucy but wasn’t as crunchy as expected. Next was the Vada Pav which was a typical Mumbai style treat. Finally had the Paneer Peri Peri fries which were decorated very cutely and also tasted yum! (P.S. these fries also have mustard sauce on them, so if you don’t like it, do inform the staff accordingly)
Overall the place is a good visit if you’re in the area and like Frankie’s.

It had been a very long time since I last ordered from them. Safe to say, the taste and quality has still been maintained.
We started off with with their pakoda and vada pav. The pakodas were crispy and delicious. We couldn't stop munching on them.
Vada pav - The vada and chutney flavors were delicious. I only wish the buns were made fresh as well. It would enhance the taste for sure.
Sweet lime soda - I swear this one took me back to India. Not many restaurants in Dubai, serve lime soda like this. It was very refreshing and perfect to cool you down in this heat.
Non veg tibbs Frankie special - Brilliant spice flavors and mayonnaise, made this a delicious Frankie. It's not too spicy, very saucy though 😂 it was a never ending role. They have one for the vegetarians as well. So do try this one out!
The price is also worth the quantity being served.
Vegetarians are in for a treat as well, as they serve rolls with soya as well, and it won't disappoint.

The interiors are a bit tiny. Since it's in JLT, and is a highly delivery eccentric location, finding a table may not be as difficult.

So, I had to delete my previous review of 1, just because of food. Food is the only thing that binds minds. Funny enough that my earlier review of 1 was based on my anger for Zomato. They are the worst. But the outlets need to be given a chance.
So apart from my hate towards zomato - that I really despise as a food entity - I went to the tibbs establishment directly and ordered for food worth aed 150 no knowing how it would taste, although the owner did call up the next day to apologize for the delay in delivery. So regardless, I didn’t call mrs. Harleen and I went and ordered. The lovely soul after hearing I had ordered and paid gave me a refreshing lemon soda drink. A much needed one.
I got almost everything there was in the menu because it was due and I had that craving. About 6 Frankies. Needless to say the family was happy and content.
The quality sticks with the age old tibb pajis legacy. Well respected and well made. U get what you order. The taste is what u ask for. I could no have been more content in what I ordered. Funny enough I had half a shezwan frankie the night I got it and the next day it tasted even better.
Sometimes people - like me - out of anger to the service like Zomato just blurt our bad reviews. But I did realize that food is a way to connect the soul of love towards what we miss the most. So what if Zomato is the worst, go there and try the outlets food out, like I did. Give it the chance. Because it’s not their fault at times. The gems like tibbs are waiting to be explored. Although less delivery guys and slightly longer delivery times. The food will define what the place stands for. A taste of Mumbai for the expats living In Dubai.
Thank you for a wonderful meal. And I am going to come for more. I want to show people this little Mumbai gem that’s there in JLT.

Had a great potato classic veg frankie. As per my taste they made it exactly that way with more green chillies & more frankie masala & a little crispy. The server did it all very smilingly & was perfect. In place of 1 i had 2same frankies. The combo was worth it with 1 aerated drink & a small pack of chips. Definitely a must go & try.
We 8 friends had gone for lunch. We had a great time. Harleen the owner was very friendly & helpful. Very good service as well. She has many options for vegetarian as well & a good menu. Nimbu paani, jaljira etc good drinks option. Will definitely go again & will recommend friends & family to go as well.
We dined in to some sumptuous and juicy frankies. I must say the rolls would stand up to some of the best in town. We particularly liked their Bhuna Chicken frankie. The service is quick and the bill does not leave a hole in your pocket.
Recent tried this popular frankie place out in JLT.
They've got a decent amount of seating area. And also serve more than just frankies. Below are what I tried out:
1. Lime Soda: Was pretty refreshing. Balanced flavor and a good portion.
2. Bhuna Chicken Frankie: Loved the flavor in this frankie.It wasn't very oily either. Had a good amount of filling as well.
3. Tawa Paneer Frankie: This was a little disappointing because the frankie lacked flavor and was a bit bland.
4. Schezwan Chicken Club: The schezwan chicken club was pretty nice and flavorful as well.
5. Vada Pav Bites: Bite sided vada pavs. The usual. I liked the fact that it wasn't oily.
Overall, a good place to grab a quick bite. Decently priced with generous portions.
The bhuna chicken frankie was one of the best frankies I have had in uae.The tawa paneer frankie was a little bland.i loved the chicken schezuan club sandwich and it was very filling.The vada pao bites were very tasty but if you are looking for something new I would not recommend this.
Had a problem with my order yesterday but a really kind lady from the restaurant called up and made sure to make it up to me with some free vada pav and fresh lime soda 😁😁 excellent customer service.

Went to Dubai on a vacation last month. Just the right place when you get that craving for Indian food. Franky is one of the most popular street food in Mumbai and tibbs frankie is the best place to satisfy your crave for that Indian street food in Dubai. Pocket friendly, tasty and the quality is up to the mark.
Been to the place when i was travelling to Dubai from India, great food great ambiance, more over the owner herself is Indian so loved the hospitality.

Tried the Tibbs Frankie at JLT outlet, the preparation was superb. All items were well prepared. The mini wada pav preparation is classy and innovative dish included by the franchisee. A must visit place.
Went thru its menu an was nostalgic. I remembered my days in Mumbai at Churchgate station and Shivaji park.
I ordered my fav veg Frankie and had no regrets. Also ordered chicken tikka fries which was French fries with chicken tikka with chopped tomatoes capsicum and mixes with series of sauces.... which good in taste and filling too....
I hope to visit personally To try my other favourites too...
