Ensō is a fast-casual concept where you can choose your own poké adventure. Committed to serving fresh-daily ingredients, they offer buildable bowls of poké and sushi burritos, perfect for lighting up your taste buds.
We don't even remember since we had so much fun eating healthy food.
We started off with our own customized Poke Bowl with our choice of sauces, veggies, toppings and smoked salmon. They we tried their Focaccia Pastrami Brisket (Sandwich). It was a Home-made focaccia sandwich with 12 hours of slow cooking pastrami brisket, mixed with japanese mayo and in-house fermented red cabbage. We were amazed by the fact that it had simple ingredients yet it was bursting with flavours.
Till now we loved everything we tried and we got our selves Beef Burrito and as good as it looks it even tasted better.
We highly recommend you guys to try this place out and decide for your self.
Our first visit was just so good that we know we’ll be back pretty much often for the quality of food they serve. Not much of a healthy person to be honest but what they offered us were really something that makes me wanna start eating healthy. Great attitude and passion from the chef which reflects on the food. Love their kombucha too! 👌🏻
If you are a fan of sushi, poke and other healthy food, then you will love this place. I absolutely loved the ambience of the eatery and the food was good as well.
The staffs were really friendly and helped me choose the best one on the menu. The thing which impressed me is that the entire menu is made with good quality homemade ingredients. My favourites were Sushi Buritto, kombucha, and spring rolls.
Visited Enso without having any high expectations, but was pleasantly surprised at how amazing all their food was.
They staff were really friendly and suggested us some of their best offerings.
We had a customized Poke Bowl, Focaccia sandwich with slow-cooked Brisket and Salmon with Soba Noodles.
Their entire menu is dairy-free, and made majorly using good quality, house-made ingredients.
Really impressed by all their food and it’s a must if you’re looking for a place serving good healthy food that actually tastes amazing!

Them all. The sauces are to Die for! I can have it everyday and not get bored. If you haven’t had their burritos yet you are missing out! I got so tired of the food scene in dubai where everything bloats me and makes me feel heavy. This is so clean and delicious.

While looking for healthy food options, we thought of exploring this place. As parking is never as issue with food outlets at Executive towers, we went ahead to check it out. Their seating is very comfortable and the place has positive vibes.
It was our first time with poke bowls and it impressed us immensely. I know we are going to be regular here. We opted for custom poke bowl as we wanted to play safe. It turned out to be great! One can also try there signature bowls, if you know what you are getting into. Poke bowl gives you a lot of option to choose from and would highly recommend it. Its a perfect healthy meal.
Would surely come back again to try different options.
My new favorite place for poke :) I loved their special cherry blossom rice with the fresh toppings. Their shrimp and vegetable tempura was also excellent and not oily but crisp and on point.
The shop itself is airy and bright and the staff cherry and efficient.
The food here is fresh and delicious. We highly recommend the build your own poke bowls. We really enjoyed the food. Lots of choice and variety. The cafe itself is spacious and has a nice atmosphere. The staff are very polite too and have excellent service.
My first time trying Sushi Burritos! Now I finally found a place to have these two delicious dishes in one bite.
Parking is easily available so you can enjoy and dine in with no hurry.
We custom made both the Poke Bowl and Sushi Burrito.
In case you aren't sure, you can order off their menu cause their menu items are great too however, risk it and make one like I did. It was worth it!
I find this always fresh, friendly and quite filling as well! With Zomato Gold it also becomes greater value for money.
And did I mention ‘tasty’?!
I found a hidden Gem in Business Bay - Was Looking for healthier option n obviously something tasty 😋 . I loved the entire concept here , their interiors , food the staff all is perfect. I didn’t wanted to experiment on customizing it so I went with their originals Shrimp Poke and Grilled Chicken Burrito and it turned out perfect. Would definitely try their other combinations
Clean and cozy outlet, with a Zen atmosphere. The decor has been carefully thought. You immediately feel relaxed. The staff is absolutely friendly. One of the most yummy poke I have ever had. And I had a LOT as it's my new obsession. The tuna and salmon sashimi are absolutely fresh. The rice is not steaky as all the other items, which are replaced regularly. First time that I found sauces which are full of taste without being unnecessary full of salt and filled with soya.
So, my wife and I decided to try out Enso this evening and see how it compares to other Poke Bowl places in Dubai. To my surprise, I was actually very impressed with the whole experience. From the fresh quality of the food, nice atmosphere, light within the shop and the very sweet Holly who served us.
The variety of selection, quality of the food items and the creation of the bowl with some truly tasty sauces to choose from I believe justifies the price point you pay for Enzo.
Thank you for a lovely experience and rewarding loyalty program which I am sure we will return again soon - this time to try the burrito sushi wrap :-)

I live in Executive Towers and have been visiting Enso with my 5 year old daughter since their opening. 3 things stand out to me:
1. The quality of ingredients (hence the taste) coupled with the evolution of the menu over time (eg bento box for lunch). Their home made sauces (Basel smash, Fresh Ponzo) are unique compared to other Poke restaurants, they are generous in their portion sizes (eg pine nuts - which is expensive) and their signature rice is also unique.
2. The staff who are so pleasant and will go the extra mile to make you feel at home - they engage with my daughter really well and also make great recommendations inline with your preferences. Holly stands out in this regard. Then, there is the owner - Sara - who gives you your space but also checks in to see if everything is fine. Given that we have been going from day 1, the staff and my daughter have developed a close bond !
3. The interiors - it feel like home - cozy and the staff never rush you
I have never done a take out service but will be back this weekend with my daughter - it’s become a weekly ritual for us.
I visited Enso today, simply exquisite. I created my own poke bowl. What is tempting is that you can choose from a variety of options. I choose quinoa avocado with salmon, cucumber, beetroot, with pickled ginger in addition to the variety of sauces. Cozy ambience, friendly staff and yummy healthy food.
Food delivery is very fast.
Surprised that Enso doesn’t have a higher rating. The make your own poke bowl was one of the best I’ve ever had. The salmon was really fresh, the quinoa and avocado base was superb. The add ins were nice and generous. The citrus sauce was delicious and didn’t seem to be too heavy on calories. The small size was extremely filling. 5 stars all the way. Oh and the staff were very nice too.
Okay wow! I never thought a Poke bowl could taste this good, I reordered a small sushi burrito right after to taste it and it was also excellent..
Food is refreshingly cool for the summer heat. Staff are friendly & informative about choosing the correct combination. I had the noodle/rice with chicken/shrimp , pomegranate/gherkins with garlic /onion flakes. The dressing was mild spicy. Which is good. Maybe a sesame dressing would have been better. (Not sure if they do a sessme)
Delicious, i have always craved sushi burritos which I saw pics of online. Never knew we had an outlet in Dubai that provides it! Very fresh, doesn’t stick of seafood scent, delivery was quick. I loved it!!!
I loved it. The ingredients were fresh the taste was great, very savory.
I would defined recommend if you want something healthy and filling.
I have a new dinner addiction! Was stuck on POKE Bowls for the past nights but I just ventured into trying the sushi burritos at Enso! Such a great concept, affordable and healthy! Have been ordering a build my own but will surely try your own signature burritos! Much love

As most of you knows, we love poke bowls. So we went to Bay Avenue and checked out a hidden slick poke bar.
The ambience is a beauty and very relaxing. That “zen” vibe captured our minds. It is like inside a meditation room with chill music, very relaxing space.
So we ordered our Poke bowl and Sushi Burrito, we took tuna and as our protein, we must commend Enso for serving unpreserved toppings, so fresh! You’ll know what we are talking about when you visit them. 👌🏻
Their beetroot fresh juice is a stand out too.
Overall this is a place for poke lovers where you feel comfy, relaxed and where you eat guilt free, fresh and delectable poke bowls. Their sauces were over the top too.
I cannot miss to mention their staff, the loveliest! They are all sweethearts. We also met the owner Sara, a very nice woman who never gets tired of answering our questions about the food and the restaurant. Thank you Sara!

Delicious, healthy and fresh. Lovely staff. I'm a regular here and would reccomend it to anyone who enjoys Japanese food with a modern twist.
Lovely little poke bar, beautiful interiors and friendly staff. You build your own poke bowl with super fresh ingredients (they go out of their way to give you the freshest when possible I.e my tofu was freshly grilled inside the kitchen). The portions are generous, and requests for ‘a bit more’ are met with a super friendly yes, of course. Usually, portions are carefully measured and an extra spoonful of avocado comes with an extra exorbitant charge. The sauces are delicious - namely the wasabi mayo with almond crunch. The variety is also great. The prices may seem a bit steep, but are on par with other poke bowl places, and there are no charges for ‘extras’. Outdoor seating would be great though!
The ambience is modern/minimalist. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They’re very knowledgeable when it comes to the food - Lorri & Valentine are amazing! The ingredients are all fresh. You have to try the signature cherry blossom rice IT IS UNBELIEVABLE.

We’re at the farmers market every Friday so we finally decided to check Enso out after a few weeks of walking by it. Lucky that it offered the 1+1 Zomato Gold deal when we checked! Didn’t expect that. 60 is a bit on the pricey side for a poke bowl, but with the deal it was super worth it.
My friend got the grilled tofu on sushi rice with spicy sesame sauce (she’s on a strict vegan and gluten free diet due to her intolerances), plus edamame, avo, carrots, fried lotus chips, etc. She loved it!
I got salmon on sushi rice with spicy sesame sauce as well, plus a drizzle of wasabi mayo on top of everything (mango, avo, sweet potato, cucumber, kimchi, asparagus, seaweed, fried shallots). I loved mine a lot but the sauce was a bit too tangy for me. Will try a different sauce next time.
Love poke bowls because of the customization. Great quality ingredients. Check Enso out!

Clearly one of the best place for Sushi. I really loved this place. If you're look for something authentic in Asian cuisine then this place should be your first priority.
The prices are pretty reasonable snd and they even have zomato GOLD which makes it real amazing.
Their customized sushi is the best part of this place.

The place is in the business bay executive area which is very busy and offers good healthy options for foodies and this is an addition. The concept is simple u can either do self service and get things from the bar which is better or you can order from the menu. I ordered the middle proportion I found the size great and the bar is generous with options like avocado to pick from and almonds which are normally charged extra In other places but it is all included in the price. They would win if they had outdoor seatings but the ambiance of the place is really positive with the plants and the Japanese style seating and the staff and the Lebanese manager is friendly and doing their best. I think everyone should encourage this new niche place:) the salmon is so fresh and really good quality and their juices are great especially the ginger apple:)
It has been a while since I have had such great sushi burrito in Dubai. Enso is a must for all those who are looking for a simple and mouthwatering meal. Great value for money too. Keep it up Enso!

I had the Spicy Salmon Burrito; super fresh, and flavorful. The textures and flavors all work well together.
The staff are delightful, and service was fast.
Overall, definitelt worth another visit to try our the other menu options.

Have gone to this place a few times now - for lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, fresh and quick - ideal for lunch on a working day.

We were here last week to try few of their signature dishes.Enso is located at Bay Avenue,Business Bay.I really liked the relaxing and soothing ambiance of this place.
We highly recommend their Chicken Miso Wrap,Eggplant Confit & Focaccia pastrami brisket.These are the must tries at Enso.Their brisket sandwich was my favorite.Whereas my partner loved their Eggplant Confit.We also tried their chicken & shrimp poke bowl.It was yummy and is bowl of all goodness.A complete meal i must say.
If you are in mood to indulge some healthy yet delicious good food or poke bowls,I recommend Enso.
