When we asked she said: oh sorry repeat your order because I lost it. I asked for runny eggs and god hard boiled eggs that was dry and disgusting. We shouldn’t even pay for this. The manager kicked us out of the restaurant, rudely and angrily informed us to leave the place because there are reservations, which we are not informed upon arrival at the venue. He blame shifts to the staff citing we are well informed by the procedure. He did not give us solutions or proper way to communicate the mistake and handle it.

Really had an excellent experience in this restaurant!! Just upon entering, I already felt that they are prioritizing their customers’ safety as they asked me to sanitize my hands and their crew checked my temperature. Table was already reserved as customers need to book in advance which is very convenient. All my orders were served just in time. Food is really good, as always! I can’t help but also notice how dedicated the team here in Business Bay as you can see each of them providing outstanding customer service, not only to me but for all their customers as well. I would also like to commend specifically Jun for the great service! This restaurant is superb!! Will surely come back. This is the kind of food, ambience, and customer service I am looking for. It has come with bone and you immediately feel the difference in the texture, in the taste...it’s just not the same. I know supplier changed but hopefully they’ll go back to the old supplier. Looking for a fresh take in your international food cuisine? Circle is the place to be. The ambience was so cozy and relaxing. The interior was very eclectic and modern . You can dine too outside. I especially enjoyed the cesar salad with chicken- a healthy treat for those on a diet. Boneless chicken was one of my favorites. The chicken’s tenderness matched with brown rice was such great combo paired with their refreshing and healthy Go Green. You can try a variety of pasta, salad, sandwiches, and even desserts from their menu. Plus with the added safety precaution inside their restaurant, you are sure that when you dine in, the food is fresh, safe and hygienically prepared. I would also like to commend Diane, one of the staff because she’s great at what she does, very accomodating, jolly, and professional. She recommends and explain fully what’s in the menu well. I was a regular consumer before covid 19 crisis and when they reopen our favorite restaurant, we decided with my friends to come back, unfortunately : They changed the ingredients of their menu .. Their meals are not the same I will not come back and I don't advise anyone to waste his money. The Greek yogurt is not anymore Greek just a low cost one.... The beetroot avocado the color is purple the taste forget about.... Unfortunately what was doing the success of this restaurant left.... I hope they will take in consideration our comments and the restaurant will be back at the previous status. Concerning the services is still good and their staff is still friendly

I am absolutely disappointed by the way this restaurant is dealing with their clients/ disrespectful and zero manners. Hire someone professional at least for the minimum requirement- to be able to communicate with clients on basic level..... My order has been delivered in the wrong address even tho it was proved the address given by me is the correct one.At the end of the day they were happy to cancel my order, calming that delivery guy wasn't able to find the location - Which is BURJ KHALIFA Itself!!!! - ridiculous....and the funniest part is that they don't even assume the responsibility not to repeat such kind of stories ALL OVER again (not to mention second time is happening) . I will make sure that my review will go on ALL POSSIBLE PORTALS as this is unacceptable if you claim that you are able to deliver in 30 mins and u leave me hanging without a call or notification after money has been paid.

We had a terrible experience in bay square 21st may. French toast was barely cooked. The waffles were soggy and not edible. The pancakes was like something bought in.The coffee was like warm milk. Ye took cheesy toast off the menu!!! When I complained we were not offered a new dish or apologised to. What a horrible experience today :( We frequent this place because of the service and today it was a shock to witness it decline tremendously. There was a 45 minute wait for a plate to be served! Out of 12 tables inside (one of which is our table) , 5 of the tables complained of very poor service and few left just out of frustration (us included). It is hard to think that they are this busy EVERY week and still it feels they dont know what to do. I mean it should be clockwork. The menu is the same, the no. Of tables the same, so why cant they get the service right? It was absolute disaster and quite frankly embarassing as we have highly recommended this place to many friends. Get it together guys otherwise you will be same as your neighbor's in business bay - completely empty .

Great place for "All You Can Eay" all day breakfast Fri-Sat but unfortunately they are unable to separate egg whites as they are too busy for my guest with allergies!! We spoke to the manager and was disappointed as he was reluctant to help or offer something else, even when we offered to wait extra time.

Order chicken avocado sandwich from another app and added mozzarella cheese as noted in the add on section. When the food arrive, I realized that the add-on was frozen shredded mozzarella cheese, well I already have that in my fridge why would I bother ordering this from a restaurant! And when I called to complain, they told me “we can’t do anything about it because that is what you ordered”. Actually what I ordered and as noted in the add on section was mozzarella cheese, nothing mentioned about frozen or even shredded cheese!!

While Circle Cafe is amongst our absolute favourites in the city for breakfast, we went back when we realised they served the Beyond Burger. Unfortunately, the bread was just so bad that it made the burger an utter disappointment. Amit Mehta had tried the same earlier at a cafe in Deira and thus could corroborate that Circle's version was sub par. Most underwhelming was the staff's attitude of handling the feedback when shared.

Went to circle cafe for the all you can eat breakfast for AED 55. All i can say is that wow, was it impressive. Had the goat cheese and caramelised onion omelet (was absolutely delicious and had to end up ordering a 2nd one). Also ordered the french toast with butterscotch and banana (amazing), mexican fried eggs (not a fan), shakshouka (tasty but was my first time having it so dont have any comparisons), croque madam (delicious), powerbowl (the orange pieces with the dark chocolate was yummers), the super breakfast bowl (quite tasty but nothing to write home about), avo and beetroot hummus (quite tasty), egg and sausage burger (pretty tasty). Overall service was phenominal and the food was right up there. Swag score 9/10

I always promoted the freshness of their products and salads, my best salad was the chicken Mexican , unfortunately quality dropped suddenly , instead of home made guacamole and a mix of fresh spicy tomato, they started using Mexican can dip in jars you can buy from the market . The falafel is fried in an overused oil and the sides looks like left overs from the night before (tomato). They promised to do better next time, its a shame i really liked this place and used to eat in media city branch and always get delivered home from other branches in town.

We went for the open breakfast on Friday to the bay square outlet and upon arrival we were greeted by their amazing staff. The breakfast formula includes an endless variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. We ordered a wide collection off the menu and got the order within a few minutes, even though the place was pretty packed. The service was just impeccable, so was the taste. A truly enjoyable breakfast to start the day with. Prices are quite reasonable the breakfast formula costs AED 55 only. Such a sweet deal. I’ll definitely stop by more often.

We have ordered from Circle Cafe quite a bit recently - look at our Zomato order history!! Love this place for a healthy lunch - our fav is the Goat Cheese salad with caramelized pecans! They deliver very quickly, the food is always fresh and they generally have discounts on Zomato - winner!

AED 55 for unlimited servings from the breakfast menu We went here in December to celebrate two of our friend’s birthdays, the food was delicious for egg lovers. The pink hummus with avocado on toast (ask them to add fried runny eggs on top to make it better) was an absolute delight! Other must haves - french toast with banana scotch syrup, Mexican eggs, fluffy pancakes with maple syrup and the POWERBALL BOWL!! 😍 They did have have any festive decor though for Christmas to give the festive vibe. Otherwise, a worthy breakfast meal! Thank you Matilda for your service, throughout our presence at the cafe :)

It’s located in bay square .. which is a quiet and not so crowded part of business bay. Our server Lito was friendly and professional. We ordered the chicken skewers which was quite juicy and served with saffron rice. The endamame beans were nice and hot. Didn’t quite like the peri peri chicken as it tasted more like herb chicken served with peri peri sauce separately, it was dry as well. It’s a nice place that serves fresh food and they have an all u can eat promotion on the weekend breakfast as well.

We tried the ‘ All you can eat breakfast’ and were pleasantly surprised. Great food, no bull, and outstanding service. The place offers a great spread at a great value for money. Would highly recommend the place.

- was here for breakfast on a weekend - had the 'mexican breakfast' which included eggs, avocados, beans, cheese, bread and couple of more things. This dish is on the special breakfast menu - free parking (for 2 hours) at bay parking - they have an 'all you can eat' breakfast on weekends which seems to be very popular - nice comfortable decor and friendly service recommend this place

Stepped in for some dessert and coffee after dinner. Ordered for the four layer chocolate cake and the salted caramel and chocolate cake also some pancakes and coffee. The cakes and pancakes tasted well. They are also well known for their lazy cake.

We just had the All You Can Eat brunch deal (55AED for unlimited breakfast dishes and coffee). It was so delicious and fantastic value for money. We had goats cheese omelet, avocado on toast, shakshouka, pancakes, French toast - two coffees and two teas. The staff are super friendly and attentive and it’s all in all a great way to spend a weekend morning. The offer runs Friday and Saturdays from 8am to 5pm.
