It has a casual vibe which suits perfectly for the eat and run concept in these times where everyone is on the run with their working lifestyles. The seating arrangement is really comfy and even has bar stool options for when you have your solo visits to enjoy the view and munch on a Piada or two. They have three outlets in Dubai and we dined in the World Trade Center branch. Bite Board The morning started with a BANG by having an assortment of amazing cakes placed on our tables to munch on while listening to the back story on how the Piada (Italian Flatbread) were introduced in Romagna, Italy. They were originally sold in kiosks by the beach which kept bringing all the customers back to keep enjoying the variety of flatbreads that are mainly prepared with burrata, cheese, fresh vegetables, and some olive oil. The cakes initially served to us were APPLE CAKE and TENERINA CHOCOLATE CAKE. The chocolate cake was concocted specially for a queen in Italy. We being chocoholics ABSOLUTELY LOVED the flavor of the cake as it had the right balance of sweetness and a crispy base which made it all the more delicious and just the perfect dessert for us. We ordered a latte and it was just the right drink to go along with the desserts. Moving on we had a live demo of the Chef making the dough for Piada. We were shown the ingredients that go into preparing the dough. Once the dough is made it needs to be rested for 48 hours before making some yummy piadas with it. Next best part, we got to MAKE OUR OWN PIADA and customize it with our favorite toppings to go. We had a fun experience trying to come out with a yummy flatbread. In order to make your own flatbread, the dough needs to be weighed to 115 grams and cooked until golden brown on both sides, then you get to customize it with the ingredients of your choice and finally grill the sandwich for two minutes. Voila, and your PIADA IS READY TO BE DEVOURED!!! We made ours using some beef salami, smoked turkey breast, mozzarella, cream cheese, and grilled capsicum. The sandwich was filling and light on our stomachs, so need we say more!!! Isn’t that the best part where you can gobble on delicious food and not feel that heaviness after?? So, now you know where to get your NEXT BITE from if you are in the area. Next up, we ordered a Green Detox drink to have along with our sandwich and it was quite refreshing. Marvellous tasting penne with smoked salmon with white sauce was my order. The additional sliced avocados were wonderful. <br/>Packaging was very nice and professional. Delivery was on time. <br/>Price was slightly high but justified considering the A vlass taste.

I really enjoyed Piada flatbreads. My favorite was the salmon and avocado flatbread. Perfect combination with the smoked salmon and fresh avocado. <br/>Also the piadera with burrata was very tasty. I would definitely order again.

Piadera is basically an Italian restaurant serving some delicious tradition dishes. Ambience had a feel of vintage Italian cafe. Its a fairly small restaurant.<br/><br/>We tried burrata and few juices. Loved it all. Service is very good. Staff are all well dressed and very polite.

Went during my lunch break to Piadera. <br/><br/>The staff are welcoming and friendly and there is a small seating area inside. <br/><br/>I got a quinoa salad. It was a filling and very rich salad however it needed more sauce as it felt a bit dry. <br/><br/>Overall, this place is great for a quick and healthy lunch. <br/>

On a search to eat something in the trade Centre area, I stumbled upon this cute little place. <br/><br/>Piadera sounded something really new and interesting, ordered the Caprese and since vegetable lasagne was not available, ordered the pesto (in white sauce)<br/><br/>The Caprese was absolutely delicious - I loved the pesto sauce and the mozzarella (which was surprisingly homemade!). Its definitely a must have if you need something vegetarian.<br/><br/>The pasta was average - felt it was not properly cooked and had was served with very little white sauce - this should definitely improve as it's supposed to be known for its Italian dishes! Friendly and cooperative staff.

Amazing coffee and lovely staff. I love 2 coffee options - cappuccino with hazelnut and caramel. They serve it at the right temperature always. Have also had lunch at this place and never disappointed.

A very pleasant eatery. I like their Piadina selection and possibilities to add extra filling (an option that has reverently been added) or to create your own dish. The major drawback of this outlet is the parking, which can be a costly exercise of you plan to sit at the restaurant for long. Paid Parking is provided by the Trade Centre and the restaurant does not offer a ticket validation service. Other than that, a good quality restaurant

Quick to serve, decent price food mostly Italian.. food quality can be a bit better but quantity is good.<br/>We took a salmon salad with chicken truffle pasta.<br/>We had to ask for bread and oil which was a bit disturbing as you expect it to be given automatically.<br/>However the pasta was nice and creamy and the truffle added good flavour. They have nice juices at 10 dhms.<br/>Good quick food. However if you want authentic Italian this will not what I will choose.

Piadera is my regular lunch time go-to during office hours. You can always can count on that their food is freshly prepared and great tasting. I've tried all sorts of dishes, from make-your-own salads and flat breads to arrabiata/pesto pasta as well as vegetable lasagne. Plus they have an all-inspiring cute Italian decor. And all this is very reasonably priced!

Great location, close to my workplace, awesome Italian taste with moderate prices. No special discounts or offers for regular goers though. It would be so cool, if I can place an order online while commuting and collect the food on the way to work. That'll be a bliss!

It was my first time today to order online. I decided to order the Dubai's Favourite Arabica Flatbread, Lemon & Mint with Cucumber juice and an Apple Cake.<br/><br/>I can truly say that i enjoyed having all of them. The filling in the flatbread was very enjoyable. The mixture is just perfect. The juice was very fresh and i did not expect to receive it in a bigger bottle than what i had in mind. On the other hand, the apple cake was truly homemade. The sweetness was perfect too with the taste of fresh apples.<br/><br/>I will definitely order again, try the dine in and recommend you to my family and friends.<br/>Truly worth the spend for the quality you will get and the speedy delivery in 30 minutes i got.

An accidental visit since I was in Trade Centre, I am glad that I came to this restaurant. Amazing Italian flatbreads and they make everything fresh in front of you. The decor had good vibes, while the glasses help in getting a lot of natural light. The price range it sits on makes it really worth the dirham spent.

Piadera is the name for one of the finest Italian Cusine Restaurants in Dubai. I’ve been to the Business Bay branch and this time I got the chance to visit the Trade Centre branch located inside the Ibis One Central. The view from the restaurant is mindblowing and the outdoor seating is perfect for dining with the view. As I am a great fan of the Italian Flatbread – Piadera, I was looking forward to trying other dishes from the menu which I’ve never tried before.

After checking their zomato rating, Ordered for banana and Nutella flatbread, Nutella flatbread and tiramisu. Flat bread is too thick. Feels like eating too much of bread. It’s chewy n thick. None of us liked it and most of it went to waste. They can rather make it thinner. May be it tastes better when served hot, but surely not recommended for delivery. Out of everything we ordered the only thing that tasted ok was their tiramisu. Hope to have a better experience next time

Piadera is one of my favorite spot to have on the go Food! Their coffee is so smooth like never had. But this time had catering from them For office Breakfast which includes quinoa salad (Average), fresh Fruit Mix, Cheese & Zatar croissant , Brownie and Amazing Apple cake!<br/>Along with Fresh Apple Juice & Watermelon lemonde.<br/><br/>But trust me guys their Chocolate croissant n Black Coffee DEADLY combination ☺️👌<br/>

What I most liked about this restaurant was the quality of the ingredients, very tasty and fresh. My friend and I loved the burrata cheese, that was creamy inside, in the way we never tasted before. <br/>I had the salmon flatbread together with detox juice and it was delicious. <br/>We also tried 3 types of desserts and the winner was the apple cake!<br/>I want to go back to try the breakfast menu.

I am amused by the quick response and the action taken by piadra management to make it up to me. Piadra is definitely my favorite restaurant in Dubai , The food is fresh and tasty and well prepared,enow that I see the exceptional customer experience standers am even more impressed

This cosy place brings the best from Italy's Romagna region's Piadas to Dubai. This eatery serves fresh piadas (Flatbread) made from 100% Italian low yeast flour that is stone grounded, GMO and additive free.<br/><br/>The dough is knead in the house and one can see the Piadas being made and stuffed with various fillings. All the ingredients used in the fillings are authentic italian ranging from stracciatella cheese, pesto sauce, Italian truffle sauce & balsamic vinegar.<br/><br/>The restaurant is located right behind Ibis Hotel in the Trade center area and has outside seating and plenty of room for dine in too. Service is prompt and the staff is well trained with welcoming smiles and cheerful attitude. The ambiance of the restaurant is visually appealing with soft yet very much audible Italian music and songs being played. <br/><br/>We ordered:<br/>The Romagna piada stuffed with beef speck, stracciatella cheeze, rocket salad and vinegar sauce. The Piada was pretty savory and could be easily awarded a 4 out of 5. We also tried the "make your own" Piada where we chose chicken, stracciatella cheeze, veggies and a variety of sauces. The taste was quite elegant and had richness from all the home made flavors. Quite filling in terms of quantity as well. <br/><br/>Our favorite and a strongly recommend dish from the desserts section was the delicious apple cake. It was sweet and had rich texture and strong aroma of fresh apples used to make the cake. If you are a chocolate fan and crave for Nutella, nothing beats the Nutella on Flatbread (Piada) with banana and strawberry slices. The fresh aroma from the strawberries and bananas are truly mesmerizing. Heard a lot of their Tiramisu and Pasta. It's a shame we were stuffed and couldn't try them. Would definitely try it out on my next visit.<br/><br/>The iced latte was brilliant and is a strong recommendation for a double espresso lover. If you crave for some authentic Italian delicacies, then this is the place.<br/>The place is cozy and welcoming but a bit difficult to find due to the location.<br/>The food was great.<br/>I had the ginger lemon detox,it was a bit too sour for my liking but the Iced Mocha filled in for it.<br/>The iced mocha was the best I’ve had.<br/><br/>Their Calzoni was my favorite, the pasta too was absolutely delectable!<br/>The salads were good too, but not as great as the desserts.<br/><br/>Their Flatbread Dessert with fruits and Nutella was just mind blowing, also their Tiramisu was great,with a very simple elegant flavor.<br/><br/>The service is a bit too slow, but I think it was worth the wait!

The concept of flat bread is cool, and I like some of the dishes they have but my first comment is the prices are not consistent. India chicken bread at 18dhs VS a plain tomato mozzarella at 30dhs. It doesn’t make any sense, it should be the opposite. <br/>As per the cakes, they are not good, tried all of them, none of them were tasty. Way to improve for sure.<br/><br/>

It has both outdoor and indoor seating. I loved it.<br/><br/>For mains:<br/>Pesto pasta- now this was my favorite. Chicken pastas in pesto sauce with parmesan cheese and pine nuts. I loved it. the food was terrible. the salads had Taste, dressing was terrible and something I would never order in light years. the flat breads were tasteless, and quite light on ingredients (to clarify they were onions and tomatoes overload with some chicken hidden between mounds of bread). I and truly disappointed with this culinary experience !

great authentic Italian restaurant and my introduction to the real Italian flat bread. The company I work for also used Piadera for catering and it was in true Italian fashion! I highly recommend this to anyone with great taste and class.

Would actually rate at 3.5 but thats no longer an option. They were quick to deliver and the food was nice, however they all approximately tasted the same as the bread ends up being the dominant flavor. Regardless, would order again .

The office ordered some croissants, apple cake and fruit parfaits from here. They also got some Americano.<br/>Their packaging is really good and is perfect for an outdoor light bite breakfast.<br/><br/>The apple cake was spongy and delicious.<br/>The coffee was extremely good too and wakes you right up.<br/><br/>Totally worth a try.

I had lunch at this super cute and authentic place, and really enjoyed the concept and design.<br/><br/>Make your own flatbread: I put mozzarella, salami, zucchini, and truffle sauce. As everything was homemade and fresh, the taste was undoubtedly great!<br/><br/>Caprese: The mozzarella was made by Piadera and it tasted really well!<br/><br/>Tiramisu and chocolate cake: The desserts were also outstanding, they were properly balanced and were really flavourful

I have organised a business lunch with Piadera and all my guests have been very happy for the quality of the food. Even if they are famous for the Piada, due to the transport delivery the staff suggested me to choose the Focaccia (spongy type of bread) and we were all very happy for this suggestion as the Focaccia was really good and fresh.<br/>Piadera staff helped me to customise the e-menu according to the theme of the business lunch and also according to the characteristics of the guests they purposed some veg options.<br/>They created a menu with a main course (4 focaccia to choose from and farro salad) + side (2 type of salads to chose from) + desert (3 options). Every guest had is own personal lunch box and Piadera also added on the box a voucher "buy 1 one get one free"; they made the guests extra happy. I would also underline the attention to the design packaging, fundamental when you need to impress your guests.<br/>I personally tried the Focaccia "Piadera" with Valtellina bresaola, it was really good and I have not found it anywhere in Dubai. I feel like recommending Piadera because I have been impressed by the quality of the ingredients and also to the attention to details from the staff who helped me to organise this business lunch

For the International Day of my kid's school I ordered many boxes of piadina and focaccia. It has been a huge success! The best piadina and focaccia ever, made with really fresh ingredients and variety of tastes (chicken, turkey, vegetables extremely well combined). What I like here is the #Burrata, this is some fresh mozzarella cheese served on a bed of fresh rocket salad leaves, to add to the flavour do drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on it.   The pastas of the day normally have two kinds, one is the Amatriciana and the other is Pesto. <br/><br/>Piadera needs to be consistent with the taste of the food and portion sizes as it always varies. They also need to improve their service as they cannot cope up during rush hours.

It has bresaola, stracciatella di bufala and rocket leaves. We also tried the Spicy Indian Piada with curried chicken, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and chili sauce which was nice and had a decent flavour. They also had some great Italian sodas. We need to go back to try the desserts though because they looked really good. It is a bit pricey overall as most of the menu items are around AED 29, but we suppose you’re paying for the authentic ingredients and the bread made fresh in house. <br/><br/>How to get there: <br/>Piadera is located in Office 1, One Central which is in front of Hotel Ibis One Central, next to the Ibis World Trade Centre. If you drive to the location, there is valet parking available. You can also take a metro on the red line to the World Trade Centre station. Take the exit on the right side and walk towards the Convention Gate, then turn right towards Ibis World Trade Centre and keep going straight towards Ibis One Central across the street. Got invited to a tasting at Piadera and got to try some freshly made piadas. It's a cute and cozy little place located in the Trade Center area. <br/><br/>Since, I was at a tasting with a lot of bloggers and the restaurant was understaffed, I found their service quite slow. However, I cannot judge how their service is on a regular day.<br/><br/>I tried the Caprese Piada and Spicy Indian Piada - both were quite alright. Their desserts on the other hand completely made up for everything else! I got the Tiramisu (obviously) and Tenerina Chocolate Cake (AED 10 each). Immensely flavourful with just 4 toppings in the flatbread starting with in house cheese, sauce, protein and veggies to add. You can customize your own flatbread. Piadera is a an authentic Italian flat bread restaurant. I was invited here for a tasting.<br/>They excel in making amazing Piadas. I went in for Caprese, while my friend had Alpina. The bread here has delicious taste, you get a strong flavour of the herbs in it! It's light on stomach, unlike pizzas, and yet fills you up. Caprese had fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and some delicious sauce. Alpina had veal ham. For drinks we went for strawberry smoothie and banana Nutella smoothie, both freshly prepared and yogurt based.<br/>We went next to try out their much heard of pasta. That was good too and cooked to the T.<br/>Lastly for dessert, I went in for an apple cake, while my friend had Tenerina chocolate cake. I liked the chocolate cake better, apple cake had some eggy flavour to it which I didn't fancy much.<br/>But all in all, it was a great Italian experience. Would definitely recommend making a visit for their yummy Piadas!

Piadera is a BEAUTIFUL Italian Cafe-Fast food joint serving some of the most delicious and healthy snacks and meals in the Trade center area!<br/><br/>Went here for a quick breakfast date with Dad and completely loved the ambience! With the classic 60-70’s music in the background with some beautiful kiosk frames on the walls, its just like you are sitting on a beach with some great quality food to top off!<br/><br/>I had the Latte, classic and delish<br/>My dad opted for the Cappuccino, which can be better in many ways. It was just like the machine made Cappuccinos!<br/><br/>I ordered the Fritata, which was just an Italian version of Desi omelette! Loved this thoroughly( ⭐️ ) Great in terms if flavours!!<br/>We also OBVIOUSLY went with the “make your own piada” Piada is a Italian flatbread made with the finest quality wheat, minimizing gluten snd NO yeast at all. Piadera is very strict about maintaining the natural and health benefits of the whole food. Kudos for that❤️<br/><br/>I had mine with Grilled chicken, buffalo mozzarela, veggies, garlic oil, truffle and chilli.<br/>Absolutely loved it. Except that the actual filling kept dropping. Maybe a better packaging could help?<br/>The strawberry and Avocado shakes topped off with yoghurt was also a great treat!!😄<br/><br/>For dessert, I OBVIOUSLY ordered all of it. Specially at that amazing prices, the quality of desserts blew me away<br/>I was extremely delighted by their service (although they are a bit slow) but super friendly and attentive!!<br/>The chocolate tart cake, apple spiced cake and Tiramisu are HONESTLY too cheap for they are worth. Even high end places serve these desserts. This was my first time trying out aunthetic italian cuisine. The best part about this place is that they make their own famous bread. The Ingredients are brought down straight from the Italy which made the experience even more fun & delicious. The speciality is definitely their piadera bread, out of which all the other dishes are made!! For health & fitness freaks like me will find plenty of options with salads which are extremely fresh and the portions!! The smoothies are to die for too. Love the experience

OR you can choose from the chef's special list of paninis, which was I did. Tried the panini called "Sicily" which was simple yet pleasant. made with grilled eggplants, capsicum, onions, parmesan and truffle sauce. <br/><br/>Also had some of their Tiramisu & chocolate cake, which was really well made and we wanted more of it once we were done with cleaning every last crumble left to eat. Totally enjoyable.

Loved everything here: the Italian flatbread known as Piada, the homemade cheese, the imported Italian Bresaola, the fresh veggies, the standing coffee on the bar, the focaccia bread, the daily pasta dishes, the tiramisu, and most importantly the vibes!

The place was big they had an indoor and outdoor seating. The main concept was making your own flatbreads with your own choice of add-ons. They also have very good breakfast and they have healthy salads as well.<br/><br/>The service is very quick and the pricing is not that bad but they should work on the portion sizes.<br/><br/>As we sat down we tried there healthy drink options:<br/>*Ginger Lemon Detox- it was lemonmint but with a twist of Ginger the drink was very nice and refreshing.<br/>*ABC Detox- this drink is also very refreshing and it was a mixture of Apple,carrot and beetroot.<br/><br/>To eat we ordered:<br/>*Mozzarella E Bresaola- Mozzarella cheese cut and served on a platter where cheese was made of salad and extra virgin olive oil. Cheese was very nice and something like I had not tried before. <br/>*Pasta Of The Day- they have a different pasta everyday you should go and check the pasta of the day the day I went I had Penne pasta with pink sauce It was very nice and creamy.<br/>*Arabiacca Dubai Favorite- this is a very nice flatbed sandwich/wrap. It was nice and healthy and everything inside was chosen by me. The bread in this especially homemade and was very healthy because it was made in virgin olive oil.<br/><br/>They have great variety in deserts so to end with we ordered them all:<br/>*Apple Cake- the Apple cake your was very nice it was made the Italian way with apple and a twist of lemon.<br/>*Tiramisu- Italian Tiramisu is just the best.<br/>*Nutella Flatbread- this was the flat bread with nutella inside and there option of add ons of banana and strawberry at an extra charge.<br/>*Tenerena Chocolate cake- the cake was also very nice it was hard from the outside the soft from the inside.<br/><br/>All in all it's a very nice place if you wanna go for healthy Italian food.I will definitely be going again to try out more.<br/><br/>Food 4/5<br/>Pricing 4/5<br/>Service 5/5<br/><br/>

I love this place. I love the way Italians make their bread an this gets very close to the original. We ordered for the Piadera, which was amazing and yummy. We also ordered for the ceasars salad and the ginger detox drink. A big thumbs up.

It’s a new concept and I’m glad I gave them a shot.<br/>I had one of their signatures sandwiches. And the sandwich tasted great and and ingredients used were fresh. <br/>I love what they have done to the brand and how it looks and feels.<br/><br/>It’s definitely worth trying.

Found my new favorite Italian cafe in Dubai. Piada is a signature dish,made of fresh organic dough and some veggies and meat filling. In-house made mouthwatering mozzarella. Special blend coffee had me full of energy the entire day. I am definitely coming back. Well done!

Piadera was new to me and it’s an Italian cafe , not the kind of Italian restaurant you see every where with Pizza and pasta . They don’t have that both , piadera brought in for me a new fresh aspect of Italy . Italy means not just pizzas they have much more . The cafe is like a vintage Italian cafe , waitress dressed in skirts and apron and big bow . <br/><br/>So what’s piadera now shot it’s an Italian version of subway . Yes hand made Italian flat bread. You can see they making live , the bread is then grilled in pan and cooked .... <br/><br/>After that you can choose your toppings and sauces and cheese and then they will grill it /<br/><br/>I hade one chicken piadera and also one veg piadera loved the both .... also they have it in Italian thick bread also.<br/><br/>The dessert is fishy Italian cakes and Nutella in piadera.<br/><br/>I am a sandwich and subway person , so b for me this joint is wow loved it . <br/>

The place is simple with nice quite outside seating... it serves Italian flat bread where it is done in the same time with fresh ingredients made according to your taste buds... so yummy and light ... they are as well serving different Italian soda and guess what the desert are all out of this world especially #tiramisu

Piadera located at World Trade Center is my new go to place if I'm looking for some delicious and healthy food. Usually restaurants that offer healthy food are quite expensive, but piadera offers reasonable healthy food. The restaurant if famous for it's authentic Italian flat bread. The interiors are very casual and give you a beach vibe. Anyhoo great food, service and ambiance. <br/><br/>So we started with their Nutella banana shake and OH MY GAWD I can have that every morning, the best part was it's a healthier version with fresh yoghurt and banana. Also their smoothies are a must try, we got the banana and strawberry smoothie and YUMMERS. Also I didn't know healthy drinks could be yummy, the ABC (apple, beetroot, and carrot) detox was so good and is a must try. So that's pretty much it from their drinks.<br/><br/>Now to the food, we started off with their delicious veggie lasagne. Homemade mozzarella with zucchini, eggplants. tomatoes and chefs special bechamel 🤤. You also have to try their burrata, it's home made and it tastes divine, one of the best I have had. From their flat bread piadas, our favorite was the arabica. Yeast free and gluten free Italian bread with chicken, grilled capsicum, zaatar and garlic sauce YAOOZA. What I didn't like was the marina piada, it was too dry and lacked flavor. From their calzones, we loved the buffalo calzone and the red calzone. <br/><br/>Now to the desserts, okay so their famous tiramisu was a hit on Instagram because it was just for 10AED yes you heard that right JUST 10 AED THAT IS CRAZY. Their tiramisu is a MUST HAVE, super light and moist, and the coffee used is pure Italian coffee ☕️. A glimpse of Italian style breakfast!<br/><br/>Journey:<br/>We were part of the bloggers meet for breakfast hosted by Deepali (grub_a_fare) and Rai (theelysianwarriors).<br/><br/>Ratings: 8 Golden Nuggets<br/><br/>Ambiance:<br/>The outlet is tucked into the corner of the street behind Ibis Hotel which is an easy find. It has a casual vibe which suits perfectly for the eat and run concept in these times where everyone is on the run with their working lifestyles. The decor is simple simple yet it gives the right amount of lighting to take good pictures for us bloggers which is always a plus in our books. The interiors represent the kiosk colors which were red and white stripes that have been incorporated into the design of the outlet. It has both indoor and outdoor seating and with the lovely winter weather it’s the perfect time to take advantage of that option. The seating arrangement is really comfy and even has bar stool options for when you have your solo visits to enjoy the view and munch on a Piada or two. They have three outlets in Dubai and we dined in the World Trade Center branch.

I am a big fan of the famous Italian Piadina and this place serves a big variety of it<br/><br/>The thing i liked the most was that you can create your own , with the ingredients you like <br/><br/>I choose eggplant tomato and chicken and it was delicious <br/><br/>Friendly staff and nice ambiance

A cute and cozy place serving Italian dishes right next to World Trade Centre. The menu mostly focuses on piada which is an Italian flat bread. I cross over for office lunches regularly and its quite good. <br/><br/>Fav is the veg lasgana and also the pasta of the day. Never disappoints. Would rate a good 8/10. <br/><br/>They ve got a good selection of healthy and not so healthy but yummy drinks. Ask for the drink of the day. <br/><br/>Desserts. Now this, its their masterpiece. 9/10. I always go for the tiramisu. Havent had a better one anywhere else. <br/><br/>They ve got a simple loyalty card too if you are a regular diner.

Piadera is basically an Italian restaurant serving some traditional dishes from the northern regions of Italy. They have three outlets in Dubai and we dined at the one in Trade centre Area. The name comes from Piada which is a flat bread filled with the choice of filling. We went there on a fine morning for a bloggers session with an introduction to Piadera, a live dough making class and individual Piada making session.

Over the weekend for a blogger’s meet, I made a visit to Piadèra, an Italian restaurant located at the World Trade Centre area. This restaurant specializes in Authentic Italian flat Bread known as Piada. Piadèra offers the most delicious, authentic recipes of piadina in the Romagna area made with fresh ingredients, typical of the best Italian cuisine: buffalo mozzarella, burrata cheese, charcuterie, fresh vegetables, extra virgin olive oil.
