Lovely place, good location. Always the best service and we always feel very welcomed. We were constantly asked if we needed anything. All the staff are incredible. Friendliest service in all of Marina :) chill with a sheesha and ask for their moutabel, it is really amazing, with that smokey flavour in the eggplant. Also their special avocado milkshake was the bomb! It comes with a pistachio syrup and loads of pistachios on top. Delicious!
Best shisha at the cheapest price. During winter, the outdoor seatings are amazing, great view of the marina. During summer, indoor seatings are nice and cool.

Reaching the place is obviously hectic, as goes the same story for any place located in Marina; unless you stay there also the place has no parking, again the regular problem with every café in Marina. Fortunately there are minimal hiccups henceforth; the place has many options in terms of food and shisha, large space for seating in the outdoors, very appealing during winters. On weekend nights the staff does tend to annoy you off, as they are packed with requests, the service turns a snail’s pace and it takes forever to get your order. But if you do intend to spend long hours here, and are complacent the service wouldn’t be an issue. In terms of taste, the guys are quite modestly priced for their view, as they are stringent on just serving an apt quality, not on the most finger licking meals, you’d be glad with them. The same would go for their Shisha, it’s worth the bill you pay end of the day. Overall they are more of a regular chilling spot for a couple of mates; don’t assume that it’s a restaurant facing the marina view so it’s the place to try out for a date.
I love this place. Very cooperative staff and nice shisha with reasonable prices. I think this is the most optimum prices in the entire marina. I didn't try their food.

For many years City Port was our regular shisha cafe, with all of my friends and I living in the area it was easy to get to, laid back and by comparison to most Marina restaurants it is a lot easier on the wallet.
There are a few things that City Port lacks, such as a good scrub and some polish but otherwise it's a great place. It is best in the winter when you can sit outside, enjoy time with friends, a good flavoursome shisha and a tastey juice while enjoying the view from the quieter side of the Marina.
City Port is highly under-rated.
Been to this particular place more than 5 times now, and I am in love with this place, on a personal note.
To begin with:
Shisha -- JUST PERFECT !! They have one of the best shisha's in Dubai Marina. Different flavors, varied choices and oh STUDENTS -- this place has the most affordable and reasonable shisha in Dubai Marina.
Food -- We had ordered Fries and Juice on our first day (as we were skeptical about the place), the juices blew our mind. FRESH !! And amazingly YUMMY; specifically the WATERMELON JUICE (AMAZING) .. The next day we went on by ordering CHEESE MANAKISH, FAJITA and CHOCOLATE CREPE -- MIND-BLOWING !!
Staff -- extremely friendly .. always smiling and had the touch of human element in them.
All in all, I would highly recommend this place to people who are skeptical and stick to one shisha cafe (like I use to)

one of my favorite cafe around. The Sheesha doesn't even compare to others in the area, and I make special trips JUST to get it! May be a little expensive, but believe me, it's worth it.
