Just visited the place albeit a bit out of the way but fully worth the maze run. Loved the cakes especially. So soft and not too sweet. Definitely worth a visit!

I hope it's as nice as the ones in Japan! Always believe that pastries/cake from Japan are the best.

Very good! They have a fantastic drink of matcha with almond milk! The cakes are perfect! Totally in love and recommend too much!!!

This is fairly famous sweet shop and restaurant in Japan. And I actually visited the one in Mall of the Emirates YATSUDOKI. Including coffee everything was perfectly made and you can sense the subtleness of Japanese sweet when you order and taste it.

The Japanese Mochi is the BEST!

Not a bad place! It was good that I tried japanese sweets but bad presentation and wasnt that good! I ordered japanese cheesecake and tart au fraises! And it was expensive, not affordable

I came here about a year ago I had the cheese tart and some buns, I have been dreaming of them since. Today I came and half of the items they had when I last went were not available, including the cheese tart thus I chose the crepe cake and Japanese cheesecake. The crepe cake was so cold and the cheesecake tasted old, I am so disappointed and could not bare to have another bite. Looking forward to see improvements as i truly enjoyed my first experience.

My favorite japanese bakery. They have wide variety of baked goods, from cakes, cheesecakes, pastry puff, eclairs. And they’re absolutely delicious. You have to pass by Châteraisé if you’re looking for a great japanese bakery

Best strawberry short cake!!! Everything here taste very good and they also do home delivery. My best desserts by far :) I will keep order it for every special occasion and even for everyday desserts.
Stephanie Zhang
They have a lot choices of Japanese cakes, cookies and snacks. I think they all imported from japan. However, the place is quite far for people who stay in marina area.

Such a sweet and delightful find this is. This Japanese cafe has such a wonderful collection of pastries and confectioneries that you wouldn't know where to begin. After looking around for sometime, I finally settled for Apple Custard Pie (AED 12.50) & a slice each of the Crepe Layers Cake (AED 22), the Souffle Cheesecake (AED 14.50) and the Crispy Chocolate Cake (AED 22). I asked for all of it to be packed for takeaway.

I must say I was really impressed with the mini ice packs placed between the pastries to ensure that my pastries arrived cold at home! Such a thoughtful gesture.

Coming back to the pastries (and a pie 😉), I absolutely loved the almost cloud like texture of the Crispy Chocolate Cake. This was a clear favourite, followed by the Crepe Layers Cake. The Souffle Cheesecake was like a cross between a sponge cake and a pudding but taste wise, it was a bit too "egg-y" for me. The Apple Custard Pie too was delish.

Needless to say, I will be coming around for more Japanese goodies. 😊😊😊

I tried some cakes here and I specially like the cheese cake, so creamy and soft. The cakes here are not like any other dry or loose cake but it’s moist. The ambience in the store is cozy and warm. Also recommend the Japanese hot rice tea, it makes me feel relaxing.

Scrumptious desserts. Highly recommend the crepe cake here. It's a treat to your tastebuds. The happy little bear cake is a perfect dessert for kids, the appetizing look and the taste is spot on. It was devoured by my kids in seconds.

Their pattiseries taste so good. My favorite one is the double chou ! I strongly recommend it if you love pastry baked soft and little crsip filled with ice cream 👌
Saad Houssami
It screams Japanese quality, you know this is not made from the stuff sold at Carrefour , the finest sweets to get you asking for more and more. you need to try this it's different.
Mary-Ann
Their creme puffs are amazing, whether it's double chocolate or the creme puff. Great combo of pastry and ice cream! The baked cheese tart is perfect for afternoon tea / coffee. Their crepe layers cake is a must-try! It is so soft, as if it's melting in your palate.

Going there I wasn't sure if I will like their cakes, I personally like Japanese cake as they have a unique twist in everything. The first I was there I ordered some cake that I end up really liking it. Now I see myself there more often then not. If you are into fresh cakes then try it. The place quite and the feeling is really nice. The service was good.
Visited them in the afternoon to try their Japanese snacks. I love their green tea Mochi highly recommend it if you like Mochis. Good cup of coffee and love their matcha latte it was strong and not too milky. Their cute bare cake was beautiful to look at but below average In taste. On the other hand Cheese tart was beyond my expectations and tasted better than it looks. Cheesecake Has a strong taste of powered milk. Chocolate cake was good. Cake roll was really soft and delicious. Mango jelly pudding was good.
Parking was easy to find as their gave plenty available in the basement.

This is a great Japanese cafe! Love the interior and the dishes we tried. The service and staff were good.
A bit over priced I would say, but it's good enough for the taste.

Drinks:
- Frappe: More or less like cold coffee. It was good but not the best. It had way too much ice.
- Hot Chocolate: This was a great one. A large portion and it tasted amazing.

Desserts:
- Mount Blanc Cake: Not as beautiful as in the picture, but it tasted good. Most of the dishes don't look the same as they portray in the menu.
- Doriyaki Pancake: A bit on the sweet side due to brown sugar but it was average.

The tiny cute place to end your sweets craving in mirdif 35.
I liked their design and those yummy sweets and pastries which are winking at you when u first enter.
The staff are super helpful and friendly. Limited seats
But over all does deserve a try specially if you are a fan of Japanese sweets.
I would defiantly go back for more soon.
Their fluffy roll cake was so heavenly !!!
I wasn't a fan of their matcha latte .. but on the other hand my fiancé loved it ..
Ghazi
To be honest, I haven't tried many of their pastries but, the crepe cake is simply to die for.

It is so good that I just don't care how good/bad the rest of their menu is; I would keep returning for the crepe cake.
Kaka Pepe
I didn't try anything except the Mochis. I tried the strawberry and the matcha. They are the best Mochis in Dubai. Highly recommend. I will go back and check other food for sure.

Me and my foodie follower , was in a check out spree, so we went to the newly opened eco friendly mall in our locality and came across this Japanese bakery . Small bakery, with lean management principles . The catch point of the bakery is that all their pastries are imported directly from Japan daily. Theybuse freah and natural ingredients . Only coffee or tea is made there . Rest all are directly imported and they have specialized refrigeration system to store . I was quite surprised , came to know from their staff , this is a very famous brand back in Japan, street side cafe concept they have more than 100 stores . Here it's a gourmet cafe concept .

They have a spring break offer now , free cream puff for kids, we orders their chocolate cream puff really yum. We had their Swiss roll , it was so soft and tasty very yum . One teddy shaped chocolate dessert we had , dint like that . Also took their layers cake it has so many layers and it smells of good butter and tastes too yum .

We had hot chocolate which was decent enough, will definitely come back here .

They have chocolates and cheese cake and they take order for fresh cake too .

Nice place for Japanese desserts. Tried Japanese cheese cake and custard cream puff, the cheesecake was soft and fluffy. The puff was light and delicious. For drinks we had regular coffee latte and matcha latte, for me it's first time to try the matcha latte so I found it tasted very strange and I didn't like it. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Michelle Chai
Very nice place just to relax and have ur coffee/ tea and cakes. I haven't tried the coffee but the matcha latte is not bad. I prefer it slightly stronger i.e. With more matcha in the milk.

The cakes though were very good - I had the cream puff and the layer cake. It looks heavy but really is so light.. and not too sweet either.. will definitely be back for more..
Azza Ghanem
Stuff are super friendly, specially when I took my kids. I tried different sweets, almost every strange & new sweet I find. Love most of what I eat. They gave now (best seller & recommendation). Also you will find small pastries like only 10 AE which I prefer with the coffee.

Pleasant place for your sweets and tea cravings. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Domo Arigatou Gozaimashita for the excellent service! Would definitely come back again for more.

I recommend the Horaku cakes, soufflé cheese cake, Three Fraise cream cake, and the Matcha latte.

Chateraise opened at Mirdif 35 in November 2016. The pastry cafe offers cheese cake, a range of milk teas and more. My personal favourites are the Swiss Rolls and Maple Syrup-flavoured biscuits!

Got their sweets for home, forgot the name, but the ones in pic are really good.. Very light and not filling.

Ill definitely come and try more varities.
