Karak Gholam – Beautiful, cozy and perfect for tea lovers are three words to describe Karak Gholam. This café stole our heart with its beautiful interiors. The menu given to us was on a pad where we could see the pictures and accordingly we placed our order. We started with MANGO LASSI, it is must try and very delicious. KARAK TEA and SAFFRON TEA was also very nice. Now lets talk about food, we tried the FALEFEL SAMBOOSA and in very first bite I understood this place is not serving authentic Indian food. The food here is mostly for every nationality so the food might disappoint you in terms of taste.
Loved their indoor seating .Food it delicious specially breakfast don’t miss it . Worth visiting .

Tea is always welcome in my life, especially when its Karak, and even more so, when it comes with a selection of great food and quick bites on the side. Last week we visited Karak Gholam located inside the Galleria Mall at Al Wasl to experience all their tea goodness with much more. Located within a petite place, this colorful eatery offers a fair amount of seating space with tons of positive vibes. We chose a couch seating at the rear corner of the restaurant, and took a quick look through their tablet menu before discussing the bestsellers and top recommendations with the staff, and then obviously going with a mix of everything.

Breaking thru into the main stream Tea scene. These guys are here to stay
The Kuwaiti based food let opens in first Dubai outlet in the post Galleria Mall in Al Wasl. Once you step in the interiors will wow you, with its nook and corners, different sitting areas, lovely colours. They have an area in the cafe where they have displayed the small notes written by customers and stuck on to a mesh frame. Such a great way to appreciate the customers feedback by showing it off.
Well to begin with, prices are quite affordable even though its in an area where prices are higher and they have a really amazing dessert called gulab jamun cheesecake. I dont see it quite often and totally fell in love with it. They also have some unique items like the butter chicken samosa, mushroom and Cheese, halloumi wrap and of course chai and some nice iced drinks too. Service was just amazing and overall had a good experience here.
Certainly amazed by this restaurant located in Galleria Mall, Dubai. Karak Gholam serves delectable Indian menu with a modern twist. Beautiful, elegant and vibrant ambiance greets you well. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Maneesh our server made sure we had a great time and helped us with selecting the dishes.
Hidden Gem in Galleria Mall.
Karak Gholam has the best tea I ever had in Dubai. They have a wide range of tea to select from so each person can enjoy the variety. Tried the Mango Lassi and Smashed Sambosa which was very nice. The decor is simplistic, authentic, rustic blend of the past and present times.
We were invited to try the new menu at Karak Gholam – a cafe located in the Galleria mall. The ambiance is very welcoming with very comfortable seating. We tried some of their small plates along with Karak of course. Karak – This saffron flavoured tea was really good. We had the big one which was huge! I was pretty full with just this!
The first outlet of this Kuwaiti chain in Dubai and it surely has gained popularity. This place is named after Gholam (the house help) of the Kuwaiti family that owns this chain. They believed he made the best Karak and started a humble karak cafe that now serves food and also has outlets across the GCC.
I was here one Saturday morning and the place was packed, the staff were extremely busy and the aroma of the parathas and karak was irresistible. The interiors are really pretty and they play some old Bollywood numbers.
We started the meal with a Bombay Omelette with parathas, an Orange juice and an Iced karak, all freshly prepared and delicious. The omelette was served with a salsa kind of sauce and a mint chutney and it tasted great with the parathas.
We then called for the Butter Chicken smashed Samosas, this is a sure not to miss when here. Made like a chaat but with a Butter chicken filling, this one got me licking the spoon.
We also called for a Kheema Hamsa and an Gholam Egg roll. The quality of the food here is great and the taste is good, it feel like Indian recipes with a middle eastern touch.
Ended the meal with a Charcoal Karak that I absolutely enjoyed. It is basic Karak however has been steamed with charcoal.
In the desserts, we had the Nutella strawberry paratha and the Gulab Jamun cheesecake which were a a great end to the meal. This place is surely going to be my new fav for karak and breakfast.
Karak Gholam- As the name suggests, the place started as a humble tea restaurant but now apart from serving tasty tea they also serve equally tasty food! The menu is pretty interesting and the presentation will win your heart for sure! The place has a very interesting decor, it's minimalist, clean, modern and has a hint of rustic charm.
Must Try: Apart from Karak of course! Kulfi Falooda, Samosa Chat and the Cheese Cake.
