Coconut White chocolate and Cold Caffe latte well prepared with some good quality coffee beans. The flavors and the taste was really nice.
Enjoyed a relaxed mocha coffee with the decadent chocolate fudge cake and donuts. Centrally located in Dubai mall this is good place to catch some quick rest while shopping!
Sat down to Gloria's to rest my feet when in the whuge Dubai Mall. Took the italian selection cappucino with tiramisu cake. Was delicious and gave me strength to survive that extravaganza shopping experience.
I like their coffee for a change and also they have nice cakes and sandwiches. I ordered for Latte and Chicken Tandoori wrap and they were good. The staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable.

we tried coffee and cake. I really like the coffee here. the chocolate mousse cake was fresh, decadent and just heavenly. the ambience of this place is cozy and quite comfortable. Service was okay too. I would definitely visit it again!
Even though this outlet is located in a less crowded side of the mall, it is still not easy to find available table. But if you can it is always a good option for a cup of coffee on comfortable coaches. Staff is helpful as far as I have experienced in my visits here.

Recently got to stop by Gloria Jean's Coffees when I was visiting Dubai Mall. Simply loved the atmosphere and the location at my first sight. Next came the barrage of hot and cold beverages that kept me wondering what to order. Finally settled with my favourite cup of joe -- Moca Caramalatte with a quick meal of Chicken Mayo Sandwitch. Tasted really great. They also got a long array of chillers which are also my favourites. The simplicity of the ambience made the place extra cool and that's what appealed to me the most. Besides, loved the staff a great deal -- for their service was just outstanding. All in all, definitely a best spot to grab some quality coffee amidst oasis of city's hustle and bustle. Worth taking the weight off your feet for a cup of coffee here. Moreover, the prices were so reasonable when compared to other brands. Would sure come back to check out the rest in their menu... Highly recommend this coffee house, believe me, you'll just get hooked!
Just visited Gloria jeans in Dubai mall second floor had wonderful time with my favorite latte. It was so good and perfect in quality and the service is perfect 👌🏻 with wonderful staff.

I heard quite a lot about their cocoa loca and cookies and cream , tried both of them they were actually really gud especially with whipped cream , they hav alot of variety of croissants freshly baked and sandwiches tasted fine as well
This time i try flat white, cappuccino and their smoothie. I liked the most is the mocha which I had the first time and the rest abit tasteless and wasn't smooth.
Stopped by for a quick coffee to catch a break from all the shopping! A nice, cozy space with lots of comfy sofas. The seating arrangement is slightly laid out in the middle of the mall, so if you are looking for a place to work, this might not be it. Got a regular sized caffe latte and a caffe mocha. Both drinks were quite good and served quick. Great place to stop by for a coffee and they do accept the entertainer as well.
One of best coffees in Dubai, I have tried coffee latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate, turkish coffee and strawberry smoothie , all were very tasty.
I would highly recommend it for coffee lovers.
A nice quiet place to get a cup of coffee while family is shopping at Dubai Mall. Also the location is far way from the crowded spots, so you can enjoy your coffee.

Decided to have my early morning coffee from this location since I was in Dubai Mall itself . Ordered for a Americano which was freshly brewed and served to me within 2-3 mins of time . The coffee was good not bad at all . Pricing wise Gloria Jeans has always been pocket friendly be it any items placed in the menu . About the staff , they are decent not bad at all .
Tried their hot chocolate and chocolate croissant which is the perfect breakfast for a great morning .They served within 15mins and the drink was really good and perfect combination of croissant 👌🏻

I love coffee, and I am really picky with coffee. Gloria jeans makes amazing coffee that really gives you that caffeine hit to start the day. There cakes also very tasty . The staff all seemed very nice, polite and helpful. Definitely recommend going in here for a good coffee and some lovely food
Always love a good coffee stop in the middle of a busy shopping spree in Dubai Mall. What I like about this place is they strategically (or so I thought) placed their shop in the middle of the busy shopping traffic. So tempting to just stop and talk a while with a nice warm cup of coffee ☕
Gloria Jeans pulls you to their cafe due to the fresh aroma of coffee beans. We tried Cafe Latte , Cappuccino and Chocolate Trilogy cake . The slice served was heavy and filling and it is difficult for one person to have the entire slice alone. The coffee as usual was upto Gloria Jeans standard, strong and decent to taste .
A very good quality coffee shop with the common varieties available. I have taken Lattee and it was top class. Service is fast. Small shop with options of seating outside. Pricing is a bit upper class which is to be expected in Dubai mall.

Had a late night coffee time with friends in this outlet situated opposite Galleries Lafayette. The place is open and occupy quite bigger space that looks captivating for they do have simple yet comfortable furniture seatings. Thus, a good and perfect place to hangout with.
Moreover, ordered their usual caffe lattes and hot choco along with tiramisu and cherry cheesecake. Everything's tasted great; drinks served hot with matching creativity and both cakes are fresh with just the right amount of sweetness -excellent pair with our ordered hot beverages.
But more than the foods, service is impressive. Staff are simply wonderful; friendly, accommodating, they were helpful and considerate.
Overall, we had another great coffee time with GJC and sure to come back!
Had our usual coffee bonding time with friends in this outlet. The place is an open opposite Lafayette gallery but its ambience looks appealing. They do occupy bigger space with comfortable sofas to sit on which make it a good place to hangout.
We had their usual cafe lattes and hot choco along with their tiramisu and cherry cheesecake. Everything's good and perfect this time; the coffees and hot choco served hot, tasted so right with matching art work and cakes are both yummy and tasted fresh. Hence, a perfect pair to our hot drinks.
Service are excellent; staff are friendly, accommodating and considerate.

Went here for a quick frappe after lunch. Their hazelnut frappe is the bomb! Creamy, smoothy, and just about the right amount of sweetness. Would recommend and would definitely go back.

My friend ordered Creme Brûlée Latte.
It was basically white chocolate, caramel, milk and their espresso mixed together.
I was utterly confused as to which one to drink, and ended up ordering the Caramelatte since they told it's one of the favorites.
And it indeed turn out to be one of my favorites :')
Maybe it was the presentation that made me fall for it.
A beautiful spider web pattern. I haven't really come across a a regular coffeeshop that did such artistic work on their coffee.
The first sip was just the top foam, but the following ones were heavenly.
It had caramel syrup sprinkled on milk and espresso below a smooth silky layer of milk.
And it was extremely strong, that I could feel the effect of it till later that night.
I would award 10 points for presentation alone.

Amazing place to sit and start the day. Ample place to lounge around or sit with your laptop writing emails and sipping on their coco loco coffee (cold) my fav place between 9 and 11 am. Their service is excellent, wifi could be a bit better though.
Ordered cookies and cream chiller which was thick and creamy... It was delicious and perfect for this hot humid weather. In every sip u would get cookies crunch, and the chocolate fudge sauce. It was really good! And I even ordered tiramisu cake... It was delicious aswell. The serving portion was good.

I tried is as a replacement for a mocha frapuccino from starbucks and i have to say it tasted better than starbucks...

The place could have better seating though...
Went there with a friend to meet an older colleague of his. Had never been to any Gloria Jean's before then. More familiar with Starbucks and Costa but my friend's colleague recommended we meet there. We were only planning to chat up for about 10-15 minutes but we ended up talking for about 3 HOURS. Yup, that says a lot about the place. Yeah we were all very chatty but the environment was very conducive for it, their vanilla coffee was very nice, Staff were pretty good and chairs were very comfortable.
All in all they made a pretty good first impression on me and would definitely go back if I have the chance ????????????@
Nice opened space cafe on the third floor near Galleries Lafayette. Good place to crash if it's time for a coffee, there's usually space whereas Starbucks and Costa are fully packed during the evenings and weekends.
I quite like their coffee, the mug sizes are very satisfactory and the freshly juices are served in very tall cups too!
The cakes however can be a gamble. Most of the time they're fresh and tasty, but on odd occasions you may come upon one that's a little old or stale and since the place doesn't have a supporting kitchen or anything, they serve you cakes in little disposable plates with plastic forks and bamboo sticks for spoons (no spoons, we were told)
The petrol-station-supermarket-like sandwiches are a little overpriced (as they are in all such coffee shops for a reason beyond my understanding).
The chairs are comfy to sink in if you want a coffee break and chat with your friends.
