Super tasty food! Quality is amazing, portions are great, flavourful and great service. Have been to all the Persian restaurants in Dubai and this is by far my favorite. Would recommend to everyone if you are looking for some really good Persian food. Even my kids love cooking here, staff are really friendly.

Good sandwiches, pizza is Iranian style so use ketchup since they don't use tomato paste and it tastes great, nice kobideh, and best doogh.

I have been ordering from this resturant for almost 8 years and they were good, recently the food quality dramatically dropped and delivery time has been increased to more than ONE hour !!! When u call them to follow up on your order they just laugh and say it will reach u, wait more!!! When u ask to talk to their manager they say there is no manager around!!! I will stop ordering from them and strongly recommend u all to avoid such bad experience!

Although not nearly among the best Iranian restaurants in Dubai, these boys from Tehran serve the best, bester, bestest Kabab Koobideh outside Iran. Don’t believe me? Ask any self-respecting Iranian foodie. Also (vegetarians, culinary sissies and fusspots turn away now) their lamb brain-and-tongue sandwiches are the stuff of legend. Open around the clock, this is as good a place to tank up after a heavy night of boozing as it is to enjoy an amazing Chelo Kabab. Plus they have super-fast, efficient delivery too.

Last weekend I decided to order, I have known they are one of the slowest restaurants in Dubai, because I been there in the shop and it’s completely empty and still takes 40 minutes to get anything.<br/><br/>But last weekend it was a record, I decided to order from Zomato and it said 40 minutes and I called the restaurant directly to double confirm that it doesn’t take too long.<br/><br/>Ended up taking 1hour 50 minutes to get the meal, also when delivered, there wasn’t a single word or apology, as if that’s normally how they do business. This restaurant isn’t run by the owner, it is run by staff that do not care if it fails, which reflects on the ownership. Disappointing to say the least.<br/><br/>And Zomato as an App is always saying “we want to ensure the accountability of the restaurants” and I promise you this was not the first time Feri took two hours to deliver and I spoke to Zomato that time And spoke to Zomato again last weekend and (nothing) has changed. Zomato is as accountable for the this because they take a percentage from these restaurants but deliver very little value to its customers and hardly holds any restaurant accountable.

I had some food delivered to my house, and when I placed the order on the phone I specifically asked for a card reader, driver showed up to my house saying "please give me cash, card reader is not working" well if your card readers dont work then tell me on the phone so I cancel my order, I obviously don't have cash in the house or else I wouldn't have asked for it. So the restaurant called me saying please give the driver cash .. again I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH CASH OR ELSE I WOULDNT ASK FOR YOUR CARD READER. The lady on the phone was like yes other customers came in and paid ... I dont care what other people did, this is your problem not mine. So the driver left to grab a card reader from the restaurant, two hours later he still isn't here and as someone who works early in the morning with a 3 month old baby, I don't have time to wait around for these people to fix their card readers. Maybe update your website and accept online payments instead of wasting people's time!

Very average, we went at lunchtime, looking forward to some kebab koobideh but left very disappointed.<br/>The bread was not made fresh like in most other Iranian joints around Dubai.<br/>The meat was not that well seasoned or well done.<br/>Overall very bland experience. <br/>Never again.<br/><br/>TOP TIP:<br/>Give this place a miss and head for Abshar in Beach Rd, always an awesome experience and very consistent.

I am yet to find a juicier, more delicious kabab koobideh than Feri Kasif. It is open 24 hours so a great option after a heavy night drinking. Their Bari bakh sandwich also deserves a special mention.

We stopped there for an afterparty meal on Sunday morning. Sandwiches for 38 dirhams?! That is too much! And no options for something light - very limited menue of appetizers and salads.<br/>Perhaps kebab lovers will be happy with their food late at night,but still it will be great if they had seafood options as well

Feri kasif (means the dirty feri in farsi) is very famous sandwich outlet in Tehran - Iran, they r so popular among Tehrani people for their bizarre & huge sandwiches. They don't have any branch neither in Iran nor anywhere else including Dubai. Anyway, used to visit this outlet in dubai whenever craving for Iranian sandwiches which r rarely available in Dubai. Brain & tongue mix is really great here. Burgers also huge & tasty (but in term of burgers I always prefer burger king). Overall memorable place for Iranian & can be a new experience for new visitors.

This is the most amazing in Irani and Persian cuisine in town. The sheer size and quality of the koobideh and the sultani is delightful. The rice is fragrant and the korme sabzi mouth watering. The doogh washes it all down and leaves you feeling happy satiated and very khooshghile. Absolutely khushmaaze food.

One odd night I found myself near this restaurant and with a mood of adventure. This place has both outdoor and indoor seating arrangements. I preferred outside though the inside looked interesting colours and decor. Anyway the service seemed a bit off as I had to struggle to catch the attention of the servers. Then the order took ages to come. But I was happy with the Super juicy thick and properly cooked lamb chops. The best ever for me. The fries were covered with cheese and mushrooms - very tasty and stylish. And Doogh is almost the same as Doodh in our language- milk. <br/>The menu has many options of sandwiches, pizzas, burgers and traditional Iranian food written and explained with pictures sometimes. That makes it easy to order but navigating through the big menu and selecting one dish is a task. <br/>Serving is temperamental. Specially if you seat outside. <br/>But the servers are polite and friendly. <br/>The quantities are truly very big. Cuts are thick. I appreciate that. <br/>I would have gone back repeatedly if not for staying far far away from Marina. I have liked the place mainly for food.

Feri Kasif is def a good option to consider. due to it's great location on the main road in Marina, it is difficult to miss especially when you are out late.<br/>we went there around 2:30 AM and the place was nearly empty, I had two of my foreign friends that never had tried Persian cuisine so wanted to introduce them to a few of our dishes, luckily Feri Kasif didn't disappoint. we sat outside as the weather was bearable, the waiter came around in a few minutes to take our orders, it was nice of her to still smile at 2 AM and explaining some of the dishes to my friends, she was also quick in bringing what we ordered so the overall service was great.<br/>we ordered a brain/tongue sandwich, a faloodeh and traditional ice-cream to try out different dishes, the sandwich was very good for my taste, but it wouldn't be a good option if you are not into trying exotic dishes. <br/>We loved the faloodeh and ice-cream as well although it's safe to say that you could have better at different restaurants.<br/>bottom line, a good choice for a quick bite at night. Service, portion size and prices are very satisfying.

Kasif means dirty in Farsi (Persian) but in this instance (depending on who you ask) is EITHER a reference to what happens when you eat the gigantic, over-stuffed, oozy, gooey, melty sandwiches these restaurants are famous for (no matter how careful you are you will get some of it on yourself, hence dirty) OR the Gangsta appeal some of the downtown, South Tehran sandwich/pizza joints have. Feri Kasif Tehroon (pronounced TEH-ROON as any bad boy – or girl – with an ounce of street cred will tell you) was an instant hit with the Iranian community in Dubai as a direct consequence of this/these reference/s. I’m disappointed to see such a low rating because Feri Kasif truly is unique. Try ANY of their sandwiches – they’re as BAD ASS as they come – and if you’re a little squeamish and don’t like tongue or brain in your sandwich then just order something less exotic. NOW HEAR THIS, Feri Kasif is about MUCH MORE than just sandwiches – these guys do the Best, Best-ER, Best-EST Kabab Koobideh in Dubai. And their lamb chops are pretty damn good too. YES, they are a little temperamental and, if you go in at 4am demanding service and get slightly blown off well, sorry – that’s just part of the Gangsta appeal…perhaps a little lost in translation. This is as close to Tehran pop-culture as you’ll get without a needing a visa.

If you were in a pub, until it closed... and then heading home you just might be a vulnerable victim for 24h joints...<br/>This is exactly what happened to a friend of mine and me yesterday night.<br/>The overall decor is ok... A bit upgraded cafeteria style.<br/>The Filipino waitress which welcomed us and took the order (and explained the buzzer button on the table) was incredible friendly... Unfortunately she seemed to loose all interest, after the order was taken...<br/>We ordered a sandwich, the mixed grill platter (for two) and roast chicken.<br/>It took not too much time and they bought some Iranian flatbread (unfortunately cold and a bit stale) some veggies (rocket, onions, mint) and an Iranian medley which was similar to pico de gallo... Nice.<br/>Then the rest arrived- with mixed success. The chicken was tasty but relatively dry. On the mixed grill, the beef kebab was nice (also slightly over cooked), the kebab with minced meat was mushy and not great at all (might have been overworked), the lamb chops similar to the chicken were tasty but overcooked and on the drier side. The French fries side were disappointing... On one hand they put some mushrooms and cheese on top of them- brilliant idea... on the other hand they were mushy and not crispy at all (not twice fried?).<br/>We were so full that we didn't even touched the sandwich.<br/>From a price perspective the portions are big, but I am challenged by the overall quality!<br/>Won't go back for sure!

Feir kasif has the most innovative iranian sandwiches in dubai. They almost mix anything and make sandwiches. You have to be careful with what you order. They were doing great and they had really great sandwiches, pizzas, and iranian kababs. But i don't know what's happening with the past few month. The food they are serving is almost uneatable. I have been there with my friends, and we have ordered kebab, pizza and sandwich, all of them were terrible. I hope they do something about it.

Iranian with a twist! This Iranian eatery is open 24hrs and is a true gem if you're looking for an alternative to zaartar w zeit for a midnight snack. Take the advice of the, sometimes not so friendly, staff if you can't make up your mind. If you are looking for a culinary adventure go ahead and order the mix of tounge and brain. You can always go for the bari bakh or marco polo for a more conventional choice of sandwich
