I order food from khabbaz almost once daily. The freshly baked pizza, manakish and ftayer are just amazing. <br/>Food: awesome flavours, baked to perfection, healthy and hygenic.<br/>Staff: well trained and well behaved.<br/>Highly recomended fast and fresh food. <br/>Value for money.<br/>

A decent place for a work lunch though there is not much room to sit in this place so your better of getting it delivered or taking away. Have had almost all items on the menu here but my favorites are the sujuk and cheese rolls, any of their manakeesh items and their wraps especially the loaded chicken. All their items are freshly made and very competitively priced. A good change from eating at the DFC mall always.

I tried this place for the first time since I was just in Festival City area visiting a friend. She suggested that we order the Southwest Chicken pizza. It was thin crust, freshly made, generous toppings and truly delicious. 4/5<br/><br/>It was delivered to us 30-35 mins after phoning them. 3.5/5<br/><br/>Price is 40/- dhs which we thought is well worth it. We give it 3.5/5

I have kept out of this place for a long time - as the lunch time sandwiches on a daily basis, seem pretty expensive.Nevertheless, I give full marks to their food variety, quality and taste.Over the last couple of weeks, have ordered various sandwiches:1. Fully loaded chicken - absolute delish with the freshest of breads and very flavourful chicken.2. Mexican chicken melt - have had this without cheese but with their sauces and another one of their star dishes.3. Their cheese kashak - is simply melt in the mouth. All their sandwiches come in very neat packaging with a salad as a side dish and cutlery - really good stuff guys! It just shows how they care about the quality.What is would like them to do is stop doling out those large shopping bags for one single sandwich - save the environment.I should say, I have been hooked to this quaint sandwich place. As they are always crowded during lunch hours - I do a takeaway. Will be trying their other dishes as well

I went there for breakfast and I tried their mix zaatar and cheese man'oushe. It was delicious and cheap too. <br/><br/>Then I end it with a Nutella crepe with some hershey syrup on top. I really felt like I am eating the same crepe I eat at home in Lebanon. <br/><br/>I recommend this place for a quick bite. Looks very clean too since they have an open kitchen!

Everything about this restaurant is good.The food is really delicious specially the loaded chicken which is one the best sandwiches I tried and also the design is really eye catching and the most important thing the neatness of this place is high standard.
