Visited this place in the noon. The service was excellent from Umer. The shisha was amazing and for food I just got the fries. The music is at a perfect decibel and not too loud and the ambience is good as well. I definitely recommend this place . And very hygienic with the shisha and the pipe is just attached and given un- opened to the customers.

Had been here last weekend to catch up with friends. They have really delicious food - we tried their pasta, chicken strips and few other things while we chilled and talked. The service is good and food was great.

Amazing shisha- pan kiwi and grape mint and very reasonably priced n ladies night offer on monday. Loved the ginger chai and service. Great place for shisha with nice music and ambience. Umer was very friendly and recommended shisha flavor which was perfect. Definitely coming back again. Very nice service from Narayan too and very good atmosphere.

Absolutely Incredible shishas, food and drinks. We were seved by Asif...he was prompt and attentive to our orders. Loved the pasta and grilled cheese sandwiches. The place was packed following the guidelines comfortable spaced out seating arrangements . Great selection of music that was played and helped to creat the tight mood The place at a positive vibe and I truly enjoyed with my girl gang. The manager Mr Basam visited us on our table and personally looked into the service. I look forward to going back.

We ordered grape mint shisha, mojito and burger while waiting for our other friends. So when they arrived we order another set of mojito. We played some of their boardgames. At first it was nice. But the staff kept on getting our glass and asking if our food was for take out. While we were waiting for our coffee which we ordered like almost an hour ago, the staff asked us to leave as per their Manager’s instruction. We were shocked as they told us that we can only stay for a maximum of Three Hours! We were still even waiting for our order. So we cancelled it and asked for their manager but no manager faced nor explain to us properly. No one even informed beforehand that there’s a limit of 3 hours. They should have posted it for everyone’s info. For all the cafes,restaurants and lounges we tried and visited,this is the only one who asked their customers to leave! We were very much DISAPPOINTED and we DONT RECOMMEND this place!

I visited this place and I was made to getup from 2 tables . The waiter told it is reserved and gave me a table right in front of the AC where the AC blow was directly towards me , when no one came and sat on the revered tables till I was there... wont be coming there again....

I went to smoke lab for the ladies night on 3.8.2020 which starts usually after 7 pm.. as per their terms and conditions ladies get a free sheesha on a minimum spend of aed 30. I’ve have put the bill up for reference. We had ordered one sheesha before 7pm and one after and on the bill we had ordered food and drinks worth 70 aed which made it applicable for us to avail one more sheesha for the ladies night.Now upon asking this particular staff who is a server called tameen not sure if I am spelling his name right got extremely hyper and cocky when asked for the same. My friends did have a genuine confusion and was trying to check with him, he came running with the bill and was forcing us to clear it even though we were not done and in the end when we had to clear the bill when asked again he actually used an abusive word “ch***** hai Kya’ that’s the kind of respect given by the staff there especially to girls.The manager made him apologize and he was very unapologetic about the same... <br/>The customer service in this place is pathetic and I would highly recommend people to be careful with the whole ladies night scam.

Food ordered was poor or maybe just my luck to get scammed and not get value for money. The Nutella Cheesecake was a fraud for the simple reason that they made it using WHIPPED CREAM instead of CREAM CHEESE. Pls fire your pastry chef who does not know the difference between the two! The Chicken Wings in BBQ sauce looked appetizing but were not cleaned/cooked well as visible from the pics I posted

I have been to Smoke Lab many times and they will always surprise me with their ideas and welcoming staff. Trust me people they are the best when it comes to people’s safety and hygiene. Well, this place is itself special due to hygiene standards which is lacking in most of the places around. <br/>Shisha is always best, sizzling hot dishes must try and fresh juices (Actual Fresh).<br/>Got some new staff (Rosel) she is excellent in service, quick and they were busy but she was excellent nothing late on the table good job girl. Afzal is always asking us about food, drinks and Shisha he is gem as well. Good Luck guys and keep it up. Thank you & See you again 😃

Sheesha and ambience were pretty good, very neat and clean place and coal changed on time. We had ordered chicken lollipop which was really good. However the cheesy fries were just normal fries with cheese on top with no seasoning. And their mojito’s are really good as well<br/><br/>Will be visiting again 😊<br/>

It was a mistake visiting this place! Understaffed, constant miscommunication, super slow service and overpriced menue! I mean i could have get much better service at a cheaper place in the same area. A boti roll for 37 dhms seriously??? And so spicy that we couldn't eat it and they refuse to change it. Small tv screen for match, staff complaining they are only few so cannot provide good service. I mean why are you wasting costumers time with such bad service if you are understaffed or unprepared! Never visiting this place again.

Their paan mint shisha is my favourite, plus chicken lollipops and shrimps are awesome. I love their mojito with passionfruit. The main highlight is lido game after amazing food and shisha. Highly recomended. 10/10

Very very nice ambience, with good quality shisha, and the peach ice tea is amazing, also no problem for parking, above all the service is so good that i have never experienced in other cafes, i dont want to take the names of other cafes which are nowadays pathetic, but smoke lab is having the best service, the service attenders are so polite and really they provide good service and because of that the crowd which comes to smoke lab is very very standard.<br/><br/>The best shisha cafe in Dubai.

Order-<br/><br/>Schezwan rice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br/>Honey chicken wings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br/><br/>So we got a deal for 23 dhs which included coke, chicken wings and schezwan rice with coke and the food was delicious. The deal is between 12-4 pm. The place was empty at lunch time. And the service was fast. The shisha we ordered was double apple and I really liked it. The prices of the shisha depends on the type you order and it was 41 dhs.

It's good good ambience and signage that you cant miss. It has a more premium feel as compared to other shisha places nearby. Accordingly the prices are a little higher as well but the shisha has a glass blowing pipe whereas other places use plastic. This is great but what I didn't like about the place is paan flavors are priced higher but in the cafe im used to, it is the same price as normal flavors and also the service was average. Didn't try the food this time but hopefully in future. The place definitely has potential to be really good with a few improvements.

Its the first time i visited this place !The exterior facade design is what made me want to try out this place. The interior design is nice , they have service bottons for different services which is very convinient in a sheesh place. The zafraan tea was really good!! The quantity of the chicken popcorn that we ordered was less i felt. The best part was the games , from cards to ludo and snake and ladder we did not realise how time flew ..overall a good place to hangout !!

Smoke Lab has everything you’d look for in a shisha cafe. It’s chic, it’s got a modern vibe and great customer service. They have a great variety to offer in shisha flavors. Peach mint and mango mint shisha were amazing. The music wasn’t too loud which made it easy for me to have conversation with my friends. They have a very elaborate food and drinks menu to choose from. The drinks I tried were peach mojito and strawberry mojito which were delicious. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Ask for Mr Ejaz as his hospitality is top notch. Very happy with the service I and my friends received. Totally recommended!!

The shisha was pretty average and the food was just about average too. The service was insanely slow but the servers were quite nice though.

The service is nice. <br/>The place isn’t fully packed even though it’s the weekend. <br/>Sheesha is nice. The flavor somewhat hit the throat in the starting, kinda harsh. But it was adjusted immediately upon request. <br/>The burgers could be much better, but for the price it’s alright. <br/>Unfortunately can’t say the same for the Ultimate Nachos. <br/>It’s just Doritos with a very desi twist to it. <br/><br/>Would come back again but trust me you wanna avoid the nachos.

me and my 4 other friends bought 1 grape mint shisha because only 2/3 people smoke. and we tried the Alfredo chicken pasta as well which was great. A few minutes pass by, the waiter comes to us and tells us to order more shisha or he’ll hand over the bill. Being a restaurant, a customer is very important to you. you never tell them to leave because they ordered less. had to ask more time to stay in the restaurant which is very ridiculous. pathetic management and attitude. fix up.

The shisha was great... me & my friend ordered a Paan Kiwi shisha with Pineapple head & the flavor was fresh & the shisha was smooth. We ordered a Mix Sauce pasta & a shawarma platter . The pasta was well cooked & saucy, however the shawarma platter quantity was lesser than expected. All said, it was a good experience & great place to chill & hangout after work.

Service needs work. I went today with a friend as I had seen it while passing by. Then, I checked the menu on Zomato and the sheesha had some really interesting flavors. However, 2 points off, 1 point for the poor service. The server showed us the table, never gave us the menu until we hit the service button 3 times. It makes no sense if you have the guests seated but not provide the menus. Besides, if you try to signal any other server, they don't care to reach out to you. So your bet is that button on your table. The server was polite though. I ordered a portion of Potato wedges and when it was served, I asked for an extra dip. It didn't come. I had to call again and ask for the extra dip. Next, when it was time for us to leave and we informed the server that we'd be paying through Zomato Gold, i.e. when the server presented us the bill, we informed him that we'd be paying via Zomato Gold, he immediately told us that our sheesha was under a "promo" which they were running from 8 PM to 5 AM. I hadn't seen any display of any promo, nor was I informed of any such promos while ordering. I checked the prices and the price was exactly what the menu showed, no promotions whatsoever. When I argued it, the server denied at first. When I insisted on it further, he excused himself to speak to his manager and came back saying they can honor it. I felt like the staff was trained to try to get away from honoring the discounts by lying and cheating. I was asked by the server to post reviews on Facebook and follow them, however, this wasn't encouraging at all. It was rather enraging.

This is the most horible place i have been to in dubai.I have been to this place couple of times and they have managed to dissapoint every single time. Not even 1 single experience. At first i thought they were new so lets give them another chance. 6 months later they are still the same.The staff is clueless about what the customer wants to order. They got me the wrong sheesha flavor and when i told them it was not what i ordered they started arguing. Food is not good at all. Portion is very less. Staff is very rude. They stand on your head even if you place an order for 300aed or more. They force you to order if you sit for more than 90 mins. They do not sanitize the tables or the chairs. At this time im not confident to visit the place which is not sanitized properly. That is a big safety hazard for everyone.No social distance is being maintained. Tables are less than 2 metered apart. They will tell you leave after 2.5hours so that they can get new customers even if you have ordered for 500aed or more. They come in between while you are having your food and then ask you to leave. That is very poor customer experience. The manager was not bothered at all. He was making sure his guys reach the table when the customer was shouting that no one has come to take their order. Never going to this place agian. Have advised everyone i know to not visit. There are a lot of better places in the same area with better food and staff. There is a place called badshah palace 300m before this place. I would try that out as it has good reviews about food and staff.

A newly opened cafe in Karama. The decor is nicely done up with LED lights. The ambiance is energizing and the music is amazing. They have a variety of board games. <br/><br/>We went there on a Friday night and it was packed. We were there for shisha and chai. Tbh, the shisha was average. The coal was burning out really fast and getting a coal change was becoming a task, which was probably because of how busy the place was. <br/><br/>We did have a slice of strawberry cheesecake, which was pretty decent.

Saw this place while passing by and their interiors really looked nice. <br/>Walked in today to a really friendly staff who left nothing at making us feel welcome. Special props to our waiter Amir. Don’t really know why people have rated them badly for their service. Shisha was served quickly within 5-8 mins and I ordered a chicken Caesar salad which came quick and was a very good quantity for the price. Chicken of the Caesar salad tasted well too. <br/>Also ordered a hazelnut frappe which was super filling though a little too sweet for my liking. <br/>Very quick service. Great interiors. Very reasonably priced food. Quantity is good! <br/>Will def try again!

Very calm, nice and good place for a get together. Sheesha was good but the flavour didnt last longer, in min two hours the flavour started giving coal taste. The food wasnt great too.... Tea was not hot either. It's a brand new place writing this so that they improve. Good luck guys!!

Would’ve given a 0 star review if possible. <br/>First shisha took 30 minutes to come. Second, ordered 2 espresso’s (which hardly take 45 seconds to make) waited for 15 minutes before asking the waiter, he informed me that i had not placed any order (so the waiter knows what order i placed better than me?)<br/>Anyways, asked him to take our order again (politely) which took another 15 minutes to come. The place is heavily lit up, so if you’re a person who likes to chill back and smoke a shisha, the place will be too bright for you. Music was okay. Manager didnt even acknowledge the fact that we were waiting for almost 35 minutes for 2 espresso’s.
